In the regular editor there is a button names "Power Structure" on the Edit-a-company screen, where you can pick a contracted worker to be the owner/CEO of the company</p>
  2. <p>You can always create a era to influence the new-gens.</p><p> </p><p> In my effganic playthrough the workers vary quite alot. One guy generated with a 93 SQ</p>
  3. Unless all your finalists have less than 50 Stamina, you'll be fine. I've been running one-day-long tournaments for all 5 years of one of my current saves

Split your roster to 2 brands and assign day 1 to brand one and day two to brand two and then assign the brands to the respective shows</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Or just turn off "Left off show complaints" off for the two events. That seems way easier to me <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  5. This. User =/= Abuser Although that destinction is only applicable to drinking and soft drug users. Something like "Smoker" has long-term in-game affects, so someone like Randy Orton having it, will not cause scandals

The handbook says "Angles that are under four minutes in length are considered 'inconsequential.' This means that although their rating can affect the show's overall grade, their effects on the workers involved (such as skill boosts, momentum changes, etc) are either extremely limited or completely negated."<p> </p><p> So I guess it may be possible that they'll gain skill development from angles shorter than four minutes, but the implication is that either they don't or they get very little.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Probably only results in improvements when the segment is really good and highly rated</p>
  7. You can manually select commentators for every match. Filter by "Any Role" and select the guest commentator there
  8. Football players aren't independent contractors and aren't tied down to specific amount of dates. Unless otherwise specified, the independent contractor can decide to take their work elsewhere, if they wanted to. Unless it's in the same line of work as the contract, the wrestling/MMA company can't prevent the contracted one from doing so. Unless, again, specific dates were agreed upon. Like Brock Lesnar when he first left the WWE.
  9. Brian Pillman was the first wrestler that was properly locked down, so I imagine that IRL there is not much you could do about it. Especially to independent contractors. Unless someone was signed specifically for certain events/shows, I don't think it is illegal to go away to film a movie
  10. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="d12345" data-cite="d12345" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="52495" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Most of the C-Verse workers who start their own promotion (in C-Verse canon) did leave their home promotion to do so.<p> </p><p> i.e. El Bandido </p><p> </p><p> Same with Inspire and GSW/IPW.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Which doesn't contradict with the owners/bookers that don't. Like Don Callis right now</p>
  11. IRL owners and bookers often worked for other companies aswell. Like Paul Heyman or Jim Cornette. Or more recently Gabe Sapolsky.
  12. Same for workers that are loyal to another company or CEOs/bookers elsewhere. If a contract is up, a contract is up. Enough money from a big/large/titanic company should sway most people. Like KENTA and Shinsuke Nakamura signing with WWE (although money was obviously not the (only) factor here. Loyalty should make a worker far more expensive to poach, but no wrestler would ever deny making $2 Mio every month for 6 months, unless there is some really really big hatred for the company/owner/booker involved
  13. It just means that the wrestlers in the match perform a better match than the announcers can commentate. Ideally you obviously want to have a perfect announce team, but realistically speaking the best matches will always be better than the commentary team. All my 100 rated matches were penalized for the announcers
  14. That Depends on the save. In my 2004 WWE save I run Heat (B) + Raw (A) on Mondays Velocity (B) + SmackDown (A) on Tuesday taped. B-Shows: 1 Hour / A-Shows: 2 Hours Every month there is 1 brand exclusive PPV or 1 non-exclusive PPV. Occasionally I will run Saturday Night Main Events or other Specials shows in addition to that In my current Effganic save I'm still in 1925 and I run a little less than one show every month, except for my round robin tournament (8 shows in two months) and my elimination tournament in december (2 or 3 shows)
  15. The Young Bucks are hand have always had the gimmick of Cocky, Egocentric Show-offs. The only reason why they no longer attack every babyface in wrestling, is because they're successfull atm without going full heel. It's how their characters worked in PWG, ROH and NJPW aswell. In similar way early-MJF acted whenever Cody was around. It's even part of the whole storyline with Omega, Page and them
  16. Because not all tournaments are achievements, let alone recurring one. The Tournament feature is purely cosmetic and only works for two very specific types of tournaments
  17. Shouldn't count, but... One of my Effganic saves has been going on for 20+ years
  18. No, not just for touring matches. There was a long time period during his IC runs where he clearly was just going through the motions. It just happens that if one of the most charismatic workers around simply goes throught the motion, it's still quite entertaining. There still was a clear difference of his performances between WK, G1 matches and the performances of less important shows
