My Name is Chuck Norris And I will be your host for the red carpet festivities. It's been a whole year, and I still have not got a chance to kill a Juggler, Lion Tamer or Clown. I am hoping to take care of at least one of those on the red carpet here tonight.

 

 

Folks please ignore the idiot in the monkey suit, I'm Terry Bradshaw, and welcome to what promises to be an exciting night, Athletes from the real world and Cornelleverse are here to rub elbows with some of the best writers in TEW. These Ceremonies are always the highlight of my year and tonight's awards don't look set to disappoint.

 

Speaking of rubbing elbows, unlike most normal people I can lick my own, here watch. (Chuck bends over and begins trying to lick his own elbow)

 

*Terry just hangs his head* Ladies and Gentle men stay right there, because as soon as we come back from this commercial break we will take a look at each of the categories and tell you who our odds on favorites are, and what dark horses might just pull out an upset victory! all that plus we will get interviews with some of the best writers out there as they file into the auditorium!

 

 

Take this opportunity to talk amongst your selves. about how the past year has gone. about how the awards ceremony is shaping up. about what we can look forward in the year to come.

 

Take the time to pimp your diary, or talk about who you think is going to win. My aim is to Start the show some time this week. I hope I have something Unique to share, but as always I am open to suggestion.

 

The ballots have been counted all I need to do is write up the show. Please pm me any suggestions you might hame. :)

If my voting pattern was anything to go by, I won't win any awards but there'll be a three-way tie for the CV categories, and one guy will sweep the board in RL.

Not just talking about the red carpet that you make but as I recall some people made them themselves last time, is it allowed? As you didn't mention it in the take this time to.... portion.

and I hope others will stop in and leave their red carpet thoughts. all writers nominated or not, are invited to do so. this award show is for every one!

 

Infinity, what did you think of the avatar I found, and FINisher modified for you?

 

The invatation stands. ;)but was not made until after Infinity had thrown his out there, and 2/3 of mine where up.

olympia is indeed a recluse...the entire time we were in the limo, he hid his face behind various objects, ala Wilson from Home Improvement. The rest of us rookie nominees were quite weirded out.

Well Troy it looks like you won't have to wait long. I'll bet my four superbowl rings, we are in for a big treat with this next group!

Angel's Speech

 

Wow. I am in shock and have been since reading this last night. I have been debating what to say within this speech because with all the wonderful other finalists I didn't think to write a speech because I didn't think I'd win. I'd like to thank all the fans of that diary for reading and predicting and giving me general comments on the direction of the show. I'd like to thank James Justice and Anger for being two of my more original characters. Writing for the two of them has been very very interesting to say the least.

 

Seeing as how this is a Most Improved Award, I think back to the days when I had one, maybe two predictors left because of all the start and stop that I did with my diaries. Lexa90 in particular has been there with me basically since the very beginning. I've always called him my number one fan because of his loyalty in spite of my flakiness.

 

Finally, I'd like to thank a few of my influences. Now, I cannot name them all of course, but I'd like to mention tristram, The Ismailite, theoutlaw321, BigPapa42, Phantom Stranger, FINisher who did wonderful artwork in particular for that diary on alts, Lexa90 and BHK1978 who have been with me for a long time, keefmoon, Nevermore and everyone else who I have not mentioned. You know who you are.

 

And to end this, I'd like to welcome everyone to take a look at my TEW 2010 project: USPW: A Slow Ride To The Top. Thank you and God Bless.

The Diary with the best Kayfabe breaking moments award goes to, well um it goes to, John Greed and Mitch Naess in Eisen-verse's PSW The Evolution of Greed, Because he knows what I am saying!

 

Well um, I should probably be getting back to my B**** now, cause golly gee if I don’t they might start giving it away for free or something.

Thank you times a billion for your support with my PSW diary. It was a lot of fun to write & has spawned further projects since I "fell in love" with John Greed (see: DOA). His relationship, or lack there of, with Mitch Naess was a driving force in my PSW project & something I'm very proud of.
