PoisonedSuperman
I'm playing as ALPHA-1, I'm in September of 2000. In April Atep defeated Anzai for the lightweight title In May Rufus Stephens beat Miyagi for the weltereight In June Yoshiro Makamori beat Li-Kong Ho for the featherweight title In July Hassan Fezzik lost his title to Armen Sarkisan after 8 defences!! and now in August after 10 defences, Thomas Yamada lost to a man I wanted him to destroy, Sho Kitbatke. Sho left my promotion in a money dispute. I brought him back hoping he would get his ass kicked. the 1998 and 1999 fighter of the year Heiji Endo is defending his title next against Joaquim Fontes! I don't think he'll lose but you never know what's going to happen!! Anyone else ever see anything like this?

Hope Lehane is a pure monster in my game until Piper Evergood put her away. Here are mine. WEFF Lightweight Title Leslie Myers (Current Champion, 3 defenses) Pamela O'Neill (1 defense) Michelle Addams (4 defenses) WEFF Heavyweight Title Piper Evergood (Current Champion, 0 defenses) Hope Lehane (5 defenses) Haley Croft (1 defense)

VTial
Yep. The problem mostly stems from you happening to give your champions mostly X-factor fights. The most improbable ones are Hazzan Fessik and Li-King Ho losing.
PoisonedSuperman
Seven straight now as Atep lost to Jim Carpenter! I was expecting this one though as Carpenter has been a beast. I moved him down as soon as I signed him from GAMMA (I believe after the first month or 2 game time) and he's gone 7-0 now. He's number 13 pound for pound. This old man has still got it! Rufus has now lost his title to Charles Stiles!!
Renegade MMA 037
I havent had a FW champ hold the title long enough to defend the title once..... ......my title changes too much ,now my FW division has 2 contenders, Li-Kong Ho and Brian Claremont(Former Champ)..... both winning impressively..... VTial
I forgot to add this: There's no official proof that this works but if you want to keep your champions and give them long title reigns - try hyping the intended loser. Yes, the loser not the winner. You won't get the benefits of hype but there's a good chance you can motivate your champ to defend his title reign. Rebby
Oh, I've had much larger in my GAMMA game. Heavyweights: James Foster (3 def) Tim Boyer (2 def) Followed by... -Raul Hughes -John Rivero -Kanezane Fujii -Jeff Carlton -Raul Hughes (2) -Kanezane Fujii (2) -Jutaro Honma -Elza Alves Moura -Gyokusho Fujimoto I haven't played it in awhile. I expect the next contender, Chuck Dooley, will probaly increase the streak.
atomzero
Not the most impressive log here, but most of my the fighters in my TOP company also seem to be allergic to the Heavyweight Title: (Past to Present, with defenses in parenthesis) Marvin Stevens (0) Juozas Skerla (0) Jutaro Honma (3) Iancu Trailescu (0) Zsolt Hargitay (0) Roope Kuqi (4) Norman Pike (0) Jutaro Honma (0) (current) Even more disgusting is that all but one of those fighters are still in my promotion. lean
Guys, in my SIGMA game Li-Kong Ho has been champion since 1998... it's 2005. He's got 20+ defenses. He's 40-0. Be glad with your constant title changes, I'd love to see someone crush him in my game!
jbergey_2005
MMA is very unpredictable. IRL titles change hands all of the time as well. If you want longer title reigns you should book your shows differently. Its not extremely difficult to create an appeared thread with a 13-0 record beating up on cans in which your champion can look dominate against. Rebby
I like lots of title changes. It makes you feel like the best of the best is fighting at the top, as opposed to the #1 guy fighting #10 through #
atomzero
I've gotten a little of both. Bill Brown has been my Middleweight champion over 2.5 years and 9 title defenses.
Blackman
In the beginning of a new promotion, you see less defenses. Irl it's also rather unlikely to see a streak of 3 wins. And there's Silva.
