CGC: "That's Entertainment", The DeColt Tragedy

Recommended Posts

I usually don't bet against a mystery, but Ricky DeColt is Ricky DeColt. So I have no choice.

Dan DaLay vs. Lee Rivera

Whippy The Clown & Ryan Powell vs. The Sage & Aether

Ricky DeColt vs. ???

Eddie Chandler vs. Shane Nelson

Dan DaLay vs. Lee Rivera

Rivera may be one half of the Tag champs but he's not going to beat DaLay in singles competition.

Whippy The Clown & Ryan Powell vs. The Sage & Aether

The Prophecy are being pushed as a major threat, where as Clown & Powell are being booked as pure midcard

Ricky DeColt vs. ???

No matter who ??? is you wont be jobbing out the world champ on free TV to someone unproven in CGC.

Eddie Chandler vs. Shane Nelson

See my prediction for Rivera-DaLay same thing here.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Mitch.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/George.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Adrian.jpg

Ryan Powell is seen warming up in the backstage when The Sage comes into the room. Not making a sound, Sage walks behind Powell.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Sage.jpg

"Rryan..", Sage whispers with his creepy voice.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ryan.jpg

"****!! .. Don't sneak up on people like that.. Geez.."

"Youu want to know aboout the futuree..? Yess..?"

".. Alright weirdo. Tell me."

Sage cuts few hairs from Ryan and gets on his knees, placing the mysterious box in front of him. Sage gets the stuff out and throws them into the box along with Ryan's hair.

".. Interezzting.."

"What does it say?"

"It sayzz.. You will be .. Attacked from behindd by a masked maann.."

"Wh-"

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Aether.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Whippy.jpg

Ryan can't finish the sentence as Aether attacks him from behind, flooring him with a stiff kick to the head. Sage and Aether begin to team up on Powell, violently stomping on him until Whippy The Clown, Powell's tag team partner of the night, comes in and saves him from the beatdown!

Grade: D+

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Lee.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Dan.jpg

Suddenly the cameras turn to another section of the backstage where Lee Rivera is being manhandled by his opponent of tonight, Dan DaLay! DaLay bashes Lee against stuff that's lying on the hallways, easily throwing the daredevil around as he wishes. The assault is brutal and leaves Lee Rivera battered and bruised as the two approach the ring with Dan dragging Lee behind him.

Grade: C-

Mitch: "What a violent start to tonights show! Adrian.. Didn't you say something that the Elite won't do backstage attacks?"

Adrian: "The cameras missed the moment when Lee jumped on Dan.. He just defended himself."

Mitch: "Yeah right.."

George: "We should definitely get more cameras."

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Dan.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/VS.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Lee.jpg

Dan DaLay vs. Lee Rivera

The referee checks on Lee, asking if he wants to have the match. Lee nods in agreement as his daredevil, never-say-die attitude takes over logical reasoning. Dan DaLay continues the beatdown right after the bell rings with Lee Rivera getting little to no offense done to DaLay. DaLay defeats Lee Rivera in 4:46 by pinfall with the DaLay Down, putting an end to Rivera's misery.

Winner: Dan DaLay

Grade: D+

On the hallway near the locker rooms, Steve DeColt bumps into Hotstuff Marie.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Steve.jpg

"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at home with Jack?"

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Marie.jpg

"Are you kidding? I just came back, I'm not going to stay at home just because of him. He's just taking a week off.. He'll be back next week. He wasn't away when I was away, why should I be away?"

".. But.. You're not safe here.. Marie, honestly. Ares took Jack out last week. What makes you think he won't attack you?"

"That's why I was searching for you."

"Me?"

"Yes, you Steve.. You are the only one here that I feel safe with."

Steve sighs. ".. Fine. I really don't want to get in between you two. You know.. Jack and I haven't really been in good terms lately."

"I know. It's fine, really. I think Jack should be happy that I'm here with you. There's anyone else on the roster. Ricky, surely, but he's got the Elite on his tail. You have no enemies.."

".. Makes sense. I guess. Just promise you won't get in harms way if anything happens, okay?"

"I promise."

Grade: C+

Adrian: "Well this is interesting."

Mitch: "Next: Whippy The Clown and Powell take on The Prophecy!"

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Whippy.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ryan.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/VS.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Sage.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Aether.jpg

Whippy The Clown & Ryan Powell vs. The Sage & Aether

Ryan and Aether start in the ring, exchanging strikes until Powell gets Aether down with a leg lariat. Aether grabs Powell from the tights and sends him out from the ring. Aether bounces from the ropes and hits a stunning spaceman plancha on top of Powell. Whippy climbs to the turnbuckle and leaps off and hits the Joke's On You (Flying butt press) on Aether. Sage enters the ring and waits for the three wrestlers to get up and hits a corkscrew moonsault from the ring to the outside! Slowly all four men climb back into the ring and both teams change the legal man in the ring; Powell to Whippy, Aether to Sage. The match continues fast paced with Whippy and Sage going all out in the ring. Whippy goes for a running butt press on Sage who ducks it, Whippy ends up knocking the referee down momentarily. Sage knocks Powell from the apron while Acid hits a low blow on Whippy! Sage leaps on the turnbuckle and finishes off Whippy with the Heart Burn (Top rope double kneedrop). Sage pins Whippy as the referee recovers and counts to three, not seeing that Sage had a handful of Whippy's tights, adding insult to injury as the match ends in 8.42.

Winners: The Sage & Aether

Grade: D+

Ricky DeColt is shown backstage as comes out from a locker room with a smile on his face.

Mitch: "Who was there?"

Adrian: "Doesn't matter, The Specialists will beat Ricky without breaking a sweat."

Ricky DeColt vs. The Specialists

Ricky DeColt and Bobby Thomas start with Bobby getting the best of Ricky with his all around skills, keeping Ricky in the ground. After minutes of stuggle and submission wrestling in the mat Ricky gets out and nails couple kicks across Bobby's body. Ricky goes for a quick double dropkick but gets only a two count. Bobby floors Ricky with a lariat and tags Nate in. Nate hits few suplexes on Ricky and goes for the Natural Order (Inverted Fame dropper) but misses as Ricky ducks it and Nate gets caught into the ropes with his leg trapt on the top rope. Ricky starts hitting several good kicks to Nate's back but is interrupted when Bobby rushes into the ring and knocks him down. Referee orders Bobby back to his corner which he obeys, giving Nate just enough time to get himself out from the precarious position. Ricky goes for the DeColt 45 but Nate turns around and hits a northern ligths suplex but doesn't go for the count, instead he goes and tags Bobby in! Bobby lifts Ricky up and goes for the Specialists Touch (Single arm DDT) but Ricky counters it into a DDT of his own! But only for a two count! Nate tries to come into the ring, the ref gets in between trying to stop him. Bobby grabs brass knucks from his wrestling gear and puts it around his fist when Steve DeColt and Hotstuff Marie come running down the ramp, Steve jumps onto the apron, grabbing Bobby from the neck and driving him onto the top rope with a neck snap! Bobby's head whiplashes and he stumbles to the middle of the ring where Ricky is waiting! DeColt 45! The referee gets out from Nate's grip and goes for the count while Steve runs to the other side and holds onto Nate so that he won't interfere in the count! Ricky gets the pinfall of Bobby and wins the handicap match in 12.21!!

Winner: Ricky DeColt

Grade: C-

Mitch: "Paybacks a .. You know what."

Adrian: "My oh my.. What happened to the honest and righteous DeColts.. Oh and poor Marie standing there all alone.."

Mitch: "..?"

Steve DeColt is in the ring with Ricky DeColt as they pose together, when suddenly Shooter Sean Deeley comes out from the crowd and grabs a chokehold of Marie! Shooter threatens to choke the life out from Marie if Steve won't accept his challenge.. A submission match against him, right away. Steve accepts but only if Shooter lets go of Marie, which he does. Ricky escorts Marie to the back while Steve and Shooter start their match.

Shooter Sean Deeley vs. Steve DeColt

Submission Match

Shooter starts off strong, keeping Steve in the ground with several different submission, concentrating on his legs. Steve powers out from the moves eventually and starts slamming Shooter around the ring, finally connecting with the DeColt Stampede! Steve can't seem to think of a submission until he locks Shooter into a figure four leg lock! Deeley tries to roll on his stomach but turns around too much, ending back in the original position! Deeley taps out in just 5.32!!

Winner: Steve DeColt

Eddie Chandler vs. Shane Nelson

In our main event another Elite member faced another Youth Energy member. In a nice match where the two had some great chemistry, Shane got few nearfalls of Eddie until Dan DaLay interfered in the match, distracting the ref, costing Shane the match as Eddie got a change to hit Shane with a low blow. Eddie Chandler picked up the win with the Fabolous Stretch in 9:44. (Pretty good chemistry)

Winner: Eddie Chandler

Grade: C+

Mitch: "I am so surprised.. Another screw job from the Elite."

Adrian: "Elite just beat up the World Tag Team champions, Youth Energy. Decisively."

Mitch: "... Hey! What are they doing!"

Dan and Eddie start to stomp on Shane until George DeColt comes to the ramp ordering them to stop as he has a new announcement concerning Luck Of The Draw PPV. Since Dan DaLay hasn't got a match for it yet, George tells him that that is going to change. At CGC: Luck Of The Draw, Dan DaLay will face..

Another great show as always, FIN! Really enjoy your writing style and layout. My favorite right now has got to be Sage.

Wow, your favorite character is the one that the author has put the most work into being different from the rest of the roster. How original of you. :p

Sage is my favorite too. :o

Well yes he's the most different of them all but I'm not sure if he's the one I have put the most work on.. Maybe, maybe not. Atleast he's the first character to really to make it big with the fanbase and he's also the first character that I invented for the diary. You just wait, I'll concetrate on the other characters aswell. Create them month by month I guess. It's nice to know that you have enjoyed the diary thus far guys :)

I guess the most work isn't the best choice of words. Maybe most original or most unlikely gimmick for the worker in question?

Well yeah, that would be better. I created the character, gave it some personality and it succeeded in someway. Altough he has had several long promos, that may have had something to do with the success. And mind you, there's lot more to the Sage than anyone can really guess. What that means is.. .. You'll find out later. ;)

I'm enjoying the dynasty too... but can you do me one favour?

Please rename the "Heart Burn" it doesn't work as a name for a finisher for Sage.

Also it was good to see Shane Nelson in the main event. Something about him has always appealed to me. And I've always been a massive mark for Eddie Chandler.

Preview of CGC Title Bout Wrestling on Maple Leaf Sports this Sunday:

It's the last show before CGC: Luck Of The Draw Pay-Per-View!!

On this Sunday The Prophecy takes on Whippy The Clown, Ryan Powell and Jack Decolt in a six man tag team match! Who will have the momentum going into the LOTD!? At last show Dan DaLay and Eddie Chandler beat the members of Youth Energy, Lee Rivera and Shane Nelson. Tonight the four wrestlers will meet in a non-title tag team match. Will the reigning World Tag Team champions have the experience advantage over the top members of Elite or will the Elite pick up another victory over the youngsters?

In our main event of the evening The Specialists seek revenge for what happened last week as it was Steve DeColt who came to the aid of Ricky, costing the Specialists the handicap match against Ricky. Will the DeColts prevail as the winners from this match also? How's Jack going to react of what happened last week when he was away as his fiance Marie was put in harms way because of Steve DeColt's actions?

And last but definitely not least, George DeColt will announce the different match stipulation options for the PPV! The lottery itself will take place live on the pay-per-view during the event.

Sage is undoubtedly your best character right now. In that last show only he, Powell, Steve & Hotstuff got promo time, which in a promotion like CGC means a lot. Powell was punked out (in a likeable way) and while I like the Steve/Marie/Jack thing none of them has really had a chance to shine promo-wise. Sage presents something different, interesting, and above all, fun.

Keeping the new heel threat looking strong

Ed Monton vs. Shooter Sean Deeley

Old man Monton at this stage should only go over rookies and jobbers

Elite (DaLay & Chandler) vs. Youth Energy

It's non title, so the Elite pair win

The Specialists vs. Ricky & Steve DeColt

DeColts need at least one win on the show, to counter balance Jack being on the losing team in the six man

The Prophecy (Sage, Aether & Ares) vs. Whippy The Clown, Ryan Powell & Jack DeColt

- If not for the fact the Prophecy has a name, FIN tipped his hand a bit saying he'd rename the Heart Burn for the next event. Foreshadowing! Whoot!

Ed Monton vs. Shooter Sean Deeley

- I'm not a huge mark for Deeley but he offers about a 1000% more upside than Ed 'soon to be a road agent' Monton.

Elite (DaLay & Chandler) vs. Youth Energy - Non-title

- THe non-title stip suggests the challengers should win, besides it makes YE even more sympathetic after bumping like champs for Elite. So if they eake out a victory in a title match it makes the victory all the sweeter.

The Specialists vs. Ricky & Steve DeColt

- The DeColts need a win or two to continue to look dangerous in their daddy's fed. While I appreciate the DeColts not always going over, they need some wins to remain viable faces.

Jack DeColt and Hotstuff Marie are shown as they arrive to the arena. As they exit from the car, Jack has a tight grip of Marie and drags her behind him while looking around nervously. Jack and Marie walk straight to the ringside where Jack sets up a chair and orders Marie to sit down and stay put.

Whippy's theme starts as he and Ryan Powell come down to the ringside aswell. Whippy pulls a flower from his trunks (don't ask) and gives it to Marie who smiles back at Whippy. Jack comes in between and pushes Whippy away, Ryan then steps in between the two and tries to calm them down. Jack starts telling Whippy to keep his hands off his fiance but then Marie gets up and grabs Jack, who in turn carelessly pushes Marie back onto the chair. Just as this happens, the Prophecy comes from the crowd and jumps on the good guys, attacking them from behind!

The Prophecy (Sage, Aether & Ares) vs. Whippy The Clown, Ryan Powell & Jack DeColt

Whippy and Ares find themselves in the ring and the match starts! Whippy outsmarts Ares couple times with fast moves and strikes until Ares caughts him and slams him down with a spinebuster. Ares drags Whippy by the hair and tags in Aether who keeps Whippy down with few knee drops and a standing shooting star press, eventually going for a texas cloverleaf submission move. Whippy grabs Aether's leg and gets out of the move but can't tag out since Aether catches him and pulls him back into the middle of the ring and tags in Sage. Sage connects with a series of elbows, pounding away on Whippy, his opponent at the Luck In The Draw pay-per-view. Whippy gets up and counters with an enziguri but still can't get the tag! Sage floors Whippy with a twisting neckbreaker and heads up to the turnbuckle and goes for his finishing move, the newly named "Final Divination", the top rope double knee drop. Whippy avoids the move by rolling away which Sage sees halfway trough the move and so lands on his feet. Sage grabs Whippy by the legs and drags him back to Prophecy's corner and tags in Ares who tries to hit the running big foot on Whippy but misses as Whippy ducks the attempt. Whippy jumps as he goes for the tag but Ares tackles Whippy just before he was going to made the tag. Jack snaps out of frustration, gets into the ring and starts pounding away on Ares. The ref grabs Jack and tells him to get back to his corner but Jack just shoves the ref away and continues the beatdown. Sage and Aether enter the ring, so does Ryan and all hell brokes loose and the referee calls for a stoppage!

Result: The Prophecy drew with Whippy The Clown, Ryan Powell and Jack DeColt in 7:21 when the referee lost control and stopped the match.

Jack and Ares are still in the ring, brawling as wild as they can while other wrestlers have fought their way to the back. George DeColt comes to the ramp and sends security into the ring to keep Jack and Ares from killing each other.

"Jack, Ares.. Save your energy for the pay-per-view!"

"Speaking of which.. Here are the three different stipulations for three matches. First, Ryan Powell vs. Aether will be contested either under 2/3 Falls, Sudden Death Finisher or Lumberjack stipulation."

"The Canadian Championship match between the champion Sage and Whippy The Clown will be contested either under 10 Minute Time Limit, 2/3 Falls or Scaffold stipulation."

"And the match between you two, Ares and Jack, will be ruled under Cage, Hardcore or Last Man Standing stipulation."

Just as George had finished his announcement, Ares and Jack break free for a moment and continue the fight until the security finally gets them out of the ring.

Ed Monton vs. Shooter Sean Deeley

In a really short match Shooter Sean Deeley dominated Ed Monton with fantastic submission wrestling. Monton tapped out in just 3:09 when Deeley locked the Seated Stretch Armbar on him.

Jenny Playmate had an interview hyping her team of Youth Energy taking on DaLay & Chandler of the Elite in a tag match which is scheduled next.

".. And then I was like, omg, no way.. So I told her, and she was like, whatever and stuff.."

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Lee.jpg

"Jenny, on with the interview."

"What interview?"

"You know, the one where you hype us taking on Elite.."

"Elite.. What is that.. Is that a group or something.. I thought we were talking about me..?"

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Shane.jpg

"Sorry hon, next time alright?"

".. But I don't want to.. Let's talk about me!"

"Shane, could you..?"

"Sure thing.", Shane escorts Jenny out of the picture and Lee takes the microphone.

"Elite, the days of your dominance are over! You're witnessing the takeover where you, the old dudes, pass the torch to us youngsters. It only takes a blink of an eye and you realise that you just got pinned by the Youth Energy, our speed can't by matches by yo.. Dude, what the hell?". The camera turns to show Shane and Jenny kissing right next to Lee.

"Dude, seriously.."

"Sorry, she just .. I didn't do anything. She kissed me."

Lee whispers to Shane: "Dude.. She's our manager. You know.. That's only going to make things difficult."

"Hey, she's single, we all are."

"Yeah but dude.. you know."

"What?"

"You know..?"

"..."

".. Forget it."

"Can we talk about me?"

".. Sure thing. It's all yours", Lee gives Jenny the mic.

".. Awesome.. Oh yeah, I got these new shoes when we where out shopping, with Tricia and Linda, it was so cool.. And Tricia told that she had a crush on Mike, and I was like Mike's not hot, why would she be interested in him and then she was like who are you to say anything and I was like stop it right there and stuff and.."

".. Where did everyone go? ..

".. Guys..?"

Grade: C-

George: "What is wrong with todays young people? I couldn't understand a word she said."

Mitch: "Jenny is sharp as a donut."

George: "She's what?"

Mitch: "You know.. Still cutting with rounded scissors..? Her sewing machine's out of thread..? Her elevator doesn't go to the top floor.."

George: "You mean she's a bit simple, dimwitted?"

Mitch: "Exactly."

Adrian: "Look what I just did."

Adrian shows of a piece of paper with "1337" and "3L1T3" written on it.

Mitch: "Aren't you a little old for that?"

Adrian: "Oh shut up. You wanted a balloon animal from Whippy."

George: *facepalm*

Elite (DaLay & Chandler) vs. Youth Energy - Non-title

In a good match between the reigning World Tag Team champions Youth Energy and DaLay and Chandler of the Elite the Youth Energy had an amazing series of nearfalls right in the beginning of the match. The longer the match continued the more DaLay and Chandler started to dominate: DaLay with his power and Chandler with his submission skills. Right near the end Lee was going for a moonsault on DaLay who was standing but got caught in midair which resulted in DaLay pinning Rivera after a devastating DaLay Down (Inverted Piledriver) near the ten minute mark. Impressive showing from the tag champs but tonight the finest of the Elite were just too much for them to handle.

Winners: DaLay & Chandler

Steve, Ricky and George DeColt are in the backstage.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/George.jpg

"Boys, I hope you are ready for next week. As much as I love seeing you wrestle the Elite.. I'm afraid of the match stipulations. I don't want you to get hurt.. I don't want to see the same thing happen to you that what happened to Alex."

"I hope that I don't have to escort my own son out of the ring with a stretcher ever again. I know you both are great competitors and fearsome warriors but still. Be careful."

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ricky.jpg

"No need to worry Dad, we'll be just fine, right Steve?"

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Steve.jpg

"Just like Ricky said. Tell us, what are the rest stipulations for the matches at the PPV? I think everyone wants to know them."

"Alright, here we go."

"Steve DeColt vs. Dan DaLay will be contested under Tables, First Blood or Strap stipulation."

"And the main event of the evening, the CGC World title bout between the champion Ricky DeColt and Eddie Chandler will be contested under 30 Minute Iron Man, Submission or Ladder stipulation."

"Now, good luck with your match against the Specialists, I'm su-"

Grade: B-

Mitch: "Hey, where are you going? Don't leave me all alone here!?"

Adrian Garcia is in the ring, interrupting the segment between the DeColts. Garcia calls Ricky and Steve out on behalf of the Specialists. After a moment of waiting Ricky and Steve come down to the ring to confront Garcia.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Adrian2.jpg

"Daddy DeColt just made a big mistake inventing these stipulations to the matches. No matter what the stipulation is, it will give the Elite the advantage no matter what. Whether it's Tables, First Blood or Strap, Dan DaLay will destroy you, Steve DeColt. And in the World championship match, do you honestly think that you, Ricky, can honestly win if a submission match is chosen? You can't beat the odds kid. Just hand me the title and go home."

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ricky.jpg

Ricky defends himself. "I kind of remember that you said something along the lines of what you just said when I was going to face Dan at CGC: Elimination. How did that end in the end? Oh yeah, I retained my title."

"That was just a fluke and you know it! Polish that title well Ricky because when your match is over next Friday, you will no longer have it. It will be brought back to the Elite where it rightfully belongs."

"Now, onto tonights match.."

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Bobby.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Nate.jpg

Garcia hesitates choosing the next words and lures the DeColt brothers into a trap as they don't notice the Specialists who slide into the ring behind them and as a result Ricky and Steve get blindsided by the former World Tag champions! Adrian leaves the ring while a referee enters it, and the match is on!

Grade: C-

Mitch: "You sneaky bastard."

Adrian: "Oh c'mon. Like you weren't expecting that. I though that they would be waiting for an attack."

Mitch: ".. From behind."

Adrian: "Was not."

Mitch: "Yes it was."

George: "Just call the match guys, please. Enough with this foolery already."

The Specialists vs. Ricky & Steve DeColt

Steve starts with Nate Johnson in the ring. Nate takes Steve to the mat with a drop toe hold and goes for a sleeper but gets side slammed by Steve who just lifts Nate up and down. Couple of clotheslines from Steve and a whip to the ropes, back body drop! Steve tags in Ricky who connects with dropkicks and a neckbreaker but just for a two count! Ricky goes for a grapple but gets a thumb to the eye from Nate, referee gives him a warning. Nate gets the opportunity to tag in Bobby, who tackles Ricky to the ground and gets a knee bar locked in! Bobby gets up and hits few elbows to the knee and twists Ricky's leg around, resulting in a half boston crab! Ricky crawls to the ropes!

Bobby stomps on Rickys back and pulls him back into the middle of the ring and goes for a bow and arrow lock! But Ricky doesn't give up! Bobby lets go of the hold and grabs Ricky's leg while Ricky tries to stand when suddenly Ricky connects with a kick out of nowhere, dropping Bobby to the mat. Ricky crawls to his corner and gets the tag to Steve who levels Bobby two haymakers and a series of mount punches! Steve waits for Bobby to get up and hits a brainbuster! Two count only as Nate jumped into the ring and interrupted the count! Steve tries to knock out Nate from the apron but misses, Nate pulls Steve's throat onto the ropes! Steve turns around holding his throat and gets a superkick right to the face! Cover!

Ricky lifts Nate into a suplex but Nate reverses it and goes for a german suplex! Ricky lands on his feet and whips Nate into the corner. Ricky DeColt © vs. Eddie Chandler

CGC World

30 Minute Iron Man - Submission - Ladder

Exactly one month ago just after Ricky DeColt had made a succesful title defense against Dan DaLay, Eddie Chandler became the #1 Contender for the World title when he defeated Alex DeColt at CGC Elimination pay-per-view. The match ended with a devastating Chandler Back Cracker off the top rope that caused a severe neck injury that put Alex out of action with no end defined. The youngest of the four DeColt brothers and the CGC World champion Ricky DeColt is seeking revenge for what Eddie did to his brother. As it's Luck Of The Draw PPV, the three different match stipulations will surely shake up the strategy of both wrestlers going into the match. Will Ricky DeColt make yet another succesful title defence or will the "Fabulous" Eddie Chandler pick up the win, bring the World championship back to Elite and start his second run as the CGC World champion?

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Jack.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/VS.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ares.jpg

Jack DeColt vs. Ares

Cage - Hardcore - Last Man Standing

Two words: Ruthless aggression. Last time these two brawlers met Jack won in a way that didn't satisfy him, via DQ when Ares assaulted the referee Farrah Hesketh in their match at the Elimination PPV. Even before that The Prophecy got under his skin after the attack on his fiance Hotstuff Marie. During the last month the war has gone back and forth with both sides getting offense done to each other with Prophecy even taking Jack out for a week which left Marie with Jack's brother Steve DeColt. At the last Title Bout Wrestling Jack was seen being overcautious of the well being of Marie, attacking anyone who approached his fiance. With the three gruesome stipulations, there will not be any DQ or tainted finishes this time. Will Jack demolish the lunatic Ares of the Prophecy or will he be the one staring at the ceiling when all is said and done? What role will Marie play in the most violent match of the night?

Steve DeColt vs. Dan DaLay

Tables - First Blood - Strap

The veterans will meet in your normal DeColt vs. Elite match up. Steve has had his hands full with whole Jack/Marie scene even though he wanted to stay out of it in the first place. Can Steve get his focus into the match against the strongest man of the Elite? Dan DaLay will surely be focused as a win over Steve DeColt would surely put him back in the World championship race.

The Sage © vs. Whippy The Clown

CGC Canadian

Send in the Clown and the Sage. Last time these two great midcarders met Sage boldly spew the Black Mist on Whippy causing an instant DQ in their match at the last PPV. With three different stipulations and George DeColt's frustration over the DQ finishes, Sage seems to have nowhere to go and thus there will be a definite finish. Altough one can't forget the possible interference from the other members of the Prophecy, Ares and Aether. Can Sage foresee his own future and if he can, what will it behold for him? Can Whippy overcome the odds, take the Canadian title from Sage and start his first ever title reign in his career?

http://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Ryan.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/VS.jpghttp://koti.mbnet.fi/sadhappy/CGC2/Aether.jpg

Ryan Powell vs. Aether

Ryan Powell was dragged into the Whippy vs. Prophecy battle and will now face the masked high flyer known as Aether. Can the rookie pick up a win over the veteran or will Aether dominate the match against the Shooting Star? How will the match stipulations alter the match, especially if the Lumberjack stipulation is to be chosen? Or will it be a battle of the finishing moves, or the classic 2/3 Falls?

Remember to order the CGC: Luck Of The Draw pay-per-view only on Canada 1-Choice on Friday, Week 3 of February.

You don't want to miss the most unpreditable pay-per-view of the year!

Ricky DeColt © vs. Eddie Chandler - CGC World

30 Minute Iron Man - Submission - Ladder

I see this one being a ladder match, which would seem to advantage Ricky but no matter the stip I see the title back in the hands of The Elite.

Jack DeColt vs. Ares

Cage - Hardcore - Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing will be the stip here, as Marie throws in the towel to give Ares the win. That of course wont sit well with Jack afterwards, putting a further strain on his relationship with is girlfriend.

Steve DeColt vs. Dan DaLay

Tables - First Blood - Strap

I'll stump for this one being a Tables match and that DeColt will be able to salvage at least some pride for the DeColts on this PPV.

The Sage © vs. Whippy The Clown - CGC Canadian

10 Minute Time Limit - 2/3 Falls - Scaffold

Sage isn't quite ready to move his way up to the main event yet, so he'll retain his title here by holding out to a Ten Minute Time Limit Draw.

Ryan Powell vs. Aether

2/3 Falls - Sudden Death Finisher - Lumberjack

Aether's getting the better push right now, I see this being a Finisher match.
