USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Tuesday Week 2 July 2008

Location: Huntsville Fairgrounds

Attendance: 3,613

Overall Rating: C+

TV Rating: .47

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Liberty.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JayChord_FS.jpg

[The show begins with a recap of last week's main event. James Justice won by DQ in his 17th title defense but The Youth Movement stood tall at the end of the night once again.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JossThompson_FSFIN.jpg

[The crowd booed heavily as the in-arena portion of the night kicked off with the leader of The Youth Movement: Joss Thompson. Thompson walked down to the ring, absorbing in the boos and then got on the microphone to hype his main event match tonight against James Justice for the USPW World Title. He took off his glasses and told Justice to look into his eyes. He is not playing any games tonight here on American Wrestling and is looking forward to taking that USPW World Title off the hands of James Justice and into The Youth Movement. Tonight, The Youth Movement takes a large step forward in momentum headed toward War Games.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/KirkJameson_FS2.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/FreddieDatsun.jpg

Kirk Jameson vs. Freddie Datsun

Jameson and Datsun didn't click in this match and our opening bout brought down the crowd's mood already. It seems the crowd really was appreciative of the Joss Thompson interview before this. Jameson nailed Datsun with The Bullseye to get the pinfall victory.

Winner: Kirk Jameson

Match Rating: D-

[Joss Thompson came down to the ring following the match and shook Kirk's hand and then declared him the first member of Joss' team at War Games!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/DeanWaldorf.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/AdrianGarcia.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BrucetheGiant.jpg

Dean Waldorf w/ Adrian Garcia vs. Bruce The Giant

Not a great match but an improvement over the one that brought down the crowd's mood. Adrian Garcia did good work at ringside but Bruce The Giant dominated the match. Bruce got the pinfall in elss than 5 minutes with the Giant Choke Slam.

Winner: Bruce The Giant

Match Rating: D

[And out came The Youth Movement with baseball bats! They immediately swung at Bruce from all sides with Joss Thompson leading the charge and Shooter Sean Deeley getting in one last hit across the head of Bruce to fell the giant. The Youth Movement were all smiles and high fives as they stood inside the ring.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Liberty.jpg

[backstage, James Justice cut a promo on the main event tonight. He spoke about how Joss Thompson seems to like to run in a pack. Well, he runs in a pack as well. One that includes men like Bruce The Giant, Nicky Champion and Peter Valentine. Not one boy among them. Tonight, Joss Thompson will get a lesson in respect and justice will be served.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/StephanieWade.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/GraceHarper.jpg

Stephanie Wade vs. Grace Harper

The crowd absolutely despised this match. It brought the mood down of the crowd no matter how much these two ladies tried to impress. Grace Harper even hit a catapult on Stephanie Wade into the corner. But Wade came out of it with a Super Kick to Grace Harper and Wade got the pinfall victory.

Winner: Stephanie Wade

Match Rating: E+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ArtReed.jpg

[backstage, Art Reed cuts a promo talking about his match last month with Acid and he requests a rematch against the high flyer. Reed will prove this month that technical skill beats a flyer's skill any day of the week and that the Pure Athlete is the one to move ahead.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/MarioHeroic.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Acid.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/AdrianGarcia.jpg

Mario Heroic vs. Acid w/ Adrian Garcia

Adrian Garcia accepted the challenge by Art Reed as he headed down to ringside and this match was actually a very good one. The crowd was into it as it went back and forth with Mario Heroic showing some pretty good moves against Acid, surprising some members in the crowd with the wrestling acumen of the former announcer. Acid fought his way back with the help of his manager Adrian Garcia and hit Heroic with an Acid Rain Bomb to get the pinfall win.

Winner: Acid

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Liberty.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion-1.jpg

[backstage, James Justice talked to Nicky Champion within the locker room. He psyched up Champion for this match tonight by telling him that he is going to be a member of Justice's team for War Games! So right now it's James Justice, Peter Valentine and Nicky Champion vs. Joss Thompson and Kirk Jameson. He also let Nicky in on the fact that War Games is submission or surrender.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion-1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JayChord_FS.jpg

Nicky Champion vs. Jay Chord

Another match that the crowd was really into as it went back and forth with both men showing an amazing range of talent. Jay Chord had a solid advantage through the middle portion of the match and he set up Nicky Champion for a Cradle Piledriver but Champion fought his way out of it and sent Jay Chord to the mat!

Champion came back with some tough, hard-nosed brawling and even hit a high knee in the corner and then a bulldog on the second generation superstar! Nicky Champion finished it off with a Hawkeye Hammer and picked up a huge win for the Legends team as the rest of The Youth Movement came down to the ring.

Winner: Nicky Champion

Match Rating: C

[Joss told Nicky to leave because this doesn't concern him one bit. Nicky looked confused but left the ring as Joss helped Jay Chord up and banged him right into a knee lift?!?! What in the world?!?! Joss motioned for Kirk and Sean to hold him and then got on the microphone, asking Jay if he thought they wouldn't find out. That Jay Chord planned to leave The Youth Movement for some other promotion?!?! Joss slapped Jay across the mouth and asked if this is the thanks he gets for bringing him up out of the gutter. Apparently, Jay Chord got homesick for the outhouse that Joss Thompson found him in. Joss moved around behind him and nailed him with the Clean Cutter! Shooter Sean Deeley pulled him up and hit a picture perfect German Suplex, no bridge, all impact! Kirk Jameson grabbed the legs of the lifeless body and locked in a Kirk-Hold! Kirk leaned back hard and used the ropes for leverage as no one came out to save Jay Chord. He's left with no friends here in USPW and it looks like he'll be leaving the promotion alone. Joss told Jay to tell Des and Jack hello for him as The Youth Movement left and EMTs brought a stretcher out for Jay Chord and he had to be stretchered to the back.]

USPW World Title Match

James Justice defends vs. Joss Thompson

Joss and The Youth Movement came back out for this USPW World Title match against James Justice and the crowd was pumped for it! The match began with Joss using some psychology and ducking out of the ring several times instead of locking up with the Champ. When Joss finally did lock up, he used a rake of the eyes to Justice and began with the advantage. Through the early part of the match, Joss Thompson had the advantage over James Justice until the USPW World Champ got pumped by the crowd and ducked a clothesline attempt before clotheslining Thompson over the top rope to the floor!

Justice went out after the leader of The Youth Movement and rammed him into the guardrail and then the steel steps! He aimed for the ringpost but Thompson stopped him and sent Justice headfirst into the ringpost! Thompson secured Justice and dropped him with a suplex on the protective mats outside the ring! Thompson pushed Justice back in the ring and followed him in, maintaining the advantage and focusing on the back of James Justice. Thompson manipulated the referee so that The Youth Movement could interfere at various times throughout the match without the referee's knowledge.

When James Justice started his next comeback, Joss sent the referee in the way of a James Justice clothesline and this cleared the way for more interference by The Youth Movement! They all climbed in the ring, waiting for Justice to get up before the crowd went on their feet as some familiar music hit...

It's T-REX!!!

T-Rex came down to the ring and speared Kirk Jameson! He speared Shooter Sean Deeley and then lined up on Joss Thompson but Thompson ducked out of the way, sending T-Rex through the ropes to the outside of the ring! Thompson helped his buddies up and he and Sean Deeley hit a double clothesline on James Justice but the referee saw it and called for the bell!

Winner: James Justice

Match Rating: B

[Joss Thompson pulled James Justice up and hit the Clean Cutter on James Justice! He made a cover and Sean Deeley counted the three count to boos from the crowd! T-Rex tossed a chair in the ring that hit Kirk Jameson in the head! T-Rex climbed back in but was immediately set upon by Joss Thompson and Shooter Sean Deeley! Thompson and Deeley kept T-Rex and Justice down and helped Kirk Jameson up and all three stood in the center of the ring with their arms raised in a moral victory as the show came to a close.]

From USPWWrestling.com...

As seen on USPW American Wrestling, Jay Chord has made the decision to leave USPW and is headed South West to TCW. He's supposedly going to be joining the midcard as a heel after increasing his microphone skills and popularity here in USPW. (Jumped from B- to B in microphone, from E+ to C- in popularity.)

USPW has also released two women wrestlers: Grace Harper and Sara Marie York. We wish them the best in their future endeavors.

[back inside the arena here, the crowd are on their feet as USPW World Champion James Justice walks out from the back! Justice holds up the title and then heads to the ring, stepping inside with a microphone in his right hand.]

James Justice

"Last week, The Youth Movement tried once again to take the USPW World Title but as you can see it's still around my waist. Joss Thompson couldn't take the title, Jay Chord couldn't take the title and tonight Sean Deeley will not be walking away with the title win, lose or draw. Sea, tonight you're going to find out exactly the same thing that your teammates have found out, when Justice is served there are no survivors."

[James takes in the crowd ovation, staring right into the camera before he heads toward the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/T-Rex_alt1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/MarioHeroic.jpg

T-Rex vs. Mario Heroic

A halfway decent match to start things off here in USPW. At least it didn't bring down the crowd mood! T-Rex was exhausted by the end of the match though which saw both men have control back and forth. T-Rex wrapped the Jurassic Crush around Mario Heroic and got the submission win.

Winner: T-Rex

Match Rating: D+

[Following the match, The Youth Movement ran down to the ring while T-Rex stood to meet them. T-Rex started out strong against them but the numbers game caught up to him and Joss Thompson, Kirk Jameson and Shooter Sean Deeley each hit their finishers. Joss also added in a few chairshots, locking T-Rex's leg in the chair and going up top, smashing T-Rex's leg in it!

As The Youth Movement celebrated, EMTs came out with a stretcher. T-Rex was stretchered out of the ring and to the back to a stunned crowd.]

Madman Boone vs. Lobo Blanco

Well, our first match that brought down the crowd's mood comes with the zombie against Lobo Blanco. Madman Boone was off his game in this match and it nearly cost him the battle against Blanco, especially since it's hard to gnaw through the mask that Blanco is wearing. During the match, the lights flashed and blinked and Puerto Rican Power's picture appeared on the Americatron! Lobo rolled up Boone and got a two count. Boone came back though and nailed Blanco with the Boone And Bust and got the three count.

Winner: Madman Boone

Match Rating: D-

Non Title

Alicia Strong vs. Nadia Snow

A very short match dominated by Alicia Strong. Alicia Strong looked good out there as Nadia Snow sold very well. Strong pinned Snow with the Strong Arm Tactic.

Winner: Alicia Strong

Match Rating: D

[As Alicia got up to celebrate, she turned right into a Super Kick from Stephanie Wade! The crowd booed as Wade picked up the Women's title belt and looked at it for several seconds before dropping it on Alicia and making the belt motion around his waist before she headed to the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ShooterSeanDeeley.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JenniferHeat.jpg

[backstage, Jennifer Heat and Shooter Sean Deeley are standing within a locker room area.]

Jennifer Heat

"Sean, tonight is a big night for you. When you beat James Justice in the center of the ring it will be your stepping stone to a USPW World Title shot."

Shooter Sean Deeley

"You're right, Jen. The Youth Movement is finally gonna pick up a victory against James Justice. We're going to prove that we are superior and I will prove that I am the superior technical wrestler here in USPW."

Jennifer Heat

"That's right. And my surprise for later on tonight? It's all set up and ready to go."

Shooter Sean Deeley

"Great, I'll tell Joss."

[sean nods and heads out of the locker room, leaving Jennifer Heat with a smile.]

Mick Muscles vs. Bruce The Giant

Even though he was off his game, Bruce dominated the match here tonight. It was less than four mintues long and Bruce finished off Mick with a Giant Choke Slam to cheers from the crowd.

Winner: Bruce The Giant

Match Rating: D

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JossThompson_FSFIN.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/KirkJameson_FS2.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion-1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/PeterValentine-1.jpg

Joss Thompson and Kirk Jameson vs. Nicky Champion and Peter Valentine

Both Joss Thompson and Peter Valentine were off their game tonight but the selling of Nicky and Peter made Joss Thompson look good. Nicky played the Ricky Morton role in this match, being double-teamed by Joss and Kirk at every opportunity. This was the best match of the night so far. Nicky managed to fight back and tagged in to Peter Valentine. Valentine came in with some simple brawling, taking down Thompson and Jameson. Then Nicky came in and a pier six brawl ensued.

Joss and Nicky were left inside the ring when a man came through the audience and stepped inside the ring. He was dressed as a rock star and slid inside the ring, hitting Nicky Champion with a reverse DDT behind the referee's back! Danny and Shane identified the man as Champagne Lover! Maybe this was Jennifer Heat's surprise? Joss hit Nicky with a Clean Cutter and the referee turned around, making the three count as Peter Valentine and Kirk Jameson brawled outside the ring.

Winners: Joss Thompson and Kirk Jameson

Match Rating: C-

Non Title

Champion vs. Champion

James Justice vs. Shooter Sean Deeley

Shooter Sean Deeley's big opportunity here and the announcing just wasn't as up to par as the match itself. The match was definitely the match of the night as both men exhibited some classic technical wrestling in the beginning and Deeley began focusing on the arm of Justice, using several different variations on the armbar to keep Justice down. The crowd was obviously booing Deeley throughout this match, especially when he rammed Justice's shoulder into the steel ring post. Deeley maintained control back in the ring and looked like a definite ten inside the ring but when he started arguing with the referee after a rope break, this gave Justice some time to rest.

The USPW World Champion used his good hand to punch Deeley and really began coming back on the offensive. The match went nearly fourteen minutes in total with Deeley being on the offensive for most of it and Justice firing back here toward the end. The USPW World Champion tried for a Liberation Slam early on but couldn't lift Deeley with that arm. But after he avoided a couple of moves from the Shooter, he raised him up with the other arm, hitting the Liberation Slam and getting a big three count!

Winner: James Justice

Match Rating: C+

[Following the match, Joss Thompson came out from the back, giving a fake applause to Justice as the USPW World Champion stared him down. Thompson just stared at Justice as the show came to a close.]

[The show begins with highlights from the match between James Justice and Shooter Sean Deeley last week. Justice got the win but was left with a staredown with Joss Thompson to end the show.]

[The crowd boos as the entire Youth Movement walks out from the backstage area and heads directly into the ring, playing to the crowd and taking in the boos. Joss Thompson leads things off talking about why this group was formed. It wasn't necessarily about wins and losses. It's about earning respect. And that respect was won when they took out T-Rex last week. Jameson and Champagne Lover both hyped the War Games match. Deeley announced that he would be defending his USPW World Television Title at Independence Slam against American Elemental! This went on without any interference and Joss ended it by announcing that by the end of the night they'd have one extra member and the last member of their War Games team.]

No surprise here that Art Reed was dominant in this match. These two have pretty good chemistry inside the ring and it showed. Reed locked in the Dread Lock, a variation on the Camel Clutch and got the submission win.

Winner: Art Reed

Match Rating: D

[Following the match, Acid came out and attacked Art Reed, hitting the Acid Rain Bomb! The crowd booed as Acid got the upper hand heading into the PPV.]

Adrian Garcia did some good work at ringside but Giant Redwood was exhausted by the end of the match as it went back and forth. Redwood was fighting for Garcia's continued existence here in USPW. Redwood went for a Choke Slam but Steve Flash fought out of it and hit a Flash Bang out of nowhere! Flash made the cover and Adrian Garcia's eyes went wide as Steve Flash got the three count! What a big win and Adrian Garcia is out of here!

Winner: Steve Flash

The powerful Jim Force taking on the Slick Pimp Daddy and nobody cared. This was the bathroom break of the show as it brought the crowd's mood down for the ones who stuck around. Turner sold pretty well and Jim Force hit the Full Force on Turner and got the pinfall.

Winner: Jim Force

James Justice, Nicky Champion and Peter Valentine vs. Joss Thompson, Kirk Jameson and Champagne Lover w/ Jennifer Heat

A pretty good main event here. James Justice shone early on in the match and then Nicky Champion played the face-in-peril, especially to Joss Thompson. Thompson really showed why he is the leader of The Youth Movement here in this match. Champagne Lover and Jennifer Heat did a lot of talking at ringside and even some kissing to boos from the crowd. Champagne really played up his role as a rock star. Nicky hit a DDT on Kirk Jameson inside the ring and crawled over, making the tag to Peter Valentine!

Valentine came in as a house on fire! Valentine punched away at everyone and even headbutted Thompson, hurting himself in the process! Valentine tagged in James Justice and the USPW World Champion dominated inside the ring! USPW INDEPENDENCE SLAM!

Saturday Week 4 July 2008

Location: Louisiana Auditorium

Attendance: 10,000

Overall Rating: C

PPV Rating: .52

[A video begins the show, hyping the main event matchup! It's War Games! Two men start in the ring and wrestle for five minutes and then every two minutes thereafter another wrestler enters the cage and the match truly begins when all eight men are in the ring. It can only be won by submission. It's The Legends vs. The Rookies! And it's tonight!]

[Following the video, Danny Jillefski and Shane Sneer welcomed everyone to Independence Slam and talked some about the main event. Danny put his money on the veterans while Shane Sneer had to hand it to the rookies.]

[As they talked they were interrupted by the music of The Youth Movement and this group of youngsters came out to the ring and spoke about how tonight is not about winning or losing. It's about injuring one of the veterans! Joss Thompson welcomed Jack Avatar to The Youth Movement and gave him a Youth Movement shirt to wear. All of the members hyped the big match later on tonight with Champagne Lover saying it's almost as big as one of his rock concerts. Alright, almost. Shooter Sean Deeley remained in the ring as his match kicks off USPW Independence Slam!]

USPW World Television Title Match:

Shooter Sean Deeley w/ Jennifer Heat defends vs. American Elemental

A World Television Title match kicks off the show and it was a very good match, all things considered. American Elemental used some good high flying tactics but once Deeley grounded Elemental it was all but over. Deeley got the submission victory and the successful title defense with a Seated Stretch Armbar.

Winner: Shooter Sean Deeley

Match Rating: C

[backstage, the camera is following the large back of an unknown man as he walks through a hallway. Danny and Shane can only speculate as to who the man is until he finds Joss Thompson by the soda machine and attacks him! The man turns his face to the camera to reveal...Sam Strong! Sam Strong is BACK here in USPW! Sam rams Joss' head into the soda machine and officials come in quickly, doing their best to break things up. What a return for the owner here!]

He hits PRP with a Boone And Bust to finally and fully break free and makes the cover, getting the victory.

Winner: Madman Boone

Match Rating: D-

Art Reed vs. Acid

No more Adrian Garcia at ringside for Acid. He's having to go it alone here against the Pure Athlete Art Reed. This was the match of the night so far as these two went over fourteen minutes inside the ring in a very back and forth contest. Some highlights included some diving splashes by Acid outside the ring onto Art Reed, Reed using the multiple German Suplexes on Acid and both men getting knocked out at one point where the referee nearly reached a ten count.

The closing sequence had Acid going for the Acid Rain Bomb but Reed moved out of the way! Reed took the advantage and with the support of Blonde Bombshell at ringside, he hooked on the Dread Lock to get the submission win out of Acid!

Winner: Art Reed

Match Rating: C+

[Following the match, Acid attacked Art Reed from behind, grabbing a chair from ringside to do some damage. Blonde Bombshell covered Art Reed as Acid went up top and Acid hit the Acid Rain Bomb on both Blonde Bombshell AND Art Reed to major boos from the crowd!]

[The Youth Movement was shown back in their locker room and Joss Thompson used the attack by Sam Strong as a motivating factor in getting them hyped up for the War Games match. He talked about how the legends are afraid of them and it showed right then and there. Tonight, it is their time to take what the legends won't give them and that's their rightful spot at the top.]

[The Legends got a pep talk from Sam Strong backstage. He spoke about the young punks and how they think they can do whatever they want? Well, tonight they are going to beat the respect into The Youth Movement any way that they have to!]

War Games

James Justice, Bruce The Giant, Peter Valentine and Nicky Champion

vs.

Joss Thompson, Champagne Lover, Kirk Jameson and Jack Avatar w/ Jennifer Heat

The two Team Captains began the first five minutes of War Games as James Justice came out first and then Joss Thompson came out. Both men were fired up and it was a brawl throughout the first five minutes. Justice used the adrenaline from the crowd to keep an advantage and was the first to send his opponent into the steel enclosed cage. Thompson staggered around before dropping to the ground and when the first five minutes were up, a coin toss came up backstage to decide who would get the one man advantage.

Out from the back came...Jack Avatar! Jack came rushing in the ring and immediately went on the offensive with James Justice! Justice fired back but Joss Thompson joined in and the one man advantage paid off for The Youth Movement. Justice was rammed into the cage by both men and busted open during this time! The crowd booed The Youth Movement and cheered when the two minutes were up.

And out came...Nicky Champion! Nicky rushed down to the ring to save his partner and went after Jack Avatar while Joss and James battled it out. Nicky and Jack went to one ring while Joss and James battled it out on the other. Nicky sent Jack into the turnbuckle and climbed up, raining fists down on Avatar ten times, the crowd counting along! Nicky reached over and grabbed Joss between the rings and rammed his head into Jack Avatar's and the crowd roared it's approval! Nicky and James shook hands and took down Jack and Joss with a double clothesline and the buzzer sounded...

And out came...Kirk Jameson! The Marksman slid into the ring and went after Nicky Champion with a clubbing blow from behind! He held Nicky's arms while Jack Avatar punched him. Joss Thompson sent James Justice into the cage on the other ring and Kirk and Jack double-teamed Nicky Champion all the way until the buzzer sounded...

And out came...Peter Valentine! Valentine slid into the ring and first he saved James Justice by sending Joss Thompson into the steel! Joss Thompson is busted wide open! Valentine and James Justice went across to save Nicky Champion! Valentine hit the HeartBreaker on Kirk Jameson! James Justice hit the Liberation Slam on Jack Avatar! The battle waged on with all men having an advantage at one point and then came the buzzer!

And out came...Champagne Lover! One of the newest members of The Youth Movement gave a kiss to Jennifer Heat before climbing inside the ring and going after the USPW World Champion! There's action all over the ring here, folks! It's hard to keep up! Kirk Jameson has been busted open and so has Peter Valentine but Valentine is seeming to enjoy it! The Youth Movement is enjoying this one man advantage, starting to really gain a head of steam in this match. But that's when the buzzer sounds.

And out comes...Bruce The Giant! He's the last man for the team of the Legends! Sam Strong comes out with him and stands ringside for his team of Legends and Bruce hits the ring with Headbutts all around! The cage door is locked and now the only way to win is by submission! No pinfall, no DQ, no cage escape! Joss Thompson begs off of Bruce The Giant and then hits him with a low blow! Thompson sends Bruce into the steel! James Justice is duking it out with Jack Avatar in a corner. Kirk Jameson and Nicky Champion are exchanging chops!

The fighting partners definitely continue to move around and around with each man getting a chance to fight another. By the end of the match, all eight men are bleeding profusely, especially James Justice, who was opened up early in the match. He is wearing a crimson mask and seems a little woozy as he struggles against Jack Avatar. Jack goes for a pin on him but there's no referee to count because pinfalls don't count! Jack gets up, very frustrated and goes to help out Kirk Jameson dealing with Bruce The Giant. James Justice is slow to get up but he does and he helps out Bruce some by going after Kirk! Joss Thompson and Nicky Champion are doing battle. Nicky hits the Hawkeye Hammer on Joss Thompson! James Justice slams Kirk Jameson shoulder first into the cage and then sends his shoulder into the steel ringpost! Justice and Jameson are doing battle. Justice hits the Liberation Slam and then brings out Jameson's arm and Bruce The Giant steps on it! Justice hooks Jameson in an armbar and stretches it out hard! Jameson struggles, screaming but he has no choice but to submit!

Winners: The Legends

Match Rating: C-

[sam Strong gets inside the cage and helps the Legends in their fight and then raises the arm of the USPW World Champion! What an ending! What a show! What a War Games!]

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Tuesday Week 1 August 2008

Location: Huntsville Fairgrounds

Attendance: 4,278

Overall Rating: C

TV Rating: .45

[The show begins with a recap from USPW Independence Slam, focusing on the main bout, the War Games match between the Legends and the Youth Movement. The Legends won out in the end with a James Justice armbar on Kirk Jameson.]

[Danny Jillefski and Shane Sneer welcome everyone to the show and talk about the USPW World Champion James Justice and how he just seems invincible here in USPW. Can anyone take down the USPW World Champion?]

[Danny and Shane are interrupted by the music of the man they were talking about: James Justice. Justice comes down to the ring and first thanks his teammates for a great War Games bout and then talks about his submission victory over Kirk Jameson. He tells Jameson that any time he wants a rematch, that he can come and get him some. But he is interrupted by the words of Jack Avatar and Jennifer Heat. Avatar says that Jameson will get a rematch but it will be against him for the USPW World Title after he beats James Justice into the ground later on tonight. A good argument ensues between the two with Avatar getting the upper hand before leaving.]

Champagne Lover w/ Jennifer Heat vs. Fumihiro Ota

A pretty short match to kick things off here on USPW American Wrestling as Champagne Lover takes on Fumihiro Ota. The Ninja got in some offensive moves early on but then the Rock Star took over, playing some to the crowd before hitting the super-high frog splash known as the Champagne Sunrise and getting the 3 count.

Winner: Champagne Lover

Match Rating: D

[Following the match, Champagne Lover got on the microphone and talked about how hard it is to be a rock star. How he has his millions and millions of fans mobbing him everywhere he goes. He talks about how most of them aren't even good enough to lick his boots but there's one he can definitely enjoy being around and that is Jennifer Heat. CL and JH kiss for a moment to boos from the crowd before they head to the back before things go too far.]

Mick Muscles vs. Jim Force

The USPW World Tag Team Champions came out together for this match against Jim Force. Mick Muscles was, of course, the only legal man in the ring but it didn't stop Danny Rushmore from getting in a few shots outside the ring. The crowd began cheering for Jim Force to make his comeback and he got in a few shots but he was finally felled by the Bulldozer Powerbomb and a 3 count.

Winner: Mick Muscles

Match Rating: D-

[Danny Rushmore came in the ring to congratulate his partner but then took the liberty of a few stomps. Then the crowd roared as someone came out from the back...

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Java_FIN2.jpg

It's Java! But he's wearing Jim Force facepaint?!?!

Java takes down the USPW World Tag Team Champions with clotheslines, press-slamming Danny Rushmore outside the ring and onto his partner! The crowd cheers for Java as he checks on Jim Force and helps him to his feet and the two look out toward the Champs!]

T-Rex returns vs. Steve Flash w/ Blonde Bombshell

T-Rex was really off his game tonight against the technically sound Steve Flash and that really hurt the match in general. Though it took less than four minutes, it was really a back and forth match. Flash put T-Rex away cleanly though with the Flash Bang.

Winner: Steve Flash

Match Rating: D+

[backstage, James Justice cuts a promo to get the crowd hyped for his main event match with Jack Avatar later on tonight. The crowd is really into it and are lifted by the words of the USPW World Champion!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/CherryBomb_alt2.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/SuzanneBrazzle.jpg

Cherry Bomb returns vs. Suzanne Brazzle

Cherry Bomb makes her return to USPW American Wrestling in this pretty good match against Suzanne Brazzle. The two have excellent chemistry inside the ring and whenever Cherry Bomb has the advantage she looks in the camera and motions that she wants her USPW Women's Title belt back. Cherry Bomb finished off Suzanne Brazzle with her Tiger Bomb known as the Cherry Bomb!

Winner: Cherry Bomb

Match Rating: D

[The crowd was a little surprised but cheered when the American Everyman Freddie Datsun also made his return to USPW American Wrestling. Datsun talks about how he was down because of not being selected to compete for the Legends at War Games but he is not gonna let that keep him down. As a matter of fact, he's gonna prove why he should have been selected by challenging the Shooter Sean Deeley to a match anywhere, anytime for that USPW World Television Title. Datsun says when he gets done with the Shooter, he's gonna be shooting blanks.]

Kirk Jameson w/ Jennifer Heat vs. Peter Valentine

Not only was Jennifer Heat at ringside but so was USPW Youth Movement's leader Joss Thompson to watch this match. It was a back and forth match that had Valentine visibly tiring toward the end as it lasted over fourteen minutes! Jennifer Heat interfered liberally against Peter Valentine during the match to keep Kirk Jameson's momentum fairly high throughout the bout.

Late in the match, Peter Valentine started making his comeback and ignoring any shots from Kirk Jameson! Valentine set up Jameson for the Heart Breaker but Jennifer Heat got up on the apron, distracting both Valentine and the referee! Joss Thompson slid inside the ring and hit Valentine with two chair shots: one to the leg and one to the back and then rolled out. Jameson got up and locked in his Kirk-Hold and got the submission victory!

Winner: Kirk Jameson

Match Rating: D

[Jack Avatar was backstage and gave an interview about his USPW World Title shot tonight. Tonight, Jack says he will prove that he was only moments away from making James Justice submit at War Games. Tonight, he goes in that ring and takes the USPW World Title for the Youth Movement. Tonight, it's Avatar Time!]

USPW World Title Match

James Justice defends vs. Jack Avatar w/ Jennifer Heat

Another fourteen plus minute match here on USPW American Wrestling and it was a good one despite the lack of chemistry between Justice and Avatar. There were several blown spots that the crowd seemed very willing to forgive at this moment. It was an open, back and forth match that saw Justice nearly hit the Liberation Slam early but Avatar snuck out of it and headed outside the ring. Back inside, the brawl continued with Avatar using some technical wrestling holds to get inside the head of Justice and take the advantage. Justice, though, to his credit, reversed a sleeperhold into a jawbreaker.

And that's when Joss Thompson came down to ringside, trying to help out Jack Avatar with moral support, right? As Justice set up Avatar for another Liberation Slam, Jennifer Heat got up on the apron to distract the referee and James Justice! Avatar was able to hit Justice with a clubbing blow from behind and then grabbed his arms, holding him as Joss Thompson climbed into the ring with a chair. Joss began winding up and then swung --- DUCKED! --- He hit Jack Avatar! Thompson hit his friend with the chair and looks shocked! James Justice grabs him and tosses him over the top rope and then turns back to Avatar, helping him up --- LIBERATION SLAM! James Justice threatens Jennifer Heat with a punch and she drops down and Justice makes the cover: 1 --- 2 --- 3!! His 19th successful title defense!

Winner: James Justice

Match Rating: B-

[James Justice celebrates inside the ring as Jack Avatar rolls out and confers with Joss Thompson! They both look up toward Justice, ready to fight but out from the back comes Bruce The Giant to even the odds! Bruce steps over the top rope and stands back to back with James Justice as Joss and Jack circle the ring.

Bruce turns toward James Justice to talk to him for a moment --- CLOTHESLINE! Bruce The Giant just clotheslined down James Justice! Bruce signals with his arm in the air and then pulls up James Justice --- GIANT CHOKE SLAM!! What in the world?!?! Joss Thompson and Jack Avatar look just as confused at ringside and Danny Jillefski on the microphone thinks it's the greatest thing in the world! What a swerve by Bruce! And that's all the time we have, folks! We'll see you next week where maybe we will get some answers as to why Bruce The Giant has turned on James Justice!]

After last week's show, there are some definite questions that need to be answered here on USPW American Wrestling. The first of which being why Bruce The Giant turned on James Justice last week!

Another being the new friendship perhaps between Jim Force and Java. Java saved Jim Force last week from an attack by the Towers of Power.

Who knows what's gonna happen this week as James Justice goes for title defense number 20!

Nicky Champion w/ Sam Strong vs. Giant Redwood

Zeus Maxmillion vs. Freddie Datsun

Cherry Bomb vs. Tamara McFly

USPW World Television Title Match: Shooter Sean Deeley w/ Jennifer Heat defends vs. Art Reed w/ Blonde Bombshell

Madman Boone vs. Peter Valentine w/ Sam Strong

USPW World Title Match: James Justice w/ Sam Strong defends vs. Acid

So get those predictions in!
