Hive
Don't lie, you'd mark out if you saw Khali put someone in the ankle-lock. I totally would, yes.
Peppermint Rage
to my knowledge (no guarantee of accuracy here) he used to be quite good (or could at least pull of cool moves) but by the time he got to the wwe his legs were completely screwed up. milamber
If they really wanted to #givedivasachance they would have made it a 2 week tournament instead, with Naomi and Natalya in the final match. http://i.imgur.com/mHtcvYV.jpg

The first thing they did with the #hashtag was to throw Eva Marie and Cameron out there saying they deserve a chance. They couldn't care less about the divas. Hashasheen
Food for thought: Undertaker debuts in WCW instead of WWF, has a 10-year Starrcade streak from 1990 to 2000. Pick his ten streak opponents.
dvdWarrior
Food for thought: Undertaker debuts in WCW instead of WWF, has a 10-year Starrcade streak from 1990 to 2000. Pick his ten streak opponents. 1990 - Terry Funk - a brutal match that's highly regarded even today, and has found its way onto multiple DVD. 1991 - Flyin' Brian Pillman - Undertaker played the heel here, and the match went a long way torward making Pillman one of the breakout stars of the 90s. 2nd brick in the streak though. 1992 - Jake Roberts - Decent match, building off a solid (and pretty darn creepy storyline) that started at Halloween Havoc. Some say the match was tarnished by the DQ finish, (surely if WCW had realized how important the streak would become, they'd have booked him stronger here. Still, third notch on the belt. 1993 - Big Van Vader - a true experiment in wrestling brutality that more than made up for the DQ finish from a year earlier/ Vader would go down as one of Taker's most dangerous opponents, and this match is still a good watch. 4-0. 1994 - Ric Flair - 1994 won't go down as WCW's finest year, but that 4 Horsemen Vs. The Deadman storyline was a definite highlight. After a very high quality match against Arn Anderson at Havoc, one might say history was made against the Nature Boy this night. 5-0. 1995 - Randy Savage - This was unique. Savage brought out the 'madness' in the Deadman like never before, and this match was really something special. Savage played the hero here, but just wasn't quite able to get it done. It was WILD though. It was also about this time that folks behind the scenes in WCW realized Taker had a streak going, and really started to run with it. 1996 - Hollywood Hogan - The nWo vs. The Deadman. TONS of interference in this one, and a wild and crazy crowd made it memorable, chokeslams and tombstones abound. The fact that a shocking return, (and perhaps even more shocking turn) allowed Hogan to take back the title at Uncensored shouldn't take anything away from this battle's moment in the sun. 1997 - Roddy Piper -1997's edition of Starrcade was built mainly around Sting's year-long build to his battle with Hollywood Hogan, which in turn would lead to the downfall of the nWo, but the Undertaker's battle with fellow good guy Roddy Piper was anything on Earth but secondary that night. If anything, Piper brought back the Deadman of old... and after the way Hogan had taken the title from him months ago, we weren't sure we'd ever see that again. Leave it to Piper to whip him back into shape. 1998 - Sting - The dream match that everyone wanted to see. Like the Piper match from a year before, it was face vs. face, but the story was a good one, and the match was.... in the eyes of many... a classic. Who would've thought anyone could kick out of a tombstone? 1999 - Goldberg - If ever there was a match built on hype, this was it. The Streak Vs. The Streak. It was WCW's hottest talking point for quite some time, and to be fair, it lived up to the hype. 2000 - Cactus Jack - Starrcade 2000 was highlighted by the rise of WCW's heir apparent, the 1996 Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle, who finally won the World title in a legendary three way dance against Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit, but it was Cactus Jack's battle with the Taker that stole the show. The Hardcore Legend had wanted to test his skills against The Deadman for years, and he finally got his chance. And so on.... WCW fared much better in the Monday Night War in this particular universe...

Rone Rivendale
I know it's sad but i'm equally impressed that Khali can do that entrance as I am seeing Neville doing the barrier 450.
milamber
Raw was pretty disappointing. No main event match, no Bryan match, terrible Divas Battle Royale. The best parts: - Cena vs BNB - Reigns/Big Show segment - Orton vs Brass Ring Club - Naomi Hell Turn - PTP promo - Ziggler vs Neville (and the Sheamus beatdown) - Extreme Rules Stipulations http://33.media.tumblr.com/8182d4330c1ae615d2806e1bc3bf7c16/tumblr_nms0k3pY0T1rnjfjfo1_r1_400.gif

The crowd were really on Show's case but he took it pretty well.
Crychon
- Naomi Hell Turn[/img] Does that make Paige the only active face diva in the division now? Emma had kind of a tweener turn on NXT, so I'm not sure if I'd count her. I'm not sure where she stands on the main roster. I'm pretty sure everyone else is a heel. scuba steve
Started watching some old Raws & WWE PPVs a few months back (started at '96 KOTR & am currently in July '98) Man, you always know that Austin was the shit, but you forget just how entertaining he was. Fingers everywhere, cursing everywhere, stunners everywhere, the utterly insane pops when that glass shatters And hell, the Rock is only barely beginning to break into his own at this point plus there's still Kurt Angle, SuperHeavyweight Crash Holly & Shane O'Mac to come
milamber
I was surprised Naomi turned heel but they executed it well. I think maybe they should have made her a tweener instead. I hear Vince and Trips are high on Charlotte so I expect her to debut soon as a babyface.

MrSelfDestruct
Man the Network keeps adding all kinds of badass stuff. For those that don't know, they revamped their beyond the ring section to have many more documentaries and such, but what really got me, they FINALLY got the attitude era raws! And now that TV-M original show looks funny. They are finally expanding.

milamber
Rumor from Cageside Seats:

Naomi's heel turn on Paige was what WWE had planned for AJ Lee before she retired, according to the Observer. It looks like Naomi is likely working with Nikki Bella at Extreme Rules now and Nikki could be turning babyface soon.

So much wrong with this. Paige & AJ didn't need another feud so soon after the last one that went for 4 months and never delivered a great match. And Nikki as a character is tolerable as a heel, not as a babyface.
