Wow, just wow... you have the opening match with Jillian vs Brie at 18min and then you have the Maryse v Alicia v Gail at only 5min and not to forget Mickie vs Beth at 17min (that puts your womens matches to 40min :eek:), then you have the 3 elimination chambers at 10min each (30 min for 3 chamber matches :confused:), when each of the chamber matches takes 20min before everyone is even out of all the chambers, your booking doesnt make any sense you just throw some random stuff out on ppv.

 

That is what makes any Destiny diary awsome! Destiny you need to bring Charlie Sheen into the WWF!

Brie Bella versus Stephanie McMahon

Brie Bella is exhausted by the end of tonight’s gruelling opening contest, with the surprise in-ring return of Stephanie McMahon leading to a tough match for Brie, who is relatively inexperienced. The bout has some great heat from the live crowd in attendance as well as some decent in-ring action from both Divas. Stephanie McMahon gets the victory here after raking Brie’s eyes behind the referee’s back, leading to Stephanie pinning the extremely tired Brie Bella.

Stephanie McMahon defeated Brie Bella in 17:38 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics.

Match Rating: E+

 

Nikki Bella versus Katie Lea Burchill

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this contest that the winner will receive a shot at the Divas Championship at Wrestlemania, against the winner of Maryse’s title defence against Kelly Kelly later tonight. The match itself is extremely short and sees Nikki Bella get the victory and the Championship opportunity at the biggest Pay-Per-View of the year, Wrestlemania.

Nikki Bella defeated Katie Lea Burchill in 2:34 by pinfall with a Sitout Facebuster.

Match Rating: E

 

Carlito versus Chris Masters

Carlito is really off his game tonight, but is still able to get the victory here in an extremely short match after hitting Chris Masters in the skull with an apple he has at ringside behind the referee’s back, followed by pinning Chris Masters to get the win.

Carlito defeated Chris Masters in 2:50 by pinfall after using a foreign object.

Match Rating: D-

 

Eve and Gail Kim versus Jillian and Alicia Fox

Alicia Fox is also really off her game tonight, perhaps due to competing in a Divas Championship match last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, in which she was unsuccessful in winning the Divas title. This match is also extremely short, and sees Eve and Gail Kim get the all-important tag team victory after Eve pins Alicia Fox, who is really off her game for the entire match.

Eve and Gail Kim beat Jillian and Alicia Fox in 3:14 when Eve defeated Alicia Fox by pinfall.

Match Rating: E

 

Primo comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Primo says that he was unsuccessful in winning the WWE Championship last night in his first ever Elimination Chamber match. Chavo Guerrero then rushes to the ring and tries to clothesline Primo, however Primo ducks and sends Chavo over the top rope and to the outside of the ring. Chavo seems very embarrassed and quickly heads to the back. Primo too then leaves the ring and heads to the back.

Rating: D-

 

 

 

We cut backstage where we see both Nikki and Brie Bella in their dressing room, both clearly tired after competing earlier tonight in separate singles matches. Brie tells Nikki that even though she lost earlier tonight, Stephanie McMahon was so impressed in her performance that she has added her to the Divas Championship match at Wrestlemania, so she will join Nikki in challenging for the title. Unfortunately, the live fans in attendance in Japan have no idea what Brie is saying due to the language barrier. The Bellas will face the winner of Divas Championship match up next on RAW.

Rating: F+

 

Kelly Kelly comes to the ring for her scheduled match, challenging Maryse for the Divas Championship. However, before Kelly has even been in the ring for long, the fans in attendance in Japan boo heavily as Maryse rushes to the ring and hits Kelly with the French Kiss DDT. Kelly Kelly looks extremely weakened prior to the title match, which will now take place later tonight on RAW.

Rating: E

 

Santino Marella comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Santino says that he is looking forward to Wrestlemania. However, before Santino can say anything else Jack Swagger comes to the ring and hits Santino with a Gutwrench Powerbomb. Before Swagger can do any more damage, MVP rushes to the ring to help his friend Santino, which causes Swagger to head to the back. MVP helps Santino to his feet and they too leave the ring and head to the back.

Rating: D

 

Former WWE Divas Champion Melina comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Melina says that she is still unable to compete following her injury. However, she says that as soon as she is fit she will return to in-ring competition and regain the Divas Championship she was never beaten for, and it will be soon. Melina then heads to the back.

Rating: D

 

Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, collectively known as Legacy, come to the ring. Ted DiBiase takes a microphone from the ringside area and gives it to Cody Rhodes. Cody says that later tonight he will take on John Cena. He says that the winner of that match will be the first man to qualify for the Money In The Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. Cody then gives the microphone to Ted DiBiase, who says that he will be facing Mark Henry in tonight’s main event. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, the fans in attendance in Japan have no idea what DiBiase is saying. Ted DiBiase will face “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry in tonight’s Monday Night RAW Main Event.

Rating: D

 

Both Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase remain in the ring and seem very confident about their respective singles matches later tonight. DiBiase will certainly face a difficult challenge as he takes on Mark Henry. Mark Henry comes to the ring and both members of Legacy both quickly leave the ring and head to the back. Mark Henry takes the microphone and announces that he will be challenging The Miz for the United States Championship at Wrestlemania, and he will win the title for the very first time. The Miz then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone and says that he is not afraid of Mark Henry. Unfortunately the live crowd in attendance in Japan have no idea what Miz is saying due to the language barrier. Mark Henry will be in action in tonight’s main event against DiBiase.

Sheamus versus Evan Bourne

Michael Cole notes during this singles contest that the winner of this match will receive a future shot at the WWE Championship. The match itself is an extremely short one and sees Sheamus get the all-important victory and future title opportunity after using the ropes for added leverage.

Sheamus defeated Evan Bourne in 3:13 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage.

Match Rating: D+

 

The WWE Champion Batista comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. However, before Batista can say anything Big Show rushes to the ring and hits Batista with yet another devastating right hand. Batista looks to be knocked out by the pure force of the World’s Largest Athlete, who is the favourite to win the WWE Championship from The Animal in the main event of Wrestlemania after winning the Royal Rumble match in January. The United States Champion The Miz comes to the ring and joins in the assault of the WWE Champion, as do Jack Swagger and Chavo Guerrero. Degeneration X, the Unified Tag Team Champions, then rush to the ring to aid the WWE Champion. Kofi Kingston also comes to the ring to even the odds. Big Show, Miz, Swagger and Chavo all head out of the ring as Triple H picks up the microphone and says that later tonight DX will team with Batista and Kingston to face Show-Miz, Jack Swagger and Chavo Guerrero.

Rating: C-

 

Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: John Cena versus Cody Rhodes

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this contest that the winner will be the first man to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. This is an extremely short match, and sees John Cena get the victory and the spot in the Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania.

John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes in 2:49 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment.

Match Rating: C-

 

WWE Divas Championship: Maryse © versus Kelly Kelly

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this Championship match that the winner will not only be the Divas Champion but will go on to defend the title at Wrestlemania in a Triple Threat match against both of the Bella Twins. This match is extremely short and sees Maryse retain her title after hitting Kelly Kelly with the Championship belt behind the referee’s back, making the third defence of her Divas Championship and getting the opportunity to defend the title at Wrestlemania.

Maryse beat Kelly Kelly in 2:57 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics.

Match Rating: D-

 

D-Generation X, Batista and Kofi Kingston versus Show-Miz, Jack Swagger and Chavo Guerrero

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this eight-man tag team match that Big Show will be challenging Batista for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania, as they square off on opposite sides tonight. The bout itself has great heat from the live crowd in attendance in Japan as well as good action from all eight men involved. Jack Swagger gets the victory for his team tonight after pinning the WWE Champion Batista after hitting him with a Gutwrench Powerbomb.

Show-Miz, Jack Swagger and Chavo Guerrero beat Batista, Kofi Kingston and D-Generation X.

Match Rating: C

 

Mark Henry versus Ted DiBiase

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this evening’s main event singles match that Mark Henry will be challenging The Miz for the United States Championship at Wrestlemania. This bout has a good crowd as well as some good action from both men and sees Mark Henry get the victory after forcing Ted DiBiase to tap out to a Bear Hug, building momentum heading towards Wrestlemania.

Mark Henry beat Ted DiBiase in 8:03 by submission with a Bear Hug.

Match Rating: D

 

Following the conclusion of this evening’s main event contest a disappointed Ted DiBiase rolls out of the ring and heads to the back. Meanwhile, Mark Henry celebrates his victory in the ring, hoping that he will be just as successful at Wrestlemania. The United States Champion The Miz then comes to the ring and hits the Skull Crushing Finale on Henry. Before Miz can do any more damage, however, the WWE Champion Batista rushes to the ring. He spears The Miz and sets him up for a Batista Bomb before Big Show rushes to the ring and delivers another devastating right hand to the WWE Champion Batista. RAW goes off the air with Show-Miz standing over the fallen WWE Champion.

Rating: C+

 

Final Rating: D-

 

Chavo Guerrero performed well in the eight-man tag team match and didn’t seem that out of place at all. Hopefully he will perform just as well this Thursday on Superstars when he faces the WWE Champion Batista in non-title action, which has the potential to be a terrific match.

The following matches are confirmed to take place on tonight's edition of ECW on SyFy:

 

Yoshi Tatsu versus Paul Burchill

Before Yoshi Tatsu challenges for the ECW Championship at Wrestlemania he will face Paul Burchill in singles action.

 

Caylen Croft versus The Hurricane

Caylen Croft insulted The Hurricane on Sunday's Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, and Hurricane will be looking to get revenge tonight.

 

Tyler Reks versus Sonjay Dutt

Sonjay Dutt has been seen with Ariel Martinez as of late, and she may well be at ringside supporting him when he faces Tyler Reks.

 

Chris Hero versus Paul London

Chris Hero tried to attack Paul London at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, and Paul London will want to get revenge tonight on ECW.

 

Ricky Ortiz versus God

These two men had an intense stare-down at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, and will meet one another in the ring tonight on SyFy.

 

Tiffany versus Sara Del Ray

Tiffany is undefeated on ECW, and the General Manager will be looking to get another victory tonight as she faces Sara Del Ray, a newcomer to ECW.

 

Rosa Mendes versus Savannah

Rosa informed the ECW ring announcer at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View that she would be facing her tonight, and Savannah's chances don't look good.

Money In The Bank Qualifying Match: Ezekiel Jackson versus Scotty Goldman

Unfortunately this is a very poor opening contest on ECW, despite the winner going on to join John Cena in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. Ezekiel Jackson is visibly tiring towards the end of this match, with both men going the distance in an attempt to compete at their first Wrestlemania. Despite Jackson being tired, he is able to get the victory and claim the second of six spots in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania.

Ezekiel Jackson defeated Scotty Goldman in 17:42 by pinfall with an Uranage.

Match Rating: F

 

Rene Dupree comes to the ring, making his shocking return to ECW after an absence of nearly four years. Dupree immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that now he is back on ECW he will be looking to immediately dominate. He then leaves the ring and heads to the back, happy that he let his message be heard. Rene Dupree could well be a dominant force on ECW.

Rating: D-

 

Tiffany versus Sara Del Ray

The ECW General Manager Tiffany is really off her game tonight, despite being undefeated on ECW, as she takes on the Woman that she personally signed, Sara Del Ray. However, the General Manager Tiffany is still able to get the all-important victory tonight in an extremely short match, successfully.

Tiffany beat Sara Del Rey in 2:25 by pinfall with a Flying Cross Body.

Match Rating: E-

 

Chris Hero versus Paul London

Unfortunately the live crowd in attendance tonight in Japan are completely turned off by witnessing a match between two relatively unknown workers. Thankfully for those in attendance, the match is an extremely short one and sees Paul London get the all-important victory over Chris Hero.

Paul London defeated Chris Hero in 3:08 by pinfall.

Match Rating: F+

 

Tyler Reks versus Sonjay Dutt

This match unfortunately suffers from the same predicament as the last one between Chris Hero and Paul London, with both being relatively unknown, and therefore the crowd in Japan having little interest in the outcome of the contest. Tyler Reks gets the victory in this contest, comfortably.

Tyler Reks defeated Sonjay Dutt in 2:34 by pinfall with a Springboard Dropkick.

Match Rating: F

 

 

 

 

 

Scotty Goldman returns to the ring following his loss earlier tonight in his Money in the Bank qualifying match with Ezekiel Jackson. The entire Ruthless Roundtable then rush to the ring and begin to attack Goldman. Regal directs the attacks towards Goldman as Ezekiel Jackson hits him with another Uranage. Vladimir Kozlov then picks Goldman up from the mat below and hits him with a series of vicious head butts. Benjamin finally hits the Pay Dirt on a now severely weakened Scotty Goldman. Vance Archer then strides towards the ring and helps the Ruthless Roundtable in attacking a fallen Scotty Goldman. Finally, the ECW Champion Christian comes to the ring and the Ruthless Roundtable as well as Archer leave the ring. Christian stares intently at Shelton Benjamin as he helps Goldman to his feet, knowing he will be challenging for Christian’s ECW title at Wrestlemania.

Rating: D-

 

Ariel Martinez comes to the ring and says that she is tired of constantly being held back on ECW, as she is the best Woman on the entire roster. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, the live fans in attendance in Japan have no idea what Martinez is saying, which further infuriates her. The ECW General Manager then comes to the entrance-way and reminds Ariel that she is undefeated on ECW. Tiffany then heads to the back and a furious Ariel Martinez soon leaves the ring and also heads to the back herself. Ariel Martinez is clearly unhappy with General Manager Tiffany’s management on ECW.

Rating: F+

 

Caylen Croft comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Croft says that he will defeat The Hurricane later tonight. However unfortunately due to the language barrier the live fans in attendance in Japan don’t understand Croft, in fact having no idea what he is saying what so ever. The Hurricane then rushes to the ring and Croft is quick to leave. The pair have an intense stare-down and will face off later tonight on ECW on SyFy, which should be a good match.

Rating: E

 

Ricky Ortiz comes to the ring and is quick to take a microphone from the ringside area. Ortiz says confidently that he will defeat God later tonight, as the fans boo Ortiz heavily. God then comes to the ring and tells Ortiz that he will prove his true power later tonight. The pair go one-on-one later on.

Rating: B+

 

Eugene comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. Eugene says that although he was unsuccessful at winning the ECW Championship at Sunday’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, he tried his best. Gavin Spears then rushes to the ring and hits Eugene in the head with a big boot. Spears then picks up a microphone and announces that he will face Eugene in tonight’s main event. Eugene looks severely weakened as he lies on the mat, prior to facing Gavin Spears later on.

Rating: F

 

Yoshi Tatsu comes to the ring in front of his native supporters in his homeland of Japan. Tatsu takes a microphone and says that he hopes to win the ECW Championship at Wrestlemania, but first beat Paul Burchill tonight. Burchill then rushes to the ring and hits Yoshi with a clothesline from behind. Paul Burchill stands over a severely weakened Yoshi Tatsu, hoping to defeat him later on tonight.

Rating: D-

 

Goldust comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Goldust says that he was unsuccessful at winning the ECW Championship at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, but still has his sights on becoming the ECW Champion. Goldust then heads to the back.

Rating: D

 

 

Rosa Mendes versus Savannah

Zack Ryder accompanies his Girlfriend Rosa Mendes to ringside for this contest as she faces ECW’s ring announcer, Savannah. The match doesn’t last long, with Savannah not being a trained competitor, and soon ends after Rosa hits Savannah with Ryder’s boot behind the referee’s back.

Rosa Mendes defeated Savannah in 1:35 by pinfall after using a foreign object.

Match Rating: E-

 

Following the conclusion of the contest Savannah slowly rolls out of the ring and returns to her position at the ringside area. Meanwhile, Zack Ryder is pleased to enter the ring and congratulate Rosa Mendes. Ryder then takes a microphone and announces that later on tonight he will be facing the ECW Champion, Christian, in non-title action, and hopes to get a victory over the ECW Champion. Unfortunately the live crowd in attendance tonight in Japan have no idea what Ryder is saying due to the language barrier, but Ryder will still face the ECW Champion Christian tonight in non-title action.

Rating: E-

 

Trent Barreta comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Barreta says that he and Caylen Croft will soon dominate the entire ECW roster. He says that he will be watching very closely when Caylen Croft defeats The Hurricane in singles action next on ECW.

Caylen Croft versus The Hurricane

Josh Matthews notes during commentary of this contest that the winner will receive a future shot at the ECW Championship. The match itself is extremely short and sees the veteran Hurricane getting the all-important victory and a future ECW Championship opportunity.

The Hurricane defeated Caylen Croft in 1:50 by pinfall with an Eye Of The Hurricane.

Match Rating: D-

 

Yoshi Tatsu versus Paul Burchill

Paul Burchill is really off his game tonight, which leads to the hometown hero Yoshi Tatsu getting the impressive victory tonight in an extremely short match, building all-important momentum heading into the Triple Threat match for Christian’s ECW Championship at Wrestlemania.

Yoshi Tatsu defeated Paul Burchill in 3:28 by pinfall with a Roundhouse Kick.

Match Rating: D

 

Ricky Ortiz versus God

Ricky Ortiz seems off his game tonight but is still able to get the victory here in an extremely short match after hitting God with a Low Blow behind the referee’s back, before pinning God in order to get the three count and the all-important victory.

Ricky Ortiz beat God in 1:13 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics.

Match Rating: C+

 

Non-Title: Christian versus Zack Ryder

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this contest that the ECW Champion Christian will be defending his Championship in a Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania against both Yoshi Tatsu and Shelton Benjamin. This match is an extremely short one and sees the ECW Champion get the win.

Christian defeated Zack Ryder in 1:06 by pinfall with a Killswitch.

Match Rating: D

 

 

 

 

Eugene versus Gavin Spears

Unfortunately tonight’s ECW on SyFy main event contest is too long given who is involved. It seems the fans are not as interested in Eugene as they were during his first run. The match itself is also extremely poor and ultimately sees Eugene get a submission victory.

Eugene beat Gavin Spears in 7:32 by submission with a Sharpshooter.

Match Rating: E-

 

Following the conclusion of tonight’s main event a severely disappointed Gavin Spears rolls out of the ring and heads to the back, unsuccessful in winning tonight’s main event match. Meanwhile, Eugene celebrates in the ring. The ECW Champion Christian then comes out to congratulate Eugene and Eugene soon leaves the ring and heads to the back. Shelton Benjamin then rushes to the ring and tries to hit Christian with a clothesline; however Christian ducks the blow and sends Benjamin over the top rope. Benjamin looks very embarrassed prior to his Championship opportunity at Wrestlemania 26, when he and Yoshi Tatsu will face Christian in a Triple Threat match for the title.

Rating: C-

 

Shelton Benjamin continues to hold his back in apparent agony on the outside of the ring, extremely angry with himself that his efforts did not go to plan tonight. Christian meanwhile holds his Championship above his head. Before long, Ezekiel Jackson rushes to the ring. Jackson hits Christian with a Uranage, and helps Benjamin back into the ring. Tonight’s ECW on SyFy ends with both Jackson and Benjamin standing over the fallen Champion with Benjamin holding the ECW Championship belt high above him, hoping he will win the title permanently at Wrestlemania.

Rating: D

 

Final Rating: D-

 

Ezekiel Jackson performed well in the opening contest, and he shot be a great addition to the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. Jackson will also be in action this Thursday on Superstars when he faces The Hurricane in singles action.

Non-Title: Batista versus Chavo Guerrero

At Wrestlemania Batista will defend the WWE Championship against The Big Show, but on Superstars will face the veteran Chavo Guerrero in non-title action.

 

Ezekiel Jackson versus The Hurricane

Ezekiel Jackson will be one of the six men in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania, but will first face The Hurricane on Superstars.

Alicia Fox versus Melina

Alicia Fox is exhausted by the end of this contest; with Melina doing all she can in the hopes of getting the victory in her first match in months after suffering an injury which forced her to vacate the Divas Championship. This bout has a good crowd as well as some decent in-ring action from both Divas involved, and sees Alicia Fox pick up the all-important victory after using the ropes for leverage.

Alicia Fox defeated Melina in 18:01 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage.

ECW’s Tyler Reks comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Reks says that he is proud to be on ECW, but before he can say anything else, Chris Hero rushes to the ring and tries to clothesline Reks. Reks ducks the shot and throws Hero unceremoniously out of the ring. Chris Hero then takes a microphone and tells Tyler Reks that he will face him next Tuesday on ECW.

Rating: F+

 

Scotty Goldman comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. Goldman says that unfortunately he lost his Money in the Bank qualifying match to Ezekiel Jackson, so he will not be performing at this year’s Wrestlemania. Before long, the Ruthless Roundtable rush to the ring and attack Goldman. Vladimir Kozlov picks up Goldman and hits him with a massive head butt, knocking Goldman back down to the mat. William Regal then runs at Goldman and hits him with a viscous knee to the temple. Rene Dupree then surprisingly comes to the ring and joins the Ruthless Roundtable in their assault of Scotty Goldman. The ECW Champion, Christian, and then rushes to the ring to help his friend, and the Ruthless Roundtable and Dupree all leave the ring. Paul London says that he wants to perform as well as he possibly can do on ECW, but before he can say anything else Sonjay Dutt comes to the entrance-way with Ariel Martinez. Dutt has a microphone of his own and tells Paul London that next Tuesday on ECW he will face him in a one-on-one match.

Kelly Kelly comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. Kelly says that she was unfortunate in that she did not win the Divas title Monday on RAW. Before Kelly can say anything else, Katie Lea rushes to the ring. She tells Kelly that she will be facing her this Monday on RAW, and proceeds to hit Kelly with a DDT, severely weakening her before the match with Katie Lea on RAW. The fans heavily boo Katie Lea Burchill, and hope that Kelly will defeat her this Monday on RAW.

Kung Fu Naki comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Fu Naki asks if Maria will go out for a meal with him after the show. Maria then comes to the ring and agrees to go for a meal with Fu Naki, and the pair then hold hands and head to the back together.

Chris Masters comes to the ring and says that unfortunately he lost to his former tag team partner Carlito on RAW on Monday. Carlito then comes to the ring and tells Masters that he will be facing him again this Monday on RAW. Carlito then tries to hit a Backstabber on Masters but Masters is able to counter and try to put Carlito in the Masterlock. Carlito quickly escapes the hold and leaves the ring and the pair have a stare-down, knowing that will face each other on Monday Night RAW.

Brie and Nikki, the Bella Twins, come to the ring. Brie takes a microphone from the ringside area and says that she hopes that either her or Nikki win the Divas Championship from Maryse in the Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania. Eve Torres then comes to the ring and announces that she will also be in the Divas Championship match at Wrestlemania, and that this Monday Night on RAW, the Bella Twins will be teaming up in a tag team match to face the Divas Champion Maryse and Stephanie McMahon. The Bellas look a little shocked, and a little worried, about facing Stephanie on RAW.

The ECW ring announcer Savannah enters the ring ready to introduce the competitors for the second match of the evening, but is soon interrupted by Sara Del Ray. Del Ray rushes to the ring and clotheslines Savannah to the mat. The ECW General Manager Tiffany then comes to the ringside area with a microphone of her own and tells Sara Del Ray that she will be facing her this Tuesday night on ECW.

Tyson Kidd versus Jimmy Wang Yang

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this match that tomorrow night on Friday Night SmackDown! The Hart Dynasty will be facing Jimmy Wang Yang and Slam Master J with the winning team facing Degeneration-X for the Unified Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania. This is an extremely short match and sees Jimmy Wang Yang tap out to the Sharpshooter after David Hart Smith runs to the ring and attacks Yang whilst Tyson Kidd keeps the referee distracted.

Tyson Kidd beat Jimmy Wang Yang in 0:39 by submission with a Sharpshooter.

Ezekiel Jackson versus The Hurricane

Unfortunately, Ezekiel Jackson and The Hurricane just don’t click at all, and it shows in both of their performances this evening. The bout itself has a good crowd as well as some decent in-ring action from the two ECW Superstars involved, and sees The Hurricane get the all-important victory.

The Hurricane defeated Ezekiel Jackson in 8:07 by pinfall with an Eye Of The Hurricane.

Melina comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Melina says that she has now recovered from her injury and is able to compete again. Gail Kim then comes to the ring and congratulates her friend and the pair hug. Jillian and Alicia Fox then come to the entrance-way, and Jillian announces that this Monday on RAW they will face Gail Kim and Melina.

Kane comes to the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Kane says that he wants to compete at Wrestlemania, but before he can say anything else, Charlie Hass rushes to the ring. Hass tries to hit Kane with a clothesline, but Kane overpowers Hass and throws him over the top rope to the floor below. Hass then takes a microphone and tells Kane he will face him tomorrow on Friday Night SmackDown! The two have an intense stare-down, and will meet tomorrow on SmackDown!

Rating: C-

 

Caylen Croft comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Croft announces that next Tuesday on ECW he will face and defeat Eugene. Eugene then rushes to the ring and Caylen Croft quickly leaves the ring. The pair have a stare-down and will meet Tuesday night on ECW.

Non-Title: Batista versus Chavo Guerrero

The WWE Champion Batista seems off his game tonight, and will have to improve his techniques if he is to retain the title against the Big Show in the main event of Wrestlemania. The match itself has great heat from the live crowd in attendance, as well as good action from both men involved. Ultimately, the WWE Champion gets the victory, building momentum as he heads towards his title defence against the Big Show in the main event of Wrestlemania next month.

Batista defeated Chavo Guerrero in 18:21 by pinfall with a Spinebuster.

Match Rating: D+

 

Non-Title: Christian versus Shelton Benjamin

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during tonight’s main event match between two ECW competitors that at Wrestlemania Christian will defend his ECW Championship in a Triple Threat match against both Shelton Benjamin and Yoshi Tatsu. This bout has great heat from the live crowd in attendance as well as good action from both men involved. The ECW Champion Christian eventually gets the victory here, building all-important momentum heading into his title defence against both Shelton Benjamin and Yoshi Tatsu in a Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania.

Christian beat Shelton Benjamin in 18:21 by pinfall with a Killswitch.

Not a bad show by any means, and the angle featuring Scotty Goldman getting attacked by the Ruthless Roundtable was successful, and the ECW Championship match at Wrestlemania is being built nicely.

These two teams will face off with the winning pair going on to challenge DX for the Unified Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania.

 

Kane versus Charlie Hass

This match was made last night on Superstars after Hass tried to attack Kane, but failed. The Big Red Monster will be looking for revenge tonight.

Non-Title: Drew McIntyre versus John Morrison

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this contest that the Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre will be defending his Championship against The Great Khali at Wrestlemania. This bout has great heat from the live crowd in attendance as well as good action from both men involved, and ultimately sees the Intercontinental Champion get the victory, building all-important momentum heading into his Championship defence against The Great Khali at Wrestlemania.

Drew McIntyre defeated John Morrison in 17:53 by pinfall with a Snap Double Underhook DDT.

The Hart Dynasty versus Jimmy Wang Yang and Slam Master J

Tyson Kidd is really off his game tonight, and the Hart Dynasty need to win this match if they wish to challenge Degeneration-X for the Unified Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania. However, despite Kidd being off his game, the match ends up being extremely short and sees the Hart Dynasty pick up the victory after David Hart Smith pins Slam Master J.

The Hart Dynasty beat Yang and Slam Master in 3:14.

Match Rating: D+

 

Kung Fu Naki comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Fu Naki says that he enjoyed his date with Maria last night, but before he can say anything else the fans in attendance boo heavily as Mike Knox comes to the ring. Knox hits Fu Naki with a clothesline, and then picks him up only to hit him with a big boot. Mike Knox then heads to the back, and eventually Fu Naki is able to get to his feet, and he too eventually leaves the ring and heads to the back.

Beth Phoenix versus Maria

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this contest that the winner of this match will go on to challenge Mickie James for the Womens Championship at Wrestlemania. The match ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Beth Phoenix get the quick victory, and will go on to Wrestlemania to challenge Mickie James for her coveted WWE Womens Championship.

Beth Phoenix defeated Maria in 2:28 by pinfall with a Glam Slam.

Kane versus Charlie Hass

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this contest that the winner of this match will receive a future shot at the World Heavyweight Championship, currently held by Kane’s brother, The Undertaker. The match ends up being an extremely short one and sees Kane get the all-important victory.

Maria returns to the ring and says that she is very disappointed to have lost to Beth Phoenix earlier tonight. The WWE Womens Champion Mickie James then comes to the ring and tells Maria that she should never give up home. Before long, Michelle McCool and Layla walk down to the ring. McCool has a microphone and announces that she has been added to the Womens Championship match at Wrestlemania. Layla and McCool then enter the ring and McCool kicks Mickie in the head. The pair then turn to Maria, and McCool hits the Faith Breaker on Maria, and they then throw her out of the ring. Maria looks very poor in defending herself and Mickie looks injured before Wrestlemania.

Luke Gallows versus Shad Gaspard

The Straight Edge Saviour CM Punk joins Luke Gallows at ringside for this contest, and he spends the majority of the match cheering his right hand man on. This match ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Luke Gallows get the all-important victory after grabbing a handful of Shad’s tights.

Luke Gallows defeated Shad Gaspard in 1:33 by pinfall with a handful of tights.

Match Rating: D-

 

Following the conclusion of the match CM Punk joins Luke Gallows in the ring, and shakes his hand. CM Punk and Luke Gallows then kick the prone body to Shad Gaspard out of the ring, and continue to celebrate before both heading to the back together. Shad Gaspard then slowly gets to his feet and returns to the ring, and is soon joined by his tag team partner JTG. JTG takes a microphone from the ringside area and tells Shad not to worry about losing the match, and that he apologises for not being at ringside for the match. The Hart Dynasty of David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd then come to the entrance-way, and David Hart Smith has a microphone and says that they will win the Unified Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania from the Hart Dynasty, and prove to be the best team.

Rating: C-

 

David Hart Smith tells Cryme Tyme that they are better than both of them and better as a tag team as well. He then passes the microphone to Tyson Kidd. Tyson Kidd says that he was victorious last night on Superstars and the Hart Dynasty were also dominant as a tag team earlier tonight. Natalya then joins the Hart Dynasty at the entrance-way, and Tyson Kidd passes the microphone to her. Natalya says that she will also be involved in the Womens Championship match at Wrestlemania. All three members of the Hart Dynasty then head to the ring, and Cryme Tyme soon leave the ring and head to the back. Matt Hardy and Mike Knox then come to the entrance-way and Matt Hardy has a microphone in hand. Matt Hardy asks if he and Knox can have a Championship opportunity if the Hart Dynasty are to win the tag team titles at Wrestlemania. Natalya says that the Hart Dynasty will win the Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania, but won’t give Hardy and Knox a title shot after Wrestlemania.

Rating: C-

 

John Morrison returns to the ring, and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Morrison says that he will be challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. R-Truth then joins Morrison in the ring and says that he will also be a part of the World title match at Wrestlemania. CM Punk and Luke Gallows then come to the entrance-way, and CM Punk has a microphone. Punk says that he will also be a part of the World title match at Wrestlemania, and will also be taking on the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker, in a non-title match tonight.

Non-Title: Mickie James versus Mia Mancini

The WWE Womens Champion Mickie James and Mia Mancini don’t seem to click, and unfortunately it makes for an awkward bout. The match, thankfully, ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Mickie get the victory with a surprise cradle, despite being attacked by Beth Phoenix.

Mickie James beat Mia Mancini in 5:21 by pinfall with a surprise cradle.

Match Rating: D-

 

The Great Khali comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. He says, very simply, that he will win the Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania. The Intercontinental Champion, Drew McIntyre, comes to the entrance-way and says he will retain his title at Wrestlemania next month, and says that The Great Khali isn’t a threat to his Championship at all.

Rating: C-

 

Finlay comes to the ring carrying an Irish flag. He leaves the flag in the ring and goes to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. However, before Finlay can say anything, he is attacked by Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler hits Finlay in the skull with the Irish flag, and then picks up the microphone from the mat. Dolph Ziggler announces that he will face Finlay in tonight’s main event and he will beat him.

Rating: C-

 

Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Rey Mysterio versus Chris Jericho

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this contest that the winner will join John Cena and Ezekiel Jackson in those already qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. The match ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Mysterio get the victory, and will now be officially entered into the Money in the Bank ladder match next month at Wrestlemania.

Rey Mysterio defeated Chris Jericho in 5:20 by pinfall with a West Coast Pop.

Match Rating: B-

 

The live fans in attendance go wild as the World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker comes to the ring for his scheduled non-title match with CM Punk. Undertaker takes a microphone and says that whatever happens tonight, Undertaker will retain his World Championship at Wrestlemania.

Non-Title: The Undertaker versus CM Punk

This is a great match between these two tremendous performers that really lifts the live crowd in attendance. The bout is superb and has great wrestling from the two men involved, and is performed to what can only be described as a sizzling live crowd in attendance. The World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker, ultimately gets the victory here, building all-important momentum heading into his Championship defence next month at Wrestlemania.

The Undertaker beat CM Punk in 12:43 by pinfall with a Choke Slam.

Match Rating: B

 

Dolph Ziggler versus Finlay

Jim Ross notes on commentary during tonight’s main event that the winner of this match will go on to receive a future Intercontinental Championship match. The bout has great heat from the live crowd in attendance, as well as good action from both men involved. Dolph Ziggler ultimately gets the victory here and the future Intercontinental Championship opportunity after grabbing a handful of Finlay’s tights.

Dolph Ziggler defeated Finlay in 8:30 by pinfall with a handful of tights.

Match Rating: D

 

Following the conclusion of tonight’s main event, a jubilant Dolph Ziggler celebrates in the ring, happy to have won such an important match. Ziggler then heads to the back. The lights then go out in the arena and when they come back on the World Heavyweight Champion the Undertaker is standing in the middle of the ring, holding a microphone. Finlay gets to his feet and he too heads to the back, allowing the World Champion to have his say. Seeing the World Champion again lifts the live crowd in attendance, and he says that he will retain his World Championship at Wrestlemania. The show comes to a close with Undertaker lifting the World Championship high above his head, confident that he will retain the Championship at Wrestlemania.

Rating: A

 

Final Rating: C-

 

The closing angle with The Undertaker standing in the ring with his World Championship was terrific, and the World title match at Wrestlemania should be the best match on the card.

Bret Hart's WWE contract is up for renewal, and reports suggest that WWE will renew his contract in the hope of using him in future angles on RAW.

 

The television networks have the released the schedules for the new TV season.

 

The following matches are confirmed to take place on tonight's edition of Monday Night RAW:

 

Carlito versus Chris Masters

These two former tag team partners squared off last week on RAW, with Carlito getting the victory. Masters will look to get revenge on Carlito tonight.

 

Katie Lea Burchill versus Kelly Kelly

Katie Lea Burchill attacked the beautiful Kelly Kelly on Superstars last Thursday, and Kelly will also be looking for revenge tonight on RAW.

 

Jillian and Alicia Fox versus Gail Kim and Melina

Melina faced Alicia Fox in her first match back from injury last week on Superstars, and lost the match. Tonight she teams with Gail Kim to face Alicia and her tag team partner, Jillian.

 

Maryse and Stephanie McMahon versus The Bella Twins

Before the Divas Champion Maryse defends her title at Wrestlemania against The Bellas and Eve Torres at Wrestlemania she will team with the most powerful Woman in the WWE, Stephanie McMahon, as they take on the Bella Twins.

Sheamus is visibly tiring towards the end of this contest against the multiple time former WWE Champion, John Cena, with Cena taking Sheamus to the distance. The match has a fantastic crowd as well as great wrestling action from both men involved, and sees John Cena ultimately get the all-important victory, building momentum heading into the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania.

John Cena defeated Sheamus in 17:44 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment.

Kelly Kelly versus Katie Lea Burchill

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this match that the winning Diva will receive a future shot at the WWE Divas Championship. The match itself is an extremely short one, and sees Kelly Kelly get the victory and the Divas title opportunity at some point after Wrestlemania.

Maryse and Stephanie McMahon beat The Bella Twins in 2:35 when Maryse defeated Brie Bella.

Jillian and Alicia Fox versus Gail Kim and Melina

Melina seems off her game tonight, with her still not being fully recovered following the injury she suffered earlier this year, with this being only her second match back in action. The match itself is an extremely short one and sees Jillian and Alicia get the important victory after Alicia pins Gail Kim.

Jillian and Alicia Fox beat Gail Kim and Melina in 2:33 when Alicia Fox defeated Gail Kim by pinfall.

Primo comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Primo says that he is disappointed that he won’t be in a match at Wrestlemania this year. Before Primo can say anything else Chavo Guerrero comes to the ring. He snatches the microphone from Primo and announces that he will be facing the WWE Champion Batista in non-title action later tonight. Chavo then tries to hit Primo with the microphone but Primo ducks and throws Chavo out of the ring. Chavo Guerrero looks embarrassed prior to his important match with the WWE Champion Batista later on.

Eve Torres comes to the ring, and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Eve says that she hopes to become Divas Champion once again at Wrestlemania. Before Eve can say anything else the current Champion, Maryse, rushes to the ring. Maryse hits Eve with her signature French Kiss DDT, leaving her down on the mat, with Eve looking severely weakened before Wrestlemania 26.

Rating: E

 

Santino Marella comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. Santino says that he is unhappy that he has not been included on the Wrestlemania card. Before Santino can say anything else, the United States Champion, the Miz comes to the ring. Miz hits Santino with the Skull-Crushing Finale. Miz then picks Santino up to hurt him more, but Mark Henry soon rushes to the ring. The Miz leaves the ring, not wanting to have any dealings with Mark Henry before their title match. At Wrestlemania 26, Mark Henry will challenge The Miz for the WWE United States Championship.

Rating: C-

 

Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, collectively known as Legacy, come to the ring. Ted DiBiase is quick to retrieve a microphone from ringside and says that soon Randy Orton will return from suspension and Legacy will dominate RAW once again. Cody then says that he will face Evan Bourne in the main event of tonight’s Monday Night RAW. Cody says that he guarantees that he will beat Evan Bourne.

Rating: C-

 

Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Jack Swagger versus Montel Vontavious Porter

Montel Vontavious Porter, who briefly held the WWE Championship earlier this year, seems off his game tonight. The match ends up being extremely short and sees Swagger get the all-important victory after using the ropes for leverage, becoming the fourth man to qualify for the prestigious Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania 26.

Jack Swagger beat Montel Vontavious Porter in 4:08 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage.

Evan Bourne comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Evan Bourne says that he hopes to defeat Cody Rhodes in tonight’s main event. Before long, Sheamus rushes to the ring. Sheamus kicks Bourne in the head, leaving him weakened before the main event.

Triple H versus The Big Show

Triple H is one-half of the WWE Unified Tag Team Champions, and he and Shawn Michaels will defend those Championships at Wrestlemania against the Hart Dynasty. Big Show, the winner of the Royal Rumble match, will challenge Batista for the WWE Championship in Wrestlemania’s main event. This match ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Triple H get the victory.

Triple H defeated Big Show in 5:20 by pinfall with a Pedigree.

John Cena returns to the ring, and says that after defeating Sheamus earlier tonight in the opening match of the evening, he is confident that he will win the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania, and that he is better than the other RAW Superstar to have qualified for the match, Jack Swagger. Kofi Kingston then comes to the ring and tells Cena that if he wins the Money in the Bank ladder match and wins the WWE Championship, then Kofi Kingston wants the first title opportunity. John Cena agrees, and says that he will definitely win the Money in the Bank match.

Triple H returns to the ring with his partner, and fellow Unified Tag Team Champion, Shawn Michaels. Michaels takes a microphone and says that after DX retain their titles at Wrestlemania, they will both be looking to challenge for the WWE Championship. Shawn Michaels warns the Hart Dynasty that at Wrestlemania, DX will be unstoppable, and will keep their WWE Tag Team titles.

The WWE Champion Batista comes to the ring for his scheduled match with Chavo Guerrero, which will take place next. However, just as Batista gets in the ring the Big Show also comes to the ring. Big Show hits Batista with a huge right hand, severely weakening him before his match with Chavo.

Non-Title: Batista versus Chavo Guerrero

The WWE Champion Batista is visibly tiring towards the end of this contest, after suffering a huge punch from the Big Show just moments before the match started. However, the bout has great heat from the live crowd in attendance, as well as good action from both Superstars involved. Ultimately, the WWE Champion is able to get the victory here, building huge momentum heading into his title defence against the winner of the Royal Rumble, the Big Show, in the main event of Wrestlemania 26.

Batista beat Chavo Guerrero in 13:25 by pinfall with a Batista Bomb.

Match Rating: C-

 

Cody Rhodes versus Evan Bourne

Michael Cole notes on commentary during this contest that the winner will receive a future shot at the WWE Unified Tag Team Championships for themselves and a partner of their own choosing. This main event match has a good crowd as well as good action from both men involved, and sees Cody Rhodes get the all-important victory after illegally using the ropes for leverage.

Cody Rhodes defeated Evan Bourne in 7:39 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage.

Match Rating: D

 

Following the conclusion of this evening’s main event, Ted DiBiase rushes to the ring and joins Cody Rhodes in an unfortunate assault of Evan Bourne. Cody Rhodes hits Bourne with the Cross-Rhodes, whilst Ted DiBiase hits Dream Street on a poor and defenceless Evan Bourne. Legacy then celebrate over a fallen Bourne, before the WWE Champion Batista rushes back to the ring in aid of Bourne. Batista hits DiBiase and Rhodes with clotheslines and throws them out of the ring The crowd cheer the WWE Champion, with his mere presence and appearance lifting them greatly. Then, Big Show rushes to the ring and hits Batista with a big right hand. RAW goes off the air with Big Show standing over a fallen Batista, holding the WWE Championship in the air, hoping he’ll win it at Wrestlemania.

Rating: B

 

Final Rating: D+

 

The closing angle with Big Show attacking the WWE Champion Batista was performed well, and many fans are eagerly anticipating the WWE Championship showdown between Batista and Big Show at Wrestlemania 26.

The following matches are confirmed to take place on tonight's edition of ECW on SyFy:

 

Christian and Scotty Goldman vs Shelton Benjamin and Ezekiel Jackson

At Wrestlemania Christian will defend his ECW Championship in a Triple Threat match with Yoshi Tatsu and Shelton Benjamin. He and Benjamin will be on opposing teams tonight in this tag team match.

 

Tyler Reks versus Chris Hero

This match was made last week on Superstars after Chris Hero tried to attack Tyler Reks. Reks will be looking to get his revenge tonight.

 

Paul London versus Sonjay Dutt

Sonjay Dutt has been having relations of some kind with Ariel Martinez recently. Will Ariel motivate Dutt enough to get a victory over London? We'll find out tonight on SyFy.

 

Caylen Croft versus Eugene

Caylen Croft insulted Eugene last week on Superstars, and Eugene will be looking to prove that he is a superior athlete to Croft tonight on ECW.

 

Tiffany versus Sara Del Ray

Sara Del Ray attacked ECW ring announcer Savannah on Superstars last week, and will now face the wrath of the undefeated ECW General Manager, Tiffany.

Gavin Spears versus God

This match is far too long, given that Gavin Spears has only wrestled in a few matches since returning to ECW last month. However, the bout does have a good crowd as well as some good action from both performers involved, with God particularly impressing. Ultimately, Gavin Spears gets the all-important victory here tonight in ECW on SyFy’s opening contest.

Gavin Spears beat God in 17:48 by pinfall with a Death Valley Driver.

Match Rating: D-

 

Goldust comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Goldust says that he would like to introduce ECW’s newest Superstar. Reid Flair, the son of the “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, then comes to the ring. Rene Dupree and Paul Burchill then both come to the entrance-way, and Rene Dupree says that he and Burchill are both better than Flair and Goldust. However, due to the unfortunate language barrier, the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe have no idea what Dupree is saying, which infuriates Dupree further. Rene Dupree and Paul Burchill then head to the back, and Goldust and Reid Flair soon leave the ring together and they too both head to the back.

Rating: E-

 

Paul London versus Sonjay Dutt

Unfortunately, the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe are severely turned off by watching this match, as they are not very aware of either of the competitors. Thankfully for those in attendance, the match doesn’t last long, and sees Paul London get the all-important victory.

Paul London defeated Sonjay Dutt in 2:12 by pinfall.

Match Rating: F

 

Scotty Goldman comes to the ring and says that later tonight he will team up with Christian, the ECW Champion, to take on Ezekiel Jackson and Shelton Benjamin, and he is looking forward to the match. Before long, the Ruthless Roundtable rush to the ring and attack Goldman. Ezekiel Jackson picks Goldman up and hits him with a Uranage Slam. Vladimir Kozlov then picks Goldman up again only to also slam him down to the mat with devastating force. William Regal, the leader of the Ruthless Roundtable, then hits a Knee Trembler on Goldman. Ricky Ortiz then rushes to the ring and joins the Ruthless Roundtable in stomping a fallen Scotty Goldman. Before long the crowd erupts as the ECW Champion Christian comes to the ring and single-handedly fights off the Ruthless Roundtable and Ricky Ortiz. Christian looks unstoppable, and later on he will team with Goldman against Ezekiel Jackson and Shelton Benjamin. Christian and Goldman versus Ezekiel Jackson and Benjamin is later.

Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Tyler Reks versus Chris Hero

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this contest that the winner of this bout will be the fifth man to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. The match itself is extremely short and sees Tyler Reks get the victory and the spot in the Money in the Bank match.

Tyler Reks defeated Chris Hero in 2:18 by pinfall with a Springboard Dropkick.

Match Rating: E+

 

The ECW Ring Announcer, Savannah, is in the ring ready to introduce the participants for the next contest, before she is attacked from behind by Sara Del Ray. Del Ray clotheslines Savannah to the floor and then proceeds to stomp on her. The ECW General Manager Tiffany then comes to the entrance-way and says that she is going to defeat Sara Del Ray later tonight, remaining undefeated.

Rating: F+

 

Sara Del Ray stops stomping on the fallen Savannah, who is able to return back to her chair at ringside, still visibly bruised from the assault from Del Ray, who storms over to Tiffany. Tiffany and Sara Del Ray have a stare-down at the entrance-way before Del Ray eventually heads to the back, obviously waiting until her match with Tiffany later to create any physical damage. Ariel Martinez then comes to the entrance-way and tells Tiffany that she wants some competition. Tiffany tells Ariel Martinez that she will be facing Savannah in tonight’s main event. Unfortunately, the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe have no idea what Tiffany is saying due to the language barrier. However, they do understand that Ariel Martinez will be facing Savannah in tonight’s main event.

Rating: F+

 

Caylen Croft comes to the ring and says that he will defeat Eugene later tonight, and prove that he is superior to Eugene in both a physical and mental capacity. However, the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe have no idea what Croft is saying due to the language barrier; which infuriates him. Croft is angered further when Eugene rushes to the ring, and Croft quickly bails out of it. Caylen Croft seems a little intimidated by Eugene and he will face him in singles action later tonight on ECW.

Rating: F+

 

We cut backstage where we find Caylen Croft standing at the interview area holding a microphone. Gavin Spears then says that his win over God earlier tonight in ECW’s opening match is the first of many wins he will get as he furthers his career on ECW. Croft then leaves the area, and we head back to ringside, in preparation for the rest of tonight’s show, for matches such as Tiffany against Del Ray.

Rating: F+

 

Vance Archer comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Archer says that if Gavin Spears can defeat God, then he will be able to end God’s career. Archer vows to make God leave ECW. However, unfortunately due to the language barrier the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe have no idea what Archer is saying. Archer soon heads to the back.

Tiffany versus Sara Del Ray

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this contest that the ECW General Manager, Tiffany, is currently undefeated as a competitor on ECW. Tiffany’s undefeated streak continues tonight in an extremely short match, as she gets the all-important victory over Sara Del Ray in under a minute.

Tiffany beat Sara Del Rey in 0:46 by pinfall with a Flying Cross Body.

Match Rating: E

 

 

Zack Ryder comes to the ring accompanied with his Rosa Mendes. Zack Ryder immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that he has the most beautiful Girlfriend in the World. He then says that his plan is to become the greatest wrestler on ECW. Ryder and Mendes then share a passionate kiss together in the centre of the ring, before leaving the ring and heading to the back.

Yoshi Tatsu versus Trent Barreta

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this contest that Yoshi Tatsu will be challenging the ECW Champion Christian for the ECW Championship at Wrestlemania in a Triple Threat match also involving Shelton Benjamin. This match is an extremely short one, and sees Yoshi Tatsu get the victory, building all-important momentum heading into his Championship match at Wrestlemania.

Yoshi Tatsu defeated Trent Barreta in 2:19 by pinfall with a Roundhouse Kick.

Match Rating: E+

 

The Hurricane comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Hurricane says that he has a future ECW Championship opportunity after Wrestlemania, and that even if Ezekiel Jackson wins the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania, nothing will be able to stop Hurricane from winning the ECW Championship for the very first time. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, the live fans in attendance in Eastern Europe have no idea what Hurricane is saying. Ezekiel Jackson and Shelton Benjamin will face Christian and Goldman later on.

Caylen Croft versus Eugene

Eugene seems off his game tonight, perhaps feeling a little down after being insulted by Caylen Croft earlier on in the evening. This match is an extremely short one, and sees Caylen Croft pin Eugene to get the all-important victory in less than four minutes.

Caylen Croft defeated Eugene in 3:31 by pinfall with a Corkscrew Elbow Drop.

Match Rating: D-

 

Christian and Scotty Goldman vs Shelton Benjamin and Ezekiel Jackson

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this tag team contest that Shelton Benjamin will be one of the two challengers for the ECW Championship Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania, when Christian defends his title against both Shelton Benjamin and Yoshi Tatsu. This bout has a good crowd as well as good wrestling action from all four men involved, and sees Ezekiel Jackson pin Scotty Goldman to get the victory for his team, building all-important momentum heading into the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania 26.

Ezekiel Jackson and Shelton Benjamin beat Christian and Scotty Goldman in 7:55.

Match Rating: C-

 

Savannah versus Ariel Martinez

This match is unfortunately too long given the two Women involved, with Savannah in particular not having that much experience inside of the wrestling ring, not being a trained competitor herself. This is therefore a terrible main event match which has some truly awful wrestling from both Women, and sees Ariel Martinez get the victory over ECW’s ring announcer, Savannah.

Ariel Martinez defeated Savannah in 8:01 by pinfall with a Sitout Facebuster.

Match Rating: F

 

 

 

 

Following the conclusion of this evening’s main event, a thrilled Ariel Martinez celebrates in the ring before heading to the back, whilst Savannah stays on the mat, clearly in a lot of physical pain. Savannah tries to get to her feet, but can’t. The ECW Champion Christian then comes to the ring and helps Savannah to her feet, and carries her to her chair at ringside. As Christian re-enters the ring Shelton Benjamin rushes towards it and tries to kick Christian, but Christian ducks the shot and throws Benjamin out of the ring. Benjamin looks embarrassed before the title match at Wrestlemania 26, when Christian will defend his title in a Triple Threat match with Benjamin and Yoshi Tatsu. Shelton Benjamin will hope to have more luck against Christian at Wrestlemania 26.

Rating: C

 

As Shelton Benjamin holds the back of his head on the outside of the ring, clearly severely embarrassed, the ECW Champion Christian celebrates in the ring. Christian holds his Championship high in the air, before Ezekiel Jackson rushes to the ring and hits Christian with a huge Clothesline. Shelton Benjamin then re-enters the ring, and ECW comes to a close with both Ezekiel Jackson and Shelton Benjamin of the Ruthless Roundtable standing above the fallen ECW Champion, Christian.

Rating: C-

 

Final Rating: D-

 

Ezekiel Jackson performed well in the closing angle, and will be in action again this Thursday on Superstars when he faces Tyler Reks, who will also be in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania.

Alicia Fox versus Kelly Kelly

Alicia Fox is really off her game tonight in Superstars’ opening contest, and struggles for the majority of the match against the beautiful Kelly Kelly. The match itself has an average crowd reaction but unfortunately features terrible wrestling from the two Divas involved. Alicia Fox eventually gets the victory here after poking Kelly in the eye behind the referee’s back, and then pinning her for the win.

Alicia Fox defeated Kelly Kelly in 18:05 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics.

Match Rating: E-

 

Reid Flair comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Reid says that if he is going to be successful on ECW, he will need a tag team partner. Scotty Goldman then comes to the ring and agrees to team with Reid Flair. Goldman then asks if any team want to face them this Tuesday on ECW. Sonjay Dutt and Chris Hero come to the entrance-way, and Hero has a microphone. Hero says that he and Dutt will face Reid Flair and Scotty Goldman this week on ECW.

Rating: E-

 

Melina comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Melina says that unfortunately she has not won a match since returning from injury, but hopes to be successful soon, and she says that she will defeat Katie Lea Burchill this Monday on RAW. Before long, the live fans in attendance boo heavily as Katie Lea rushes to the ring and attacks Melina. Katie Lea hits Melina with a DDT, leaving her severely weakened prior to her match with Katie Lea this Monday.

Ezekiel Jackson versus Tyler Reks

Josh Matthews notes on commentary during this contest between to ECW Superstars that both Jackson and Reks will be representing ECW in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. This contest ends up being an extremely short one, and sees Jackson get the victory after illegally using the ropes for leverage, building all-important momentum heading into the Money in the Bank ladder match later this month at Wrestlemania 26.

Ezekiel Jackson defeated Tyler Reks in 2:50 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage.

Jimmy Wang Yang of SmackDown! comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Yang asks if Maria will go for a meal with him after the show. Maria comes to the ring and agrees to go for a meal with Yang and the two leave the ring and head to the back together, both looking forward to their date later tonight.

Chris Masters versus Chavo Guerrero

Chris Masters’ Girlfriend Eve accompanies Masters to the ring and remains at ringside cheering her Boyfriend on throughout the match. However, the match is an extremely short one and sees Chavo Guerrero get the all-important victory after poking Masters in the eye behind the referee’s back.

Chavo Guerrero defeated Chris Masters in 3:21 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics.

Del Ray rushes to the ring and clotheslines Savannah, knocking her to the mat. The ECW General Manager Tiffany then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone and announces that this Tuesday on ECW she will face Sara Del Ray once more, on SyFy.

Kung Fu Naki comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Fu Naki says that he is the most under-rated Superstar on SmackDown! However, before Fu Naki can say anything else the live fans in attendance boo heavily as Charlie Hass rushes to the ring. Hass hits Fu Naki with a German Suplex before announcing that he will face Fu Naki tomorrow on SmackDown!

Brie and Nikki, The Bella Twins, come to the ring. Brie takes a microphone from the ringside area and says that she hopes either her or her Sister Nikki can win the Divas Championship at Wrestlemania. Nikki then takes the microphone, but before she can say anything Eve Torres comes to the ring. Eve Torres says that she hopes she will be the one winning the title at Wrestlemania, and announces that the Bellas will be in tag team action this Monday on RAW. Jillian and the current Divas Champion Maryse then come to the entrance-way, and Maryse says they will face the Bellas this Monday.

Ariel Martinez comes to the ring, and the Womens wrestler from ECW soon takes a microphone from the ringside area, and says that she is tired of being overlooked on ECW. The ECW General Manager Tiffany then comes to the ringside area and says that Ariel should watch her match with Del Ray on ECW next Tuesday very closely, as she may get a match against one of them on another date. To repeat, the undefeated ECW General Manager Tiffany will be facing Sara Del Ray this Tuesday night.

Rating: E+

 

ECW Superstar Paul London comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. London says that he hopes to become extremely successful on ECW. However before London can say anything else Rene Dupree rushes to the ring and attacks London with a vicious clothesline. Dupree then picks up the microphone and announces that he will be facing London on ECW next Tuesday night. Dupree says that he will confidently beat Paul London on Tuesday night.

We cut backstage to find the WWE Divas Champion Maryse and Jillian in the Divas locker-room discussing their plans for their tag team match against the Bellas next week on Monday Night RAW. Maryse says that she will beat the Bellas so badly that they won’t even make it to Wrestlemania.

Eugene comes to the ring and takes a microphone from the ringside area. The ECW Superstar says that he was unsuccessful in defeating Caylen Croft last week on ECW, but that he will be facing him again this Tuesday night, and hopes to defeat him. Caylen Croft then rushes to the ring and hits Eugene with a huge kick to the jaw, severely weakening him before their match next Tuesday night.

Rating: E-

 

ECW Superstar Gavin Spears comes to the ring and is quick to take a microphone from the ringside area. Gavin Spears says that he criminally under-utilized and over-looked by the ECW General Manager Tiffany and that upsets him. Spears then leaves the ring and heads to the back in anger.

Ricky Ortiz, an ECW Superstar, comes to the ring and immediately takes a microphone from the ringside area. Ortiz says that he will defeat God this Tuesday night on ECW. God then comes to the ring and has a stare-down with Ricky Ortiz, with the two facing one another in singles action on ECW on SyFy next Tueday night.

The Undertaker and R-Truth versus CM Punk and Luke Gallows

Jim Ross notes during this tag team match featuring four SmackDown! Superstars that the World Heavyweight Champion the Undertaker will defend his Championship in a four-way match at Wrestlemania against R-Truth, CM Punk and John Morrison. This match has a fantastic crowd as well as great wrestling action from all four men involved, and sees The Undertaker and R-Truth win after The Undertaker forces CM Punk to submit to the Hell’s Gate, building all-important momentum heading into the defence of his World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 26.

R-Truth and the Undertaker beat The Straight Edge Society in 17:53.

Match Rating: C+

 

Non-Title: Batista versus Carlito

The WWE Champion Batista is exhausted by the end of this non-title main event match, perhaps after being attacked by the man he will face at Wrestlemania, the Big Show, on RAW. However, the match itself has a fantastic crowd as well as good action from both of the RAW Superstars involved, and sees the WWE Champion ultimately get the all-important victory, building momentum as he heads into his title defence against the Big Show in the main event of Wrestlemania 26.

Batista defeated Carlito in 17:48 by pinfall with a Spinebuster.

Ricky Ortiz performed really well in his angle with God, and the match between them on ECW this week should be one of the best of Ortiz’s career.

The Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre is visibly tiring towards the end of this contest, and he will have to improve his conditioning if he is to defeat The Great Khali and retain his Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania later this month. This bout has a good crowd as well as some good action from both Superstars involved, and ultimately sees McIntyre get the all-important victory after hitting Finlay with the Championship belt behind the referee’s back.

Drew McIntyre defeated Finlay in 18:02 by pinfall after using a foreign object.

Jimmy Wang Yang and Slam Master J come to the ring. Jimmy Wang Yang is quick to retrieve a microphone from ringside and he says that he believes himself and Slam Master J to be the greatest tag team in the WWE today. The Hart Dynasty of David Hart Smith, Tyson Kidd and Natalya then come to the entrance-way. Natalya has a microphone and says that Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith are the greatest tag team in the WWE and that they will beat DX and win the tag titles at Wrestlemania later this month. Natalya seems very confident that the Hart Dynasty will defeat DX.

Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Charlie Hass versus Kung Fu Naki

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this match that the winner will get the final spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. The match itself is an extremely short one, and sees Charlie Hass get the all-important victory after using the ropes for added leverage whilst pinning Fu Naki, securing the spot in the prestigious Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania 26.

Charlie Haas defeated Kung Fu Naki in 1:53 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage.

Match Rating: D+

 

Following the conclusion of the contest Kane comes to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Kane asks if Maria would like to go for a meal with him after the show. Maria comes to the ring and agrees to go for a meal with Kane and the pair head to the back together.

Rating: C-

 

Non-Title: Mickie James versus Layla

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this non-title contest that Mickie James will be defending her Womens Championship against three other Women at Wrestlemania, but Layla is not one of them. This ends up being an extremely short match and sees Layla get the all-important victory, with things not boding well for the Womens Champion heading into her title defence at Wrestlemania 26.

Layla defeated Mickie James in 2:31 by pinfall with a Neckbreaker.

Match Rating: D+

 

 

JTG and Shad Gaspard, collectively known as the tag team Cryme Tyme, come to the ring, and JTG takes a microphone from the ringside area. JTG says that he would like to challenge either member of the Hart Dynasty to a singles match in tonight’s main event, as he feels that he is a better wrestler than both of them. The Hart Dynasty then come to the entrance-way and David Hart Smith has a microphone. David Hart Smith agrees to face JTG in a singles match in tonight’s main event match.

Rating: C-

 

Mike Knox charges to the ring and is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Mike Knox says that he enjoys hurting people, whether he is doing it as part of a tag team with Matt Hardy, his partner, or doing it by himself, which he also enjoys. Knox then heads to the back alone.

Beth Phoenix versus Maria

Maria is really off her game tonight, and is perhaps more preoccupied with thinking about her date with Kane later on after the show. Due to Maria being really off her game, this match ends up being an extremely short one, with Beth Phoenix getting the victory in just over a minute, building all-important momentum in the process heading into her title shot at Wrestlemania 26.

Beth Phoenix defeated Maria in 1:07 by pinfall with a Glam Slam.

Match Rating: D+

 

Mia Mancini comes to the ring and immediately retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. She says that she deserves a shot at the Womens Championship. However, before she can say anything else the Straight Edge Society of CM Punk and Luke Gallows come to the ring. Punk asks Mia Mancini to join their Straight Edge Society, but before Mancini can respond, Mike Knox and Matt Hardy come to the entrance-way. Matt Hardy has a microphone and says that he and Knox are a better tag team than the Straight Edge Society, and that it’s unfair that Punk has a World title shot at Wrestlemania.

Matt Hardy then continues his tirade against CM Punk and the Straight Edge Society, telling Punk that he has been in the WWE far longer than Punk has, but he won’t even be competing in a match at Wrestlemania. Matt Hardy and Mike Knox then both angrily head to the back. Mia Mancini, after also apparently hearing enough from the Straight Edge Society, also heads to the back. CM Punk and Luke Gallows remain in the ring, and CM Punk announces that he will be facing the World Heavyweight Champion, the Undertaker, in a non-title match later tonight. John Morrison then comes to the ring and tells Punk that he plans on winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. R-Truth then also comes to the ring and claims that he will be the one winning the Fatal Four-Way match and capturing the World Championship for the first time at Wrestlemania 26.

Natalya comes to the ring and says that she will win the Womens Championship for the very first time at Wrestlemania. Before Natalya can say anything else the current Champion, Mickie James, comes to the ring and tells Natalya that she plans on retaining her Championship at Wrestlemania. Before long, Michelle McCool comes to the ring. Sensing tension and a possibility of violence, Natalya leaves the ring and heads to the back. McCool then turns to Mickie James and hits her with the Faith Breaker, leaving the WWE Womens Champion Mickie James severely weakened prior to Wrestlemania 26, when she will defend her title against Michelle McCool, Natalya and Beth Phoenix.

The Great Khali versus Dolph Ziggler

Ranjin Singh accompanies his Brother, The Great Khali, to ringside for this contest against the arrogant and brash loudmouth Dolph Ziggler. The match ends up being an extremely short one, and sees The Great Khali get the victory in just over five minutes, building all-important momentum heading into his title shot against the Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre at Wrestlemania.

The Great Khali defeated Dolph Ziggler in 5:22 by pinfall with a Release Choke Bomb.

Match Rating: C

 

Finlay comes to the ring with an Irish flag. He puts the flag down in the corner of the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Finlay says that he is disappointed at not being given the chance to compete at this year’s Wrestlemania. Before Finlay can say anything else Chris Jericho rushes to the ring. Jericho hits Finlay with a Codebreaker, before laying the Irish flag over the fallen Belfast Brawler. Jericho then heads to the back, and eventually Finlay gets up and does the same.

We cut backstage to find The Great Khali heading out of the arena following his victory over Dolph Ziggler earlier tonight. Suddenly, the Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre attacks Khali from behind. McIntyre hits Khali with a chair, knocking him to the floor, weakening him before Wrestlemania 26, when The Great Khali will challenge Drew McIntyre for the Intercontinental title.

Rey Mysterio versus Chris Jericho

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this contest that Rey Mysterio will participate in the Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania after defeating Chris Jericho in a qualifying match last week on SmackDown! This match has a fantastic crowd as well as great wrestling action from both Superstars involved and ultimately sees Rey Mysterio get the all-important victory, building momentum heading into the prestigious Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania 26.

Rey Mysterio defeated Chris Jericho in 9:25 by pinfall with a Dropping The Dime.

Match Rating: C+

 

The crowd in attendance are lifted into a frenzy as the World Heavyweight Champion, the Undertaker, makes his way to the ring, and soon retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Undertaker says that he will beat Punk in the next match and retain his title at Wrestlemania 26.

Non-Title: The Undertaker versus CM Punk

This match really lifts the crowd, who consider it both an honour and a privilege to witness the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker, in action in this non-title contest. The match itself is superb and features great wrestling as well as the aforementioned sizzling live crowd in attendance. Ultimately, the World Champion gets the victory here after forcing CM Punk to submit to the Hell’s Gate, in the process building all-important momentum heading into his title defence at Wrestlemania 26.

The Undertaker defeated CM Punk in 13:30 by submission with a Hell's Gate.

David Hart Smith versus JTG

Jim Ross notes on commentary during this main event match of the evening that the Hart Dynasty will be challenging Degeneration-X for the WWE Unified Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania. This main event match features great heat from the live crowd in attendance as well as good action from both of the Superstars involved, and sees David Hart Smith get the submission victory after hitting JTG with a Low Blow behind the referee’s back, building all-important momentum as he and his tag team partner Tyson Kidd head towards their clash with DX for the Tag titles at Wrestlemania.

David Hart Smith defeated JTG in 8:29 by submission with a Sharpshooter after blatantly cheating.

Match Rating: D+

 

Following the conclusion of this evening’s main event contest a disappointed JTG rolls out of the ring and limps to the back. David Hart Smith then continues to celebrate in the ring until a bell sounds throughout the arena, which Smith sees as his signal to leave, and he hurriedly heads to the back. The lights then go off in the arena, and when they come back on, the World Heavyweight Champion, the Undertaker is standing in the centre of the ring. He says that he will defeat CM Punk, John Morrison and R-Truth at Wrestlemania and retain his title. SmackDown! comes to a close with The Undertaker kneeling in the middle of the ring, holding the World Heavyweight title high above him. This lifts the crowd, who like The Undertaker and want him to retain his title at Wrestlemania 26.

The closing angle which featured The Undertaker was received really well by those in attendance, who are all eagerly anticipating his title defence in the four-way match at Wrestlemania 26.

All three WWE brands held house shows last night, and drew the following gate receipts:

 

•RAW House Show made $2,050

•SmackDown! House Show made $1,995

•ECW House Show made $2,135

 

The WWE contract of Vladimir Kozlov is up for renewal, and he can now be contacted with contract offers from other companies.

 

The developmental contract of Jules Uso, the son of Rikishi, is also up for renewal.
