All workers on a matching backgrounds, with up-to-date cuts and similar file names as to avoid confusion.</p><p> </p><p> This was to counter the hundreds of mixed packs that have recently taken over, with seemingly no single background having a complete range of pics, or a easily compatible naming system that could translate them to any data.</p><p> </p><p> That said, I am not or was not much of a cutter and didn't want the pack to be made up of my mediocre cuts. Not only would that look bad, but it would take FOREVER! So the following pack IS NOT ALL MY WORK! Don't, please don't, post a thank you to me, if you want to thank anyone, thank the dozens of cutters who ARE good and contributed a whole heck of a lot more then me. I can guarantee it'll continue, on my part, for another month, minimum (I still have some 1600 pics to cut on CW) Also, you might wanna upload it to another service, or two, as well for mirrors. My suggest is use the magic wand if you're not already, zoom in to roughly 400 percent zoom and take your time with it don't try and just do a 'rough outline" make sure every curve every turn gets taken care of. It looks like from your cuts your just taking the picture and doing a rough outline at 100 percent zoom and then pasting it. I would suggest enhancing the zoom, and making more clicks with the wand. I've never figured out that wand (given, I haven't tried that hard) What I do is just cut a square from the pics I want to use (ex. 400 x 400 it's always easier for me) then zoom in. Just close enough so I can still tell what it is I'm looking at, and so I can get a clean enough line. I just use the eraser. Sometimes I'll blur the edges slighly. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it's not so noticeable. Also, I've included a png of the white border for the CW cuts I do. You definitely should use this, as all CW's have the white border outlining it. It does just take practice though. I think I was lucky, starting on kyky helped due to the massive fudge factor available with those cuts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I started pretty rough, and looked through the cutting tutorial on bobinc.net, and that helped. Since then it's just tweaking this, learning that, and everything that comes with learning. The attachment with the border is not coming up. Make sure you click, and save as. It's only 150x150, and white (the middle of it has no background, so, it'll show up as white on there.) For that part, personally, I'd use the blur tool (towards the bottom, looks like a tear drop) It's what I do to clean up the rougher edges. For instance, this pic of Buggy I cut earlier.
