USPW - What? This Again?

Recommended Posts

Andre Jones vs. Acid

-Acid is far more over and Jones hasn't shown he deserves a push at all.

Street Fight Match, USPW World Tag Team Titles Match: The Titans defend vs. Champion Force

-While I'd love for Champion Force to take the straps, The Force will never beat a Titan.

USPW Women's Invitational Match: Cherry Bomb vs. Eve Grunge vs. Raven Robinson vs. Joanne Rodriguez vs. Alicia Strong

-Night Faller to Cherry Bomb again?

USPW Women's Title Match: Belle Bryden defends vs. Winner Of USPW Women's Invitational Match

-Picking up the scraps of a worn Raven Robinson.

Enygma vs. American Elemental

-American Jobber can't do it here.

Johnny Bloodstone vs. Art Reed

-Should be a technical masterpiece, but Bloodstone wins to build momentum for Global Warning.

USPW National Title Match: Bruce the Giant defends vs. Jack America

-User characters don't beat Internationally reknowned giants.

Strap Match: Shawn Gonzalez vs. Chris Caulfield

-Gonzalez will never be signed to a written deal since he's a head booker elsewhere, so pushing him seems a safe move.

Steel Cage Match, USPW World Title Match: Darryl Devine defends vs. Steve Flash

-Steve Flash isn't gonna win the USPW Title even though he does fit the over-the-hill theme.

Alot of people approach me and ask me the same question. How did a 25 year old man (kid) get promoted to be the head booker of the #3 promotion in the United States? Well, first of all, being a head booker is not everything that it's cracked up to be. When stories go well and momentum is building it's because of the wrestlers on the screen. When stories are tanking and momentum is sinking faster than the titanic, it's the booker's fault. Everyone sitting at home, especially those on the internet, think that they can do better. They think that your ideas are the result of some random dart toss that went horribly wrong. Unless you have been there or you are there then no one can understand the pressure that comes with booking these shows and dealing with the personalities that go along with it. But I digress.

As the All American Boy, I have been wrestling for seven years. I worked independent shows in America, Canada, Mexico and Japan. I had a very brief stay within the DaVE organization while it was still around. It was a match against Chris Caulfield while within that organization that really put me on a faster track. It put me on the map. Any time I needed to send out a tape to one of the major organizations it would always include that match. In 2009, I was working an American Independent show where Alicia Strong was scouting for talent for USPW. Apparently, I impressed her as she approached me after the show was done. The two of us went out and had some drinks and talked. I cannot say exactly what she told her father but I was hired in January 2009 to come to work for USPW. I was quiet and unassuming though I would use my in with Alicia to get my words spoken to Sam and get some storylines pushed through. I was the mastermind behind T-Rex's streak before he came face-to-face with James Justice.

I worked closely with Shane Sneer, who was the Head Booker at the time. I learned from him. When he decided to step down as the Head Booker I applied with Sam and I turned into the most logical choice to replace Shane since I already had his ear and Sam's ear as well. The role of Head Booker is not always the best one. I have had several wrestlers end up disliking me, including Sheik Mustafa and Giant Redwood. But you have to take the good with the bad. And here as the Head Booker of USPW, the good will definitely outweigh the bad.

Andre Jones vs. Acid

Acid has just come off winning a major feud with Enygma (though I get the feeling that will be re-activated sometime down the line), he isn't going to lose to Jones who has been gradually sliding down to jobber level, a win over Bob Casey doesn't signal a rise back up the card.

Street Fight Match, USPW World Tag Team Titles Match: The Titans defend vs. Champion Force

The Titans retain, but only after inteference from Umaga, this could then set up a cage match next month.

USPW Women's Invitational Match: Cherry Bomb vs. Eve Grunge vs. Raven Robinson vs. Joanne Rodriguez vs. Alicia Strong

Raven seems to be the one with the momentum, so I'd go for her to continue that momentum

USPW Women's Title Match: Belle Bryden defends vs. Winner Of USPW Women's Invitational Match

But that momentum gets stopped in it's tracks with Belle Bryden retaining the title.

Enygma vs. American Elemental

It hurt's me to say this but American Elemental is a jobber who can have good matches and Enygma needs to be kept strong.

Johnny Bloodstone vs. Art Reed

As the leader of Global Warning, Bloodstone needs to be kept strong, plus this feud has only just gotten started to it's booking 101 for the heel to win the first match, if it is to have any legs.

USPW National Title Match: Bruce the Giant defends vs. Jack America

Jack America is suddenly turning into the All American superman, that being said I still think he'll come up short against Bruce but he'll put up a brave effort and still be standing after the match!

Strap Match: Shawn Gonzalez vs. Chris Caulfield

Could go the other way but I'll go for Caulfield to get the win in this one.

Steel Cage Match, USPW World Title Match: Darryl Devine defends vs. Steve Flash

Will we get the feel good story of Flash capturing the World Title, once again you'll tease it but I think in the end Devine retains and we move on to a new challenger next month.

USPW MIDSUMMER MAYHEM!

Saturday Week 4 July 2010

Location: Isaak Road Arena (Mid Atlantic)

Attendance: 15,000

Overall Rating: B

PPV Buyrate: .83

[The show opens inside the Isaak Road Arena following the sloping shape of the roof. At the top of the entrance ramp pyros went off in red, white and blue colors. The crowd was already on their feet, screaming and chanting 'USPW, USPW, USPW!' As the camera panned around the screaming fans, the voiceovers began.]

Mitch Naess: "Hello everyone and WELCOME to USPW MIDSUMMER MAYHEM! I'm Mitch Naess alongside Davis Ditterich and Eric Tyler. Gentlemen, we have some great matches lined up for the show tonight."

Davis Ditterich: "Indeed we do, Mitch. And none of them is any better than a steel cage match in the main event featuring Darryl Devine defending the USPW World title against Steve Flash."

Eric Tyler: "That should be a great one, Davis. But I'm looking forward to the strap match between two men that I know very well in Chris Caulfield and Shawn Gonzalez."

Davis Ditterich: "You know that the Hardcore Brotherhood will have something to do with that match."

Mitch Naess: "Yes but let's head down to the ring for our opening contest."

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AndreJones.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Acid.jpg

Andre Jones vs. Acid

[Ladies and Gentlemen, this is United States Pro Wrestling! The opening contest here features two legitimate athletes, including a former Volleyball player who brings a volleyball named Henry to the ring with him. The match didn't have a lot of response from the crowd but it had good action in the center of the ring and outside the ring. Acid was mostly shown off in this match, using the middle rope to springboard an Asai Moonsault outside the ring onto Andre Jones! The crowd got behind Acid as he tossed Jones back into the ring. Acid raised Jones up and nailed him with a running powerslam! Then he headed to the top turnbuckle. He leaped off -- Acid Rain Bomb! He connected! Acid made the cover, hooking the leg: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Acid (Via Pinfall @ 6:52)

Match Rating: C+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Acid.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma_alt1.jpg

[As Acid raised to his feet and got his arm raised by referee Wilson Carlisle, he was assaulted from behind by the man known as Enygma! A forearm to the back of the masked man sent him down to the mat and Enygma began stomping away right on the leg and ankle of Acid! The crowd began an 'Acid' chant, trying to get him to fight back. Enygma yanked Acid back to the center of the ring and pulled his leg up -- Enygma Variation! Enygma locked his finisher on Acid! Acid made no sound except the sound of his hand tapping on the mat! Enygma would NOT let go of the hold! Road Agents and Officials came spilling out from the back but even they cannot get Enygma to break the hold! The crowd boos as Acid's tapping grows weak and then stops altogether as it seems like he has passed out from the pain! Enygma has had the Enygma Variation in place for three minutes! He has to have broken the ankle of Acid! Enygma finally releases and stands up, raising his arms in the air.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SaraSilver.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BelleBryden.jpg

[We head to the backstage area where both Sara Silver and Belle Bryden are standing within a hallway. The hallway is empty to set up the interview. Sara flashes a smile while Belle Bryden is looking as arrogant as ever.]

Sara Silver

"Thanks, Mitch! I'm back here tonight with USPW Women's Champion Belle Bryden. Belle, tonight you will take on the winner of the Women's Invitational including such superstars as Alicia Strong, Raven Robinson and Cherry Bomb. Do you have a favorite to face tonight?"

Belle Bryden

"Are you in the match tonight, Sara?"

Sara Silver

[shaking her head] "No, I'm not."

Belle Bryden

"Then what good are you here in my company? You were given a nose to breathe through so you can just keep your mouth shut. Tonight, I will be sitting back and relaxing and watching as five of USPW's second tier women's wrestlers face off against each other. Then when that match is done, I will come in and pick up the scraps of whoever is left and walk away with my Women's Title."

[belle gave that arrogant smirk again and then turned and walked off.]

Sara Silver

"Well, guys, back to you!"

Street Fight Match

USPW World Tag Team Titles Match

The Titans defend vs. Champion Force

[What good would an old-fashioned street fight be without an attack at the top of the ramp? That is exactly what happened as Champion Force came down toward the ring. The Titans assaulted them from behind and the battle was on. The bell sounded as Tyson Baine went at it with The Force and The Champion was battling with T-Rex. Shane Sneer was standing by, interfering when he felt the need to make sure that his team got the momentum back. The match ended up going backstage where another wrestler joined in the fray.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/RhinoUmaga.jpg

[Rhino Umaga came in and speared both The Champion and The Force! The crowd booed in the background as they watched the match on the USPW-Tron. The battle waged back toward the ringside area where T-Rex locked The Force in the Jurassic Crush! The Force struggled to break free, using the power of The Force! Tyson Baine had other plans as he grabbed The Champion around the throat -- Hades Bomb off the ramp! The Champion lay in a crumpled heap and Baine dropped down and made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winners: The Titans (Via Pinfall @ 8:40; The Titans retain the USPW World Tag Team Titles)

Match Rating: C-

[We head back to the locker room area, in particular the locker room of Global Warning. Nikolai Taktarov is nowhere to be seen fo the moment but Johnny Bloodstone and Bruce the Giant are sitting on a bench together.]

Johnny Bloodstone

"Alright, Bruce, you know the plan tonight. You take out Jack America and I take out Art Reed. Then Wednesday night you lay down for me and I walk away with the USPW National title."

[bruce gives Johnny an even look. He doesn't show any emotion on his face whatsoever when he looks at Johnny Bloodstone. That can be the most telling thing at all, right? Bruce says nothing in response and we head back to the ring.]

USPW Women's Invitational Match

Cherry Bomb vs. Eve Grunge vs. Raven Robinson vs. Joanne Rodriguez vs. Alicia Strong

[There were several stories that went on during this encounter. Alicia Strong and Joanne Rodriguez went right after each other from the opening bell. Cherry Bomb and Raven Robinson renewed their feud, leaving Eve Grunge as the odd woman out. Eve hid in several places, hitting and moving and using some double-teams with Cherry Bomb to take out Raven. Alicia and Joanne spilled outside the ring while Eve and Cherry Bomb took down Raven Robinson with a double clothesline! Cherry turned to Eve and gave her a Cherry Bomb! She made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- Broken Up By Raven Robinson! All five women were worn down by the end of the match. Alicia caught Eve with a Strong Arm Tactic but Joanne caught Alicia with the J-Rocker! J-Ro went for the cover but she was pulled off by Cherry Bomb who dropped J-Ro with the Cherry Bomb! She celebrated but then turned right into a Night Faller! Raven Robinson made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Raven Robinson (Via Pinfall @ 7:27)

USPW Women's Title Match

Belle Bryden defends vs. Raven Robinson

[belle Bryden exploded out from the back, running down toward the ring. She dropped her USPW Women's title belt at ringside and yelled at the referee to call for the bell! Raven got to her feet and Belle took her down with a hard body slam! She made a quick cover: 1 -- 2 -- Kickout! The crowd went wild for the kickout by Robinson! Bryden pulled Robinson up and went for the Dish of the Day but Robinson ducked! Robinson kicked Bryden in the gut -- Night Fall -- NO! Bryden pushed Robinson off and locked in a Sleeperhold! Robinson struggled against the Sleeper. The crowd got behind her with claps and chants of 'Ra-ven, Ra-ven!' She managed to turn her body and drop Bryden with a backdrop! What a move! Both women are slow to get up after that move. But both manage to get to their feet. Raven bounces off the ropes -- clothesline -- DUCKED! Raven turns -- Dish of the Day! Bryden connected with that kick to the back of the head out of nowhere! Bryden makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Belle Bryden (Via Pinfall @ 6:02; Belle Bryden retains the USPW Women's title)

Match Rating: B-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Devine_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Seduction.jpg

[We head out to the parking garage where a white limousine pulls up to the door. The driver gets out looking a little irritated to say the least but he keeps up his professional composure as he travels down the length of the long limousine with long strides. He pauses by the door and opens it, revealing one definitely feminine leg and then another and Seduction rises out of the limousine. She takes over for the driver, holding the door as the USPW World Champion Darryl Devine steps out from the limousine dressed in a white tuxedo. He adjusts the bowtie and runs his fingers through his hair. Seduction claps for him, flashing him a smile.]

Seduction

"Darryl, after tonight, you will put the old man out to pasture. You will put the next challenger in the retirement home. You will.."

[seduction is cut off as Darryl raises a hand. He flashes that arrogant smirk as he stands there and leans against the now-closed door of the limousine.]

Darryl Devine

"The old man doesn't stand a chance. And at the end of the night I am going to be Mighty Fine."

[Darryl slides his arm around Seduction and the two of them head off inside the building. Darryl definitely seems filled with confidence but will he be so cool, calm and collected later on tonight when he steps inside a steel cage with Steve Flash?]

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma_alt1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AmericanElemental.jpg

Enygma vs. American Elemental

[This is definitely a match that helped to get over what an unstoppable animal that Enygma is. American Elemental went to the air within the first few minutes, keeping Enygma from getting hold of him. But AE went to the well once too often and Enygma dodged a legdrop off the top turnbuckle. Enygma took Elemental over with a head and arm suplex. Then he focused right in on the leg and ankle of Elemental. He banged the ankle off the ringpost and had the crowd booing him even more. Of course the crowd wasn't happy with Enygma after his attack on Acid earlier tonight. Enygma took Elemental down to the mat and hooked on the Enygma Variation. Within a few moments, Elemental tapped out and Enygma picked up the win.]

Winner: Enygma (Via Submission @ 7:40)

Match Rating: C+

[We headed backstage once again. This time we focused in on a locker room area where the camera focused in on JD Morgan leaning against a row of lockers with his arms crossed across his chest. He had that angry look like he could snap at any moment. The camera pulled back to reveal Travis Century standing face-to-face and nearly nose-to-nose with Shawn Gonzalez.]

Travis Century

"Shawn, tonight is the night that you can show me what you can do. Tonight is a night that you can show me that you have the strength for the Hardcore Brotherhood. Chris Caulfield made the biggest mistake of his career when he chose not to become a member of the Brotherhood. If you're not a member then you're on the other side. You're one of them. And I know you are not one of them. Chris is weak. Show him no mercy."

[shawn nodded slightly and Travis made the sign of the cross over the heart of his disciple Shawn Gonzalez. That should be an excellent match later on tonight. The Strap match!]

Match #6

Johnny Bloodstone vs. Art Reed

[One of the stories of this match was the fact that Bruce the Giant looked reluctant standing at ringside for this bout in the corner of the leader of Global Warning: Johnny Bloodstone. Bloodstone tossed Reed out of the ring early on and motioned for Bruce to attack him but Bruce just stood there staring at the leader of Global Warning. Reed managed to come back into the ring and the match was met hold for counterhold as both Art Reed and Johnny Bloodstone seemed to know each other very well. Neither man could sustain a long advantage as the other man seemed to know a counter for each and every hold that they were put in. A series of attempts came of Art Reed trying to apply the Dread Lock and Bloodstone reversing that into an attempt at the Bloodstone Mutilation. Bruce the Giant got the attention of the referee during this moment and Nikolai Taktarov entered the ring with a chair. Bloodstone grabbed Reed -- CRACK! Reed ducked! Nikolai cracked the chair over the head of Johnny Bloodstone! Reed clotheslined Nikolai over the top rope. Reed headed to the top turnbuckle -- Hang Time Moonsault! He turned and quickly hooked Bloodstone -- Dread Lock! Bloodstone tried to fight it. He tried to reach toward the ropes but he couldn't do it! He had to tap out!]

Winner: Art Reed (Via Submission @ 8:45)

Match Rating: B

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

['SMACK!' 'SMACK!' 'SMACK!' The sound of the leather strap hitting a locker is the first thing that is either seen or heard as the background is pitch black. The room lights up to reveal Chris Caulfield practicing using the leather strap on a pin-up of Shawn Gonzalez. The strap finally breaks through the thin paper and it falls apart to the ground. Chris looks angrily toward the camera, showing the red marks on his throat from last Wednesday night when he was attacked by The Hardcore Brotherhood.]

Chris Caulfield

"Travis, Shawn, JD. These marks on my neck symbolize my struggle against you. The marks will fade away but the struggle will continue. The fight will continue until I rid USPW of the Hardcore Brotherhood. I have fought long and hard to be here and to make a name for myself the right way. I don't have to resort to those tactics here anymore. I can show each and every person what a great WRESTLER I am. You three men just want to live in the past. Tonight, that past is going to come back to haunt you. Tonight, that past is going to come back and bite you on the ass! Tonight, Shawn, you and I? We are going to go old school."

[Chris turns and whips the strap against the locker one more time and we head back to the ring.]

USPW National Title Match

Bruce the Giant defends vs. Jack America

[After what occured earlier this evening, it should come as no surprise that Bruce the Giant came out alone for his match against Jack America. This match had a little bit of a selling issue between the two wrestlers though they managed to work things out midway through the match. America nearly took Bruce down with a body slam but Bruce fell right on top of him. The Giant roared as he got back to his feet and picked up Jack America. He lifted him up in a military press slam style but America managed to wiggle behind him and drop down for a sunset flip. Bruce just sat down -- America moved! Bruce hit the mat hard and America bounced off the ropes -- double boot to the face! America made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- Bruce powered out! Bruce managed to get to his feet as America hammered him with elbows. America hit a cartwheel and a back flip but Bruce dodged the flying elbow afterward. Bruce grabbed America by the throat and raised him up -- Giant Choke Slam! Bruce made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Bruce the Giant (Via Pinfall @ 6:33; Bruce the Giant retains the USPW National title)

Match Rating: C+

[We head backstage once again to that hallway where Sara Silver is standing by. Sara turns slightly sideways to face the man standing beside her: the #1 contender 'The Remarkable' Steve Flash. Steve looks a little nervous. That shows within his eyes but then he's never been interviewed much, right?]

Sara Silver

"Thanks gentlemen. I'm Sara Silver and right now I'm standing with the man who will enter the steel cage later on tonight to do battle with the USPW World Champion Darryl Devine. Steve, you definitely have the experience edge in this match. What kind of factor do you think that will have in the match later tonight?"

Steve Flash

"Sara, I've been around this business for a very long time. Last time around, Darryl got lucky. This time he won't be so lucky as we will have a steel cage between ourselves and Seduction. Darryl, tonight, may the best man win and that will be the Remarkable Steve Flash."

[steve moves off quickly and Sara shrugs as we head back to the ring.]

Strap Match

Shawn Gonzalez vs. Chris Caulfield

[Our semi main event encounter between two men who genuinely dislike each other. The strap will be attached at the wrist of both men. Shawn Gonzalez did not come out alone. Instead, he brought the other two members of the Hardcore Brotherhood down to the ring with him. Chris Caulfield tossed his bandana out to the crowd as he raced to the ring and the brawl was on! The two men exchanged punches over in Gonzalez's corner. Caulfield gave shots to JD Morgan but Travis Century moved just out of the range of the punches! Gonzalez hit Caulfield with an early low blow and then grabbed the strap. He attached it to the wrist of Caulfield first and then to himself. He hooked the strap and began whipping Caulfield like a dog! Caulfield called out in pain and began crawling toward the ropes. Gonzalez reached down and raked the face of Caulfield for a moment. All the referee can do is try to get a break. He can't disqualify Gonzalez!]

[After several more minutes with Gonzalez in control, he reached out and was handed a chair by JD Morgan! Gonzalez looked to Caulfield, watching as the Hardcore American pulled himself up in the turnbuckles. Gonzalez came running -- Caulfield moved! Gonzalez smacked the turnbuckle with the chair! Caulfield begins peppering Gonzalez with punches! He takes away the chair and cracks the chair over the head of the former Lone Wolf! Gonzalez staggers on his feet and a second chair shot brings him down to the mat! Caulfield bends over and begins hammering punches to the now-bleeding forehead of Shawn Gonzalez! Travis Century motions and JD Morgan hits the ring. Morgan yanks Caulfield off Gonzalez but takes a punch for his troubles! Caulfield picks up the chair -- CRACK! He dents the chair over the head of JD Morgan and Morgan falls like a ton of bricks! Caulfield drops the chair and turns back to Gonzalez. He begins whipping Gonzalez with the leather strap! Gonzalez tries to cover up but Caulfield gives him ten more lashes! Caulfield pulls Gonzalez up and hooks him -- Danger Drop on the chair! Gonzalez is down and out! Caulfield stares at Travis Century outside the ring as he picks up Gonzalez and begins moving along the turnbuckles:]

[...1st turnbuckle...

...2nd turnbuckle...

...3rd turnbuckle...

...4th turnbuckle!]

Winner: Chris Caulfield (Via 4 Corners @ 8:36)

Steel Cage Match, USPW World Title Match: Darryl Devine defends vs. Steve Flash

[steve Flash was the first man to step from the back and he got a loud crowd reaction. He looked focused as he stood at the top of the ramp and then walked down toward the ring. His eyes focused in on the steel cage and instead of going in through the door he climbed the cage from the bottom to the top and then dropping down to the top turnbuckle doing a backflip into the ring. It was quite the entrance.

"miracle man...your miracle man...your miracle man...your"

The crowd booed at the words that mean the entrance of one of the most hated men in professional wrestling today. Seduction stepped out first with the USPW World title belt raised high for everyone to see. The crowd booed heavily for her and then the boos grew even louder as Darryl Devine stepped through the curtains. The man known as Mighty Fine walked down toward the ring discussing strategy with Seduction. It's almost like he's finalizing some sort of a plan. Devine steps in through the door and looks across the ring at his opponent: Steve Flash. Both of these men know what is at stake here and it is a lot more than just pride. It's the USPW World Title! The bell sounds and the match is on.]

[The match started off with some old-fashioned technical wrestling to begin with. Though these two men have faced off before, they seemed to still be feeling each other out. A momentum shift came in the making when Flash took down Devine with a flying headscissors that sent Devine face-first into the cage! Devine staggered away from the cage and Flash tripped him up with a leg sweep and then a standing moonsault! Remember, you can win this one by pinfall, submission or escaping the cage! Flash got to his feet and lifted Devine up. He sent Devine to the ropes -- stiff clothesline sends the USPW World Champion back down to the mat! Flash goes to pull Devine back up -- trip by Devine -- STF! What a quick hold applied by the USPW World Champion! Flash is quickly in the ropes, though, and the hold is broken. Devine pulls Flash up and brings him into the corner. He drives shoulder shots to the ribs three times and then lifts Flash on the turnbuckle. Devine climbs up -- OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPERPLEX from the second rope by Devine! Devine moves over and makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

Kickout!]

[Devine gets to his feet and waits for Flash to start standing -- boot to the ribs! Another kick lands to the ribs of Steve Flash! Flash is having a hard time catching a breath. He may have something broken in there. Devine comes over and picks up Flash -- irish whip hard into the turnbuckles. Flash holds his ribs and Devine comes rushing over with a knee straight to that rib area. Flash falls to his knees sucking wind right now. Devine looks to Flash and then looks to the cage. Devine begins to scale the cage wall! He gets about midway up when he gets caught by Flash! Flash hooks him -- belly to back suplex off the cage! Both men hit the mat in the center of the ring. The crowd stands, cheering for Steve Flash! Flash uses the ropes to get to his feet. He is holding his ribs. He staggers toward the door, telling the referee outside the ring to open the door! The door is opened and it looks like we may have a new USPW World Champion! Steve Flash leans through the ropes -- POWDER! Flash got nailed in the eyes with some powder thrown by Seduction outside the ring! Flash is blinded!]

[Flash staggers around in the ring, rubbing at his eyes and trying to be able to see. This gives Devine some time to recover. Devine gets to his feet and comes over, dropping Flash with a vertical suplex in the center of the ring! Devine motions toward Seduction and Seduction is pulling something out from the blue jeans she is wearing. Those are...handcuffs?!?!? She hands them inside the cage to Darryl Devine. Devine strikes Flash in the forehead with the cuffs busting him open! Devine drags Flash over to one side of the cage and lifts him up to a standing position. Flash tries to fight back but Devine hits him with a knee low in the solarplexus! Devine gets one hand cuffed and then the other! Steve Flash cannot move! Darryl Devine looks toward the door for a moment. Flash struggles against the cuffs! What a cheap thing to do! Darryl Devine walks over to the open door...and steps through! The bell sounds for the end of the match.]

Winner: Darryl Devine (Via Cage Escape @ 7:48; Darryl Devine retains the USPW World Title)

Match Rating: B+

[Darryl Devine walked over and got his USPW World Title belt and handed it to Seduction. Then he picked up a steel chair and walked over to the ring where officials are trying to free Steve Flash from the handcuffs. Devine enters the ring with Seduction and that steel chair in hand. Flash is bleeding from the shot with the cuffs earlier tonight. Devine looks at Flash for several long moments, that steel chair in hand...]

[...OH...

...MY...

...GOD!...]

[Darryl Devine just cracked Steve Flash over the head with that steel chair! Flash could not even pretend to protect himself because his arms are outstretched with the handcuffs. Devine draws back and smashes Flash over the head a second time! Flash is completely unconcious! It's only the handcuffs holding him up. Devine takes the USPW World Title belt from a shocked Seduction and walks over to Flash. He holds the belt up, telling Flash that he will never be good enough to hold this belt! He wipes some of the blood from the forehead of Flash and wipes it on the belt mockingly.]

[EMTs hit the ring and out comes an official with bolt cutters. Darryl Devine and Seduction exit the ring and head to the back as the officials tend to Steve Flash. Is this the last we've seen of the Remarkable one?]

While I sit here "patiently waiting" 50 Cent & Eminem style, for my posts to be approved, I will like to also add great job on the diary. I just started reading from the beginning last week and have caught up to your current storyline. Here's to another 6 months +!

I appreciate that! This has definitely been one of my favorite diaries that I have ever written. You have been a good source of support here, 20LEgend and I thank you for that.

I am always grateful to have new readers and posters. Glad to see you got everything approved and all. I look forward to seeing what you do with your own USPW diary, not to mention your thoughts/comments/suggestions/etc on this one.
