I have no problem with it, but typically for a worker to have more than a C popularity in an area they are either getting major TV exposure or are a legend in the business/their home country. Australia doesn't have a TV network though, and both Madison and Ryan are only 24 so that rules out legend. The reason I ask is that I'm working on an Australian promotion right now (small/regional) and I want to be able to integrate the promotion/workers I'm doing right now into the continents wrestling lore. The Hawk's seem to be a pretty big deal, so if whoever did them could share what they know about them that would be great. I was just going to insert some generic stuff about how X wants to measure up to the legendary Hawk's etc, but that won't really work given that they seem to have obtained their fame through non conventional means. Typically a debuting worker only gets a fraction of their parents/family overness (i.e. Orton/Diabese etc. didn't debut as main event level guys just because their parents were. The same dynamic exist in the CVerse - Tommy Cornell Jr debuts with a 57/C- popularity against his dad's B+/A* by the time of his debut and Alicia Strong is in the D range iirc). A general rule is to shoot for between 35 and 60% of the most famous family members overness upon debut assuming that the worker is using the family name to get over. That said, as long as the family/workers aren't bankrupting the promotion due to their overness and are staying with the promotion past their current contracts then who cares. ^_^ I'll run some sims and see if Madison/Rick stick (Ryan definitely will because he's the owner) past their current contracts - they might not since the promotion isn't really big enough to support workers with that sort of popularity. They're both unemployed in the UK, and will sign written deals with SAW if left to their own devices. Given how over they are, however, that just causes SAW to turn into a major superpower. I've lowered their overness, tentatively, until we figure out what to do with them since atm they are kinda harming the data's balance. The one that isn't a partier is going in EDC. It needs to be low enough that if they sign with SAW they aren't headlining (upper mid/main event). Because of the fact that SAW is the only major promotion in the UK atm (maybe that's subject to change based on others contributions, I don't know), they consume any talent that isn't already tied up to a written deal and can work in the UK. I've kept cutting workers overness/skills to compensate but as long as there is more than one promotions worth of superstars in the UK (or any region with only one major promotion for that matter) the promotion will have a game breaking monopoly. Sooo short version: The two brothers would either need to have some sort of animosity towards SAW, some sort of loyalty to another promotion, be tied up in a written deal somewhere or else be around a C- in overness. Even dropping SAW to cult doesn't work as a deterrent, as they still end up being too strong. This issue doesn't exist in Japan and Australia because they are continents apart from the rest of the game world (lack of spill over overness effectively keeps them at National). Europe also doesn't have this issue because it has no talent base to speak of. Finally, the USA and Canada seem to cannibalize one another pretty effectively in the short term, although long term EWO is likely to have some game breaking mechanics as well - I haven't checked yet. Basically though, when designing an area that isn't Australia or Mexico (where you can get away with talent gluts because they are too far away from other regions to become really major players) you have to make sure that you balance the talent to promotion ratio in such a way that a promotion doesn't have access to too many stars.
