  1. Episode 2 | Friday, Week 1 May 2023 | Broadcast on Amazon Prime We start off hot as the show starts with Stephanie McMahon already in the ring, microphone in hand. Steph: Look, I don't want this to take any longer than it has to. There's some important things to address from last week so Marr Cardona - get your carny ass out here right now. Alwayz Ready starts to play as our Amazon Pro: Men's Champion makes his way out onto the entranceway. He unstraps the belt from his waist and holds it high above his head with one hand as he walks down to the ring. After entering the ring, he motions to Steph to put the title belt back around his waist - prompting her to look at him in disbelief. Steph: I wouldn't be so proud of yourself if I were y... Cardona retrieved a microphone from a ringside crew member while Steph was talking and instantly cuts her off. Cardona: Sorry Steph, I'mma let you finish.. but I just needed to borrow a catchphrase from an old friend of mine.. He uses his arm to raise the belt above his head one more time. Cardona: The Champ is here! The fans boo in disapproval as Steph raises her microphone back up with a disgusted look on her face. Steph: I'm afraid I have to disagree with you on that point, Matt. I don't think the champion can be someone who was never in contention in the first place. You can't just interject yourself into title matches.. Cardona begins to smirk as he cuts her off again. Cardona: What do you mean by interjecting myself? I don't know if you've reviewed the footage, but I was just doing you a favour when I was ordered to the ring last week... Say what you want about Matt Cardona, but I've always done what the McMahons have told me. Steph looks confused before the roar of the crowd reveals someone else has made their way out here. The camera angle changes to reveal.... ...none other than Shane McMahon walking down to the ring! Our broadcast team hurriedly talk over the crowd reaction. Veda: I can't quite believe my eyes here, Mauro. Is Shane McMahon involved here in Amazon Pro: Wrestling? Mauro: Your guess is as good as mine, Veda. Surely you don't think he was the one who told Matt Cardona to replace EJ Nduka in the battle royal last week? Cardona backs off as Shane enters the ring and heads straight over to Stephanie. Their conversation isn't picked up on the broadcast although it's clear they're having a heated back-and-forth discussion. Matt Cardona senses his opportunity to leave and shrugs his shoulders before exiting the ring and heading backwards up the ramp. The scene ends with Shane & Steph continuing to argue in the ring before we cut to the broadcast team at ringside. hr.orange-hr { border-color: orange; } hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } Mauro: Well I didn't see that one coming. It seems like Shane McMahon might've been the one who ordered Cardona to the ring last week. Veda: It certainly seems like it and if so; who can blame him? Why wouldn't he think that Shane McMahon holds some sort of authority around here? Mauro: That's a very good point, Veda. I suspect we haven't seen the last of this situation but let's try to get things back on track. Veda: Well we have the next match in the Womens Championship tournament coming up and it's between two dark horses who could go all the way! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } | Match One | Deonna Purrazzo Rina Yamashita Our first match this evening is probably the best match of the tournament so far. Purrazzo & Yamashita face off in a clash of styles thats sees the technical prowess of "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo go up against the hard hitting brutality of Yamashita. The match starts off with the power or Yamashita overwhelming the smaller Deonna until she's eventually able to spot an opening and keep control with a variety of different submission techniques. Despite her best efforts, Deonna is unable to get a pinfall or submission and seems to concede control back to Rina who picks up the pace with a couple of back-to-back power moves. Just when it looks like Rina might have enough momentum to secure a win, Deonna catches her with a front facelock, taking her down to the mat before transitioning into a Fujiwara armbar. Despite wrenching back as much as she can for what seems like an eternity, Yamashita refuses to quit. Eventually, the referee calls for a stoppage after a particularly forceful crank by Deonna that Rina simply can't get out of. | WINNER: Deonna Purrazzo | Match time: 10:18 | Deonna Purrazzo celebrates after the match while the ringside doctor tends to Rina Yamashita who clutches her shoulder in pain. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut backstage as we see a cameraman struggling to keep up with Lio Rush who appears to be pacing straight over to KUSHIDA in front of him. Rush: KUSHIDA! There you are, KUSHIDA. I've been waiting all week to speak to you. KUSHIDA turns round as Lio Rush walks straight up to him. KUSHIDA holds his arms out to try and diffuse the situation as Lio gets even more agitated. Rush: There was no need for that last week, man. I ain't about to see my career shortened by some punk trying to make a name for themselves. KUSHIDA's attempts to calm things down clearly haven't worked as both men get into a shoving match before various crew members pile in and manage to separate them. KUSHIDA looks confused as Lio Rush is eventually dragged away, still screaming over at him. Mauro: I'm not quite sure what's happened but, whatever it is, Lio Rush clearly isn't happy about it. Veda: I think this is all about KUSHIDA's dive onto Rush in the main event last week that ended up with both men being removed from the match. Mauro: Even so, Lio has better get his head in the game as he has a match against both KUSHIDA & Vikingo coming up shortly! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut backstage to Steph's office, where her and Shane appear to be continuing their conversation from earlier in the night. Steph: ...I think you're really gonna need to explain this to me again, Shane. Shane has a look of desperation on his face, as he genuinely attempts to explain his actions last week. Shane: Look, I was just backstage visiting - which I'm still grateful for, by the way.. Steph: Hmm. Shane: Then all of a sudden I hear this commotion and EJ is just laid out on the floor Steph: Anyone around him? Shane: No-one, just the people who were on the scene. Then I see Cardona walking towards us from the opposite direction and my thoughts go to the your first main event being ruined and I just panicked. Steph sighs, accepting that her brother probably had the best of intentions. Steph: You don't think he did it, do you? Shane shrugs slightly. Shane: Look, I didn't see it happen, but we've both been in this business a long time. All I can tell you is the direction he came from, and how far away he was - I'm certain it wasn't him that did it. Steph nods along, contemplating her next move. Shane: So what you going to do, you going to strip him? Steph pauses for a moment before shaking her head. Steph: No, I really don't want to vacate the title after one week. I have a better idea, his idea actually. Shane: What do you mean? Steph: Cardona was pretty keen last week about the Championship being defended tonight, so that's exactly what we're going to do. Shane: Have you decided against who? For the first time since the show began, a wry smile appears across Steph's face. Steph: "The Cowboy" James Storm Shane nods in agreement. Shane: That sounds like one hell of a... Steph: ...and Rob Van Dam Shane does a double-take as Steph continues. Steph: ...and "The National Treasure" Nick Aldis....and both members of the Motor City Machine Guns... in a six way challenge where the first person to score a pinfall or submission takes home the title! Shane gives a knowing look over to Stephanie who appears particularly pleased with herself. Shane: I see what you're doing here. Steph: Let's see him to try wriggle his way out with the title this time! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } Just after the feed fades to black, some static appears before a mysterious videos starts to play. Images of various martyrs appears on screen while we hear heavily distorted quotes of different dictators play over the top. Ideas are more powerful than guns The oppressed can only liberate themselves through struggle Death is the solution to all problems. Just as soon as the video appeared, it disappears once again with another flash of static. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } | Match Two | El Hijo del Vikingo Lio Rush KUSHIDA This match starts hot with all three men exchanging moves until eventually El Hijo del Vikingo finds himself alone in the ring with Rush & KUSHIDA on the outside. Not needing to be asked twice, Vikingo launches himself to the top rope before jumping off with a senton splash. Rush saw it coming however and manages to step out the way, leaving Vikingo to crash onto KUSHIDA, taking both of them out. Interestingly, it's KUSHIDA who Rush decides roll back into the ring with him. Instead of the usual high-flying moves one would expect, Rush instead wears KUSHIDA down with a range of stiff kicks and forearms. A pin attempt is thrwarted when Vikingo arrives from nowhere to break it up. KUSHIDA then scores a near-fall on Vikingo before Rush throws Vikingo back to the outside. With both KUSHIDA and Lio alone in the ring, Rush nails KUSHIDA with a corkscrew roundhouse kick before following up with a spinning Kamikaze. With KUSHIDA lying in the perfect potion, Lio ascends to the top rope before landing a picture perfect frog splash for the 3 count! | WINNER: Lio Rush | Match time: 12:01 | The referee raises Lio's hand in victory after the match although he doesn't look to be in a celebratory mood. He looks back down at KUSHIDA before falling down to one knee and laying in some forearms after the bell! Mauro: What disgraceful behaviour from Lio Rush here, getting in some cheap shots after the match has ended! Veda: I understand his frustration from last week but this seems like such an over-reaction to me. Lio manages to get a couple more forearms in before the referee finally manages to drag him away. He shouts back over at the fallen KUSHIDA before exiting the ring to a chorus of boos. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } The screen fades in, revealing a dimly lit room adorned with military memorabilia. The sound of heavy footsteps echoes in the background as the camera slowly pans to a muscular figure standing tall and proud. Narrator: In the world of combat, he honed his skills, an embodiment of discipline, courage, and unwavering determination. Now, he steps into a new battlefield, a realm where strength and resilience take on a different form. As the narrator speaks, the vignette showcases the muscular figures's intense training regimen, displaying his unwavering commitment and the grit that comes from years of military service. Images of him performing rigorous workouts, running through obstacle courses, and displaying incredible feats of strength flash across the screen. Narrator: Brace yourselves for the debut of a true force to be reckoned with, as Gunner Miller brings his military precision and tenacity to the world of Amazon Pro. The vignette ends with a final display of Miller gazing intensely into the camera as the narrator signs off. Narrator: Get ready, for the battlefield just got a whole lot more intense. The screen fades to black as Miller snarls at the camera. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We head backstage where Charly Anolt is waiting with a microphone at hand. Charly: Hi there, I'm Charly and I'm standing beside the woman who booked her place into the next round of the Womens Championship tournament: Mercedes Moné! Mercedes steps into the shot. Charly: Last week, you beat Trish Adora in the first match in Amazon Pro history. What did that mean to you? Mercedes: It meant everything, Charly. Not just the first two competitors both being women of colour but stepping into the ring with someone as talented as Trish Adora - it was incredible. But that was last week, the important thing is next week when I get a chance to progress to the final... Moné is cut short when Jordynne Grace steps into the picture. Grace: Chance would be a fine thing, huh? Jordynne gets right in Mercedes' face as she continues. Grace: You know, some people might get offended at the sound of you talking about the final when you have someone else to bear first. Moné looks Grace up and down before responding. Mercedes: I suppose we'll have to see next week. Grace: I suppose we will.. Both women stare each other down as Charly Anolt signs off. Charly: Make sure to tune in next week when Jordynne Grace faces off with Mercedes Moné in our main event. Speaking of main events, our Amazon Pro Mens Champion Matt Cardona has to defend his championship in a six way challenge very shortly but first - a quick message from "The Hollywood Blonde" CJ Perry! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } The screen fades in, revealing a glitzy and glamorous dressing room. Soft music begins to play as the camera pans over racks of extravagant costumes and sparkling makeup tables. We hear a deep male voiceover, similar to the one commonly used for movie trailers. Voiceover: In the realm of Amazon Pro Wrestling, a shining star emerges, bringing a touch of glamour and sophistication to the squared circle. Meet CJ Perry, a former glamour model who has embarked on a remarkable journey to make her mark in the world of professional wrestling. The camera focuses on CJ Perry, dressed in a dazzling robe, as she strikes a pose and flashes a radiant smile. Voiceover: But CJ doesn't walk this path alone. Enter her best friend and partner-in-crime, Eva Marie. Together, they exude confidence and style, embodying the essence of Hollywood glamour. The camera transitions to Eva Marie, standing by CJ Perry's side, radiating confidence and elegance. Voiceover: And behind every glamorous look, there's a silent artist who weaves magic with every brushstroke. Meet Mariah May, CJ's enigmatic makeup artist, whose skills bring CJ's beauty to life. The camera focuses on Mariah May, her face partially obscured, as she meticulously applies makeup to CJ Perry's face, accentuating her features. Voiceover: With CJ Perry's relentless drive, the unwavering support of Eva Marie, and the artistic touch of Mariah May, this trio is set to revolutionize the world of professional wrestling, infusing it with their unique blend of beauty, strength, and undeniable charisma. This - is Chic Couture. The video package concludes with a triumphant shot of CJ Perry, Eva Marie, and Mariah May together, ready to step into the spotlight and captivate audiences with their glamorous presence. Voiceover: Get ready to witness the rise of "The Hollywood Blonde" CJ Perry, as she brings a touch of glitz and glamour to the electrifying world of Amazon Pro Wrestling. The stage is set, and the spotlight awaits. The scene fades out as we see the glittery logo for the newly christened group led by CJ Perry; Chic Couture. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } | Main Event for the Amazon Pro: Mens Championship | Six Pack Challenge: Chris Sabin vs. RVD vs. Nick Aldis vs. Alex Shelley vs. James Storm vs. Matt Cardona (c) The atmosphere is electric from the start as Rob Van Dam wastes no time, launching a series of lightning-fast strikes against Nick Aldis, catching him off guard! Meanwhile, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, known collectively as The Motor City Machine Guns, exhibit their seamless teamwork, executing a combination of quick tags and high-impact double-team manoeuvres on Matt Cardona, who eventually finds himself on the outside with James Storm. Storm then utilizes his signature brawling styler with Cardona at ringside as the MCMG face off with RVD & Aldis still in the ring. Chaos soon ensues as RVD & Aldis find themselves at ringside themselves, with Sabin & Shelley wasting no time with synchronised dives to the outside. With those four laid out, Storm rolls Cardona into the ring. Looking to take advantage of his momentum, Cardona's attempt at backing off backfires when he's powerbombed by The Cowboy. Storm gets ready to hit his Last Call superkick on a dazed Cardona when the referee is distracted by someone who's jumped up onto the apron from the crowd. As this is going on, another man with his face obscured by a black hoody enters the ring and catches Storm off-guard with a low-blow. Mauro: Who are these people, Veda? Veda: Your guess is as good as mine, Mauro! The attacker promptly leaves the ring and while the person distracting the referee jumps back down as Cardona his Storm with his signature Radio Silence. He drapes his arm over Storm as the referee counts 1..2..3! He retains the Amazon Pro: Championship! | WINNER: Matt Cardona | Match time: 12:20 | Mauro: I can't believe it! Cardona has managed to retain the championship with the help of these two assailants! Veda: I can think of one person in particular who is not going to be happy about this result! Cardona snatches the championship from the referee as he heads straight up the ramp with the help of both men wearing hoodies. As they reach the top, Cardona holds the belt aloft with one arm as the men either side of him pull back their hoods... We go off the air as all three men stand tall looking smug as a chorus of boos rain down from the fans.

  3. Episode 1 | Friday, Week 4 April 2023 | Broadcast on Amazon Prime Mauro: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a groundbreaking moment in the world of professional wrestling! I'm Mauro Ranallo, and alongside me is the talented Veda Scott, and we are thrilled to be your guides on this exciting journey. Welcome to the first ever episode of Amazon Pro Wrestling! Veda: That's right, Mauro! We have scoured the global to assemble a roster of extraordinary talent, both established stars and up-and-coming athletes, all ready to showcase their skills and tell captivating stories in this squared circle. Mauro: Absolutely and without any delay, let us throw you over to the ring where we have a very special guest who wants to introduce themselves! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut to the entrance way when 'Always Ready' starts playing as Matt Cardona makes his way onto the stage and down the aisle. Mauro: Well this certainly wasn't on our runsheet, Veda. This isn't who we were expecting to see. Veda: I can't believe we've lost control within the opening minutes. Cardona enters the ring and demands a microphone from a ringside crew member. Cardona: So this is Amazon Pro Wrestling? Well we can't have a new internet-based wrestling company without the original Internet Champion, can we? This place means nothing without Matt Cardona and the big wigs at Amazon HQ know that too, which is exactly why I held out until the very last minute before signing my contract so I could milk every last dollar out of Jeff Bezo's wallet... Cardona is cut off mid-sentence by new music as a familiar face walks out onto the entranceway. Steph: Well Matt, long time no see. It seems like you're the same money-grabbing carney you've always been. First things first, don't you ever take my airtime again! Secondly, I'm glad you're out here because I have an announcement to make. Tonight, on the very first edition of Amazon Pro Wrestling, we're going to crown the first Amazon Pro Mens Champion. Cardona's face beams up as he gets hyped about the opportunity to make history. Steph: I wouldn't get ahead of yourself yet. The champion will be crowned in a 10-person battle royal in tonight's main event, with the competitors being the first 10 men who demonstrated loyalty to what we're trying to build by signing contracts with us first. Cardona's expression changes from joy to outrage as the throws a hissy fit in the ring. Steph: I guess you should've signed that contract earlier afterall... hr.orange-hr { border-color: orange; } hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } Mauro: That's certainly a hectic way to start tonight's proceedings but I think we're just about to top it Veda: No doubt about it, Mauro. I have the absolute honor to announce that in addition to crowning a Mens champion, we're going to start the road to crowning a Womens champion as well with an 8 woman tournament featuring the top seeds from throughout the country. Mauro: It's one hell of a line-up and we're about to get underway right now! | Match One | Mercedes Moné Trish Adora In our inaugural match in Amazon Pro Wrestling, Mercedes Moné and Trish Adora clashed in a surprisingly close match that left viewers seeing both women on a much more even playing field than they did going in. Mercedes eventually won with a Moné Maker and showed respect to her opponent by raising her arm in the ring after the match. | WINNER: Mercedes Moné | Match time: 9:51 | hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } The screen fades in on pre-taped video package as images of high-fashion photoshoots and red carpet events flash across the screen. We hear a voiceover narrate the various scenes. In a world of glittering lights and captivating allure, a new star emerges, ready to redefine the meaning of glamour. A single light shines down in a plain-black room before we see a figure step into the spotlight. Brace yourselves for a new a new era of elegance. The vignette ends with the words "The Hollywood Blonde" CJ Perry sparkling across the screen. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut to ringside where we see our broadcast team delivering a piece straight to camera. Mauro: Everyone is queuing up to be a part of Amazon Pro Wrestling and "The Hollywood Blonde" isn't any different. Veda: I'm personally looking forward to seeing her in action in the coming weeks but before we get to that... The segment is interrupted by a mysterious video package that flicks between various historical figures such as Joan of Arc, Mahatma Ghandi and Martin Luther King Jr. while various words flash across the screen: Sacrifice. Passion. Legacy. Rebellion. Perseverance. No sooner than the mysterious video appeared we return to ringside where our broadcast team wrap up their segment seemingly unaware of the intrusion. Veda: ...is incomparable to the action you'll find anywhere else! Mauro: And while we're on the topic of action let's head straight back to the ring where we have our second match in the inaugural Womens Championship tournament. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } | Match Two | Zeda Zhang Jordynne Grace The second match of the tournament ends much quicker than the first. Despite Zeda's initial attempts at catching Jordynne off guard with some quick high-flying manoeuvres, it isn't long before she succumbs to a non-stage barrage of power-based moves. | WINNER: Jordynne Grace | Match time: 1:53 | hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut backstage to see Stephanie McMahon sitting in her office. She's on the phone when Matt Cardona comes bursting in. Steph: ...I'm sorry, I'll have to call you right back. She hands up the phone. Cardona: I've been thinking and you're right. Maybe I have been a little too greedy for my own liking. That said, there's really no reason why we can't have 11 people in that battle royal tonight, is there Steph? Steph sighs. Steph: Haven't you heard of knocking? That's nice of you to say, Matt. Truth is, you're a major asset to this show and we're willing to remunerate you accordingly. However I have to be fair to the people who committed to us first. I'm sure you'll get your opportunity, it's just not going to be tonight. Cardona looks as though he's about to leave when he turns back to Steph. Cardona: You know I think would be good for second episode viewership? Our new champion making their first defense... what do you say? She pauses. Steph: It's intriguing, but how about you leave me to do my job and I'll leave you to yours. Cardona senses the tone and backs off towards the door. Cardona: Alright, alright.. just you know, think about it. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We cut to a pre-taped video package delving into the background of Maki Itoh as she pursued her dreams of becoming a J-pop idol. The package begins with glimpses of Maki's early life, her relentless determination to break into the highly competitive entertainment industry, and her unwavering passion for music. As the montage continues, the package captures Maki Itoh's transformation, both physically and emotionally, as she discovered her true calling within the realm of professional wrestling. The story unfolds with snippets of intense training sessions before ending on an over-the-shoulder shot of her holding a planet ticket, Destination: USA. hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } We switch to a quick montage of the competitors in tonight's battle royal giving us one line each about what it would mean to them to become Amazon Pro Mens Champion tonight. Johnny Amazon: There's nowhere other than Amazon Pro Wrestling for Johnny Amazon and that belt quite literally has my name on it. Nick Aldis: When you're a world-travelled veteran like "The National Treasure" Nick Aldis is, it's only natural to consider myself the rightful heir to that championship title. Lio Rush: Lio Rush is in a rush to the top baby, and when there's a brass ring for the taking - you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be taking it! KUSHIDA: 私は日本でチャンピオンシップを獲得しましたが、さらに勝つためにアメリカに来ています EJ Nduka: I am "The Judge" EJ Nduka and if there's one thing I'm certain about, it's that I've got everything it takes to be a champion. Alex Shelley: We're the Motor City Machineguns but tonight - I'm Alex Shelley, the man on track to win my first singles World Championship! Chris Sabin: Speak for yourself! Chris Sabin may have won world championships elsewhere, but I'm ready to do it here on the biggest stage. Jacob Fatu: Wrestling is in my blood and I'm here in Amazon Pro Wrestling to take what it rightfully mine. James Storm: There's not enough whiskey in the world for the party I'll be having when "The Cowboy" comes home with the gold! Rob Van Dam: I'm not even sure why I'm being asked to do this. Everyone already knows who the champion is going to be and that's.. R..V..D! hr { border: none; height: 1px; background-color: #ff9900; margin: 10px 0; } | MAIN EVENT for the Amazon Pro: Mens Championship| 10 Man Battle Royal: Johnny Amazon vs. Nick Aldis vs. Lio Rush vs. KUSHIDA vs. EJ Nduka vs. Alex Shelley vs. Chris Sabin vs. Jacob Fatu vs. James Storm vs. Rob Van Dam The battle royal starts out with only 9 men as EJ Nduka appears to be late coming out to the ring. Mauro & Veda tell us eliminations can come via pinfall, submission or being thrown over the top rope. Some highlights of the match include James Storm outsmarting Nick Aldis by throwing themselves over the top rope as well as a scary looking moment where a spot between Lio Rush & KUSHIDA appears to go wrong with both mean taken out of the match following a dangerous looking dive from KUSHIDA onto Rush. Half-way through the match, we learn why Nduka had yet to come out as we cut backstage to see he's been laid out backstage, unable to compete. The backstage staff seem unsure what to do when we hear a voice coming off-camera shouting 'You, get your ass to the ring right now if you want your shot'. We wait with anticipation to see who this person is when some familiar music hits. Matt Cardona runs down to the ring amongst a chorus of boos. Benefitting from being the freshest man out there, he manages to use various cheap tricks to eliminate most of the remaining competitors. The match comes down to two final men: Matt Cardona & James Storm. Just when it looks like Storm has the victory within reach, Cardona takes full advantage of the lack of disqualification and low blows Storm who falls to his knees. He finishes the job with his signature Radio Silence move which allows him to get the 3 count that makes him Amazon Pro Mens Champion. | WINNER: Matt Cardona | Match time: 18:20 | Mauro: I can't believe this! This snake Matt Cardona has won the championship in a match he wasn't even supposed to be in! Veda: I want to see if we can find out who ordered him to come to the ring. It clearly must be someone with some sort of authority for all the Amazon Pro crew to let him through without even questioning it. We go off the air with Matt Cardona in the ring, holding the Amazon Pro Mens Championship above his head while orange confetti falls on top of the fans from the ceiling. Stephanie McMahon comes out onto the stage, ripping her headset off as she does so. Cardona laughs in the ring with the title over his shoulder as Steph argues with crew members off camera trying to figure out what happened.

  5. Hi Arlie! Been spending days trying to figure out why I couldn't get my HTML code to work on my diary posts before I had an incredible helpful forum member show me this. If I could be added to the group when you get a chance, that'd be great! 😀
  6. I did toy with the idea of using Prime as the hook but wasn't sure whether to use it for a title belt. I think using the Amazon branding over Prime was an excuse to use orange in the colour scheme, which I thought would work well against the default dark forum skin. I love the idea of a B-show on Twitch, by the way. Don't think I even realised they owned them so that's something I learned today! 😂
  7. @CGN91 Of course, I'm looking forward to the next show! I did try sending a PM btw but it's telling me you don't receive messages for some reason. 😅
  8. That's a really interesting point actually. I think you're right about the budget - if they're just doing it for content then it's probably not that important to make a huge profit. I think a lot of that would go towards production costs and having everything look state-of-the-art. At the same time, a lot of the current top talent are signed up to either AEW/WWE, so it's going to be an interesting challenge trying to build a roster from what's left over. I certainly think they'd have the budget to compete with the big 2 when it comes to contracts coming up though. 😀
  9. Hi! Just a quick shout out to say I'm loving the diary. I'm a massive Gauge fan so I'm hoping he goes on to stay Intercontinental Champion for a long time! I particularly like the layout you have going on - so much so that's it's inspired me for what I want mine to look like. Hope you don't mind me asking though - how do you manage to get the coloured background for the results? I assumed it was such sort of HTML code but I've tried for ages yet can't seem to figure it out! 😂
  10. OOC: The story behind this diary is that after seeing the recent success of pro wrestling on a mainstream level, particularly in the US, Amazon approach Stephanie McMahon about heading up their own wrestling promotion that they can use for content on their Amazon Prime streaming service. I hope to try and keep this fairly realistic so I see this as being the third-largest US promotion behind WWE & AEW given the foothold both already have. I haven't figured out all the details yet although I'm probably going to go with a 1 hour weekly show that airs On Demand as part of Amazon's Prime Video subscription. Still working out to get a layout I like the look of (this is the first time I've tried a diary on the new boards) and I simply can't figure out how everyone else is able to make theirs look so good! If anyone has any suggestions on how they think a real life version of this would play out, or any realistic signings that could be made from the current RW free agent pool then please don't hesitate to let me know!
  11. Not sure if I'm missing anything, but is the link to the picture pack broken? When I click it I get taken to a mediafile page that says it can't be found. Wouldn't mind playing this so would love it if someone could share an alternative link.
  12. Excited for this one man. This is exactly the time period I'd like to try out. Can I ask what mod you're using?
  13. Can we currently close developmental companies that we own if we no longer want/need them?
  14. That doesn't sound too unusual to me. It makes sense to be able to convince workers you don't employ to work in your area. It'd be a bit pointless if you could only do that for people who work for you already.
  15. <p>I've only recently come back to the boards after some time away but damn - some of these diaries look cool as hell, particuarly yours.</p><p> </p><p> I can't even begin to work out how you make all those sections line up, etc. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
