If you're National or above and don't have a developmental territory, GET ONE! If that's not the case, the only option is to book the people in question as often as you can against the people talented in the area you want them to work on. Grudge Posted October 12, 2008 Share Posted October 12, 2008 i'll thread jack a little and enquire under relatively the same category another question. Should I be worried like I am that 10+ years down the line I won't have very many "ring general" like workers, meaning that psychology will become an underdeveolped stat on my roster. Would I have to make a concious effort to ensure that my stars psychology and performance skills improve or should I stop worrying and trust the system to level itself out in that regard?
