  4. It's been nearly eight years since Meiji Nishimura was installed as the CEO of ALPHA-1. NARUTO bought out the small company in 1994, and assigned Ietsuna Hisamatsu and Nishimura the task of bringing the company to glory. With Hisamatsu mostly in the shadows, Nishimura's face has been in the public eye as the representative of the company seen then, and has overseen it's slow rise. However, while it may be considered the best MMA company in Japan, across the Pacific GAMMA has become a competitor. If ALPHA-1 wants to secure it's place in Japan, it must control the entire region before GAMMA can gain a foothold. 6. 1. We should be able to edit product descriptions. Otherwise, I feel they should be changed to be unbiased. Two examples of product descriptions that should be changed are Campy Fun and Deathmatch. Some people who like these products and want to use them might look negatively at the game, since they may feel like those products could be penalized for simply being used. 2. When pre-booking a match, the workers don't state if they'd be unhappy with losing, until when the match is added to a card on the day of a show. It should be so that a worker will immediately state their unhappiness.

  10. <p>The updated canon of 2020 is nice. It's full of unexpected twists and interesting scenarios. However, some people always want to go back, and do that stuff themselves in the old game. 12. So, should Other TV Shows include radio shows. At the height of the radio, radio shows were hosted and some gained a lot of listeners.
  13. Version 1.06 is being worked on now. I am adding Canada into the mod, with 2 companies to start out. I'm also preparing the mod to be converted to TEW 2020. I don't think I'll continue updating the TEW 2016 version once TEW 2020 is released. I've been watching some Canadian backyard wrestling to see what it's like. After a while, I decided to give the Canadian promotions in the mod their own twist. One is a cartoony version of CGC, with a womens division. The other is a more serious/realistic version of NOTBPW, with integrated womens wrestling. I can't guarantee that it'll be done before TEW 2020's release, but I'm going to do my best.
  14. I've released the data. It isn't playable, but it could give people ideas for their own saves, or even give them inspiration for their own mods. It was a mistake to jump into such a large mod with no previous experience modding. As of now, my only intentions in modding is to convert the RecklessVerse to TEW 2020 for the handful (or more accurately, couple) of people who like it. After that, I think I'll stay out of modding, aside from maybe adding things to the RecklessVerse to keep it fresh.
  15. In the earlier update, I accidentally put in a file without the data. It's fixed now. As for future updates, I feel like I'm done with the American companies. 8 companies is a good enough amount for now. I think I'll focus on unemployed workers, then expand into Canada. Of course, first I'd have to watch some backyard wrestling videos from Canada to make it a bit accurate.
  16. Version 1.05 is out. It includes the company Wrestling Simulation Universe, with it's home venue, premier event, titles, and roster. Wrestling Simulation Universe Detroit, Michigan Once known only as a prominent e-federation, Wrestling Simulation Universe was formed in August 1996 as an e-fed. Originally fairly small and consisting of only 8 people, it would grow to a total of 598 members, spanning across 9 states and 2 countries. Run by Melon Man and Hotdog Hammond, they decided to turn it into a backyard company shortly before they graduated high school. Run with some of the members based out of Detroit, WSU looks to become known with it's unique style and characters, and possibly unseat XDW as the top backyard company. Roster Antonio Kelly Cam Green Frankie Perry Hotdog Hammond (Booker) Jackso Crazy Jordan Skye Jorge Ciceron Juan Estrella Kal Newman Marcus Everton Masked Fiend Melon Man (Owner) Percy Travis (Manager) Tommy Mundo Wendy Kole (Referee) Teams include Crazy Town (Jackso Crazy & Masked Fiend), Detroit Devils (Juan Estrella & Jorge Ciceron), and Hot Melon Dogs (Hotdog Hammond & Melon Man) WSU Rock City Championship: Jordan Skye (since September 2006) WSU Simulation Championship: Hotdog Hammond (since August 2006) (2) WSU Motor Tag Championships: Hotdog Hammond & Melon Man (since June 2006) (3) It's style is called Computer Simulation. Modern is a key feature. Mainstream is set to heavy. Traditional & Daredevil are at medium. WSU starts off with $1,000. The premier event is WSU Fiction In Fact, held on the last Friday of April. WSU's home venue is known as Hotdog Heaven. It's a small courtyard in Detroit, and is named for the hotdog stand there, which is worked before and after shows by Hotdog Hammond.
  17. "The Outback Outlaw" Harry Allen continuing to dominate. Little does he know the wrath of a McManus isn't what he wants.
  18. Work is continuing to be done on the mod. I've fixed some mistakes with the title histories of the three active touring promotions, and am updating some bios. CreeperGav is continuing to work on the skills of the workers. Also, George Wolfe's match with Hiro Gakusha has had it's date changed from November 2019 to October 2019, due to BCG not touring on that date.
  19. Version 1.04 has been released. As stated it adds renders for the 2 broadcasters (Shockjock Radio & US Tape Trading), plus the promotion Honky Tonk Yard and the promotion's belts. I intend for the next update to include more characters, and to possibly expand the mod sometime before TEW 2020 is released, though it might not be largely expanded until after that.
  20. Unfortunately I was without internet for 3 weeks and when I returned, I wasn't as active in some places as I had been. During that time, I spent more time booking than I did on the mod, but another update is coming out soon. It will add renders for Honky Tonk Yard and it's titles, along with renders for the broadcasters Shockjock Radio and US Tape Trading. They were all done by smw88. Hopefully, I'll add a little more to it as well.
  21. The Young Lions Ryobe Uno A 20 year old young lion in GCG, Ryobe Uno is a big hope for GCG's future. Graduating from the GCG Dojo in July 2016, Uno is the protege of Hiroyasu Gakusha. Having debuted the same year Hiroyasu's son was supposed to debut, following the defection of Hiro Gakusha to BCG, Uno became known as "The Adopted Child", referencing the fact that GCG's "Golden Child" Hiro was no longer with the company. He debuted well and despite being a young lion, Uno was allowed to win the GCG Openweight Championship from Eagle Kawasawa in November 2017, as one of the many things Haruki kudo did to try and modernize the company. Uno's reign was met with mixed reception by GCG's fans, and some say the choice may have made some fans change to BCG. After a 14 month reign, Uno lost the title to Shingen Miyazaki in January 2019. Spending the remainder of the year occasionally teaming with Hiroyasu Gakusha and winning and losing singles matches, Uno looks to continue his slow rise in 2020.
  22. Version 1.03 is now out. It adds the individual company Hall of Fame points. Other additions include that all companies are now restricted to grow up to small size. In a future update I hope to add more workers to the unemployed list, and use those to create promotions overtime.
  23. That would be nice. Also, is there a link to your real world mod?
  24. If the tsunami from May 2016 becomes canon then maybe it'll kill off MJM. With the improved touring system for TEW 2020, touring systems might make a comeback. Maybe Kaneie Komine will come back with a touring company to fight BHOTWG.
  25. For one thing, it's very hard to grow companies depending on the situation. Also, you made me realize that in the next update I need to restrict company sizes, though maybe people would rather be able to grow larger. Wrestler's usually won't want huge contracts if they're not extremely skilled. If this were something like the default canon CVerse, they'd be considered poorly skilled. I had tried to keep wrestlers from moving places by changing the settings in the database. However, it only means they won't compete in countries that are outside of their home area. Hopefully with TEW 2020 I can improve the mod a bit, along with it's future versions.
