<p>I generally like to take over a start-up promotion rather than diving into an already established promotion. The one that interests me the most is WWB. I was curious if anyone else had taken on this promotion and how you handled it. I did notice that you have to do a show in mexico in late January to keep from having your pop drop because dec 1 to april 4 is too long. </p><p> </p><p> I've been running with one roster, but split titles. So my US, TV, Southern Tag belts only defended in US, Mexican, Mexican Tag, Trios titles only defended in Mexico.</p>

In my CV97 game my floating titles had reached near 100 prestige. when i ran the "check for HoF" it seemed to list them as ME titles for that purpose</p>

On the page where the match is shown there are 5 buttons, the last of which, on the far right, is "dirt sheet" which shows the things that gave a match a boost or hurt it. ie "XY & XZ got bonus for good chemistry as a team" "X was penalized for low morale" I do believe you have to set something is the preferences which opens this screen, otherwise it is hidden

<p>Is there any penalty to not having a designated "Main Event" title? </p><p> </p><p> I'm running a comedy lucha promotion and i originally positioned my tag titles as ME and my singles title as "floating". Now my roster has changed and my singles champion really should be closing out the cards, so i figured making them both floating made more sense</p>

<p>Just finished my 10th year of my CV97 game. Because CGC, NOTBPW, PGHW and most recently, BHOTWG, have all folded, it's put a lot of talent out there for me to sign. </p><p> </p><p> My current project is Duane Stone. I signed him after NOTBPW folded and he was my Champion from Aug 99 to Dec 99 before signing with BHOTWG. (now it's April 2007) At the time I didn't have a cruiserweight division, I crowned my first champ and tag champs in Oct 2000.</p><p> </p><p> I've decided to bring him back as the "Black Cobra" and if he stays with me long enough, become my first grand champion (winning all the singles and tag titles including the cruiserweight belts)</p><p> </p><p> I have Super Joshuya on the roster, who he won the BHOTWG Junior titles with in canon. I also have Edd Stone and Stone Yoshikawa (who he has chemistry with) as well. My plan is for him to win the junior titles with Joshuya, then the CW title. The gimmick could be that Griffith is typically drunk and Squeeky is his AA sponsor. The formation of the team being one of the ways that Squeeky uses to make sure he can keep his eye on Jack and keep him dried out. Now if the gimmick is that the team is supposed to be heel, maybe Squeeky could be using Jack's drunkenness as a way of blackmailing him into being an unwilling partner in crime. Essentially the sponsorship is a front and Squeeky is the one secretly keeping Jack drunk so he stays pliable.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Thanks for the feedback. When I had Squeeky before I had him tagging with Henry Bennett, who I think is listed as a default tag team partner in the 97 database, but I had no interest in bringing Bennett back, so finding out he had chemistry with Griffith was a happy little accident</p>

Playing a '97 CV game. Tag team of Jack Griffith and Squeeky McClean. Was thinking "Drunk & Orderly" Almost a Beer Money Inc type team. Thoughts? Better name ideas?

I have both the Soldiers of Fortune and Chance Fortune on my roster in a 97 Cornellverse game. Was looking for ideas for alternative names for Chance Fortune. Best idea of my own so far- Lucky Luciano

I don't consider it a problem (I'll explain later). decided to go ahead and run test shows in the default data with GSW and CZCW. Not sure what caps may be there for Regional promotions, but had same issue with GSW, issue gone with CZCW. Again, I actually think capping the popularity you can get as a small/local promotion is realistic and great for game play. My issue is that this came out of nowhere and wasn't properly explained. Adam does a great job hyping all the new features pre-release, why not have a thread explaining significant changes post-release?
