I hired some fighters to standard deals and I must have missed the email when they were trying to be signed and now a max exodus of fighters have left me.

There are no ways to edit contracts as I think they are hidden from the editor. I have explored all the editor options to try to free some guys from Alpha-1 <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />.

An extreme way might be to convert your save into a database and then edit the contracts through that before starting a new game with your new database but this is just a theoretical solution as I've never tried it.

If there are no open slots in his region, then you can't ask him to join a team because he won't find anything. However, he can still go off into other regions to find a team on his own and this might be affected by his mental attributes like dedication.

You could try tweaking the era settings for generating fighters to give them a big enough pool to sign talent from. Other than that I'm not sure you can do anything else as the editor only lets you stop companies from adding new weight classes.

I don't think the shortlist feature does the trick.

I don't think there's any way for that. I just routinely check as I have cards booked in advance and usually I run cards every 3 weeks so a lot of people start coming back around the same time after about 6. So I usually check who's available for future cards before I run the card.

 5.
The first step I have done is just close the Super Heavyweight division as I've never really grown any of them to a good level and I don't have any favorites I like to see grow at that division. This lets me concentrate on developing the other weight classes. I then open a FW division as grabbing Ziskie and building him up quickly gives me another main eventer. This time I tried also opening two women's divisions from the beginning, flyweight and bantamweight. It's been slow and steady building those 2 divisions, but I also like the excitement that anyone could step up and just make a run to write their name in the GAMMA history books.

I fill up each division with about 40 guys with a mix of prospects and veterans who get cut/FLB remains. This results in running a lot of TV shows/throwaway shows to give them a chance and if they do well, they may find their names on the main card of a PPV. This also allows me to rush to Mid-National asap so I can get a contract with North America Prime Select to give my fighters more exposure and grow my company faster.

After I have the infrastructure set up, I might use Clash of the Titans to crown a new division champion like bantamweight. I also have to wait for my favorite guys like Villar, Satinho to run through their Alpha-1 contracts so I can hopefully win them in a bidding war.

Losses do not necessarily contribute to a decrease, right?

Usually its a loss but it depends on how unknown they are. From my experience with GAMMA so far, fighters can still gain popularity after a loss up to around mid regional, but after that they usually need wins. I think this also depends on how big your company is too so you could probably get up to high regional if your company was high national, but I have yet to test this as I'm still approaching high national.

He's rank 6 in the RW mod and coming off a dominate win over the last guy to get a shot. You could argue that RDA is more deserving but considering Colby lost a split (was robbed by judges too) the penalty should be significantly lower

The penalty is for offering a title shot to someone out of the top 5 which has already been addressed in the poll that was out a few days ago.

 11. You can click on challenges from the matchmaking screen and that shows you all the callouts that have been made and accepted or made and not accepted, regardless of whether the fighters are available.

There's no significance other than bringing someone to your attention.

The only way is to change their minimum/maximum weight is through the editor.

You can't use a local fighter for your own fight cards.

Only newly generated fighters will have organic bios.

I'm pretty sure I read this in the handbook.

 18.

Regarding Fighter Popularity - I did a one night tournament with a created company and had some pretty low-quality fighters in it. Mark Lee lost the final. When I view his popularity after the event, I see there is a red arrow over the American flag, seemingly indicating that he lost popularity in the US after the event. However, each fight was of "great" quality and every fighter on the card is indicated as having gained popularity. At first I thought that perhaps the arrow indicated that he lost popularity after his last fight rather than after the event as a whole, but other fighters who only won one fight but lost their last fight of the night were indicated as having a popularity gain. I haven't gone through and looked at the original popularity figures, but thought I'd bring this up and see if there is something I may be missing.

If his reputation is high relative to your company then he can lose popularity in a loss, while if its low you can still make gains even in a loss. So he probably gained enough popularity to the point where a loss causes him to lose popularity, but an unknown fighter losing a fight could still gain low regional.

 19. Popularity also has 3 levels: regional, national and international. He probably only reached 85% high regional with the tournament and since your company is low national and James Foster is approaching international popularity, he doesn't want to fight such an unknown guy. Also I noticed that you didn't even include any of the top ranked contenders in the heavyweight tournament so maybe that also has an effect on how he's perceived even though he won.
 20. If you read the handbook most of the card's performance is based on your main and co-main event with a small portion of it being affected by the rest of your main card. Your prelims essentially have no effect on the performance of the card and just lets you develop popularity for fighters who wouldn't be great draws.

Peak stats are determined by attributes and potential.

The post gets deleted as soon as its patched so it won't clog up the forum if that's what you are worried about.

 23. Just wanted to say thanks for the mod. I was sad to see that there weren't going to be any fighters that debut later in the game and your mod at least allows me to be surprised from the female side. It also adds more depth to the database which I appreciate since I always like to sign a lot of people and see who rises to the top.

I only see the option to cut him after a loss in the "Cut from Roster" button.

If you just click the highlighted category again, it disables it and doesn't filter your fighters so you can cut anyone. You can also just go into your roster normally and cut someone from there by clicking on the contracted portion of the screen which shows if they are exclusive and how many fights/time is remaining on the contract.

 25.

Very stupid question since I'm new to WMMA. What exactly does guaranteed fights mean in contract negotiations? If all the guaranteed fights are done, can I cut my guy anytime? Or is it the fight earning he is guaranteed to receive if somehow, the contract lapses without him completing his agreed # of fights?

Guaranteed fights just mean that you are basically on the hook for paying the fighter for that amount in the time of the contract. You can cut the guy for free after all his guaranteed fights are done. It works both ways I think. You will have to pay him the money if the contract finishes before all the fights are done but I never get to that point.
