Did you play 16 before he removed the penalty? Really TV shows are taped they still do monster ratings. The reason Raw was losing to Nitro was because it was going to head to head with each other. Which has been added to the game. Which is going to effect your ratings . When you play the 80 mod your going to have penalties like crazy if your in the Southeast. Because your going head to head with at least 6 promotions because they all are going to have the same time slot. You add the penalties for taped TV your ratings going lower. Oh yeah it also going to effect the show grade by the way. So you have 90 rated show its probably going to drop to 70 because of the competition.

So why are you going to penalized taped shows? Especially considering the backlash that TEW 2016 had when you did it with that game. An removed it because people were upset over it. Because let's be honest the penalties for being taped were insane. This going to effect every real world mod negatively if you keep the penalties in for taped shows. As someone has already pointed out in the 80's and 90's taping multiple shows at once didn't effect ratings. You have already added features which will negatively impact the ratings especially for real world mods. Which fans of the game love that you added, people are excited for your game. I would advise against the penalties for taped shows,especially because of the drama it's going to create once the game is released.

I like idea of Locations/ venues. You can use the locations for places that there no known arena that was used for a location. Plus you could MSG for New York and then use location for smaller arenas that is not known what the name actually was for the venue.

If you lead with that the Mod Squad thread would not be locked. That is definitely a game changer.

2. Yes Child promotions can grow all the way to Cult size 4. 50 is average though it's really up to you as the mod maker what the average you want workers at for each specific skill. Takes lot of trial and error to get a mod they way you want it to work. Plus depending on the time period as well. You want a mod that reflects the times now then psychology is going to be real low on average.

HBO would be subscription service. For BHK on Alliances I don't know the answer for how many can be added for I haven't hit a cap yet. An I have had at least 30 companies in alliance. Where this cap of 10 is coming from I have no clue.
