You would need to keep building up your roster's pop so they get better ratings, allowing you to get the better time slot.

If you turn off restricted areas it will affect the whole game world. So other companies can sign anyone available in the world just like you. As long as the worker has a contract with you they should still be able to return to you even if they aren't active in your area. The contract is more important in this case I believe.

You can turn restricted areas off and it will allow you to sign workers whether they are active in your area or not. That would allow you to sign those workers for your child company. For the announce team I just sign the people I want to be in the company and have set contracts(only announcer/colour)for them. I believe that the child companies just use all the announcers on the roster so their stats will grow, as that is the point of being in developmental, even as a broadcaster.

In my created company in the C-Verse, UCPW. The company is integrated. With the recently created CWA/UCPW brand split, CWA retains it women's division but I do plan on letting the tag team titles accept both genders UCPW Grand Prix- My version of the G1, a two-block round-robin tournament. Its held every September. The winner gets a UCPW Universal Heavyweight title match in the main event of Final Glory at the end of the year. With the creation of the CWA brand split, I plan on having both brands host a block and the winner can face either the UCPW champion or the CWA champion. CWA Tag Team Grand Prix- Going to be the same as the UCPW Grand Prix. May change the name as I'm not a fan of how similar they are, but obviously this tournament has a history with that name. The winners will get a tag title match of their choosing at the equivalent brand's first PPV of the year. I plan on introducing a top prospect tournament of some sort, still not sure on a name for that one. I also want to do an all women's tournament and show that will showcase both brands women.

If you had no coverage in an area and you held no shows there that month then you will lose popularity in that area. Essentially they have to be able to see you to care about you. That is why broadcasting deals are so important, they not only help you grow your pop, but they also maintain the other regions so you don't have to hold shows in low attendance areas.
