Has we saw earlier the three men wanting to earn a Title shot just couldn't and wouldn't trust each other with even Menace breaking up a pin attempt by his partner and long time friend The Comedian he did apolagise though and whilst he did Blaze hit the Maximum Overdrive on Abattoir dropkicked Mace Mueller out the ring and dropped Dumfrey throat first onto the second rope has he tried to to enter but turns around into a boot from Menace and a Running Powerslam from The Comedian and Abattoir is up and hits The Killing Joke on Menace to Sobriety while Mace Mueller hits The Comedian with a massive Barbed wire Chair shot accross the back ... Meanwhile Dumfrey Pinn hits Blaze with the Boss-A-Nova (DVD) and pins for the 1 .. 2 .. 3.

Bile is said to be up to his tricks again using politics to earn his way up the card in Deep Impact Wrestling, The Comedian is said to be sick of this and is expected to fire Bile sooner rather than later. A back and forth brawl with the fight being took all around the arena even though it takes longer to fight through the crowd nowadays the two biggest fan favourites in DIW still manage it ...

The Comedian has Trehawke reeling with big rights and lefts hitting him against the barrier but a quick knee to the stomach and the tide turns again Trehawke Phillips hits a couple of big lefts followed by a big clothesline sending The Comedian over the barricade and back to the ring area before leaping over himself landing with a big leg drop ...

... The Comedian follows Trehawke back into the ring but walks into a Boot from Trehawke who then lifts Comedian up for the Outback slam but Comedian rolls back landing on his feet and a boot to the mid section followed by The Running Powerslam and 1 .. 2 .. 3 The Comedian wins the match.

An even contest with alot of brawling around the ring area both men even go as far as to 'put each other through the announce table' before The Comedian puts 'The Boss' down using the ring steps and charging them at the big mans head and with he himself almost out of gas he struggles to drag Pinn back into the ring and when he finally gets him in he manages to recover enough to kick out at 2 before hitting his Boss-A-Nova and pinning for the 1 .. 2 .. Comedian kicks out the announcers put over the fact that the rebellious anti-establishment badda$$ just did the impossible and now he has Dumfrey Pinn up and down he hits the Running Powerslam 1 .. 2 .. 3 and The Comedian as won back the Deep Impact Wrestling Championship.

In tragic news, it has been announced that Leon Joven, 27, died last night after becoming seriously infected following the bite of a rabid badger. Police have identified their prime suspect as being black and white, about 9kg in weight, and of 'surly disposition'. Tributes from friends and colleagues have been pouring in all day.

Whirlwind Lee Wilkes appeared to buy something from Switchblade before the match the Crime Wave team although quite small guys fight quite the unusual fight almost like a proper street fight and it ends like one with D.O.A laying out Harley Principal with a right hand whilst blatently wearing Brass Knucks and he pins for a good debut win.

... back in the ring Menace swings and misses with a Kendo Stick and Echo hits a low kick followed by a biel bounces off the ropes and Clotheslines Menace back down again before waiting for him to rise again before lining up and hitting the Sound Blaster (Diamond Cutter) and pinning for another debut win.

Switchblade got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren't impressed.

Lori has a dreadfully stale character, a change is really needed. Tombstone has a dreadfully stale character, a change is really needed.

Menace To Sobriety was really off his game tonight. Menace To Sobriety was visibly tiring toward the end. Echo and Tombstone had great chemistry when teaming together.

Plans, What went wrong and who stole who;

A booking review by Brett Jingo.

When i first took over the Booking here at Deep Impact Wrestling the first thing i noticed was just how tough a task this job would be. We had/have very little money compared to the rival Promotions, a less talented starting roster and a wrestling style which (although popular amoungst teenage boys) wasn't going to grab Mainstream attention). I instantly took a liking to some of the guys The Bad Truckers who i re-packaged The Dirrty Truckers (i wanted to play more on this down and dirrty image i'd be pushing) The Apocalypse, Tombstone and Asylum. The Dirrty Truckers didn't grab very good rated segments so i did lose some interest with them .. well to be honest i kept changing my mind what with Internet stories braking out about them being the next big things and so on .. Tombstones push was an easy one beat the crap out of everyone until he's more over than everyone (except The Comedian) and then have him lose to Asylum .. in the process getting them both over (both are now considered Main Eventers) where i go from here!? ... Well its ongoing so i'll keep stum! Making Dumfrey Pinn top Heel was an easy choice, my booking style suites having a Heel Stable that holds the Faces off from the Title holder ... but then came the winter of discontent ... Starting around September 2011 APW + RAW started to aggresively steal talent from each other and ... Us!!!

Where to start ... I have a bad habit of not building wrestlers momentum up, i have guys get wins off of each other probably not the best way to build my guys up. I also have way too big a roster which i really will try to address in 2012 especially since i'm getting close to the point where we'll be involved in the Regional battle and APW hit C/C- shows and ZEN hit D/D+ so with our E/E+ we have a big improvement to make or we'll not grow beyond this level for awhile.

Where to start ... I have a bad habit of not building wrestlers momentum up, i have guys get wins off of each other probably not the best way to build my guys up. I also have way too big a roster ...

I´m pretty much quilty for both of these points as well though as far as I know it´s impossible to keep anyone´s momentum above D level in local/small promotions (something to do with their overness if I remember right). Keeping roster small is something that I never manage to do either since I´m always looking to hire new guys and don´t really want to get rid of the old guys.

I like Crime wave but there´s no way they win here espesially bacause the crowd don´t like Switchblade

A number of times during the match Vance Sturt uses items from his motorbike including sending Switchblade over the barricade and into the crowd with a big vicious looking shot with his Helmet before going into the ring and breaking up D.O.A from pinning Hatemonger and he hits the High Knee but instead of pinning straight away he lifts DOA up and puts him on his shoulder signalling for Hatemonger to go up top and hit the Apocalypse-Nowish and 3 seconds later Vance Sturt and Hatemonger have won the match.

D.O.A. was really off his game tonight. Switchblade got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren't impressed.

Whirlwind Lee Wilkes could use something to freshen his character up. Blood Brother is starting to become a little stale in his current role.

Seeker was really off his game tonight.

Tombstone seemed off his game tonight.

Menace To Sobriety was visibly tiring toward the end. The Void seemed off his game tonight. Malietoa could use something to freshen his character up. The Brisbane Devil could use something to freshen his character up.

See we must of known that RAW would try this and it as perfect .. RAW officials sent some RAW fans to our show and they tried to kick up a RAW chant but when Trehawke Phillips did his rallying the DIW fans got onboard and kicked the RAW fans out of the building themselves .. Egg on the RAW faces!

The newcomer came to the ring accompanied by Taniko Jo, the first thing you notice about Warlock is the massive Grim Reaper tattoo on his back and soon into the match you notice how little he seems to feel pain,he throws punches and kicks at the Extreme Priest but was hit by a big Snap Neckbreaker putting him down long enough for Seeker to pin for the win.

Asylum gives his all and with the crowd winding up Tombstone as much as they can showing they are firmly on Asylums side the big man makes a few mistakes missing a Spear attempt sending himself into the ring post and going for the Rear Naked Choke too early and Asylum gets out and soon sends the MMA expert over the ropes with a big dropkick, and out runs Lori ...

She is handed a Chair by Tombstone and he turns and catches Asylum after he tried to slingshot over the ropes onto him, he powerbombs him onto the concrete floor turns back to Lori and she wacks him in the head with the steel chair .. He barely flinches before grabbing it out her hands and gets ready to hit her with it ...

... But Asylum is up flying bulldogs Tombstone face first onto the chair before rolling the big man in the ring Tombstone is up again though and soon has Asylum down again but Lori is in the ring with a fire extinguisher and sprays Tombstonbe in the face he coughs splutters and stumbles right into a Roll Up and 3 seconds later Asylum is the winner he hugs Lori and it appears he has won the match and got the girl.

The announcers put over the fact that this match is Biker vs Trucker and that Big Rig (Diesel Dans tag partner) is gone from DIW. Both men throw around alot of stiff hits but its Vance that proves to be the most resourcefull and chokes Diesel Dan down to the ground with a Chain then pulls the big man up with the chain sends him into the ropes and hits the High Knee as he bounces back and pins for the 1 .. 2 .. 3 Vance Sturt wins.

Dean Hawkins "Wow what a show some damn good matches and the news i'm getting over my headset is that Deep Impact Wrestling will not only live to fight another day but we will get to meet this 'Administrater' who will be taking control of the company erm ... Now"

Even being thrown over the top rope and threw a Table wrapped in Barbedwire didn't stop The Comedian from winning the match he was dragged back into the ring and somehow rolled out of an Outback Slam attempt (Angle Slam) and hit the Running Powerslam and pinned for the 1 .. 2 .. 3 Comedian retains the DIW Title.

Asylum was visibly tiring toward the end. There seemed to be a lack of flow to the match, which took away from the drama.

The Lori Face turn went very well.

Menace To Sobriety really needs a change to his character desperately.

Lou Brookmyre came to me to tell me to either Turn Menace to Sobriety or change his character.

I've been meaning to ask this for some time now...how are the finances of DIW right now? Are you turning a profit?

It's seemingly real tough to turn a profit for DIW, (very low sponsor money) if i have a month off every few i stay above zero. Been doing alot better this year (i'm actually simmed 3 months in advance of where i'm at dynasty-wise) just over 10K around this point. I think if i used a smaller roster i probably could turn a little profit but would have to sacrifice quality (or what i consider quality) to do this. I'll put abit of a report up later tonight when i have abit more time (as well as the preview for next show). Oh and Brawls, Beer n' Blood is now an Above Average event .

... Did you ever have an idea that in your head seems genius, but when put into practice just doesn't work!? I have and well this is it ...

DIW have come under fire today, after a parody video mocking RAW crashed and 
burned. The video released on their official web site (and hastily removed 
shortly after), garnered severe criticism, with fans of both promotions 
calling it 'amateurish', 'unfunny' and 'bush league'.

.. that was taken straight from the Oz world of Wrestling website .. Well i guess now we suffer for my bad idea i mean what is funnier than Lillian O'Donahue playing RAW Authority Figure Brittini Burke with Trehawke Phillips playing Captain Wrestling II and Dean Hawkins doing a poor Spin Doctor impression ... Oh well back to the drawing board.
