  1. my biggest tip would be to read through your product definition thoroughly. each product has different pros, cons, and penalties so make sure you understand them all before you start booking. this wasn't really a factor in 2016 aside from match:angle ratios and match finishes.
  2. is there any reason a worker wouldn't be able to work on a house show besides his/her contract? im trying to check chemistry with findlay o'farraday on a house show but it says he's not available to be booked there. his contract has started with me, and he's available for all shows. edit: nvm, my mistake. i forgot to sign him to an exclusive deal
  3. are you talking about the new office screen? that hasn't been implemented yet
  4. regarding the latest patch, will the changes involving finances/contracts affect save games that were started on previous patches?
  5. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="BiffJordan" data-cite="BiffJordan" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="47578" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I love how star power can affect real change. Great call AI!</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> damn thats sick lol. imagine if that happened irl lmao</p>
  6. https://tew2020.fandom.com/wiki/Handbook here's a wiki that has some of the handbook written out. the guys in charge of it will probably have the rest done eventually.
  7. depends on who you ask. adam will be adding user suggested products, but that may take a while. dont think it'll break the modding scene completely, but i would expect some type of drop off in real world mods.
  8. new skin looks great! hopefully it gets released a bit earlier than the 14th lol
  9. for sure, im on the same page with you as far as angles are concerned, now that you mention it. the majority of long angles in wwe overstay their welcome. i just think that the penalty is a bit too high. as for the matches, i think the penalty needs to be adjusted depending on the workers skill (or the idea you came up with would work as well). yeah orton vs. edge was a snooze fest (tho personally i think the lack of a crowd contributed to that), but a 30 min match involving certain wwe wrestlers (styles, bryan, cesaro, zayn) is more likely to be amazing than not.
  10. you need to put on a show with a grade higher than your pop in the region in order to gain popularity. so, if you have 70 pop across the US, your show needs to be above a 70 to gain pop. better shows = pop gains. autobooker will unlikely put on the best show, i would reserve that for booking B shows (which have no impact on your company's popularity)
  11. i disagree, a bunch of hot angles from wwe run from like 10-15 minutes - like the rusev/lashley/lana stuff. as well as matches, wwe in 2020 has a plethora of 20+ minute matches that are great.
  12. nah, "main eventer" had a way wider range than "major star" imo. in the new system guys like rollins, aj, mcintyre would all be stars in wwe while major stars would be reserved for reigns, cena, undertaker, brock. in the old style all of them would be main eventers.
  13. there's a pop cap for your workers depending on how big your company is. i would suspect maybe that's the reason?
  14. WWE should be set to "Classic Sports Entertainment" instead of "PG Sports Entertainment", imo. PG Sports Ent doesn't allow for long angles (which I found odd, I got dinged for having a 5 minute beat down angle) while WWE has 10-15 minute angles regularly. tho classic sports ent has its issues too, as a steel cell match is too risky of a set up for the fans. im realizing while typing this out that theres no product that fits wwe 100%, and i would wait for adam to either adjust the existing products, or add a new product that will fit it better.
  15. i agree with crowd management being enormously important, i never play with it off. but if they want an ewr experience they should turn it off
  16. turn off crowd management, strict storylines, show times.... and uh i think that’s the closest you’ll get unless i’m missing something
  17. <p>here’s a list of things that i’m personally most excited for:</p><p> new product system: like someone said above companies feel way more unique. companies in 2016 lacked any sort of identity. </p><p> new gimmick system: it actually feels like you’re actively doing something instead of just choosing an arbitrary name from a list. the new pros and cons are amazing. </p><p> cverse 2020: i didn’t get into cverse that much until the latter end of 2016s lifetime, but i’m SO excited to sink my teeth into cv 2020</p><p> attributes: things like tag team specialist, explosive worker, etc are all gonna change the way you can book certain workers</p>
  18. i can see how it will be nightmarish from a modding perspective, but from a gameplay perspective i much prefer the new system
  19. cant be resized without an externaal program. you can just tab out of the window (or press windows + d) to minimize it
  20. the storyline penalty isnt hidden at all. the game blatantly tells you about it
