Can you have a child promotion that is based in a different country as you? also How big is the effect of Network sizes on ratings? I mean would it be better too have a show on ABC(Very Big, covers USA and Canada) or Internet TV(Tiny, covers every game area)?

I think you can have a child promotion anywhere.It would be better for ABC because lots more people would watch becauses its big.Internet is everywhere but still get small ratings

As far as increasing your overness - it will be better to go on the small network that shows everywhere - the ratings don't make any difference to your overness, just the areas that you are broadcast in.

If you have the choice, take the big network in fewer regions to help yourself get really over there and garner better show ratings then use that to expand outwards later. That's what I'd do anyway. :) (assuming you're SE or the like)

Money. Sponsorship money, and better tv deals to get more exposure when you can get on a huge network with huge coverage.
