"I will think about it" -> Suggested worker gets added to your shortlist and has to be hired within 3 months in order to give the suggestor a moral boost "Not interested" -> Suggestor gets a decline in happiness; Can create simmering tension with you "Offer Contract" -> If the suggested worker signs a contract within a month, the suggestor gets a moral boost; Possible relationship change with the player "Never" -> Suggested worker is never suggested again; Suggestor's happiness falls; Negative relationships possible with suggested and suggestor Plus depending on the attributes a worker might ask for his release, if the suggested isn't hired. (Think of any Permanent Unit in the game)

"Penalty" does not mean "worse than other matches". Simply just a note that the match could be even better in the near future.

The story still isn't at its peak and everyone knows that. Hence the match they just had was not the final match of the storyline and definitely not at the point of the highest possible heat between the two As others have already said. Storyline being "Hot" =/= Heat at its highest possible level

I believe that happens when the theoretical match rating would be higher than the storyline heat at the moment.

It's just there to tell you why the match ratings are down. It doesn't result in a minus for you overall A match between A and B on a B-show should not be magically better than if the match happened on the A show

Maybe a worker on a Handshake contract is less likely to sign a Exc. Written deal with another company
