3 days. You'd think that after following along with the journal for well over a year now I'd be able to handle 3 more days, but alas, I'm very eager. One the bright side only one more day of work to make it through

For 2020 plans I think I'm finally going to run a real world mod. Likely won't play as WWE because the don't really run the style of product I like to play as. Thinking about New Japan or AEW, or maybe even starting my own promotion in the US and trying to take on all 3 of them. That actually sounds like a lot of fun. Will have to sit down and edit some of the workers to my liking and then take off from there. Returning Tommy Cornell to TCW was one of my more happier moments in my last save. Bought out 21st right before I was about to run my Royal Rumble too, so it was all too natural to have him come back and win it

Reading some entries in the journal again and found this That's really cool. Looks like raiding companies just for the hell of it will cause some push back now. Is there a way to forge some positive relationships for promotions indirectly, like declaring war on or raiding promotions feuding with another?

One more I thought of is that I think Fuyuko Higa is working in the USA now. Noticed last game that she could work there which I found odd, and while that's not exactly a reason to think anything is going to happen I do think either TCW or SWF will get a womens division and she's a really good get, especially for TCW.

Curious because I can't remember how this got handled last time; Will we have a reaction thread for the Cornellverse updates and changes or will we just do all that here? Feel like one could be useful so people could still chat in here if they can't download the demo at the same time as the rest of us next week while those of us who can have a place to react

Completely agree. Even though I don't have much money for free spending right now(that will change soon) I'm still planning on buying as soon as possible since I know I'll get a good 3-4 years of enjoyment of the game

Can't find the post asking about the womens division back, but was rereading some parts of the journal about products and came across this So if you're reading this hope that clears things up a bit. I forgot a lot about the new product stuff and I'm happy I reread it because now I'm really excited again. It's going to be so much easier to craft a promotion to your exact will now and give things your exact personal flavors

You can't. I'm hoping that with the save to database converter that going forward past 2020 saves could move from one game to another but IDK if that will work or if that was something in mind with this feature

Personally I dont hate the idea of having a main figure head and then a feature that lets you pick mini figureheads for the brand that would have the same effects but lesser. It's not really high on the list of things I'd like to see in the game though and I dont think it's necessary to have in it

Really would not be surprised to see NWF or BPW have just started buisness in the new game. Looking through the current database I'm expecting to see a few promotions who have been in there a while but haven't started, like a Lethal Ring or MHW to be up and going to make room for some new future promotions

One more prediction I want to add is that I think we see either TCW or SWF add a womens division to try and appeal to the female demographic more and compete with USPW, who is the only one of the 3 with a division.

<p>My biggest bet is that it'll be SWF who falls back in the 3 way race for the US after project lullaby finally strikes. Either that or someone from that group will be signed and there will be a narrative of them getting hit included early on a lot like the tsunami that hits Japan. USPW and SOTB will take a good chunk of their stars. TCW will lose a few too but will also gain a few good workers from SWF and be fine, although in need of a influx of new talent/pushing new talent</p><p> </p><p> Speaking of Japan, one of the major promotions there will be dead and I think one of Golden and Black canvas will be in serious trouble.</p>

Had question come up on something I remembered from the journal. I remember there being a feature for HOI that took into account length of reigns. Am I just making that up or is it actually a thing? Can't find it back in the journal. Also, if that is a thing, is the quality of the reign something that matters? For example, if I belt Tommy Cornell and then dont use him or belt him and he has a 6 month title reign that's awful defense after awful defense will that still count? Curious because I notice a lot of long but bad reigns out of the AI in a few different promotions(mainly USPW) and want to know if something like that would still count since I see most of their reigns go 9 months or longer in 2016 and rack up double digit defenses more often than not.

The main reason I want to book 2 day shows is so I can spread out my Wrestlemania shows without having my main eventers get mad they aren't booked and also keep the show prestige the same. My Manias are long as hell and Id like to cut the times down due to the burnout effects that can happen now

You as a wrestler or you as just a character in the game? If it's you as a wrestling they'll need tape of you wrestling and some promo tapes. If it's just in general then no clue. I dont have a mod BTW, just answering because I've followed along with some of these being developed

Great update Adam! Think I might consider trying to book a whole promotion around cinematic matches for a save Think 2 day shows are the last major domino to fall before TEW becomes just about perfect for me
