USWF Press Release: Morning of Night To Remember

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/USWFlogo.jpg

USWF Fans! Less than 24 hours remain to get your predictions in for Night to Remember! The show goes live tonight, and we cannot wait. Not only will it be an incredible show, but the next month or so will continue to show why the USWF has been deemed a New Breed of Wrestling! In a little bit of quick news we are thrilled to have added a couple major names in Independent wrestling, and while they won't debut immediately you will see these guys shortly. One character I will tell you about that we are developing is the ultimate frat boy, Chad Bro Chill. Chill will be portrayed by the former Scott Fowler. He is the definition of cool, at least in his mind. He wears pink polos with the collar popped, and is a champion of numerous drinking games! Expect to see this character debut sometime in the near future. We have also repackaged a wrestler from Ireland, formerly known as Red Vinny, as "The Heretic" Finn McCool, you'll see his promos next week.

Until then, keep predicting, and we will see you tonight!

Uswf Night To Remember!!!!

USWF NIGHT TO REMEMBER

Live from SAN JOSE, CA at the HP PAVILION

SOLD-OUT 15,000!

USWF.com Pre-Show Match

Elijah Burke vs. "Too Sexy" Brian Lawler

Recap: This match was more to just get the fans into their seats and test out the set. Lawler and Burke put on a pretty good show, but in the end it was Elijah Burke hitting the Elijah Experience for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Elijah Burke (Via Elijah Experience)

OPENING PYRO

Narration: You are about to witness history. (Historical clips of wrestling show). The newest force in professional wrestling (USWF highlights flash). Hosts its first ever pay-per-view, live from SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (Crowd Pops). And now, allow us to introduce, the USWF Board of Directors...

(Here comes the Board of Directors)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/USWFlogo.jpg

Ric Flair: WOOOOOOO! Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to USWF Night to Remember!

Mick Foley: We I agreed to join this company it was because of the vision of a man who doesn't want to be seen, in fact he doesn't even want his identity to be fully known. The reason why is simple, the USWF is about wrestling, it is not about politics. We are not here to disappoint you with boring, pointless stories...

Trish Stratus: In fact, the USWF is much more about wrestling, than it is story-telling. It is sports entertainment in its purest form. We have truly assembled an amazing roster of great athletes.

Mikey Whipwreck: And with that allow us to begin this show with the continuation of the WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING!

(The camera pans to the announce table which is perched to the left of the stage, and where Dave Prazak and Joey Eastman are seated)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Dave_Prazak.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Joey_Eastman.jpg

Dave Prazak: Well there you have it the Board has given us a resounding introduction to this show and now allow us to head to the ring for the continuation of the World Cup of Wrestling.

Joey Eastman: Indeed, this first match-up features two up and coming stars, Davey Richards and Tyson Omega.

World Cup

Team USA's Davey Richards vs Team Canada's Tyson Omega

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kenny_Omega.jpg

Match Recap: Omega and Richards go straight at each-other locking horns in what would become a back and forth match. Omega and Richards each hit some great moves, among them Omega hit the Kotaro Krusher and almost picked up the win, but Richards was able to kick-out at two. Omega set-up for the Dragon Rush, but Richards landed the flip and nailed a super-kick stunning Omega. Omega dropped to a knee where Richards hit the Shining Wizard and hopped to the top-rope nailing the Shooting-Star Press for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Davey Richards (via Shooting Star Press)

Dave Prazak: Score another two for the USA. What a match by both of these men, but let me tell you what, this kid Davey Richards has been extremely impressive. In fact he and Colt Cabana may be the two men who have truly shined the most in this tournament...

Joey Eastman: Dave I hate to cut you off, but I am being told that something is going on backstage.

(We head backstage where Ken Doane is seen walking into Macho Man's Locker Room)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ken_Doane.jpg

Ken Doane: Savage...I gave you fair warning. Tonight I will end your career. No matter what, you will suffer. I am the future. You are the past.

Dave Prazak: Ken Doane delivers a short, but pointed message, Savage really better bring his A game or he will be crippled tonight.

(Dance music starts)

Joey Eastman: Well, well, well, it sounds to me like its DJ Darren Burridge time.

World Cup

Team Mexico's Nicho El Millonario vs. Team England's DJ Darren Burridge

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Nicho_El_Millonario.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Darren_Burridge.jpg

Match Recap: Burridge has the distinct size advantage, but Millonario easily has the experience edge. This showed early as he countered many of Burridge's moves. Burridge finally started to hit some moves and at one point even countered Millonario's attempt to hit a float-over DDT. But in the end it was Millonario hitting his Gullontine Leg-Drop for the win.

Winner: Nicho El Millonario (Guillotine Leg-Drop)

Dave Prazak: And Mexico picks up two crucial points. They are really keeping themselves in this tournament. And if they can capture the captains match they have a slight chance of winning this overall.

Joey Eastman: They certainly do as they currently sit in third place overall. Let's head backstage now.

(Camera pans to a dark alley)

Raven: Since the beginning of time ... man has sought to know the unimaginable. To shake hands with the intangible. To measure the abstract with concrete gauges. To fit the mind of the infinite within the imagination of the finite. Tick-Tock. Tick-Tock. Rob the clock is ticking, we are getting closer and closer to doomsday. The time when you are truly dismembered. (He pulls a RVD action figure out of his jacket, and pulls the head off, tossing it aside)...You know whats funny Rob. This isn't even about the title for me. All I care about is causing you to suffer. Suffer like I did as a child, when my mother used to beat me silly for being a kid. You wonder why I don't trust anyone Rob, you wonder why I don't care about pain? You wonder why I love the dark...the answer is simple, I am misery defined. I love pain, I love causing pain, and I cannot wait to dismember you...QUOTH THE RAVEN...NEVERMORE.

(Back at the announce table as we await the introductions of Masahiro Chono and Kishi)

World Cup

Team Japan's Masahiro Chono vs. Team World's Kishi

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Masahiro_Chono.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kishi.jpg

Match Recap: Masahiro Chono and Kishi faced-off early, but in the end it was obvious that Chono had superior ring-skills and exhausted Kishi. The end saw Chono somehow lock in an STF and Kishi tap-out.

Winner: Masahiro Chono (STF)

Dave Prazak: WOW, Masahiro Chono just tapped out the big man!

Joey Eastman: Not only that but that win puts Japan keeps Japan a mere point out of the lead!!! We now have a video for you recap this growing battle between good and evil, and by that I mean the Lords of the Ring and The Resistance!

(Video Plays Highlighting the Rivalry between The Resistance and The Lords of the Ring)

Flag Match

USWF Tag Championship

Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentleman, Boys and Girls...the following is scheduled for one fall is for the USWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP and is a FLAG MATCH, in this case meaning that the teams flags are legal to use in this match-up. Introducing first, weighing in at a combined weight of 500 pounds, from Paris, France, Rene Dupree and Slyvain Grenier, THIS IS THE RESISTANCE.

(

)

Ring Announcer: And their opponents...weighing in at a combined weight of 485 pounds, Rob Conway and Nick Dinsmore THESE ARE THE LORDS OF THE RING!

The Lords of the Ring vs. The Resistance {Champs}

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_Conway.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Nick_Dinsmore.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Sylvain_Grenier.jpg

Match Recap: These two teams know each other extremely well and it once again shows. Dupree and Grenier quickly get the French flag involved as they worked over both Conway and Dinsmore with the flag. Ultimately though Nick Dinsmore gets a hold of the American flag and strikes Grenier with it. While Dinsmore is destroying Grenier with the flag he loses focus on Dupree who breaks the French flag over Dinsmore's skull knocking him out. Rob Conway meanwhile is setting-up in the corner to attack Dupree but Dupree slides out of the way and rolls Conway up for the 1-2-3 and the victory.

Winners and STILL USWF Tag Champions: The Resistance

Dave Prazak: What a match, the flags were used heavily and in the end it was obvious The Resistance knew what they were doing.

Joey Eastman: Indeed...

(A eerie albeit familiar tune rings out and James Mitchell and REDRUM head to the ring)

(

)

James Mitchell: Well tonight, tonight is the night where we will free the beast. REDRUM will kill. He will destroy whoever this so-called monster is. Whomever he is will be killed.

Dave Prazak: My god, its the king of the jungle, MONTY BROWN!

REDRUM vs. "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Monty_Brown.jpg

Match Recap: REDRUM and The Alpha Male put on a pretty physical match-up. At one point Brown hit the Pounce but REDRUM kicked out at 2. Brown was angry at this and lost some focus allowing REDRUM to hit a quick-release suplex before hitting the RELLIK for the 1-2-3.

Winner: REDRUM (RELLIK)

Post-Match James Mitchell gets into the ring as Monty Brown slides out angrily.

James Mitchell: I warned you all, this monster cannot be stopped by a mere mortal. The King of the Jungle...more like Bambi's mother...DEAD. REDRUM has killed tonight, and will kill again.

(The cameras once again head backstage where we see Rob Van Dam stretching between two chairs, an unspecified backstage worker walks in and wishes RVD luck to which he nods an appreciative nod.)

Dave Prazak: Well that match with REDRUM just proves that he truly is a beast and he can take out anyone! Great match-up, but up next is the RESPECT MATCH!

Respect Match

Ken Doane vs. Randy "Macho Man" Savage

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ken_Doane.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Macho_Man.jpg

Match Recap: Doane and Savage's match was heavily hyped and the fans were solidly behind Ken Doane throughout this match-up. The downside was it seemed that Savage was exhausted early, and Ken Doane was not up to his usual performance. This led the fans to being relatively unresponsive to some of the match. In the end though the fans got behind Savage and cheered him on as he hit the Elbow Drop and defeated Ken Doane.

Winner: Randy Savage (Elbow Drop)

Post-Match: Randy Savage is in the ring still showing his respect to the fan when Ken Doane slides back into the ring, chair in hand. He nails Savage and continues to beat him into a bloody pulp before Doane can be pulled off of him. The EMT's rush to the ring and take Savage away on a stretcher.

Dave Prazak: My god what a heinous attack by Ken Doane on the Legend!

Joey Eastman: Well Doane warned Savage he would end his career, and it looks like he just might have done so.

(We are then treated to a video recapping the World Cup of Wrestling to this point)

Dave Prazak: We are about to take in the final match-up in the World Cup of Wrestling but now allow us to show you the up-to-date standings in the World Cup!

World Cup Captains Match

Peter Gruner vs. Ultimo Dragon vs. Doug Williams vs. Petey Williams vs. Cibernetico vs. Homicide

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Homicide.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Doug_Williams.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Cibernetico.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ultimo_Dragon.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Petey_Williams.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Billy_Kidman.jpg

Match Recap: This match was off the hook! All six men really put in an all out effort to secure the win for their country. Petey Williams was eliminated first when Doug Williams got him to tap-out, but as Doug had his hand raised Peter Gruner snuck-in and got the pin on Doug Williams giving the USA two more points and putting them three points up on Japan. Peter Gruner's run was short-lived though as Homicide hit the Cop Killa on Gruner while Cibernetico and the Ultimo Dragon tangled on the other side of the ring. Homicide realizing that the best he could do for his team was take second then began to work with Cibernetico to take out the Ultimo Dragon, but Cibernetico turned on Homicide and nailed him with a huge kick to the face, but then walked right into the Dragon Sleeper. Leaving Homicide and the Ultimo Dragon as the final two. At this point the updated standings are shown.

World Cup of Wrestling Standings with Homicide vs Ultimo Dragon worth three points remaining.

USA 13

Japan 12

Mexico 7

World 7

England 2

Canada 1

Dave Prazak: This final face-off is worth three points and Homicide is now essentially defending the USA's lead, while the Ultimo Dragon goes for the win for Team Japan.

Both men went head to head and the fans were treated to a great finish as Homicide attempted the Cop Killa but was met by the Ultimo Dragon sliding over the top and locks in the Dragon Sleeper. Homicide cannot respond to Nick Patrick's questions and the match is called in favor of Ultimo Dragon and TEAM JAPAN!

Winner: Ultimo Dragon

Final Standings:

Japan 15

USA 13

Mexico 7

World 7

England 2

Canada 1

WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING CHAMPIONS: TEAM JAPAN (Captain Ultimo Dragon, CIMA, Masahiro Chono, Naomichi Marufuji)

The four of them enter the ring and claim the trophy as the Japanese Anthem plays. (The crowd, which has many people of Asian descent, goes wild as the four men celebrate.)

Ladder Match

USWF Lightweight Title

Jack Evans vs Shannon Moore

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jack_Evans_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpg

Ring Announcer: The following match-up is a ladder match for the USWF Lightweight Title. Introducing first, from Parkland, WA, weighing 165 pounds THIS IS JACK EVANS.

Ring Announcer: And his opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Mark Jindrak, and weighing in at 200 pounds, from WHISPERING PINES, NORTH CAROLINA. THIS IS SHANNON MOORE.

Match Recap: This match-up was absolutely off the hook, both men hit some huge spots, and the ladders were used to set-up some unreal spots. The biggest of which was Jack Evans suplexing Shannon Moore off the ladder but staying on-top of the ladder for himself...It looked like he was going to reach the title but instead opted to attempt hitting a huge spot... A 900 Flip off of the ladder...but as he went airborne Mark Jindrak pulled Shannon Moore to safety. Evans was out-cold, but Moore was as well and this led to a thrilling finish where Moore recovered and climbed one of the two ladders in the ring, but Evans kicked that ladder...however as it was toppling over Moore transitioned to the other ladder, barely keeping his balance and just barely getting his fingers around the belt for the win!

Winner and NEW USWF Lightweight Champion: Shannon Moore

Dave Prazak: Oh my god! What a match. Jack Evans had it won but went for the high-risk move instead.

Joey Eastman: Yes indeed what a rookie mistake by Evans! Shannon Moore then showed cat-like reflexes and in the end managed to barely get his fingers on the belt for the win.

Dave Prazak: Well ladies and gentleman up next is the MAIN EVENT and now lets take a look at how we got here!

(Video Recapping the Raven/RVD vendetta)

Dismemberment Match

USWF World Championship

Raven vs Rob Van Dam

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_Van_Dam_2.jpg

Ring Announcer: The following is a Dismemberment match-up and is scheduled to be refereed by hardcore legend CACTUS JACK. In order to win this match-up yu must first pin your opponent for a count of 1-2-3. Then Cactus Jack will count to 10 and if the wrestler is unable to respond then victory will be had.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3jROS3J9e0

Ring Announcer: Introducing first, weighing 240 pounds, from the The BOWERY...THIS IS RAVEN!!!!

(Raven enters, poses in the crucifix pose, then slumps into the corner to await his opponent)

(The arena goes black and a countdown appears on the screen...5-4-3-2...)

(ONE OF A KIND)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bO5BAujCbk

And his opponent, from BATTLE CREEK, MICHIGAN, weighing 235 pounds...THIS IS ROB...VAN...DAM!!!

(RVD hops up onto the ring and does his signature R-V-D taunt)

Match Recap: This match more than lived up to expectations. Rob Van Dam and Raven pushed each other to the brink and both men had an opportunity to put their opponent away for the victory. Raven brought a chair into the ring and nailed RVD with it, and then set it up in the corner...He then pulled RVD over to the turnbuckles and climbed high onto the top turnbuckle and hit the Raven Effect onto the chair. 1-2-3. Cactus Jack has counted to 3! Raven lifts up and raises his arms in the crucifix as Jack begins the standing 10 count. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9...WAIT RVD is up and he has that chair in his hands...Raven turns around and catches the chair as RVD tosses it to him. Van Daminator! Raven stumbles into the corner still clutching the chair...RVD is gonna fly...VAN TERMINATOR!!! MY GOD!!! Raven is out, but RVD is not done, he has just slid a table into the ring, and sets it up in the middle of the ring. He rolls Raven onto it...and goes up top...FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH!!! 1-2-3!!! RVD has the pinfall, now its the 10 count. 1-2-3-4-5-6 (Raven has begun to stumble to his feet but is wobbling) 7-8 (Raven collapses mid-ring. 9-10. THE BELL HAS RUNG RVD WINS!!!

Winner and NEW USWF WORLD CHAMPION: Rob Van Dam

Dave Prazak: ROB VAN DAM HAS DONE IT! He is the first ever USWF World Champion!!! That's all the time we have for you! See you Wednesday!

USWF Quick Thoughts Post-PPV

USWF.com Post-PPV Thoughts!

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/USWFlogo.jpg

By: Mikey Miller (USWF.com Online Correspondent)

MAN OH MAN!!! What a show, for those of you who missed it order the replay...NOW!!! It is not a show to miss. Not only did we crown the First Ever USWF World Champion, but we also had an amazing Lightweight Title bout that was won by Shannon Moore! Fans of Jack Evans don't worry, we have some major stuff in store for him in the near future. We believe Jack is a future star and this match just further cemented that fact!

How about the World Cup of Wrestling! What a show that was! Not only did we get to see some major stars from around the world, but we also got to see two American wrestlers, Davey Richards and Colt Cabana, really put themselves on the map as future stars. We have fun plans for both of these men. Oh, and don't worry, you haven't seen the last of Team Japan. For that matter, you'll see all four members in action in the next couple weeks!

The tag division is about to see some major shake-up. It might take a month or two, but you'll see some fresh faces in the tag division and we think that'll be refreshing.

Last but not least, March's Pay-Per-View will be called USWF St. Patrick's Brawl, and if you missed Night to Remember live, you better order this one!

(OOC: I've got the shows through March completed and written so that I have a backlog of shows in-case something arises. I will be posting the next Revolution within 24 hours! Thanks again for the continued support!

Dave Prazak: Man oh man, what a pay-per-view it was! And if you missed it order it on replay NOW!!! You just saw brief highlight of RVD and Raven's fight, but lets not forget all the other matches that went down...(He is interrupted by Ken Doane's theme and a downpour of boos)

Ken Doane: Boo all you want, but I ended Savage's career last night...In fact in case you missed it lets roll the highlights (highlights of Doane's post-match beatdown are all that is shown, in fact it entirely fails to mention the fact that Savage won the match), You see it is simple, I KILLED YOU Savage, so anyone in the back that is interested in a beatdown, bring your ass down...

(OOOOOHHHHHHH YAAAAAAA!!!!)

Dave Prazak: WHAT!!! SAVAGE IS HERE!!!

Joey Eastman: No way!!! Wait, Dave, look! That's not Savage at all, that's JAY LETHAL!

Dave Prazak: I've got to say, that is an interesting promo to say the least. "The Heretic" Finn McCool is coming to the USWF, and he'll be here soon!

(Camera cuts backstage where Shawn Spears and Torrie Wilson are with Tyson Omega)

Torrie: Tyson, you've got the look, you've got the body, and I am sure you have the moves...

Shawn: Exactly man, you'd be perfect. Plus we need a third person. Listen why don't we take you to the next shoot and see what you think, maybe even let you film a scene?

Tyson: Guys, I really appreciate but when I said I wanted to be an actor I meant like hollywood...not hustler.

Torrie: Please Tyson, just one shoot, you won't regret it.

Tyson: Well, I guess it won't hurt to watch...

Shawn: Good. Well with that out of the way lets head to the ring, we've got a good challenge.

Dark City Fight Club vs Tyson Omega and Shawn Spears

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kory_Chavis.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jon_Davis.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kenny_Omega.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shawn_Spears.jpg

Quick Recap: Kory Chavis and Jon Davis are an experienced team and that showed against Spears and Omega. Omega seemed to be carrying the load, but in the end the double-team moves of the Dark City Fight Club were just way to much to handle.

Winners: Dark City Fight Club (via Dark City Street Cutter)

Backstage Mister Saint Laurent is standing by with James Mitchell and REDRUM) James Mitchell: We warned you! REDRUM is the real deal, not even the Alpha Male could stop him...and tonight he will KILL again. Tonight he faces a man we know little about, but a man who we don't need to know anything about...after-all, my monster will KILL just for the sight of blood!

REDRUM vs JekkeL

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/JekkeL.jpg

Quick-Recap: This was a surprisingly good match-up that ended when James Mitchell was distracting the referee, Raven came out of the crowd and nailed JekkeL with the Raven Effect, but rather than leave the ring Raven just slumped in the corner and stared down REDRUM who covered JekkeL for the 1-2-3.

Winner: REDRUM (Raven hit the Raven Effect on JekkeL)

Dave Prazak: How bizarre, is Raven with the Sinister Minister?

Joey Eastman: Dave I don't have a good answer for that one, but I will say this, Raven is one sick dude.

Dave Prazak: Well with that lets take a live look in at San Jose Regional Hospital where the Macho Man Randy Savage is currently still bed-ridden.

(Macho Man appears on the screen)

Macho Man: Doane, let me get this straight...you did beat me right? WAIT, NO! I won the match, and then I was jumped brother. Talk about a cheap shot, that was one right there. Well Doane let me warn you, while I am out enjoy your life, because when I return life won't be such a picnic. OHHHH YAAAA!

(As Macho Man's feed ends, the USWF theme song comes on and Board of Director member Mikey Whipwreck heads to the ring.)

Mikey Whipwreck: Ladies and gentleman, I hop you enjoyed Night to Remember as much as I did! In fact I enjoyed the lightweight title match so much that I have decided that Shannon Moore needs to immediately defend it! So tonight he will face the captain of Team Japan, Ultimo Dragon for the title! And while I am at it, we'll need the winner to defend the title on saturday's Fusion...so we are going to have a 10-man over the top battle royal...RIGHT NOW.

2) CIMA

3) Damian 666

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ultimo_Dragon.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpg

Quick-Recap: These two are both great wrestlers and that showed from the start. Shannon Moore was determined to defend his title and he ultimately was able to hit the Mooregasm on the Dragon for the victory! He will face Elix Skipper at Fusion in his second title defense.

Winner and still USWF Lightweight Champion: Shannon Moore (via Mooregasm)

(We go backstage where a man wearing bright pink trunks is seen walking into the locker room, he speaks with a heavy finnish accent)

Valentine: Excuse me everyone, my name is Valentine, and I am the new fashion consultant here with the USWF. I have been sent here to rid the world of bad fashion...(Just then DJ Darren Burridge walks in with a leather jacket, leather pants and a pair of fuzzy dice hanging from his pants)...Excuse me, what are you wearing...you should be ashamed of yourself...in fact, on Fusion I propose that you fight me! (Burridge, who is wearing headphones merely nods his head)

Dave Prazak: Well what a bizarre character that Valentine is. He seems to think we have a fashion problem here in the USWF.

Joey Eastman: Well I know one thing, I sure don't!

Dave Prazak: Ya whatever Joey, you look like a pre-pubesecent boy anyway...so with that lets head to the ring for the main event!

(Before the match a brief message is played from The Resistance, the message is simple...Resistance is futile)

Dave Prazak: Well there is that bizarre video again. And while we await this mysterious Finn McCool's eventual debut, let's talk now about a man who made his debut during the world cup and truly shined.

Joey Eastman: Yes indeed, Davey Richards is not only innovative but he also has shown that he can perform at the highest of levels. I am truly excited for this next match.

Davey Richards vs Johnny Kashmere

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Kashmere.jpg

Quick-Recap: A good lightweight battle. Davey Richards hits some innovative spots and ultimately nails an awesome Shooting Star Press for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Davey Richards (via Shooting Star Press)

(WOOOOOOO!!! Ric Flair makes his way down to the ring)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ric_Flair.jpg

Ric Flair: WOOOOO!!! Boy is it great to be back in Orlando! I hope you all have enjoyed the first month of the USWF! I know I sure have! My favorite moment thus far has to be Rob Van Dam beating Raven for the USWF World Title. Well Rob, don't get tooooooo comfortable. Next week on Revolution, you'll make your first defense, against the NJPW's Masahiro Chono!!!

(We head backstage where Raven is seen talking to himself with a chair in his hand. He suddenly strikes himself with the chair, and when he stops he looks into the camera to speak...)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpg

Raven: I may not be the World Champion, but that's not of a concern to me. I proved to you that Raven is not afraid of blood, not afraid of violence, and quite frankly not afraid of death. You see I am used to not having any support. I like it! In fact, when I ultimately conquer the USWF you all will ask yourselves, why did I hate Raven? And when the board of directors starts thinking about someone to put in a violent match...remember this, WHAT ABOUT ME! WHAT ABOUT RAVEN! Remember the name...Quoth the Raven.....NEVERMORE.

(As we return from break we see Mark Jindrak and Shannon Moore discussing the upcoming main event. Jindrak is shining Moore's title)

Shannon Moore {c} vs. Elix Skipper

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Elix_Skipper.jpg

Winner: Shannon Moore (Mooregasm)

Attendance: 1,000 (SELL OUT)

Match of the Night: Kashmere vs Richards

Rating: 0.06

Overall Notes: Not a great show, but we are utilizing Fusion as the "B" show, and hope to keep it this way with one or two bigger stars wrestling on it for the main event and allowing the lower midcard to be showcased. Fusion also will be utilized to build-up or promote Revolution.

Did you make that video for "The Heretic" yourself? If so, color me jealous. I wish I had even a little bit of skill with graphics.

I really like that you're using some less notable "names", particularly in your mid-lower card. I've started to dig Tyson Omega with what I've seen from him on the ROH TV show, and I think this is the only diary I've read that uses him, so kudos on that. Oh, and when I read the first segment involving Valentine, I was picturing Greg "The Hammer" Valentine. I knew there was no way that's who it actually was, but it made that promo VERY entertaining...at least in my own head!

Man I wish I could have made that video myself. I came up with the idea, and Animoto.com did the work. It's a really cool website. You enter images, music, text etc, and it sets it to a video and hosts it. It's all free as well.

I am really trying to make this entertaining top to bottom, and get people interested in some of the lesser known people. Kenny Omega (Tyson in my diary) I saw on RoH TV and really liked what I saw, so I snapped him up for use in my story. I have some really, really entertaining stuff with him coming up! (At least in my own mind). As for Valentine, I may change his name to something like Valentino to make it more clear. I think the best way to describe his character is something like Bruno (Sacha Baron Cohen's newest character).

Thanks for the comment, and definitely do check out animoto, it is pretty amazing.

Dark City Fight Club vs. Lords of the Ring

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jon_Davis.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kory_Chavis.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Nick_Dinsmore.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_Conway.jpg

Quick Recap: The Dark City Fight Club is a team that has great talent, and will be a future force to be reckoned with, but until that put they were entirely overmatched by the veterans. In the end Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway hit the Lords Suplex on Jon Davis for the 1-2-3.

Winners: Lords of the Ring (Lords Suplex on Jon Davis, Dinsmore with the pin)

(We return from break with Raven standing in the ring with a shopping cart full of weapons)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpg

Raven: I'll keep this short, I am bored, I want to feel pain...So tonight, I am issuing an open challenge to anyone in the back, RAVEN's RULES...QUOTH THE RAVEN....NEVERMORE.

(As he finishes Cibernetico appears with a chain and a chair and rushes to the ring)

Raven's Rules

Raven vs. Cibernetico

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Cibernetico.jpg

Quick Recap: The Mexican superstar is clearly not a hardcore icon like Raven is and Raven easily overmatches him. In the end he props the chair up in the middle of the ring and hits the Raven Effect onto the chair, collapsing it and getting the 1-2-3.

Winner: Raven (Raven Effect onto chair)

(Post-Match James Mitchell and REDRUM make there way to the ramp)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/James_Mitchell.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpg

James Mitchell: Raven! There is a storm-brewing in the USWF, and it will spare no one. So before it hits, I offer you my protection...

(We return from the commercials to head backstage and join Claudio Castagnoli)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Claudio_Castagnoli.jpg

Claudio: You know what is funny. I have always been told that America is the land of freedom, and opportunity. But I don't see whats so great about this place. After all, I've been looking for the majestic mountains you speak of in that song, and I see nothing that matches the alps...I'm Claudio Castagnoli, and I AM VERY EUROPEAN...

(As he finishes his spiel "Classic" Colt Cabana interrupts him)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Colt_Cabana.jpg

Colt: Well Claudio, if your so European, maybe you should just leave this place. In fact, I am so proud to be an American, that I am willing to defend the countries honor.

Colt Cabana vs Claudio Castagnoli

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Colt_Cabana.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Claudio_Castagnoli.jpg

Quick Recap: These two men went straight to the ring after their backstage confrontation. They work extremely well together and put on a great match for the fans. This was definitely a great showcase for both men. In the end Claudio Castagnoli managed to hit the Ricola Bomb for the win.

Winner: Claudio Castagnoli (Ricola Bomb)

(2 Cool comes out and dances their way to the ring for their Tag Title Shot!)

USWF Tag Titles

2 Cool vs The Resistance {c}

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Scotty_2_Hotty.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Brian_Lawler.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Sylvain_Grenier.jpg

Quick Recap: The Resistance proves exactly why they are the champions. They man-handle the fun loving team of Lawler and Taylor and it the end hit the Suplex/Cross Body Combo called the Eiffel Tower for the win!

Winners and STILL USWF Tag Champions: The Resistance (via Eiffel Tower Dupree beats Taylor)

(Post-Match Rene Dupree has a microphone)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpg

Rene: I think it is more than obvious that I am the best wrestler in this company. In fact, lets take a brief poll...Sylvain, am I the greatest wrestler in the USWF?...You don't even know to answer, I know the answer! Together we are great champions, but I personally could easily be the greatest world champion in this company!

(As The Resistance parade around the ring we head backstage where Ken Doane is seen walking into Mick Foley's office)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ken_Doane.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Mick_Foley.jpg

Ken: Mick, I've got a message for you, as well as any other legend on this roster. Y'all better watch your back, because Ken Doane is the REAL DEAL.

Mick: Well Ken you might be the REAL DEAL, but you better be ready to prove it because you've got a match against a legend of the lightweight division.

Ken Doane vs. Ultimo Dragon

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ken_Doane.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ultimo_Dragon.jpg

Quick Recap: The Ultimo Dragon and Ken Doane lock-up quickly and Dragon counter much of what Doane offers early, but in the end Doane simply overpowers the Dragon and is able to go Sky High for the win.

Winner: Ken Doane (Sky-High Leg Drop)

MAIN EVENT

USWF World Championship

Rob Van Dam {c} vs NJPW's Masahiro Chono

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_Van_Dam_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Masahiro_Chono.jpg

Quick Recap: This match was a great one. Definitely one of the best matches we have seen so far in the USWF! Chono and RVD both hit some great spots, but once the fans got behind RVD he started to fly and was able to nail the Five-Star Frog Splash for the win!

Winner and STILL USWF World Champion: Rob Van Dam (via Five-Star Frog Splash)

Match of the Show: RVD vs Chono

TV Rating: 2.86

Notes: I am extremely pleased with how Cabana and Castagnoli worked with one another, as such they will face off at Fusion in Tag Action. Both Cibernetico and Chono are now done with their brief loans to the USWF. I am extremely pleased with how Chono performed in America and I am sure you have not seen the last of him in this promotion. We are also pleased to announce that we have added a superstar who will truly shake up both the Lightweight and the Heavyweight Title pictures. With that said we are also going to complete Naomichi Marufuji's loan by utilizing him on Fusion. He will take part in a three-way dance with Davey Richards and Jack Evans. The winner will also gain the rights to a future Lightweight Title shot, so if Naomichi wins he will be able to use his title shot upon returning to the USA.

USWF Fusion

USWF Fusion February 20th

Live From Houma, LA

Show Opens

Dave Prazak: DP and Joey E ringside tonight here in lovely Houma, Louisiana! We have another rocking card for you tonight, including the triple threat for the future lightweight title shot!

Joey Eastman: We also have tag team action as Claudio Castagnoli and Vito Thomaselli take on Colt Cabana and a partner of his choosing.

Dave: Speaking of that lets head backstage where Colt Cabana is with his partner!

(Colt Cabana and Peter Gruner are seen sitting in the locker room chatting)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Colt_Cabana.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Billy_Kidman.jpg

Colt: Pete I really appreciate it!

Peter: No problem my man I owe you! You represented America awesomely during the World Cup and in the end I feel like, as captain, it is my duty to continue to represent America!

(Meanwhile we cut to the other locker room where we see Orlando Jordan admiring himself in the mirror...Suddenly Valentine walks in)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Orlando_Jordan.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Valentine.jpg

Valentine: Excuse me sir...but what are you wearing!

Orlando: Man this is Armani! And who the hell are you???

Valentine: I am Valentine, the god of fashion. Speaking of which you have none.

Orlando: Man you are delusional this outfit costs more than the people of Houma even make in a year... You know what, you think your so smart, and witty, oh and you think you can criticize my fashion, well why don't we see if you can back it up in the ring.

Orlando Jordan vs Valentine

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Orlando_Jordan.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Valentine.jpg

Quick Recap: Valentine and Orlando take this fight over fashion to the ring where Orlando Jordan manages a couple quick take-downs and seems to have control. Valentine nails a major counter and has things rolling but rather than taking advantage he opts to look at himself in the mirror he brought down to the ring with him...this allows Orlando to capitalize and pick up the win.

Winner: Orlando Jordan (via Orlando Magic)

Dave Prazak: Well talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Valentine had that one won but he was more interested in seeing how he looked in the mirror!

Joey Eastman: Well lets head to a man who we know doesn't care what he looks like in the mirror, RAVEN.

(Raven is seated in the parking lot in a dark corner)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpg

Raven: James, or should I say Father Mitchell, I take it you didn't get the message. I am RAVEN! I have no allies, I have no friends, and I need no help! It's simple, I live for darkness, sorrow, pain, and suffering...and if I were to join forces with you, I would be going against that entirely...so with that said, I am the one, the only...RAVEN!...NEVERMORE!

(We return from break for tag action)

Colt Cabana and Peter Gruner vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Vito Thomaselli

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Colt_Cabana.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Billy_Kidman.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Claudio_Castagnoli.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Vito_Thomaselli.jpg

Quick Recap: Cabana and Claudio have been developing a short fued as of late and this match only furthers that. Peter Gruner and Vito Thomaselli go head to head while Colt and Claudio tangle. Towards the conclusion of the match Peter Gruner got a hot tag from Colt and nailed the BK Bomb on Thomaselli and covered him for the win as Colt took out Claudio.

Winners: Colt Cabana and Peter Gruner (Gruner hit a BK Bomb on Thomaselli)

(Backstage James Mitchell has a few words for Raven)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/James_Mitchell.jpg

James: Raven I warned you! Doomsday is coming to the USWF, you will suffer just like the rest of this roster. I gave you the chance to join forces with us, but no, you just sit back and whine, what about me, what about Raven...pathetic I tell you! Next week on Revolution I want you to face my monster, one on one, in the ring...see you there, you willed be KILLED.

Dave Prazak: Strong message from the Sinister Minister! And with that we will announce that on Revolution Raven will indeed face REDRUM! Not only that but Rob Van Dam defends his title against Rene Dupree! And lastly we have been told that Shannon Moore will defend his title, but against who we do not know!

Joey Eastman: We may shortly find out though. The main event is next and the winner receives a title shot at Shannon Moore.

Dave Prazak: That said though the winner can pick the time he wants to cash in, he doesn't not immediately have to challenge Moore.

Main Event Triple Threat Elimination Match

#1 Contendership for the Lightweight Title

Naomichi Marufuji vs. Jack Evans vs. Davey Richards

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Naomichi_Marufuji.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jack_Evans_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpg

Quick Recap: What a match! These three thrilled the crowd with a combination of great wrestling and high-flying action. All three men had ample opportunities to take advantage of the situation. However Marufuji and Richards double-teamed Jack Evans and managed to eliminate him first. After than Naomichi and Davey shook hands out of respect and then went to work on each other. Davey Richards went for the super kick but instead wound up caught up. Naomichi then snapped Davey over and took him to the mat. From there he went to work on Davey's lower body. In the end Naomichi hit a tornado DDT from the second turnbuckle for the impactful 1-2-3. Naomichi Marufuji returns to Japan as the USWF's Future #1 Contender!

Winner: Naomichi Marufuji (Tornado DDT)

USWF Revolution

USWF Revolution

Live from Allen Arena in Nashville, TN

Dark Match: Brandon Thomaselli and Vito Thomaselli vs JekkeL

Winners: Vito and Brandon Thomaselli (Vito hit the Silicilian Driver)

Notes: Vito looked awful.

Show Opens

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Dave_Prazak.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Joey_Eastman.jpg

Dave Prazak: Welcome to Nashville, Tennessee! We are coming to you live from the Allen Arena! You can hear the country twang from here!

Joey Eastman: No offense Dave but I think thats more like the hip-hop beat of the Dark City Fight Club! They are in action tonight against the team of Omega and Spears!

Dave Prazak: Yes indeed, this is a rematch from two weeks ago when the Fight Club took out Omega and Spears without much of a problem. Shawn Spears says that he and Omega have been training and want to see if they have made any progress, so lets hit the ring.

Dark City Fight Club vs Spears and Omega

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kory_Chavis.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jon_Davis.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shawn_Spears.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Kenny_Omega.jpg

Quick Recap: Shawn Spears and Tyson Omega fair much better than they did the first time these teams met up! In fact it briefly looked like Omega may even get the pinfall. That said, Kory Chavis managed to power out of it and ultimately Chavis and Davis hit the Dark City Street Cutter for another win against the team of Omega and Spears!

Winners: Dark City Fight Club (via Dark City Street Cutter)

(Backstage Ken Doane is looking for someone. When he comes upon Mick Foley he gets in his face and shoves him aside)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ken_Doane.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Mick_Foley.jpg

Doane: Mick you know what's funny...you just don't get it! I effectively ended Savage's career, and if you keep getting in my way, i'll end yours as well. You would be even easier. All i'd have to do is hit you once with any of my moves and its lights out...Because I am Ken Doane, and I am the REAL DEAL!

(As the cameras follow Doane down the hallway they end up turning off his path and coming upon Shannon Moore)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Mark_Jindrak.jpg

Shannon: Mark, you know what's funny. That so called #1 contendership match on Fusion was so epic, that the winner isn't even still in the country. Guess I lucked out.

(Just as Mark is about to make a witty remark, Ric Flair walks in)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Ric_Flair.jpg

Ric: WOOOOOOOO!!!! Shannon, you are right it is funny. Especially for me, because I happened to do you a favor and booked you for a match tonight anyway. You'll be defended your title tonight against the runner-up from that match, Davey Richards!

(Shannon Moore looks defeated and curses Flair under his breath as Flair leaves the room)

Lightweight Title

Shannon Moore {c} vs Davey Richards

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpg

Quick Recap: What a great match! Davey Richards continues to shine and Shannon Moore raised his game as well. Moore's Chief of Security Mark Jindrak decided to intervene in this match and as Shannon Moore had Nick Patrick checking his eye for something that was non-exsistant, Jindrak hopped in and super-kicked Richards! As Patrick turned around Jindrak had already slid out of the ring and Moore got the cover for the cheap win.

Winner and Still Lightweight Champion: Shannon Moore (Jindrak superkicks Richards)

(Backstage James Mitchell is standing-by)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/James_Mitchell.jpg

James: Raven, your in luck, because tonight you have one advantage...and only one on paper. Tonight they have booked you and my monster REDRUM in a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match. And while you may think that gives you an advantage I hope you think twice, because as much as you like pain, REDRUM likes dishing it out...

Dave Prazak: An eerie warning from James Mitchell to Raven for tonight's match!

Joey Eastman: Certainly is Dave. And before we get to that match we have a match that is spill-over from Fusion. Peter Gruner challenges Claudio Castagnoli!

Claudio Castagnoli vs Peter Gruner

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Claudio_Castagnoli.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Billy_Kidman.jpg

Recap: This match is spill-over from Fusion's Main Event when Gruner pinned Castagnoli's partner Vito Thomaselli. In this match neither man really clicked which caused for a slightly disappointing match. Claudio had this match in his grasp but the ring vet Gruner managed to get his foot on the bottom rope. While Claudio chastised Jim Korderas, Gruner slid in for the cover and the 1-2-3.

Winner: Peter Gruner

(Post-Match the camera pans to the catwalk where Raven is seated with a microphone, a sole spotlight illuminates him)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpg

Raven: James, I don't think you understood the memo. A house of fun match, is far from fun! In fact, it's miserable. Along the backside of the ring is a steel cage and attached to this cage is an assortment of weapons for my disposal. Chairs, Pans, Crutches, and even barbed wire. Trust me when I say, you may be warning of Doomsday, but tonight is Armageddon. QUOTH THE RAVEN...NEVERMORE.

(We return from break to see the final touches being set for this match)

Raven's Clockwork Orange House of Fun

Raven vs REDRUM

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpg

Quick Recap: Raven and REDRUM waste no time getting the weapons involved. Almost immediately Raven is bleeding after a hard chair shot, but this seems to just energize Raven as he nails a flurry of fists on REDRUM. He ultimately sets chair in the middle of the ring and nails REDRUM with the Raven Effect onto the chair for the 1-2-3. Just as the match ends the lights go out.

Winner: Raven (Raven Effect)

Post-Match: The lights return as Mitchell and REDRUM have retreated up the stage, but perched on the top turnbuckle is the debuting Vampiro. Vampiro drills Raven from behind and then hits the nail in the coffin onto the chair as we head to break.

(During the commercials the USWF advertises the next pay-per-view, St. Patrick's Brawl live from Corel Gables, Florida!)

(We return from break with a cut-scene, Young, Black and Rich are seen entering a nightclub downtown. As they enter they notice 2 Cool and Hawaii Five-Oh tearing up the dance floor. For whatever reason Ruckus, Sabian, Jordan and Burke take exception and attack the foursome. We are then informed by Dave Prazak that at Fusion we will have an 8-man tag match between these teams)

(Rene Dupree is backstage being interviewed by Mister Saint Laurent)

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpg

MSL: Rene thank you for joining me! You are easily the greatest French wrestler I have ever interviewed!

Rene: Well merci monsieur Saint Laurent, but I think you mean greatest wrestler, PERIOD. After all, at the end of tonight I will own both the World Tag Title, and the World Championship! Rob Van Dam won't even know what hit him! Especially when I nail the Eiffel Tower on him...1-2-3...

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_van_dam_2.jpg

Quick Recap: Dupree and RVD actually put on a very interesting match-up. RVD knows he needs to keep his eyes open at all times as Sylvain is ringside. Dupree starts to roll and has RVD on the ropes. He even hits a modified DDT on him that almost gets the win but RVD kicked out. A pretty thrilling conclusion came when RVD reversed a Dupree suplex attempt and hit the huge drop-kick sending Dupree into the corner. From there RVD went flying into Grenier who was on the ring apron, sending him flying. Before nailed the woozy Dupree with the Van Daminator and Five-Star Frog Splash for the 1-2-3.

Winner and Still Champion: Rob Van Dam (Five-Star Frog Splash)

USWF Fusion

OOC: Fusion is intended to be a "B" show therefore I am planning on publishing it in a much shorter form. As this diary develops you will see new talent and young stars on the show, but in general it will be a lot like Sunday Night Heat was for the WWE.

USWF NEWS/NOTES and Revolution Preview

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/USWFlogo.jpg

By: Mister Saint Laurent

Yo, yo, yo what is up my peeps...oh wait I forgot, I hate you all. It's Mister Saint Laurent here once again with this week's scoop. On USWF Fusion we saw Jerry Lynn make his debut, and on Revolution he will be making his in-ring debut. Truth be told he agreed to a contract almost a month ago and at the time of him agreeing to join us he was the Ring of Honor Champion. Jerry is going to play a character that acts as a mentor to many of the younger stars, especially in the Lightweight division. That said, rumor has it he may even get a shot at Rob Van Dam and the World Title...One team we have been incredibly impressed with is the Dark City Fight Club. While it is obvious they still have plenty to develop it is also obvious that both Kory Chavis and Jon Davis have great potential and I suspect we will see them in the hunt for the tag titles within a year or two. We are a mere two weeks away from the Saint Patrick's Brawl and I can promise you it'll be a great show. While nothing is official yet I can say this much. Rob Van Dam will face his biggest challenge yet, Shannon Moore will have to fend off a big challenge in order to retain and if The Resistance expects to retain the titles they had better be ready to fight. Not only that but Ken Doane has reportedly targeted his next legend to challenge. Maybe this time he will actually win the match???

USWF Revolution Preview

The bookers have told me that the show will feature a 15-man lightweight battle royal with the winner getting a chance to compete for a title shot next week on Fusion. I have also been told we will see Tyler Black face Jack Evans in a match-up for another slot in the #1 Contendership match on Fusion. I have also been told that Mark Jindrak and Shannon Moore will take on Davey Richards and Jerry Lynn and I suspect this confrontation will be a big one! We also know that Raven will face Vampiro in the main event. The bookers have also told me to expect one or two other matches to come up as the show develops! So i'll see you there, until next time this has been the King of Gossip, the one, the only, Mister Saint Laurent.

March Week 1

Live from Jackson, MS

Show Opens with a video that is quite cryptic at the end it states..."He's HERE"...

Joey Eastman and Dave Prazak ringside

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Joey_Eastman.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Dave_Prazak.jpg

Joey: Well tonight we have an action packed show for you, and we are not about to stop you from witnessing the action. The board of directors has announced that in light of Naomichi Marufuji returning to Japan that on Fusion we will witness a Lightweight Fatal-4-Way. The first of those qualifying matches is up right now as we are going to have a 15-man over-the-top Battle Royal.

15 Man Battle Royal, the winner earns a spot in the Lightweight Fatal-4-Way at Fusion.

Quick-Recap: Eliminations came fast and furious until we reached the final four men, Homicide, CIMA, Damien 666, and Brandon Thomaselli. These four all begin to go at eachother with CIMA eliminating Brandon Thomaselli and Homicide eliminating Damien 666. In the end Homicide managed to fire CIMA over the top rope for the win!

Winner: Homicide

Backstage: James Mitchell, Vampiro and REDRUM are standing around a barrel that is flaming. Vampiro speaks...

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/James_Mitchell.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Vampiro.jpg

Vampiro: Raven! We offered you a chance to join us, and you turned your back on us...FOR ME THAT IS TWICE. Remember The Dark Carnival, the group that you called unbeatable, the group you called untouchable, and then at the first sign of trouble, you fled. Well I was willing to give you another chance you coward, but no, you turned your back on me again. No surprise. Well tonight Raven, you will feel my pain...

Dave Prazak: Ominous warning for Raven there from Vampiro. We will see them go head to head tonight, and I suspect we will see a large amount of pain dished out.

Joey Eastman: Speaking of pain, the Alpha Male has promised to break apart anyone who is willing to face him tonight, and rumor has it Colt Cabana has accepted that challenge.

Dave: Well lets head to the ring for that one.

"The Alpha Male" Monty Brown vs. "Classic" Colt Cabana

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Monty_Brown.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Colt_Cabana.jpg

Quick Recap: The Alpha Male is hoping to start building towards a big time future match, and tonight he faces a man who has been rising in the ranks recently. Colt Cabana puts on a great show, and even seems to have the upset within reach, but then BAM, POUNCE...PERIOD.

Winner: "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown (Pounce)

We go to a dimly lit hotel room. Shawn Spears, Tyson Omega and Torrie Wilson are standing in the room discussing the plans for their first feature film. Omega seems quite hesitant, so Spears and Wilson offer to demonstrate, and the cameraman is asked to close the door.

Joey Eastman: Boy sure seems like things are heating up between that threesome...

Dave Prazak: And I like it...but I also like two high-flyers going head to head, and we have that next...

Winner earns a spot in the Lightweight Fatal-4-Way at Fusion

Tyler Black vs. Jack Evans

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Tyler_Black.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jack_Evans_2.jpg

Quick Recap: Jack Evans is hoping for another shot at the lightweight title, and tonight he proves his worth as he hits the 630 Corkscrew and picks up the win.

Winner: Jack Evans (630 Corkscrew)

Backstage DJ Darren Burridge is spinning beats for a small crowd of other wrestlers when Vito Thomaselli walks up and tells him to stop embarrassing himself. All of a sudden Mick Foley gets up from the small crowd and tells Vito that if he is going to criticize he needs to back it up. So at Fusion he'll have a chance. Burridge vs Thomaselli. Immediately after making that announcement Ken Doane bursts in and attacks Mick Foley. After he is restrained but the other workers he tells Foley that he is NEXT and its time for another legend to be killed.

(If Lynn and Richards win they will get spots in the Fatal-4-Way)

Jerry Lynn and Davey Richards vs. Shannon Moore and Mark Jindrak

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jerry_Lynn.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Shannon_Moore_2.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Mark_Jindrak.jpg

Quick Recap: Jerry Lynn and Davey Richards pair well together and it seems like they are able to counter the fact that Jindrak is much bigger than them. In the end Richards super kicks Shannon Moore as Jerry Lynn somehow hits Jindrak with a Cradle Piledriver for the win.

Winners: Jerry Lynn and Davey Richards (Lynn pins Jindrak after a Cradle Piledriver)

Dave Prazak: What a match we just witnessed, Jerry Lynn and Davey Richards are joining Jack Evans and Homicide in the Fatal-4-Way on Fusion with the winner facing Shannon Moore for the USWF Lightweight title.

Joey Eastman: That'll be a great match, but those Crows are calling and its main event time, here comes Raven.

Raven: Vampiro, I just want to make one thing clear. We will both feel pain tonight, and I like it. Tonight, as per usual will be fought under RAVENS RULES...Quoth the Raven...NEVERMORE.

Main Event

Raven's Rules

Vampiro vs. Raven

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Vampiro.jpg

Quick Recap: These two men go right at it and the fight gets hardcore immediately. Suddenly REDRUM runs in with a steel chair and goes to hit Raven but Raven ducks and he clocks Vampiro instead. Raven then nails REDRUM and hits the Raven Effect on him before hitting Vampiro with the same move and picking up the win. As Raven leaves the ring Vampiro just stares down REDRUM.

Winner: Raven (Raven Effect)

Joey: What a show, but I am told that Trish Stratus is backstage and she has one last announcement for tonight.

Backstage:

Trish: He's here. And boy oh boy I cannot wait to show you all his face. Everyone had better watch their backs because this man will destroy everything in his path. On Fusion he'll be making his debut...and now that I think about it. RVD you better be ready, because if he wins, I am naming him the #1 Contender for your title.

Attendance: 4,347

Matches of the Night: Jack Evans vs. Tyler Black/ Lynn and Richards vs. Jindrak and Moore

TV Rating: 2.13 (OUCH) Last Week we kicked ass, this week got our ass kicked.

Quick Recap: Evans and Lynn have been working well together recently but tonight it is everyman for himself and it shows. Jerry Lynn hits the Cradle Piledriver on Jack Evans and eliminates him. Shortly thereafter Homicide hits the Cop Killa on Richards to eliminate him. Its down to Jerry Lynn and Homicide and in the end we see Homicide hit a bridging German Suplex into a pin for the 1-2-3...But here comes Mick Foley who says that he noticed Homicide's shoulders were also down and therefore Jerry Lynn also beat Homicide, so both men are the new #1 Contender!

Winners and NEW #1 Contenders: Homicide/Jerry Lynn (Elimination Order, Jack Evans, Davey Richards)

We go backstage where Tyson Omega is seen with Shawn Spears and Torrie Wilson. They are still trying to convince him to get into the business. Haha ya, that was partially intentional, and partially a Freudian slip. I suppose you'll just have to keep following. A lot of things have developed (I am currently in July on my game, and only just beginning March here...so ya I have time).

Dave: Ladies and Gentleman we have a great card for you tonight. What I can confirm is on the heels of the double-pinfall result on Fusion, Homicide will face Jerry Lynn tonight with the winner heading to St. Patrick's Brawl to face Shannon Moore. I can also confirm that REDRUM and Vampiro will be attempting to team up tonight to take on Raven and an unknown partner. I can also confirm that Brock Lesnar and Rob Van Dam will both be in action tonight!

Joey: Dave I hate to cut you off, but lets head backstage where Sean Morley is reportedly "teaching" Spears and Omega.

(Camera arrives backstage where Sean Morley is talking with Spears and Omega)

Sean: Boys winning a match is a lot like making a good movie. A lot goes into it. In order to find the right balance you have to be willing to give and take a little...(He smirks and winks)...so tonight, I am going to show you how its done in the ring, and then afterwards i'll demonstrate how its done elsewhere...

(We return from break to see a local talent in the ring..."HELLLLOOOOOOO LADIES", here comes Morley)

Sean Morley vs. Local Talent

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Val_Venis.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Jack_Black_(Masked).jpg

Quick Recap: Sean Morley easily handles the Local Talent and nails the Money Shot on him for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Sean Morley (Money Shot)

(Backstage James Mitchell is telling Vampiro and REDRUM to work together tonight, they both acknowledge the fact that they both hate Raven and will do anything to destroy him)

Brock Lesnar vs. Tyler Black

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Brock_Lesnar.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Tyler_Black.jpg

Winner: Brock Lesnar (Verdict)

Post-Match: A video montage plays highlighting the debut of Brock Lesnar, and the challenge he faces in Rob Van Dam...as the video ends Rob Van Dam's theme hits and the champ heads to the ring.

Rob Van Dam vs. Valentine

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rob_Van_Dam_2.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Valentine.jpg

Quick Recap: Before the match Valentine insists on getting a microphone. He tells Rob Van Dam that pony-tails were never fashionable, and that Air-brushing singlets went out of style in 1990...Rob Van Dam then beats Valentine down winning the match with ease.

Winner: RVD (5-Star Frog Splash)

(Backstage we see Raven standing in a dark-alley talking to an unknown man)

Raven: Listen, you are not my friend, and I don't expect you to go out there and act like we are friends. The simple fact of the matter is that you are ruthless, and I need a partner tonight...(The camera pans around to reveal it is the "Alpha Male" Monty Brown that Raven was speaking with, that match is next)

Raven and Monty Brown vs Vampiro and REDRUM

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Raven_3.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Monty_Brown.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Vampiro.jpghttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Johnny_Stamboli.jpg

Quick Recap: Raven and Monty Brown may not be friends but they did work well as a team. Brown was able to wear REDRUM out, and Raven and Vampiro tussled to the point of exhaustion. The finish saw Raven line Vampiro up for the Raven Effect but REDRUM come running in. Just then Monty Brown shoved Raven causing REDRUM to nail Vampiro with the Big Boot. Raven nodded at Brown and then hit Vampiro with the Raven Effect as Brown nailed the Pounce on REDRUM.

Post-Match: Vampiro kicks REDRUM in the groin and then hits the Nail in the Coffin before walking off.

(Backstage Davey Richards runs into Rene Dupree. Dupree seems to be in a good mood)

Davey: Rene, listen, I know your a tag team star and I am nobody in this company but I want that to change. Listen I just need one chance...

Rene: Enough enough, you Americans are so demanding...but listen, I am in a good mood. So i'll make you a deal. You can face me, and if you beat me, then I'll make sure you get a chance to prove yourself to the world.

Davey Richards vs. Rene Dupree

http://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Davey_Richards.jpgVShttp://uswf.wikispaces.com/file/view/Rene_Dupree.jpg

Quick Recap: This match was actually a great match, though it seemed that Davey Richards was carrying Rene Dupree at times. It even looked as if Richards would get the win after he nailed Dupree with a Shining Wizard and went up top, but just then Sylvain Grenier jumped onto the apron knocking Richards off the top. Jim Korderas immediately sent Grenier to the back, but did not disqualify Dupree because Richards was not physically touched. As Richards recovered so did Dupree and Dupree got the upper-hand. Ultimately he hit the Dupree Bomb and got the win.

Winner: Rene Dupree (Dupree Bomb)

Post-Match:Rene Dupree tells Davey Richards that he proved he can compete, but that alone he is not good enough. So he tells him that if he finds a partner for St. Patrick's Brawl...he can fight for the Tag Titles. Richards obviously accepts that offer.

A Video Replaying the Fatal-4-Way for Fusion is shown, it is focusing on the controversy at the end of the match.

He covers Homicide for the 1-2-3 (Just as Nick Patrick hits the mat for three the bell rings)...The Ring Announcer then states: The result of this match is under-dispute and will be reviewed by the executive committee. We are shown a replay of the pinfall with the clock on the right of the screen. As it strikes 0.00 the screen freezes showing that Patrick's hand had not hit for 3.
