Send your picks in. There is one Impact left before Turning Point, but it's probably going to be next week before I get round to posting the Turning Point show.

Impact Preview

One night before TNA's penultimate pay per view of 2004 and Impact returns to our screens. Jeff Jarrett is still getting accused of knowledge of the WWE Invaders invading TNA. Will he address this or concentrate on his upcoming match with AJ Styles at Turning Point?

Dusty Rhodes put an embargo on Abyss and Harley Race from having any physical contact with Jerry Lynn before Turning Point unless it was in a sanctioned match? Can the two resist.

Mike Sanders has been considering whether to allow EZ Money join The Fringe. Has he made his decision?

Watch Spike TV this Saturday night.

PRE SHOW

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Arashi Assassins defeated Divine Storm in 6:05 when Devon Storm defeated Chris Divine by pinfall with a Mind Bender. D+

Impact

Saturday, week 2, November 2004

Hale Arena, Kansas City, MO.

http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTKXIOQjOlDnkMQZ87axKdpgzLYf199PvTWz4xFJYwsigImm0jF

Live on Spike TV

Ken Shamrock is in the ring and he calls out Dusty Rhodes. He is in a demanding mood and demands a one on one title shot because he finds it beyond belief that Jerry Lynn has a title match at Turning Point and yet he beat Lynn at Bound for Glory III. Rhodes tells Shamrock that he has a point and will "take it under advisement". Shamrock's head is about to explode and he yells "advise this" before he attacks TNA's Director of Authority. He beats him to the mat and locks in the Ankle Lock. a bevvy of security runs the ring and Shamrock starts to beat them off before they over power him and handcuff him. Rhodes tells security to eject Shamrock from the building. C

Jorge Estrada is accompanied by Hernandez. He says the match against Brits Abroad tomorrow night is a waste of time and the match should be awarded to LAX since "there will only be one result". D

Chris Hero v Frankie Kazarian

Originally supposed to be Pac v Kazarian, Pac had travel issues getting to Kansas City and so Chris Hero stepped in his place. Kazarian had control for most of the match was emerged with victory in 6:05 by pinfall with a Wave Of The Future. D+

Mike Sanders is backstage with EZ Money. He tells Money he has had a week to think about things... and after Money's impressive performances with little recognition, he feels he will be a good fit in The Fringe... he's in. Money is happy and hugs Sanders. D+

Jimmy Hart is backstage with D'Lo Brown where Hart says he has big plans for the WWE invasion of TNA and that it won't be long until "the Invaders will rule". C

NOSAWA v Ultimo Guerrero

The opener in the series final sees NOSAWA make his TNA debut and get largely outclassed by the masked Mexican who has hardly set TNA alight in his time here. He looked good against the Japanese debutant though and chalked up the win for Mexico in 6:49 by pinfall with a Reverse Superplex. C-

Mexico lead best of seven series 1-0

Harley Race is in the depths of the arena with his monstrous champion Abyss. Race speaks of Abyss' torment at not being able to torture Jerry Lynn before devouring him tomorrow night at Turning Point, but that it will be better come tomorrow night as Abyss will be more vicious than ever. C-

A rematch is announced for the next edition of Explosion between CM Punk and Jeff Jarrett. C

Austin Aries v Caprice Coleman v 'Wildcat' Chris Harris

With the three respective teams facing off at Turning Point, this was a good opportunity to guage form going into the three way. All three men put in impressive performances but it was James Storm cheering loudest in the back as his America's Most Wanted partner won the triple threat in 11:02 when 'Wildcat' Chris Harris defeated Austin Aries by pinfall with a Catatonic. C

AJ Styles was cutting a promo on his match with Jeff Jarrett when Jarrett interrupted, saying while his bigger focus is on proving he has nothing to do with the WWE Invaders by taking out CM Punk, taking out "Punk's little bitch" will be a good warm up. Styles tries to hit Jarrett but Jarrett bales out. C

Mr Wrestling IV is in his locker room. He says he is still feeling pain in his ankle but warns Ken Shamrock that while he might be focused on trying to get a World Championship match, he shouldn't look past Mr Wrestling tomorrow night. C+

'Fallen Angel' Christopher Daniels (X Division Championship) & Bryan Danielson v CM Punk's New Dawn (Evan Karagias & The Amazing Red)

An entertaining and fast paced tag team match featuring X Division wrestlers and four men who will square off tomorrow night in two singles matches. This tag team bout was a close affair with the crowd firmly behind CM Punk's New Dawn. They couldn't pull it off though as in 13:33 when Christopher Daniels defeated Evan Karagias by pinfall with a Last Rites. C

CM Punk speaks out against the WWE Invaders, saying it is New Dawn's focus to maintain a clean and professional TNA where being a true wrestler matters. He warns the Invaders that if necessary they will take them out one by one. C

A video recap of the feud between Buff Bagwell/Monty Brown and Ernest Miller/Jose Maximo plays, focusing more on Bagwell's and Miller's difference in lifestyle and views. The video ends with Buff Bagwell standing naked and proud with a huge erection and the tag team championship belt hanging over his penis so it isn't seen. C

TNA TV TITLE

Doug Williams (champion) v Sean Waltman

Significant crowd interest in this one as all TNA fans in the arena and assumed around the world were rooting for Williams to succesfully defend and not lose the title to a WWE Invader. The match itself was good as Waltman caused Williams a lot of trouble. The Brit was plucky and kept working his way back into the match. Thankfully for almost everybody involved the TNA TV Title stayed in TNA with Williams getting his hand raised in 17:59 by pinfall with a Chaos Theory. Doug Williams makes defence number 10 of his TNA TV title. C+
