Mr. Kimura spent a great deal discussing the rules and outline for the company. - Fights will be held within the confines of a five rope ring with sides measuring seven meters in length. - Fights will have a duration of three rounds. The first round will be ten minutes, followed by two five minute rounds. - Unless otherwise stated below, strikes to a downed opponent is legal. - Soccer kicks to a downed opponent on his back are legal. - Soccer kicks to a downed opponent on his stomach are legal. - Knees to a downed opponent on his back are illegal. - Knees to a downed opponent on his stomach are legal. - Stomps to an opponent on his back are legal. - Stomps to an opponent on his stomach are illegal. - 'Spiking' an opponent on his head is legal. - Finally, elbows strikes of any kind are illegal. The subject of weight classes were also addressed. The idea was originally to abandon weight classes, and contest fights under one openweight division.
