From Jim Crockett Promotion to World Championship Wrestling, WCW has come along way from just being based out of Atlanta, Georgia. With the NWA championship left in the federation from its prior affiliation, it is a wonder if WCW will soon start to move away from tradition. Turner is hoping his form of 'Wrasslin' is going to be enough to catch up and surpass World Wrestling Federation.

WCW roster consist on one of the greatest heel stables in wrestling history, The Four Horsemen which currently consist of Ric Flair, Barry Windham, Arn Anderson, and Sid Vicious. The main faces on the other side are NWA Champion, Sting and U.S. Champion, Lex Luger. WCW's roster also consist of Flyin' Brian, 'Ravishing' Rick Rude, Big Van Vader, and others.

This week, on the Wrestling Challenge....

Having recently been replaced in the Orient Express, the masked Sato looks to establish himself as a singles competitor, as he takes on the WWF's youngest wrestler, Scott Taylor.

The unorthodox, yet extremely popular tag team of the Bushwhackers will be in action, as the take on Dave Roulette and Terry Gibbs.

In the night's main event, Iraqi-sympothizer, Sgt Slaughter, will take on an All-American man, in the young prospect Shane Douglas.

This week, we'll be hailing from spectacular Hawaii, with a half hour of action you will not want to miss. This is the Wrestling Challenge.

Looks interesting:At this point,Hulkamania was getting a little stale.which led to the WWF going with The Ultimate Warrior as their "guy" for a while.which turned out to be a bad decision.They have guys like Bret Hart and Ted DiBiase though,if built up right,they could carry the promotion...

On the other side,WCW has Sting,who at this point was at the very least a better draw than Warrior,along with THE man,Ric Flair,Rick Rude and other talented(but not as well known as the WWF roster)worker.At this point Bill Watts(IMO one of the best bookers ever) is also kicking around;IRL the appointment of the "less than desirable" Ole Anderson as head booker and excessive interference from the thoroughly incompetent Jim Herd killed the company for a bit and did a better job annihilating thier roster than McMahon could ever have done;still, in the TEW universe,WCW is free from the politics that would bring it down making this an open race...

They say that they've got a lot of respect for the Hart Foundation, at that they've been great champions, but that it's time for the new generation to take center stage, in the WWF, and that The Rockers are going to lead the wave.

Marty Jannetty was very underwhelming. Marty Jannetty is learning to show more charisma. Marty Jannetty is developing better performance skills.

The Bushwhackers defeated Dave Roulette and Terry Gibbs in 1:46 when Bushwhacker Butch defeated Dave Roulette by pinfall with a Battering Ram.

Bushwhacker Butch was really off his game tonight. Dave Roulette and Terry Gibbs showed excellent chemistry teaming together. The announcing quality lifted the match. Gene Okerlund interviews the British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith. Mean Gene points out that the Bulldogs achieved a lot of success in the tag team ranks, in the 80s. He asks Smith what we'll see from him in the 90s. Bulldog thanks Okerlund for the accolades, and says that what he's here to do, is prove that he's just as good a singles wrestler, as he is a tag team wrestler. He mentions that his first goal, is to get some gold around his waist, and he figures the place to start, is with the Intercontinental Championship. Mean Gene says that Mr Perfect had better look out, because there seems to be a Bulldog chasing him.

Sgt. Slaughter defeated Shane Douglas in 4:55 by submission with a Cobra Clutch.

Sheik Adnan Al-Kaissey did some good work at ringside. Sgt. Slaughter and Sheik Adnan Al-Kaissey are an awkward pairing, they just have no chemistry whatsoever. Sgt. Slaughter and Shane Douglas have pretty good chemistry, and it lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. Shane Douglas is improving in Performance skills.

OOC: It's not a war, unless you're competing for the viewers' (readers') attention, so.... <div style="text-align:center;">WWF This week on Primetime Wrestling....</div> The Legion of Doom have proved to be a force of nature, here in the WWF, and look to continue their path through the tag team division, as they take on the Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan-led, Haku & The Barbarian. In a HUGE Royal Rumble qualifying match, the natural disaster, Earthquake faces a man who is no small feat himself, in Tugboat. On the Wrestling Challenge, the British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith, said that he'd love to get a shot at Mr Perfect's Intercontinental Championship. He'll get a chance to show the powers of the WWF why he deserves the opportunity, as he runs up against an unbelievably strong man, in The Warlord. Which of these amazing athletes will make the strongest statement, on Primetime? In another match with championship implications, The Rockers go up against the recently debuted Nasty Boys, with the winner receiving a title match against the WWF Tag Team Champions, The Hart Foundation. The Rocker's have claimed to be the leaders of the "new generation" of superstars, here in the WWF. Can they back up that claim with a victory here? The American Dream, Dusty Rhodes has had recent trouble with The Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase. He looks to put that behind him, as he'll be involved in another Royal Rumble qualifying match, against Rick 'The Model' Martel. In the night's main event, The Ultimate Warrior will put his WWF World Championship on the line against 'Playboy' Buddy Rose. Rose hasn't acheived a ton of success, here in the WWF (despite what the weigh-scale suggests), but has a long history in the Pacific Northwest. Will the Playboy's homecoming be an extra large one, or will the power of the Warrior overcome his biggest challenge to date? Oh, just a helpful tip guys.

Making a B-show a COMPLETE B-show like they were back then can lead to disaster after about a month or so, as they might get pulled right off the air.

The game isnt so "B-show" friendly as they say. So be careful.

Gene Okerlund is now joined by Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan, and the Intercontinental Champion, Mr Perfect. Heenan asks Mean Gene if he thought the British Bulldog was impressive. Okerlund says that he definitely was. Heenan says that the Bulldog had better make sure that he keeps doing his talking in the ring, because if he runs his mouth again, like he did on the Wrestling Challenge, then Mr Perfect is going to have to put him in his place.

The Nasty Boys defeated The Rockers in 9:34 when Jerry Saggs defeated Marty Jannetty by submission with a Pit Stop.

Marty Jannetty seemed off his game tonight. Jimmy Hart did some good work at ringside. Brian Knobbs and Jimmy Hart are a good pairing, they play off each other well. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. The performance of Shawn Michaels stood out as being good. The Tag Team Titles storyline has continued with this match. Roddy Piper hosts Piper's Pit. This week's guests are Brother Love, and his client, the monsterous Undertaker. Brother Love says that the WWF is full of sinners, and they must be made to repent. He says that The Undertaker will be entering the Royal Rumble match, and will be the largest man in the ring, using his incredible size, strength, and the power of Love to win the match. Piper says that he thinks that was really great, but there's one problem: The Undertaker will only be the second largest man in the Rumble. Brother Love asks who could possibly compete with his Undertaker. Piper says that he'll find out next week, because that man will be his guest, on Piper's Pit.

Brother Love underperformed. The Undertaker was a real star in this segment. The Undertaker is developing better performance skills.

As the bell sounds, The Ultimate Warrior's celebration is cut short by the music of the 'Macho King' Randy Savage, who steps out into the entrance area with a microphone in hand. He says that The Ultimate Warrior has been avoiding him for months, denying him a title match. Savage says that at the Royal Rumble, he wants his match, and he will not rest until he's gotten it.

The Randy Savage vs. Ultimate Warrior storyline has continued with this segment. This segment lifted the crowd.

<div style="text-align:center;">WWF This week on Superstars....</div> The World Wrestling Federation will be taking a trip across the border, as the Superstars of wrestling invade scenic British Columbia. The show will feature some of the tremendous talent that Canada has produced, here in the WWF. To open the proceedings, veteran 'Iron' Mike Sharpe, quite possibly the loudest man to have ever stepped between the ropes, will face the unorthodox Max Moon. Sharpe hasn't experienced a lot of success in his WWF career, but he is well known in his homeland, and looks to use this as a springboard to greater things in America. Can he make his homecoming a happy one, or will Max Moon spoil the party? On Primetime Wrestling, Bret Hart introduced the world to his younger brother, Owen Hart. These brothers, who hail from Calgary, Alberta, will team up for the first time in a WWF ring, as they take on Rhythm 'n' Blues. A showcase of Canadian talent isn't all that's on the program, this week, as we'll also see the Intercontinental Champion, Mr Perfect put his title on the line against the young prospect, Shane Douglas. This is the opportunity of a lifetime, for Douglas. Can he make the most of it, and upset Mr Perfect, or will the reigning champion stay perfect? The night's main event will see 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan go one-on-one with the Canadian Strongman, Dino Bravo. Hulk Hogan has been on a roll, ever since returning to action last summer, but he has not faired well in Canadian rings, as it was just this past April that he lost the WWF World Championship to The Ultimate Warrior, in Toronto, Ontario. Can Hogan shake that loss, or will Dino Bravo capitalize, and make Hogan's stay another disappointing one? All this and more, as we'll hear from Jake 'The Snake' Roberts and the new #1 Contenders for the WWF Tag Team Titles, The Nasty Boys, led by 'The Mouth of the South' Jimmy Hart.
