PeterHilton
I curse you all for that, honestly. But I count my blessings. Like the Texans inexplicably scoriung 29 points in the 4th quarter against the Titans defense that THEOUTLAWS started.
PeterHilton
Hmmm... a very disappointing set of afternoon games. This game is going to be very close after all. *Hopefully* I have a narrow lead heading into tomorrow and then I can hold on with Peyton and the Indy defense going against THEOUTLAW's MJDrew. Wallbanger
Me too, I will be in the hole Monday night and it'll be a tough slog to make up ground as I start Addai/Vinatieri against Harrison/Garrard. Here's hoping for a high-scoring Broncos/Steelers game tonight!
machinesxe
Just wondering since I don't have access to the stats page from work is so if someone could update me with the number for my match up.

But honeslty, I'm rooting for the Dukes. Can't have you 4-2 guys running off just yet.
Just wondering since I don't have access to the stats page from work is so if someone could update me with the number for my match up.
sxe, you were involved in probably the weirdest game I've ever seen. It seems like Remi is only half paying attention, and yet he scored 101 points, thanks mainly to Tom Brady dropping 50 and Lavernues Coles scoring 25. Your team was absolutely wretched at a couple slots, average at the rest, but you got a ridiculous 59 points combined frm the K and DEF. So you're going to win 112-101. machinesxe
Thanks man. I can't believe my guys aren't preforming any better then they have been. I was off to such a great start....got to love what the Titains kicker did for me though.
Wallbanger
Grr -- Kenton Keith poached a goalline rushing TD from Addai, or I'd be ahead at this point. EDIT: That's better -- a couple of FG's and time running down, we're almost there... EDIT 2: Well, anyone else this week would have beaten me, but I pick up a W and stand atop the rankings...hope you're ready to go next week, Masterded! mjdgoldeneye
If only my entire team didn't get injured... I'm normally not this bad. In fact, I'm on a 5 game winning streak in my other league (5-2-0) and in third place!
nZane
In case anyone is interested, I'm willing to part with Brett Favre. I won't give him away, but I'll certainly listen to offers...
Wallbanger
Gonna be a tough day for the top dogs this week -- I have to go up against Big Ben, Randy Moss, Steve Smith and Adrian Peterson and Astil has the bye week from hell. Looking like a good week for parity.

PeterHilton
UGH...just a week full of maybe-plays for me. Jamal Lewis isn't 100% so even though he's a better play than LenDale White at Oakland I'm gonna play white and cross my fingers.
PeterHilton
And what is the NFL thinking? If you're going to try to promote the game overseas WHY would you send the Dolphins? Why? The Brits are going to be leaving the stadium by the 3rd quarter. It's a soccer score. (and yay! for the fumble by Marty Booker)
PeterHilton
That worked out well.
Wallbanger
Nice upside on Edwards, there. In the meantime, I am wallowing in mediocrity (with the singular exception of Addai). So much for showing the Brits the beauty of the forward pass.
PeterHilton
Nice upside on Edwards, there.
Yeah, IIRC I got him in the 8th round and he was the third receiver I took. One of those guys all the pre-seaosn mags SAYS will have a break-out yearr but it seems like he only really clicked with Derek Anderson.
Wallbanger
I am outright stunned that I am not further behind. How the hell does New England score 50 points and Moss only gets 1 TD? I'm gonna need a low scoring game and a defensive touchdown to do it, but I could just pull out a squeaker here (I have the Packers DEF Monday night). PeterHilton
Welcome to parity! Barring a comeback by WB, and if Donald Driver doesn't have a huge game, this league will have SIX teams at 5-3 and will be led by a team at 5-2-1. With another team at 4-4. That means that, a little more than halfway through the season, just about everyone is still alive.
nZane
On that note, tonight is going to be very interesting. I have a three point lead going in, with Driver up for Outlaw and Jennings going for myself. I'm hoping and praying the Broncos decide to quadruple-team Driver for me... mjdgoldeneye
I will probably win today! (Because Remi dropped off the face of the earth...) Unless Wynn gets 15 points...
