  • Marlowe then took the microphone to inform Ino that he'd been paid to make a statement against the last All Action Champion that Team KOBRA had produced – but he'd also been paid not to tell anyone who offered the money, leading to speculation from the announce team about John Pathlow and Eric Tyler as the show went off air.

We're just one day away from A Little South of Sanity, folks, and the ride in promises to be explosive! Let's see what's on the card tonight...

The Conquering Kings haven't been having the easiest time of it lately, but they're still dedicated to the sport and honing their skills. Their opponents are relative newcomers, but still not to be trifled with; the Bulldozer and the Dragon will give them a real run for their money, and may even come out on top - we wouldn't like to call it either way.

Eric Tyler's mostly appeared as half of a tag team with his young protege recently. Tonight he has a solo outing scheduled - but his opponent has his eyes set on protege Huggins' title. Ultimate Phoenix came to TCW with a great reputation and has slowly started to prove it as he adapts to the bigger stage. Could tonight be his breakthrough night?

Darkwave's Sammy Bach has a big match tomorrow night, but he shouldn't look past his tag team match tonight, as the Darkwave duo take on Tooth & Claw. We've seen other masked patriots step up to the plate recently - can these luchadores do the same?

Womens' action is the order of the day next. Earlier in the week Alicia Strong was challenged by the reigning champion and her friend to prove she can back up her claims - her first match after that challenge is against Painful Procedure's Amber Allen. Will she show what she has, or will Alabama Field Row proclaim itself the House that Allen Built?

Tag team action follows with Amber Allen's cousin in the ranks, as Elimination Protocol finish up another busy week with a match against the Young Guns. Will the former cowboys make it a win, or can Elimination Protocol claim only their second victory - and their first in the ring?

On learning of the next match, Matthew Keith emailed the TCW.com office to register an official open complaint; he's not in the main event, and he believes his battle against Rhino Umaga deserves to be. Umaga will certainly be grateful to have another opening to show his stuff as the hard-nosed Samoan continues to flex his muscles.

And in our main event, it's going to be more tag team action - the Kreed will take on the two Generation Omega men lined up for the World Heavyweight Championship match, Joey Minnesota and Wolf Hawkins. This one is sure, Duane Fry promises us, to be a barnstormer...

Alas, Umaga's change in character and recent feud with Champagne Lover will not save him against the tyranny of being a midcarder.

Kreed vs. Joey Minnesota & Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Be very careful about jobbing the champ twice in a week.

Bulldozer & Dragon vs. Conquering Kings w/ Alanis Springsteen

It's far from the greatest opening match in TCW history, but it's a pretty serviceable contest. The Kings try to keep things grounded, figuring to minimise Smith's strength advantage and reduce the odds that James would be able to land a solid kick.

The simple power of the Bulldozer is what ultimately undoes that strategy. It takes a while, but he counters the Crippler Bomb, powerbombs Kingman in return, then lands his trademark Inverted Piledriver on Clark Alexander to pick up the win.

“How about that?” Fry asks. “Brandon, James – these two are gonna be real Big Money.”

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/JungleJack_alt1.jpg

In the back, cameras show us Jack Marlowe as he watches his subordinates' victory on a monitor. He nods, shrugging his leather jacket on, and turns to leave with the confident air of a man who's sure his night's work is done.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/KoshiroIno.jpghttp://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/QueenEmily_FS2.jpg

However, he turns to come face to face with Koshiro Ino, the Baroness by his side.

Marlowe stands there, watching, as Ino regards him inscrutably. After perhaps twenty seconds of silence, the Baroness rolls her eyes. “The Kobra needs to know who it was who paid you to target his Team,” she says.

Marlowe grins. “Needs?”

“Needs.”

“Well, then, I hope you're willing to pay for it.”

Ino shakes his head fractionally, and the Baroness' hand tightens on the hilt of her bokken.

“We are not.”

“Then take your best shot. You've got about ten seconds.”

“Ten seconds?”

“Maybe twenty. But my boys will be here soon. Three on two.”

Ino frowns, but falls back a step. Jack Marlowe laughs, sliding past the pair.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/EricTyler.jpg vs. http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/UltimatePhoenix.jpg

Eric Tyler vs. Ultimate Phoenix

From time to time, even talented wrestlers can't quite gel in the ring, and this is one of those times. It's far from a bad match – Phoenix can dazzle when it suits him, and Eric Tyler hasn't had a bad match since the mid-1980s – but it's also not all it could be.

Tyler is given a strong run for his money throughout this contest, with Phoenix harrying him as best he can, and even setting up for the Phoenix Firebird Splash – but Eric's up a little faster than Phoenix planned and he drapes himself across the top rope, sending the masked man stumbling to the floor.

A Weight of Tradition brainbuster draws a line under the match.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/SammyBach_alt1.jpg

The big screen bursts into life after that, highlighting a pretty slick video package. Set to Bach's previous theme, This Corrosion, someone on TCW's staff has obviously gone back through a year's worth of archives, playing up Bach's late-2008 alliance with Wolf Hawkins and the tensions that raised in the Syndicate...

...the deal Bach made in return for assisting Wolf, which turned out to be two favours – one of which gave him the Hard-Hitting Championship title shot...

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/TroyTornado_nacht6.jpg

...Bach allying himself with the returned Jack Bruce, cashing in his other favour to give Bruce a shot at the Ticket to the Top and a chance at Tornado's title...

..the formation of Darkwave, with Bach at Bruce's side, still...

...Tornado's growing confusion as Bruce wrestled more and more solo matches without illegal behaviour...

...Zimmy's interview, and the revelation within that Bach's girlfriend helped him decide to join Darkwave...

...culminating in Troy Tornado challenging Bach for having corrupted and misled Jack Bruce, ending in a graphic of the two opposing rockers facing off and the A Little South Of Sanity logo.

Darkwave vs. Tooth & Claw

A fast and fairly free-spirited contest here. At one point thirty seconds go by without anyone spending more than two seconds at a time on their feet, in a blinding exchange of dropkicks, leaps, flying lariats, bulldogs, huracanranas and so on.

Certainly that makes the crowd sit up and take note of Tooth & Claw, but the fact is, they do look outclassed here, with both their opponents “clearly – and folks, I'm just calling it the way I see it, but to me Sammy Bach and Zimmy are both clearly future World Champions,” as an admiring Springsteen remarks on the announce table.

American Eagle is eventually the fall guy; Bach armdrags him off the top turnbuckle, then heads down to slap on the Bach on your Back, locking it down to ensure the submission.

Alicia Strong w/ Phil Vibert vs. Amber Allen

This contest does have the crowd's attention somewhat; Allen has a small fanbase, and Alicia Strong has a name and a reputation, both of which buy them some time to win the crowd over – which they proceed to do.

Allen brings the technical and Alicia brings the power and flash, the two of them retreading a Strong/Chord formula match – which is no bad thing; those matches remain some of the biggest sellers in wrestling history.

Allen's figure-four finisher leads her to focus on Stone's knees, trying to keep her off balance, but after a thumb to the eye, Alicia rallies, laying Amber out with an Angel Driver and making the pin.

And the big screen is back to life, another video package airing, this one to the tune of Beautiful Dangerous. This one has less history it needs to delve through, but we start with the hype videos aired before their debut by the Leading Lights...

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/JeriLynnStone.jpg

...through their opening assault on the champion...

...their quick showcase wins...

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/KateDangerous.jpg

...the time limit draw against JeriLynn Stone & Kate Dangerous...

...the second match, interrupted by Alicia Strong and also inconclusive...

...lumberjacks getting into place for a third tag match...

...Michelle Cox's winning move, and the call by Badge of Honor announcer Steve Smith: “We have our number one and number two contenders, Michelle Cox this month and Serena Starr next if the title doesn't change hands – and just a reminder, they're still undefeated.”

This one dissolves into another A Little South Of Sanity logo, this one CGI-engraved onto the Womens Championship nameplate.

Elimination Protocol vs. Young Guns

It's a painful beatdown for the Elimination Protocol. The Young Guns look much as they ever have, though as with much of TCW's old guard they're starting to flesh out their options a little – Harry Allen, in particular, impresses with a 450-rotation headscissors takedown into an armbar on Warren Technique, but that doesn't do it.

The Protocol fight back, and they fight back well – but there can be a wide gulf between 'well' and 'well enough' and in this case, the gulf is pretty damn wide.

Allen manoeuvres Jameson off balance and hits the Gunslinger's Revenge, Steve Gumble nailing his Savate Kick simultaneously to complete the Blitzkrieg Bop. Gumble makes the cover to collect the pinfall victory.

Matthew Keith vs. Rhino Umaga

These two men are more known for their brawling than the speed of the teams involved in the previous match, but the pace is nonetheless pretty similar. Umaga has a definite strength advantage here, and the hands being thrown rapidly go his way.

A strong whip to the corner sees Rhino snap off a brutal spear, but before a powerslam can be put into place, Keith slips off his back and mounts a fightback, starting to turn the tide, but he gets cocky. A headscissors attempt sends Ray Johnson sprawling before the big Samoan counters, turning it into a massive powerbomb impact, and Umaga starts playing to the crowd in his turn -

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/FrankiePerez-1.jpghttp://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/SamKeith.jpg

He turns around into a brutal hook kick from Frankie Perez. Rhino drops like a stone, and Perez lays in more stomps before being chased from the ring by Sam Keith.

In the ring, Matthew covers – and Umaga gets his shoulder up. Irritated, Matthew locks down the Proton Lock, holding it in on the battered Samoan to force the submission.

Kreed vs. Joey Minnesota & Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Art Reed starts for his team, bouncing up and down cheerfully on his heels, and Wolf Hawkins opts to lead for his own team, claiming the champion's prerogative in doing so.

By now no strangers to one another, they circle cautiously as the match begins, eyes locked on one another. Reed closes slightly as the circle puts his back to Minnesota, making it trickier for the Generation Omega duo to ambush him, and perhaps because of that they make it a full circle before closing to the lockup.

Art aims kicks at Wolf's knee as the champion closes, leading him to back off. The second time that happens, Wolf stumbles slightly – and Reed leaps instantly to nail him with a crisp, clean dropkick.

Wolf stumbles backward and Art darts forward, looking for a leghold, but Hawkins has his wits about him and kicks the Kreed man away, rolling forward to his feet. He dropkicks Reed's knee out from under him as Art begins to ride, but Reed rolls out of the ring and Hawkins turns, unprepared, into a big hip toss from Greg Keith – Hawkins actually rising above Keith's head at the apex.

Wolf gets up and eats another as the crowd roar in approval, but when Keith tries for a third, Hawkins is ready, shifting his weight and sending Greg almost out of the ring with a huge armdrag as a counter. Greg is able to keep himself from tumbling out by hooking an arm on the ropes, but by the time he makes it back to his feet in the ring, Hawkins is back on the apron and he faces the very fresh Joey Minnesota.

A hard lariat from the former DaVE man puts Greg on his back, and Joey goes to his knees to fire elbows into Greg's face, which goes well until the Keith scion shows his history and skill by dragging Joey into a cradle – ONE, TWO, TH- NO!

Greg and Joey both pop back up and close in, with Joey winning the initial lockup. He shifts gears, looking for a German suplex, but Greg counters, putting Joey on the mat via a snapmare. Grabbing an armbar, he takes a couple of shots into the back of Joey's shoulder with his free hand, looking to soften him up and weaken him for the Proton Lock.

Joey twists free before any more damage can be done, coming back to his feet and cutting Greg off with a boot to the gut. He steps forward and executes a perfect, crisp DDT, then rolls out of the ring, bringing Wolf back in.

The champion measures for the Full Moon Rising, but Greg sees it coming, coming up with his arm raised to bear the brunt of the kick's impact. He's staggered, but still active, and Hawkins finds himself quickly on the receiving end of a snap suplex, but makes it to his feet before Greg.

Keith finds himself whipped to the ropes and eats a huge flapjack on his return, then a legdrop, before Wolf, with a grin, runs him shoulder-first into the ringpost.

That brings in Art Reed who leads with a running high knee; Greg gratefully takes the opportunity to roll out of the ring and grab a breather.

Reed looks to continue the momentum, hitting Hawkins with a German suplex. He rolls through, looking for a second, but Wolf hooks the ankle then elbows clear. Russian leg sweep takes Reed down, and a scoop slam puts him down again.

Wolf drags him to his feet, twisting the arm as he does so, then whips him to the corner. Closing on him fast, he hits a solid lariat before whipping Art into his own corner. He gestures to Joey Minnesota, who boosts Art onto the top rope as Wolf heads across, recovering his breath, and scrambles up with him.

The stage is set for Wolf's signature solo Spanish Fly. He goes for it-

- and Art Reed deliberately overrotates, landing flawlessly on his feet and holding on to Hawkins. After a few moments' basking in the crowd's support, he pulls the champ up and nails a tombstone piledriver. He covers -

Phil Vibert has Eugene Williams' attention on the top turnbuckle! Minnesota dives into the ring, breaking up the cover, and nails the Empire Spiral!

Minnesota checks on a groggy Hawkins, who sees the situation and gestures Joey back to the corner.

It takes a long moment before he's willing to do so, but at the end of it, as Reed claws his way back to his knees, Hawkins hits the ropes hard, going for a shining wizard – and Reed bridges onto his back from his knees, ducking under it before kipping up. The champion turns around in a daze – DARK MATTER! COVER! ONE, TWO, THRE- NO!

“This, my friends, is a barnstormer,” Duane Fry eagerly informs the waiting crowd. “Art Reed may just be the man who has the number of the World Heavyweight Champion.”

Joey rushes in to his partner's defence, staggering Reed with a volley of punches and literally throwing Hawkins from the ring. Art dropkicks Minnesota in the back, sending Joey out after his partner; he plays to the crowd for a few moments, then hits the ropes on the far side, coming out in an over-the-top suicide corkscrew dropkick -

At the last moment, Minnesota ducks aside. Art crashes into the crowd barrier feet-first and crumples, clutching his legs.

Greg Keith climbs into the ring, awaiting a Generation Omega return, and Joey Minnesota doesn't disappoint him – but he does first roll Reed into the ring as well, and then baits Keith into a charge.

As Greg charges, Joey drops to his back, pulling the top rope down and sending Greg too to the outside.

With a smirk, Joey drags Reed to the centre, then applies the Minnesota Cloverleaf. Knowing the high-risk impact took a toll on his legs, Reed has to tap...

The crowd rumble; Jeremy Stone is out in the entranceway, staring at the main event winners in the ring. Joey stares him down with a smirk; a wounded and winded Hawkins glowers.

Davis Wayne Newton and Remo Richardson enter the ring in their street clothes, coming through the crowd as always, to stand by their Generation Omega stablemates, staring Stone down.

The Canadian Wrestling Machine is famously impassive, but just before the show goes off the air he cracks a smile, nodding, and points at the championship belt Vibert is clutching protectively.

“I don't know who's going to come out on top tomorrow night,” Fry says, then ups his tone to an excited yell. “I just wish I had the honour of calling it. But we'll see you tomorrow, everyone. You don't wanna miss this!”

Fans are the lifeblood of this business. The reason we do what we do. They might be the most vital part. They can also be the most annoying part. Nothing in in this business is simple. What I hate - what I absolutely cannot abide - is fans who think they "know stuff". They read the dirt sheets so they think they're "insiders". Idiots. They don't know spit.

When we did the show in Toronto the other day, Johnny Bloodstone had a fantastic match with Kirk Jameson. Johnny's a great worker and he made the kid look like a million bucks. After that show, I stopped by a little place I like near the arena to grab a bit. By myself - didn't need no company. A goup of young men sat nearby and they had been at the show. Somehow didn't recognize me but I couldn't help but hear their drivel.

TCW was better than the SWF because the wrestlers got to do whatever they wanted in the ring, one kid insisted. And no one called him on it because these "smart" fans didn't know no better.

Do whatever we want. Yeah right.

There ain't no more than about six of us on that roster who get to pick the layout of the match ourselves if we want. And it's a goddamned big roster. Us that get that still have to go with the finish that Horatio gives us. Even guys like Hawkins and Minnesota get the man structure laid out to them.

Johnny is a guy who should have the right to lay out his own matches. Sure as hell knows what he's doing. But he don't get that. He still gets told how the match should unfold.

The other night, he didn't listen. That match wasn't laid out as the dramatic back-and-forth war that the fans saw. Johnny decided to make it that, a former TCW world champion putting over one of the better young talents we have. Not letting Jameson win but letting him get in a lot of offense. Making him look great. Those Canadian fans know great wrestling and they loved that one.

If the dumb kids at the restaurant were right, then Bloodstone did the right thing and TCW should applaud him for that. But he didn`t and they don`t. Johnny won`t get fired but he`s getting some heat over it. There are some folks unhappy at him. Going off script always has consequences.

Tommy Cornell might not be Tommy Cornell as we know him today if Nemesis didn`t decide to throw the script out the window back in `97. Maybe DAVE never does what it did, and TCW is still the goofy Hollyweird crap. Dumb marks still talk about that, about how Campbell did the ``right thing`` there and should be lauded.

Damn stupid thought. Campbell decide to make a regular TV match into a brutal bloodbath and he threw away his Supreme career for it. Ruined Cornell in that sense, too, but Tommy was just too damned good not to still make it. Some other kid, maybe they get dumped by Eisen and never do nothing but a few indy matches. Just because it worked out okay in some ways don't make it right.

Campbell messed up. There are consequences for throwing the script away. He knew it. And did it anyway.

If those kids in that little restaurant knew that Johnny Bloodstone made the same call, they`d probably call him a hero and say how great it was for him to do that. They`re stupid. And they`be wrong.

Wednesday 24th November 2009

Big, big uproar today. Last night, Johnny Bloodstone went off-script in his match. He made Kirk Jameson look pretty much as good as you can get when you lose. The result was a match I would've loved to call if it hadn't been that I hold the book, too.

The further it went on, the bigger the sinking feeling in my gut. You can't allow the wrestlers to call their own shots, because it's not too far from there to losing control of the programs and the angles. Sam's not happy with them. Ricky and Tommy are furious. Eric Tyler spent half an hour lecturing Jameson – and the terrifying thing is that that's because he likes him.

Johnny's in the doghouse. I'm not sure what Tommy's come up with, but the plan was to start pushing Johnny back toward the world championship picture and see if he was considered strong enough to get the vote at Fight To The Feedback – and that's not going to happen now, barring some kind of injury or accident.

Kirk, on the other hand, has also pushed things back for himself. The Protocol were due to take another couple of high-profile losses then start a winning streak; a dubious winning streak with plenty of money going the Enforcers' way, but a winning streak, and one which down the line would've lead to a program over two, maybe three PPVs against Golden Law. There was talk of Kirk entering the All Action picture to up his visibility while we built to that program.

Tonight I'll be looking at developmental tapes to see who's ready to step up to those All Action matches in Kirk's place, and Kirk himself will be taking some losses to smaller names than he was due to this week.

Tommy was furious. He was pushing for International Air to get their first win against the Protocol last night, but I talked him down. As seasoned as Adam Matravers is, outside the UK our fans mostly know him only for his brief time here, and we do still have plans, long-term, for the Protocol – and bigger long-term plans for Jameson. I don't want what Johnny did wiped out entirely.

Look at it from the fans' perspective. He can take a former World Champion to the limit but he can't beat rookies? How are you supposed to root for that?

“How about that?” Fry asks. “Brandon, James – these two are gonna be real Big Money.”

Covert hype for a debut is covert?

Allen's figure-four finisher leads her to focus on Stone's knees, trying to keep her off balance, but after a thumb to the eye, Alicia rallies, laying Amber out with an Angel Driver and making the pin.

1. Bah gawd Kang she's made a deal with the devil! It's the old switheroo! Where's Jerulin come from?

2. Takudome's gonna be piiiiiiiissed...

Harry Allen, in particular, impresses with a 450-rotation headscissors takedown into an armbar on Warren Technique, but that doesn't do it.

Is that La Mistica, or do you mean off the top rope he does a 450, or...

~~~
Okay, what actually happened with Bloodstone? Did you get an incident with him, or are you just making this up to HOLD DOWN THE GREATEST WRASSLER IN THE HISTORY OF OUR SPORT or what?
La Mistica. I don't even know how a 450 dive would safely convert into an armbar, or why.
And Bloodstone pulled an A* match against Jameson in six minutes in what was intended as a filler match. Yes, in real terms this is absolutely a good thing.
In real terms, this is me using the result to create a backstage storyline leading to, you know, what I'm going to book Bloodstone doing next, and what I'm going to be doing next with the Protocol.
Mind you, if you read waaaay back in the diary you'll see the Easy Riders coming up early and 'permanently injuring' the old Painful Procedure tag team as part of the political fallout of one of our worst ever matches, while also sending Natural (Storm) Talent back to dev.
I'm genuinely interested in this kind of backstage politicking, and the game as it stands can't simulate it. So I have to add it in myself.
Hey, it's not like I'm risking my grades hugely, right?
The most important day of the wrestling month is with us again, and what a way to close out November. We've packed this one out with matches and frankly, there isn't a one which isn't seeing a lot of chatter on the website at the moment. So let's see what's going down...
We begin with Sean Deeley's latest International Championship defence against his hand-picked challenger Champagne Lover. Laura Huggins' protege from Canada looks to make a start on proving himself a true International champion against one of Mexico's very best - and if you're anything like me you're already looking forward to this one.
Huggins' Heroes get to open the show in style, in fact, as the British Lions' Tag Team Championships defence is next on the line, with the Blonde Bombshell's clients the New Wave ready and set for the challenge. Already former TCW tag champions, the New Wave cannot be ruled out - and if you think they can, we guarantee tonight will change your mind.
Sammy Bach, the master manipulator. Troy Tornado, the man who finally saw through it - and they collide tonight, in what could well be a show-stealing match. Ten years ago these men were both starting to snatch headlines, one on the East Coast and one on the West. Tonight, they're world-wide stars doing battle on the grandest stage of all.
In Hard-Hitting Championship news we have another hand-picked challenger in the spectacular, show-stopping Jack Bruce, who'll hope to score a victory and hope harder that it'd be the second Darkwave win of the night. Could Bruce claim his first gold back in TCW?
The All Action Champion is in a challenger's sights next, with the reborn John Pathlow eager to defeat a Freddy Huggins who seems to be at or climbing to the very peak of his form. I personally wouldn't want to call this one; it may be too close to.
Their war has raged for months. It began with casual stunts, entered a phase of mutual mind games, but eventually the Canadian heir to the mantle of Elemental managed to turn the Master of Edd Fu serious - though I don't know that that'll last. Canadian Elemental looks to score the biggest win of his young career, but Edd Stone has the honour of his family and of his training system on the line. Yours truly is looking forward to it.
We received word last night - by majority vote of the Board of Investors, this next match has been made Last Man Standing. And that can't be good news for primary shareholder Tommy Cornell, who can't hope to squeak a pinfall victory against supreme specimen Remo Richardson as he did last time they met one on one. Does Cornell have the will to win and the stamina to go the distance against arguably the most dangerous man in Generation Omega?
The Womens Championship. A glittering legacy in JeriLynn Stone; an undefeated challenger whose record in TCW gives her every right to her arrogance in Michelle Cox. And waiting in the wings are names like Serena Starr, Kate Dangerous, Alicia Strong and Stephanie Wade - and that's just the top tier. Who'll have the punishing slate of defences after tonight?
Father. Son. It's a tale that goes back all the way in this business. This may just be, however, the most talented match in that tale - not just to now, but ever. Matthew Keith's claim to be an uncrowned King of Wrestling is hard to rebut, but Sam Keith is a living legend - titles everywhere he's wrestled and hundreds, one of his matches regularly voted one of the 10 most important of all time. Innovator, imitator - the line may be crossed multiple times before this one is out.
And the main event. The most important title in singles professional wrestling - the TCW World Heavyweight Championship. And the men? Tommy Cornell's one-time protege Wolf Hawkins. The only man backed by Phil Vibert both in DaVE and through Generation Omega, Joey Minnesota. And the man that Dan Stone Senior personally selected to replace him as head trainer at the famed House of Stone, a multi-time champion and a legend throughout North America, Jeremy Stone. Hawkins' record since winning the title is impeccable, but Joey Minnesota has succeeded where he could not and Jeremy Stone has fought Hawkins to the very limit. We at TCW.com have to say that whoever wins, we'll have a champion we can be proud of...
TCW International Championship
Sean Deeley © w/ Laura Huggins vs. Champagne Lover
Champagne Lover is good enough to deserve a belt, but Deeley is good enough to deserve not to lose one so quickly.
TCW Tag Team Championships
British Lions © w/ Laura Huggins vs. New Wave w/ Blonde Bombshell
See above, they haven't held these titles for a huge length of time... though I could see this feud having legs.
Sammy Bach vs. Troy Tornado
Bach's just coming into the limelight again, it would be a shame for him to be curbstomped back into the dark.
NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH - TCW Hard-Hitting Championship
Chris Rockwell © vs. Jack Bruce
Bruce doesn't scream Hard-Hitting to me.
TCW All Action Championship
Freddy Huggins © vs. John Pathlow
My gut says Pathlow, my heart says Freddy.
Canadian Elemental vs. Edd Stone
Time to bump up the card a little and put this feud to bed.
LAST MAN STANDING
Remo Richardson w/ Phil Vibert vs. Tommy Cornell
He's still got a date with Wolf.
TCW Womens Championship
JeriLynn Stone © vs. Michelle Cox
There's another title match to come, JeriLynn losing it here would be pointless.
Matthew Keith vs. Sam Keith
Matt needs to get slapped down every now and then, lest his ego bloats. I really wouldn't be surprised to see him win though.
TCW World Heavyweight Championship
Wolf Hawkins © w/ Phil Vibert vs. Jeremy Stone vs. Joey Minnesota w/ Phil Vibert
This isn't changing hands until the man across the ring from him is named Tommy Cornell.
No predictions at the moment, but I just want to say that I kinda wish Matt/Sam would have been saved for Malice. Though I can see Matt injuring Sam here and then facing Greg at Malice, which would be cool. Either way, keep up the great shows.
The Keith clan is very much on the road to Malice right now, every bit as much as Wolf and Tommy and [spoilerZ]/[THPOILERTH], to say nothing of the whole [NO, NOT TELLING] scene.
