Batista battles Umaga and it will be champion vs champion when Edge takes on Matt Hardy But we're gonna kick things off with the new ECW Champion in action. Kane & Finlay vs Mark Henry & MVP Kane is out for revenge in this match against the new ECW Champion Mark Henry. This match see's Kane dominate the early going until a low blow behind the ref's back from MVP brings Henry into the match. Henry dominates the former champ for a few minutes and uses some quick tags with MVP to help keep the big man down, but Kane battles back and brings in Finlay who clears the ring. The Match ends a minute or two later when Kane, now the legal man big boots Mark Henry out the ring and turns just in time to catch a charging MVP round the throat and ht the chokeslam for the 1,2,3 Winners: Kane & Finlay We head backstage and find Vickie Guerrero begging someone to reconsider. The camera pans and reveals none other than Vincent Kennedy McMahon. Vince says it has already been doen and he is going out to the ring to tell the fans about his decision. Gregory Helms vs Jimmy Wang Yang Both men battle it out here looking for a way back into the cruiserweight title picture, Helms is back to his best since his injury and really dominates Jimmy Wang Yang in this match, possibly unleashing some angry after his loss at NOC. he finishing Jimmy Wang off with a Shining Wizard. Winner: Gregory Helms Vince McMahon makes his way to the ring and tells us all that Smackdown ratings have been down recently, and it seems it is for one reason and one reason only. So as of right now... The Undertaker is back on Smackdown. Vince goes to leave but stops suddenly and says that if Mr Taker wants to make his presence known tonight then by all means do. Michelle McCool vs Maryse Divas Champion Michelle McCool has no problems in her first title defense, rolling up a surprised Maryse for the easy victory. Winner: Michelle McCool After the match McCool looks to the ramp expecting to see Beth Pheonix try another attack which Pheonix does Except this time she comes through the crowd and attacks McCool from behind before hitting her with a fisherman suplex. Phoenix then grabs the mic and says that she will see McCool at the bash. The Great Khali vs Colt Cabana Poor Colt hasn't had the best of times since his debut on Smackdown and it gets worse for him here as he is destroyed by Khali. At one point Colt goes to the outside and almost begs Mick Foley to help him. This results in Khali pushing Foley off his chair before taking Colt back into the ring and finishing him off with a chop to the head. Winner: The Great Khali After the match The Great Khali shouts at his manager Ranjin Singh. He then turns to the announce table and tells Mick Foley to stay out of Khali's way or he will be sorry. We head backstage to find Vickie Guerrero trying to calm a furious Edge down. Edge is just going over all the problems he has, Matt hardy tonight, Batista after his title and now Taker is back, he then quickly asks Vickie to find Umaga. Duece & Domino vs jesse & Fuetus A rematch from NOC and Duece and Domino do there best to keep Fuetus out of the ring and Jesse in it, an much more open match than expected with every getting a fair amount of a beating but the end comes with Duece rolling up Jesse and holding the tights to regain the title for his team. Winners: Duece and Domino We head backstage to find Edge shouting at Umaga, telling him that he is the samoan bulldozer and tonight he is going to destroy Batista in there match. Umaga then leaves the changing room for his match leaving Edge with a smirk on his face, which quickly disappears when the lights start to flicker. Batista vs Umaga This is a huge battle between two super heavyweights. The match is back and forth for long periods and see's batista kick out from a monster splash by Umaga, only for Umaga to kick out of a spinebuster from Batista. Eventually the action spills outside and both men don't pay attention to the referee's count resulting in a double count out and a draw. Out of pure frustration and angry Batista decided' to unleash his frustration on Umaga and sends Umaga through the announce table via a Batista Bomb Backstage once again to Edge who is alone looking at his title, he then turns to the camera and tells the whole world that it doesn't matter if Batista come after him, if Matt hardy comes after him, or even the Undertaker comes after him because he is the best in this business and is going to the ring to prove it. Edge vs Matt Hardy Edge and Matt Hardy battle it out in this champion vs champion match with a history. Matt shows he hasn't forgot about his past fueds with Edge and gives everything he has in this match, he even looks like he is on his way to winning after hitting Edge with a side effect but Vickie Guerrero comes out to distract Matt Hardy and just has Matt turns round he his hit by the spear and the World Champion picks up the win. Winner: Edge Vickie Guerrero starts to help Edge up and tries to celebrate with him when suddenly the lights go out and when they come back The Undertaker is standing there, Edge escapes as quickly as he can but the Undertaker grabs a hold of Vickie and lifts he up on his shoulder. He encourages Edge to come save Vickie as she screams for him to help but Edge just watches as The Undertaker Tombstone's Vickie to hell to end this edition of Smackdown End of Show

Both Cena and Triple H have denied the statement made by Dibiase and the fans seem to be backing both men and believing them. With that said GM Stone Cold Steve Austin has told Triple H and John Cena that this coming Raw they will team up against the team of Money Inc to see where the cracks lie and to try and rout out the possible “Snake in the Grass” Another unfolding story last week was the announcement of King of the Ring 2008 Re-Crowning. With Austin announcing the brackets on the website there has been lots of response and feedback on who the fans think will win the King of the Ring. This Monday all 8 superstars will fight it out in 4 first round Qualifying matches where the winners will advance to next week for the Semi-Finals.

In the DiBiase promo he says that at Night of Champions the games would be over. He means at GAB, no? *Hardy over Dykstra...the expected outcome, and the right decision. *HHH promo...he says all the right things to try and deflect attention. It has me intrigued. *JBL over Venis...again, an expected outcome, but plays nicely into storyline. *DiBiase promo...not sure why I think that Cena is the one aligned with him, though I'd hate to see it happen. I would prefer it if it was HHH, to sort of mentor the young guys. Though it seems like an easy way of turning Cena. *Kennedy over Murdoch...easy matches to predict. Not sure what the pairings for the next round will be, but given the Cade win later on, it would have been nice to see Murdoch take it. Kennedy has more upside though. Good choice. *McCool promo...it advances the story, not much else to say. *Cade over Super Crazy...since Murdoch is out, and Cade is within reach of KOTR, I expect shenanigans from Murdoch to get even with Cade. *Cena promo...he says that it could be a ploy by DiBiase, but I would be really disappointed if there's no pay off. Again, hopefully it's HHH. *Moore over Sydal...You seem pretty high on Moore, which is nice. He's got bigger fish to fry than Sydal, and I could see him have a decently long reign. *Henry over Kendrick...Good to see Henry looking strong, especially against inferior competition. *Santino/Carlito promo...not much to say really, until they actually challenge. *HBK promo/HBK over Burchill/Jericho sneak attack...figured I'd group it together since they seem to flow. Nice to see Shawn's emotions get the better of him in this exchange. Let's see how that plays out at GAB. *HHH/Cena over Money Inc...obvious decision, and nice to see the unwillingness to pair up. *HHH attacks Cena...This would have been the perfect way to announce it that HHH was aligned with DiBiase. Otherwise, him losing his cool doesn't seem like him much. I could see it as the new version of Evolution, him mentoring these young guys up. I don't see either of them challenging him any time soon, but another member might. Very good cliff hanger regardless of the direction you take it. Nice show.

hey thanks for point out the night of champions bit (my bad) and thanks for the review feel free to do that for every show as i did enjoy reading it :D glad to see some one enjoyed reading it so much and i can promise the build up to the turn or the massive hoax will be good. by the end of it i hope to have everyone not just fooled but totally on the fence lol Cade and Murdoch will have its place but not to spoil things but Cades going for bigger things while Murdoch finds his feet. Cade will have a big Feud comming up and the KOTR finnals will not only be a shocker but the actuall ending will be a shocker too. As for Shannon Moore you are right he does have bigger fish to fry but Sydal was voted for by the readers so i couldnt not book him in there lol. HBK and Jericho will be getting more interesting soon as there will be a twist in the tail of somthing here which i garen-dam-tee will shock every last one of you lol Trying not to hive to much away but Raw will have lots going on over the comming weeks/months:D

Tuesday, Week 1, July, 2008 Before the show gets underway a match takes place as a bonus for the fans in attendance: Big Daddy V versus Alex Shelley Big Daddy V shows how is body is beginning to break down in this match as he tires in a match which goes on perhaps a little too long considering his physical condition. Tony Chimel announces Big Daddy V along with his teacher; Matt Striker to a chorus of boos before the match begins. Big Daddy V shows his almighty strength throughout, finally finishing the newcomer Shelley off after a distraction from Striker leads to a Samoan Drop followed by an Elbow Drop. Big Daddy V defeats Alex Shelley in 17:47 by pinfall after Interference Rating: C- As the show begins Alex Shelley remains in the ring after Big Daddy V and Striker leave. Shelley sits up to leave but is interrupted by the music of Davey Richards. Richards enters the arena with a microphone: Richards: That was a good effort Shelley. I like you. You’re a young guy starting out, just like myself. I think we should watch each other’s backs. Before Shelley can reply some familiar Jamaican music hits the arena, and Kofi Kingston walks beside Davey. He shakes his hand and takes the microphone: Kingston: Yeah man. You saw what Mike Knox did to me last week. We’re shown no respect around here. Let’s work together in the ECW. Alex Shelley smiles and leaves the ring. He walks towards Kingston and Richards and shakes their hands, as they all leave to the back. Rating: D Bam Neely & Chavo Guerrero versus Mark Destiny and Mike Posey Destiny continues to show some improvement in this match, however his crowd reactions are terrible, as many people still do not know who he is. Destiny seems a little off of his game as well, botching a few spots with Neely. Adamle mentions how Chavo and Neely have been victorious on ECW for the past three weeks in a row, as Guerrero continues to shine. The crowd try to get behind the underdogs, but to no avail, despite Posey knocking Neely to the mat with a big punch. Neely gets back to his feet and hits a big Powerbomb on Posey for the win. Neely and Chavo Guerrero defeat Mike Posey and Mark Destiny in 3:23 Rating: E+ Boogeyman makes his way out to ringside following a commercial break. He enters the ring and addresses the crowd: Boogeyman: Tick tock. Last week us Freaks won the match. At the Bash we have a title match. Boogeyman begins to gyrate and is about to reach in his bag to retrieve worms before the music of The Big Show hits the arena. Big Show stands on the ramp way holding a microphone: Big Show: I know what you’re all thinking. Later tonight I avenge my loss at Night of Champions when I take out Kane. Right now, I’m doing the Tag Team Champions a little favour. Big Show begins to walk towards the ring before Big Daddy V’s music hits, and him and Striker also make their way onto the entrance ramp. Striker is holding a microphone: Striker: It seems you’re not the only one Show. Miz and Morrison asked if my behemoth Big Daddy V could cause a little damage of his own. On the behalf of the ECW Tag Team Champions, Big Daddy V and Big Show proceed to attack Boogeyman, first with a Chokeslam from Big Show, followed by a huge Elbow Drop from Big Daddy V, as Matt Striker applauds. Rating: C+ CM Punk versus Shelton Benjamin During this match Joey Styles mentions that Benjamin has challenged the former ECW Champion Kane to a match at The Great American Bash. Despite Elijah Burke being in Benjamin’s corner for this match, Mister Money In The Bank Punk wins after debuting a Pedigree type manoeuvre in the centre of the ring. CM Punk defeats Shelton Benjamin in 6:58 by pinfall with a Pepsi Plunge Rating: C Non-Title: Miz and Morrison versus Matt Sydal and Colin Delaney Joey Styles on commentary for this match repeatedly insists how what we saw earlier was a blatant way of the ECW Tag Team Champions trying to weaken Boogeyman before his and Hornswoggle’s title match at the Great American Bash. The ECW Tag Team Champions dominate this match however, with Morrison in particular looking strong as he finishes off Delaney after a Moonlight Drive whilst Miz clotheslines Sydal. Miz & Morrison defeat Matt Sydal and Colin Delaney in 2:38 Rating: D We cut backstage following a commercial break to find Elijah Burke walking down a corridor, clearly annoyed. He brushes past “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, knocking him aside, without even saying anything. Duggan gets to his feet and rushes towards Burke: Duggan: Didn’t Tommy Dreamer teach you enough about respect last week when he beat you in the middle of that ring young man? Burke: He did beat me. That old man beat me in a fluke victory, and now he’s got a title match with Mark Henry at the Great American Bash. It makes me sick. Duggan merely shakes his head as Elijah Burke ignores the veteran. Burke puts his towel over his shoulder, and walks away as we cut to a commercial break. Rating: C Kane versus The Big Show In the ring Big Show dominates Kane for a large portion of this match, before Kane fights back, and hits a Chokeslam for the win. Kane defeats Big Show in 6:34 by pinfall with a Chokeslam Rating: C+ Kelly Kelly versus Lena Yada Kelly Kelly does her best to get the fans to cheer her on in this contest, but for the most part they are not really interested. Lena Yada suffers a torrid of abuse from the fans in this match, who clearly show disregard for her arrogant mannerisms. Lena is beginning to show improvement as she pulls Kelly’s hair, knocking her to the floor, before Kelly fights back, only to have Layla run in and try to distract her, by getting on the apron. The WWE Divas Champion Michelle McCool then shocks the fans by running to ringside and knocking the interfering Layla off of the apron. Styles mentions how McCool is wrestling Beth Phoenix at the Great American Bash and wants to prove she is the most dominant female in the WWE as the fans cheer. Kelly then hits a Rocker Dropper on Lena to win the match. Kelly Kelly defeats Lena Yada in 2:48 by pinfall after Interference Rating: E- The Great Khali versus Hornswoggle The Great Khali is intently booed by the fans in this match, as is his manager Ranjin Singh, who was riling up the fans at ringside by mocking Hornswoggle’s height. Khali and Hornswoggle had an awkward bout, what with the largest member of the WWE roster taking on the shortest member of the roster. Adamle mentions that Miz and Morrison also set up this match by bringing Khali over from SmackDown as a way to weaken Hornswoggle before the Great American Bash. Amazingly, however, Hornswoggle pulls off the victory after Boogeyman limps down to ringside to cheer on his partner. The distraction allows Hornswoggle to trip Khali up, then hitting the Tadpole Splash for the win. Hornswoggle defeats Khali in 2:55 by pinfall with a Tadpole Splash Rating: D Mike Adamle, Joey Styles and Tazz are featured on camera as they announce next week’s Sci-Fi main event, which will see: Mark Henry, Mike Knox and Nunzio versus Tommy Dreamer and The Highlanders Adamle mentions that ECW GM Theodore Long allowed both Henry and Dreamer to select a tag team to join them in the match, with Henry choosing Knox and Nunzio, and Dreamer choosing The Highlanders. Who will build momentum leading into the title match at The Great American Bash? MVP eventually battles back though, and hits a huge boot to Dreamer’s head whilst he is in the corner of the ring. Joey Styles reminds the fans at home how MVP teamed with Mark Henry last week on SmackDown, and Henry would love nothing more than for MVP to hurt the Number One Contender before the Great American Bash. The match ends when the ECW Champion walks out to ringside, with the distraction allowing MVP to roll up Dreamer, with his feet on the ropes, to win the match. The show closes with MVP celebrating and Henry laughing at Tommy Dreamer. MVP defeats Tommy Dreamer in 7:31 by pinfall after Interference Rating: C Show Rating: C-

Big Daddy V VS Shelley-Nice dark match for the fans in attendance Kingston, Shelley, & Richards segment-For those of us that watched this on TV, it was hard to understand. We didn't know there was a match before the show. I might have saved this for the following week or had a recap of what happened before we went on the air. Though it was a good segment of the young guys banding together. Neely and Chavo against Destiny and Posey- Good quick match to build Chavo up and make Neely seem like a threat while continuing to get the underdogs over as just that, underdogs. Boogyman attacked- First i'm not much of a fan of the B-boy as a face. A fan friendly Boogyman that children aren't scared of kinda urks me. That being said, i tried my best to look over that. I would have liked to have seen Big Show and Big Daddy V try to one up eat other with moves on Boogyman or something to that effect. Heels always seem to be on the same page in wrestling, never against. Punk VS Benjamin- I would think these two would put on a better match than a C. I was very surprised at the grade and the fact Burke didn't get involved. Sydal and Delaney VS Miz and Morrison-Another quick match to show the champions are a dominentthreat to anyone and everyone. Good match in my book Burke and Duggan segment-A little surprised he got knocked off his feet but other than that, another good segment. Kane VS Big Show-I would have liked this match a little longer but what can one do with only 60 minutes. Good match again. Monsters in the ring, they did the best they can do given who they are. Good match Kelly Kelly VS Yada- Quick and to the point. No real chance of Kelly messing up to many spots that way. Though i would rather see her do what she does best, stand there for us all to stare at lol. Hornswoggle VS Khali-Good bout to help build the tag team match. Next weeks main event announcement-Looks like a good match. Interesting to see the Highlanders get a main event push even if for one week. MVP over Tommy Dreamer- The outside distraction was a good touch. The finish was good, but to have him just laugh i dunno. Maybe a stare down or a cheap shot with the title to further add to the feud. Overall- Good show, got a lot in 60 minutes and tried to add the 20 minutes before hand which is a good idea but just need a way to let us at home know what happened before hand. Good luck on Smackdown, can't wait for the show.

Thank you for your feedback! It's nice to know that people are reading this, as a lot of effort does go into it.
Big Daddy V VS Shelley-Nice dark match for the fans in attendance I'm trying to get Shelley over without specifically giving him unrealistic wins, so this match was perfect. Kingston, Shelley, & Richards segment-For those of us that watched this on TV, it was hard to understand. We didn't know there was a match before the show. I might have saved this for the following week or had a recap of what happened before we went on the air. Though it was a good segment of the young guys banding together. I see what you mean now. Perhaps I should have had a recap of the loss before the show. Neely and Chavo against Destiny and Posey- Good quick match to build Chavo up and make Neely seem like a threat while continuing to get the underdogs over as just that, underdogs. I'm really trying to build Chavo into a contender again. His momentum is very high at the moment. Boogeyman has always been seen as a comedy character to me. You're right, it would have been cool to have Big Daddy V and Big Show compete as they try to one up eachother. Punk VS Benjamin- I would think these two would put on a better match than a C. I was very surprised at the grade and the fact Burke didn't get involved. I used Burke later on in the show so I didn't want too much involvement here. Benjamin's going to be feuding with Kane. Sydal and Delaney VS Miz and Morrison-Another quick match to show the champions are a dominentthreat to anyone and everyone. Good match in my book Thanks. The rating wasn't amazing but you can't expect it to be. Quick matches like that to advance the Tag Team Champions is what is needed. Burke and Duggan segment-A little surprised he got knocked off his feet but other than that, another good segment. Well he is an old guy. I'm trying to have Burke show disrespect to legends like Dreamer and Duggan. Kane VS Big Show-I would have liked this match a little longer but what can one do with only 60 minutes. Good match again. Monsters in the ring, they did the best they can do given who they are. Good match Togg thought I should have put it as the main event, as they are the most over, but I'm trying to have the title scene headline the show. Kelly Kelly VS Yada- Quick and to the point. No real chance of Kelly messing up to many spots that way. Though i would rather see her do what she does best, stand there for us all to stare at lol. Yeah, part of me wants to give up with these females wrestling. The rating was terrible, despite Michelle McCool's interference. Hornswoggle VS Khali-Good bout to help build the tag team match. I thought people wouldn't like this, as I was putting Hornswoggle over, but it's good you can see it was needed to make the Freaks look strong. Next weeks main event announcement-Looks like a good match. Interesting to see the Highlanders get a main event push even if for one week. Very interesting. I'm a little worried that the Highlanders won't be able to handle the main event, but I need to build some more face tag teams. MVP over Tommy Dreamer- The outside distraction was a good touch. The finish was good, but to have him just laugh i dunno. Maybe a stare down or a cheap shot with the title to further add to the feud. Perhaps. There will be physical altercations between the two next week in the tag match. Henry costing Dreamer the match advances the feud though, which is good. Overall- Good show, got a lot in 60 minutes and tried to add the 20 minutes before hand which is a good idea but just need a way to let us at home know what happened before hand. The 60 minute barrier is a bit of a problem, hopefully I will get better at booking as the time goes on. If I use a dark match as part of a storyline again, I will inform the fans of the goings on. Good luck on Smackdown, can't wait for the show.
I'm just about to write the show up now. Not sure how well it will go down, the rating wasn't amazing but it is creative enough.

Why did u have every single one of your heels win by cheating? I can understand having some of the smaller heels do it but Big Show, Umaga and your champion Edge do not need to use the ropes or grab the shorts for pins to get wins, those are the guys you should be giving clean wins over jobbers to.

ECW Dark Match: *Big Daddy V over Shelley...WAY too long, and Striker has to interfere? Right ending, but not the right set up. *Shelley/Richards/Kingston...wouldn't make sense after a dark match, but we'll see where it goes in later weeks. *Neely & Chavo over Destiny/Posey...the right ending and the vets finished it off quickly. *Boogey beat up by Show/BDV...I really liked this segment, except for the fact that it set up the later match, but more on that later. *Punk over Benjamin...don't like seeing Benjamin jobbed out when you make a point to mention that he's got a title match at the PPV. *MNM2 over Sydal & Delaney...no other way for this match to end. And quick too. Thumbs up. *Burke/Duggan segment...seemed like a bit of a throwaway, since nothing happened with Dreamer. *Kane over the Big Show...given that Show got some heat over Boogey, not bad to see Kane win. *Kelly Kelly over Lena...served the purpose of getting McCool on screen. *Hornswoggle over Khali...let's hope Khali disappears or is being fired. Losing to Hornswoggle after a DISTRACTION by a battered Boogeyman???? REALLY? At least hit him with the clock or something. Hornswoggle over Khali? Moving on.... *Next weeks ME....I'll reserve judgment. *MVP over Dreamer...these guys don't seem to have much focus, any distraction gets their attention. MVP should have gone over clean. SD Dark Match: Yang over Palumbo...would have preferred Palumbo as the winner, but it's a dark match. *UT over Kozlov...to start out? We'll see how Kozlov recovers. *McCool over Little Feather...McCool goes over as she should, but awfully short match. *Batista over Khali...After his loss to Hornswoggle (and HOW he lost), I can't see Khali ever winning again. Sorry. *MVP over Cabana...Should have been a clean win. Come on, it's Colt Cabana. *Edgeheads announcement...doesn't do much for me. *Deuce & Domino segment...meh, would have liked to have seen Jesse do something there. *Umaga over Finlay...with such a quick match, he shouldn't have used the ropes. Finlay should have attacked him after the match (for cheating) but if he was too weak after the Spike, it defeats the purpose of using the ropes. *Edge over Funaki...why does he have to hold the tights? It's Funaki. Funaki needs a title shot pronto if Edge has to resort to tights. *Helms over Noble...feet on ropes, again??? *Jesse is jumped...wow, Jesse and Festus are the doormats. *Deuce/Domino over Jesse/Festus, Edgeheads...the jobbing out of Jesse/Festus continues. I almost feel sorry for them. *Edge jumps Batista...serves a purpose, but he seemed to go down too quickly. *Cherry over Maryse...another quick match, but hopefully the Divas championship matches will be longer than this. *Next week's ME seems a little crowded. Might have worked better broken up into two matches or something. *Boogey over BDV...Boogey looks a little too strong (not going down ONCE?) after being attacked on ECW. *Big Show over Delaney...Show looks way too weak in this match. 8 minutes against a jobber? And he has to use the ropes? *Edge attacked by UT, Batista throws himself into the match...this last segment completely negates the earlier attack on Batista by Edge as he books himself into the title match.

Ted Dibiase will obviously be there to watch this so how can these 3 men be in 1 ring at the same time without all hell breaking loose?
