So I recently discovered one of the more random removals from the last game to this one upon my first booking of a show within the full retail release of the game. In the previous game you could type into the description boxes when going through the results, this means that you could add custom finishes or promos for when you're sharing with friends through platforms like discord/reddit or the community here on the forums. Making it very easy to use freestyle angles and then add your flavour afterwards. A very minute feature but one that, as aforementioned, greatly increased immersion and flavour when sharing with others. Below is a pictured image showing a custom angle using the descriptor box This feature is completely devoid from TEW2020. I understand that the game was built from the ground up again so was this just forgotten? I would really appreciate it being added back in as I used it near every show. I understand that you could just create custom angles for this but that would require you to make custom angles upwards of 8 times per show if you're booking for a major company with tons of promos.

I feel like your takes on a lot of wrestlers are very interesting and add miles of personality to characters without robbing them of their initial designs. This is most prevalent on your fantastic Lucha designs. Also you are a very handsome man and Kenta Kobashi is awesome. So, thank you. He came to a field and his gaze fell upon three animals. All of them, he viewed, nay he knew, that they were beneath him. The first animal was a Gazelle, the Lion approached with confidence and at it's first realization the Gazelle prepared to flee as fast at it could. That was till the Lion said "Go ahead and run. You may be faster now but I am cunning, when you are tired and your momentum burned I will eat you like the rest!" The Gazelle did not like it yet he bowed his head for he knew the Lion to be true. The Lion smiled, his superiorty affirmed and he moved towards the next animal, a Rhino. The Rhino felt that he was ready and he turned to meet this so-called King. His horns glistened in the sun and he felt that the time was now for battle but to his shock, the Lion simply laughed and shook his head. "You may have the physical strength to challenge me Rhino but you forget my greatest strength is not the fangs in my mouth or claws in my paws but what I am! I am many and you are one, I am the King because my Pride, my followers bid it be. Even if you earned one victory over me what would that mean a year from now? Nothing." Fury built within the Rhino for he knew that the Lion was right, being ready did not matter, the Lion was the King, not through size, strength or will but because all that knew the Lion knew that he was the King, even if they didn't want it to be so. The Rhino, reluctantly, bowed his head. Then the Lion came upon the third animal, one that he had not seen before, perched upon a branch was not a mere animal but a myth, a legend, a Phoenix. The Phoenix paid the Lion no mind. "Do you not know a Lion when you see one bird? I ask that you come down here and bow to your King." This time, the Phoenix was the one who laughed. "I'm sorry King but my head doesn't bow for you see it never touches the floor. I never touch the floor." Well, time for Eisen to put us all to shame before most of us even start with the new game, as per usual. Great stuff as always.

Gorgeous stuff. Really keen to see this come to life as soon as possible.

Initially I thought perception was going to be more on the lines of the actual emotions of the fans. For example, I expected there to be the possibility of fan rejected main eventers like we see in real life with something like "The Fans are sick/tired of this wrestler" but it's just a straight up replacement for pushes and whilst the broadness of it will certainly allow for more open booking in the future, I dislike the complete rejection of wrestling terminology we have become used to as fans. It's much easier to sort by main eventers and midcarders than "This person is a big star" and "this person is a star" It certainly doesn't help that ridding the game of pushes also means that perception applies to your non-wrestlers. Making it harder to define who is actually an in-ring amongst your roster if you're unfamiliar with the company you're booking.

As many have said, in general this is hurting my eyes. Gameplay wise the changes are enjoyable and well though out additions but the presentation here dampers the experience quite significantly. The UI and overall presentation in 2016 was very slick and good so such a drastic change has really thrown me for a major loop.

So, just had something that I've never experienced happen to me before. Which considering this game is reaching the end of it's shelf life and I've played hundreds of hours of it, is quite surprising. 1990s All Japan. As you can imagine I have been moulding Misawa into the perfect figurehead but something happened that really stunned me. As you can see progress is strong, Misawa is two months into his figurehead role and slowly take over myself (Jumbo Tsuruta) into becoming the undeniable top star of the company. However, one day he didn't just have a good jump in skills but a suspicious one. As you can see, there is an astronomical, unfathomable jump in stats here and it was literally one day, one show, between the first image and the second one above here. I suspect this is some kind of destiny roll or potential kicking in but I'm not sure. Even his Sex Appeal went from 34 to 88?!? Can someone inform me of what happened or did Mitsuharu Misawa find the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

The attendance numbers here is something that actually proves my point. If you were to run an event with WWE in the data inside of Osaka, it wouldn't draw only 3,500 it'd draw twice that so the popularity is evidently wrong. In the heavily commerical tokyo, it is completely understandable that WWE draw a decent crowd due to the rarity of their hosted shows, especially when advertising Shinsuke Nakamura for the event (and then not having him actually appear lol). The rareness playing a factor is evident when WWE don't even draw anyhere near those numbers in USA standard live events or even for RAW a lot recently. Also I'm not putting too much stock into the poll. It's literally a reflection of who the Japanese public think of and like the most, aka who is the most popular. Yes, some are sort of joke entries but Jiro and Andreza are still very over, they wouldn't recieve so many votes otherwise. The fact that less than a dozen WWE wrestlers appear on the list and all that do spent significant time in Japan is in my opinion a pretty justified reason for me to say "Why is Roman Reigns at 80 popularity in Japan whilst Sanada is at 53? or why is The Miz more over than Kento Miyahara?". I'm not trying to be mean with this btw. It's just the most unbalanced region in the data atm which is a shame because it's the second most important region in wrestling.
