War with WLW should make things interesting for your Japan brand. A promotion war is one thing I haven't done as NYCW is always the lowest prestige promotion, and therefore would usually lose. :(
I ended up with an ROF/21CW war with Eric Tyler booking 21CW. Thing is, at the time 21CW were Small and I was Cult. 21CW are now Regional and Due to Go Broke In Three Weeks.

Jack Giedroyc vs Louis Figo Manico That match versus Henderson has opened my eyes to Manico and I think he could be the next contender for the title cementing his spot by taking out Geidroyc who was just up. ROF Inferno – August 2013 Joey Beauchamp vs Luke Cool I think Beauchamp gets a win back over Cool, to become the next in line to challenge for the Talisman Title. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Adam Matravers The feud ends here, Matravers run with the belt was amongst the most disappointing in recent ROF History, despite it's length and I see no reason for him to get the belt back. Giedroyc remains strong, but Figo also keeps his streak live. ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Reborn Romeos I over thought the Warriors last title defence, if they weren't going to lose them back to Red Mafia, they certainly wont be losing them to Reborn Romeos, if they do it would be a massive upset. Don Henderson vs Stevie Stoat I think Stoat would have shown more championship credential form by now, if he was a serious contender, but I get the feeling he's just been brought back to add a little depth to the Upper Mid-Card. Henderson's latest form hasn't been too great either, but he'll end his mini slump here. ROF Championship – Pinfall Only Match Merle O’Curle © vs Walter Morgan Interesting stip, as it forces both men to change their game-plan a little bit, but I think Mer.......You know what I'm going to call the 'upset'....everyone's expecting another long O'Curle run, but Morgan has enough credentials now that I wouldn't put it past him becoming a two time champion.

Even though I didn't get the whole card right, I am feeling rather pleased that I was the only one to call the draw in the Figo-Manico/Giedroyc match. Was I seeing things, when I saw Lance Martin in a B+ rated match. I'll give him credit, his fortunes have definately turned round since teaming with Casey Valentine as Reborn Romeos. What's his hopeless brother Kelly doing these days ? Exact injury that happened to Dark Angel, happened in my game. That injury finished him off in my diary game, because when he 'came back' he immediately retired, due to the permanent damage of the injury being so bad. He was already heading towards 40 in my diary game, which is only in 2008 (slower moving diary- long write ups does that), I'd imagine in your game he must be at least 45 now ? Hmmm TCW pick up Emma Chase, when she's probably a bit past it. But I don't think the 'Looks' rating decrease in the game, so it probably wouldn't matter. Saying that, I think Chase would probably hang on to her looks for her while, get the impression that she's probably naturally attractive. I think I should quit before I dig myself in any further.......I'm debating the looks of computer generated character ?!

What's his hopeless brother Kelly doing these days ?
No you weren't seeing things. Reborn Romeos are helped by having good chemistry together, but they are producing well. And Lance is becoming a solid (if not spectacular) worker in his own right. He averages a C- for both technical and aerial now and is around C at least in his performance stats. No world beater but he can hold his own. His brother was late far too often for my liking (given his talent level). I didn't see much future for them as a pair together, and getting rid of Kelly gave me a chance to do something more respectable with the more reliable twin.
Exact injury that happened to Dark Angel, happened in my game. And I'm pretty certain the injury will mean retirement for him too. It was really irritating, actually. His contract with INSPIRE wasn't being renewed and he was coming to the end of a PGHW tour. So he'd have been unemployed and I was going to sign him again to work the ROF Japan brand. He'd have been ideal as an extra trainer over there. But it wasn't to be. See how good I am at keeping track of these things! :D Almost as sad as you spending your late Saturday night debating Emma Chase's natural beauty!

First off.....Duane 'Friggin' Stone, how the hell did you get him on board, I take it you have a working agreement in place with the Canadian promotion, that you kept relatively quiet about. I can't get NOTBPW to give me the better high flying Stone, for love nor money in my diary, as he's too popular for any exchanges. Anyway onto predictions..... Adam Matravers: Isn't Matravers supposed to not have any title shots for at-least Six Months, so why has even be allowed in this match. Anyway I think he'll draw a bad entry number and get dumped out early. Billy Robinson: I'm undecided on Robinson, he might make it to the final four, he may not....he's the real wild-card in this match. Burning EXILE: Back in 2008 EXILE was a real threat, now it's 2013 and EXILE's just here to make up the numbers these days Byron: Has hardly been setting the ring a light in ROF, chances of winning are slim and none, with none being the more likely. Don Henderson: Henderson's loss to old foe Billy R at the last Pay Per View suggests to me, that the brakes have been on his recent main event push and that he'll probably spend a bit of time in that Upper Mid-Card limbo spot. He could still make the final 4 though. Duane Stone: One of the NOTBPW boys will be here to just make up the numbers, one of them will make the final 4. Duane's my tip to make it to the Final 4. Leo Price: Was hardly a hit in his first run, Price is simply here to get eliminated by whoever is 'dominating' the match whenever he makes his entrance. Louis Figo Manico: Has been in great form for a good number of months now, and seems to be getting closer and closer to getting a title shot. Jack Giedroyc has so far stood in his way, but he'll finally get the shot by winning this match. Luke Cool: Has shaken off his glorified jobber/lesser tag partner image in 2013, but still doesn't have a hope in hell of winning this match with such a strong field. Rolling Johnny Stones: A previous winner of this match, so he has pedigree and can't be counted out, but I see him just being edged out of the Final 4 Sergei Kalashnov: Will have a good showing, but won't make the exclusive Final 4. Design's on the Talisman Title would probably be a more realistic ambition for Kalashnov at this moment in time. Stevie Stoat: Stoat's an enigma, one month he looks a world beater, the next month he could get beaten by someone he probably thinks is beneath him. I think it's all down to his Super-Kick finisher , if Stoat nails someone with it ....it's lights out. So can he make the final 4, can he win this match...the answer to that is yes. But would I bet on it ? Probably not. U.K Dragon: Dragon's been down in his luck for about the past year and has really slipped out of contention. But as one of the key figures in the ROF Japan brand, they could do with someone giving them strong representation, as I don't think it will come from EXILE. I think Dragon will have a sort of renaissance here and I'll tip him to make the Final 4. Walter Morgan: Certainly has a strong pedigree in this match, and is now firmly established as one of the top dogs in ROF, along with Manico I feel he will be a guaranteed bet for the Final 4. Wolf Hawkins: As I said one NOTBPW member will have a really strong showing by making it to the Final 4, the other one will make up the numbers. Hawkins is my tip to be the make up the numbers man, but he'll look good doing it. Final 4 in order of elimination: Duane Stone, U.K Dragon, Walter Morgan, Louis Figo Manico (Winner) ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc With the Giedroyc 'monkey' removed from his back, two shows ago, I think O'Curle will maintain his turn around in fortune against the Wrath of God, with a succesful title defence. The only non-flame-related event on the RoF schedule ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Red Mafia - I don't see the titles going to Japan. Owner's perogative. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Joey Beauchamp - Draw. Even though Petey's not lighting the world on fire he's not Matraversing it either. The Breeze and The X-Factor likely go to a time limit draw. The King of the Ring match Featuring Adam Matravers, Billy Robinson, Burning EXILE, Byron, Don Henderson, Duane Stone, Leo Price, Louis Figo Manico, Luke Cool, Rolling Johnny Stones, Sergei Kalashnov, Stevie Stoat, UK Dragon, Walter Morgan and Wolf Hawkins. Final Four: Duane Stone, Louis Figo Manico, Walter Morgan, Byron Winner: Duane Stone - I suspect that Giedroyc was traded for Duane and if it's a three shot deal then Stone picks up the shocking win and then sets up an unthinkable 5 years ago match-up of O'Curle and Stone. Who'd have seen that one coming? Figo shows his stuff and finishes second, earning him an RoF titleshot down the road. Morgan continues to simmer just out of the Main Event scene still looking dangerous and Byron... shocks himself most of all by nearly winning the damn thing (by finishing a distant fourth.) ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc - Merle finals exocizes his demon (Giedroyc) and rediscovers that skill and intensity that makes him the most dangerous RoF Original.

ROF King of the Ring – September 2013 ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Red Mafia As said before the titles wont go to Japan, although I can see new championships being debuted if Japan is a hit, thats when the R.M win the belts. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Joey Beauchamp Barnes is still being tested as champ so I don't see him losing yet. The King of the Ring match Featuring Adam Matravers, Billy Robinson, Burning EXILE, Byron, Don Henderson, Duane Stone, Leo Price, Louis Figo Manico, Luke Cool, Rolling Johnny Stones, Sergei Kalashnov, Stevie Stoat, UK Dragon, Walter Morgan and Wolf Hawkins. Shock, Horror!!! Danny D aint chosen Billy R, I see Mr. Stoat getting back on top for a few months before running away again. ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc Not yet, no not yet.

ROF King of the Ring – September 2013 ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Red Mafia Those Commie Yakuza have invaded from the JAPAN brand once again.. to once again get thrown back in the Channel. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Joey Beauchamp I don't think I am right, I just like the Breeze and don't care for Petey. The King of the Ring match Featuring Adam Matravers, Billy Robinson, Burning EXILE, Byron, Don Henderson, Duane Stone, Leo Price, Louis Figo Manico, Luke Cool, Rolling Johnny Stones, Sergei Kalashnov, Stevie Stoat, UK Dragon, Walter Morgan and Wolf Hawkins. FINAL FOUR: Duane Stone, Walter Morgan, Louis Figo Manico, Don Henderson - you seem to pushing the Pain from Spain and he is the only one not named Walter that I can see winning it. ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc O'Curle keeps crippling the GOD. Figure Yahweh's Wraith would quit messin' with the Irish... it ain't smart. - And probably very painful...

ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Red Mafia Sorry boys but one more defeat over the Red Mafia means a truly cemented championship for the boss. Actually I wonder if Samurai could make another main event run before retiring. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Joey Beauchamp Barnes needs just a lttile longer as champion. The King of the Ring match Featuring Adam Matravers, Billy Robinson, Burning EXILE, Byron, Don Henderson, Duane Stone, Leo Price, Louis Figo Manico, Luke Cool, Rolling Johnny Stones, Sergei Kalashnov, Stevie Stoat, UK Dragon, Walter Morgan and Wolf Hawkins. I just really like Henderson ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc When an Irishman wants to talk to some one on his own level he has no choice but to speak with the almighty. Jack maybe the Wrath of God but Merle's got a direct line.

ROF King of the Ring – September 2013 ROF Tag Team Titles Warriors of Honour © vs Red Mafia While I would like to see an eventual last main event run from British Samurai, I don't think Red Mafia get the titles back anytime soon. ROF Talisman Title Petey Barnes © vs Joey Beauchamp I'm sure Beauchamp will win this title in the future, but not just yet. The King of the Ring match Featuring Adam Matravers, Billy Robinson, Burning EXILE, Byron, Don Henderson, Duane Stone, Leo Price, Louis Figo Manico, Luke Cool, Rolling Johnny Stones, Sergei Kalashnov, Stevie Stoat, UK Dragon, Walter Morgan and Wolf Hawkins. Manico should be the next big challenger for Merle (and take the title) and so will go on to win this. Final Four: Duane Stone, Sergei Kalashnov, RJS & LFM. Morgan's rund as KOTR dominator ends here and now. ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Jack Giedroyc The last matchup of these two in a long while I feel. It's getting somewhat stale.
Somehow he's just at a popularity where I can get him (in exchange for ROF Japan worker Dan DaLay). Plus, with his lifetime deal in place, he's cheaper than most NOTBPW workers are, which is an added bonus. Working agreement - yes, I mentioned it on page 1! See, I didn't keep it quiet at all. I just haven't used it before, save for bringing their resident enhancement talent Frankie Perez over for the King of the Ring a couple of years back. I mainly haven't used it because it's expensive.
