Destiny Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 I am trying to sign a worker but when I try to negotiate I get the message "No Interest in negotiations following the breakdown the last time around". I usually run into this problem when I'm trying to sign someone who i'm just popular enough for them to negotiate with but I try raising their wages instead of paying for travel expenses. Hyde Hill Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 If its ppa do the travel expenses and renegotiate imediatly they will generally drop them plus some contracts require travel expenses no matter what if they want them because of new area you have to pay them. To get around the 6 months in the future end negotiations before they fail then you can renegotiate anytime and they start with fresh patience.
