B bracket final match will be John Quinn vs. Wayne Bridges;the winner will face Chic Cullen for the "Best of All Star(UK)" Title. To be fair, and keep controversy at a minimum, this will be a 2/3 falls match. The loser of that match will face Marty Jones in a 2/3 falls match to determine second and third place,in case an alternate is needed.

As much a Marty Jones fan as I am, he doesn't deserve the shot to finish 'second' in the ASW-UK tournament. Just my two cents, but the worker that loses the grand final should be the 'reserve' for the next round. After all, whomever it may be will have won a first round tourny, whereas Jones has not.

Merely my opinion of course, and I'll respect whichever route you take. :)

As for this next match .. my money's on the "Mighty" Quinn!

In My Opinion....notes from the booker's sheet

Quick wrap up of the All-Star(UK) tourney...."Mighty" John Quinn takes the win, here's what I noticed along the way:

-Chic Cullen looks ready to move from the Upper Midcard to the Main Event,he already has a good reason for a program with John Quinn to get him there.

-Wayne Bridges looked very solid, putting on good matches with almost every opponent,he could really help take the promotion to the next level.

-Though he went out in the B Bracket finals, NOONE got more cheers out of the crowd than Marty Jones,he's marketable.

-I was a little disappointed with "Rollerball" Rocco, with his fairly dismal(for a main eventer) 1-2 performance, coud just be British crowds just don't "dig" high-fliers....

-Dave Taylor looked like a "dark horse" for future success with some good outings,he drew a nice response from the crowd, and he's got youth as well...

I simply can not believe that both of those guys lost; to Maxine and McCoy of all freaking people. I mean... admit it, MDW... the Craptrees have paid you off. Haven't they? It's all a Daddy-led plot to once again humiliate Haystacks in order to capture the fluttering hearts of the Kiddies and Blue Haired bags. Right??

No?

Rats!!

Seriously... I find it absolutely awesome that the only A+ matches in this here tournament featured Big Daddy and the pseudo Haystacks.

And because of Shakespeare the British are considered intellectually superior? Two words from this dumb colonial: Big Daddy. What's that? The sound of crickets? I thought so.
