And having an individual stat on each wrestler for every single other wrestler's opinion of their work would be a bit much. But yeah, as Teemu said, suggestions forum. Basically if you do your job it stays at A* but if you get caught doing drugs etc. it drops. So Edd Stone took a big hit to his rep when he ditched his family for TCW, my guess is that when Jack Bruce turned on TCW and switched to SWF he took a bit of a rep hit as well.
