vgkrazie
I was just wondering, I have noticed that EWR never really ends... You play for as long as you want... I was wondering, while you are taking your Rookie through his Career onto becoming a Legend, is there an end to the career like death, retiring, injuries taking a toll, or do you keep on playing even after you have become the Legend and just play until you feel like starting over... Adam Ryland
It ends when your character becomes inactive, either through injury, retirement, or leaving the biz.
Payne
Is that a choice we get to make (other than injury) or is there a set age/time?
Fanku Kaibutsu
when your initial character leaves 'the biz', and the game ends, can you make a new character, and carry on with the game world in the same state as when your last character left? Adam Ryland
No.
Powerguy
But you could save the game world as it is when your character is done so you could start a new game with that save right?
Adam Ryland
No, it's like TEW, you cannot start from midway through a game.
Powerguy
Makes sense, thanks.
vgkrazie
Is there a chance for a retired wrestler to make a comeback??? Maybe even for one match...
Adam Ryland
As i said earlier, the game ends when your character retires. If the game has ended, obviously you can't come back for another match.

Adam Ryland
No, it's always when you hit your 65th birthday.
Chappy
That's not fair. Ric Flair is 85 and he still wrestles. :D
Tomster
No Flair's like
Colby
I still don't like the 65 year old rule...more about age though..what age do you start at?
Danny
You have a specific range to choose from. it is age 17 to age 30.
Adam Ryland
You can start with an existing character of any age, or play as a rookie who will obviously be young.
Guest Weden
So you can start already in a promotion? Not having to do the training camp thing?
MajikMan
So you can start already in a promotion? Not having to do the training camp thing?
In a way yes. From the FAQ list,
The last mode is "Supertar Mode". This is the same as "Rookie To Legend", except that you can choose to begin as an existing superstar. This means that rather than have to work your way up from scratch, you can use a character who is already well known.
Danny
Yes, Majic is correct. In superstar mode, you can start as an exisiting wrestler.
vgkrazie
One more question concerning Rookie to Legend age... Will age have any impact on their style or in ring performance? I really can't see a 50 year old guy flying off the top ropes hitting a Shooting Star Press :)

Showtime4Lajf
So if you are at say 86 speed and have a SSP in your moveset and then drop to below 85 speed, it will be removed... or will you still be able to go for it and then land on your head, and break your neck? :S
Adam Ryland
It'd be removed.
