Match Notes The bout had a good crowd and decent in-ring action. The Grappler was clearly the fan favorite but Colonel DeBeers did a great job of stalling long enough to cool the crowd down. Once The Grappler got his hands on DeBeers the fans went crazy again. Buddy Rose came down and inserted himself into the match after the referee got knocked down after a missed clothesline by DeBeers. Rose hit the Las Vegas Jackpot but then DeBeers was not satisfied with just that and hit the Pancake Piledriver. Rose got the referee to wake up and forced him to make the three count. Overall (57)

Show Notes:

Probably the best card I have done in the PNW.

Kayfabe Information:

Storylines are moving along nicely.

The next big event will be called Civil War and it will be held in Eugene Oregon. It will honor the battle between Oregon & Oregon State, has there yearly battle on the football field is called The Civil War.

Many of might be asking why The Grappler lost the title so quick, well the answer is an easy one. DeBeers I thought needed a title run but I needed a fan favorite to win the tournament, so I went with The Grappler winning and then losing the title right away.

Please let me know what you think about the shows.

Thank you for reading.

Main Event: Jimmy Snuka vs Crusher (Non-Title Match)

I don´t see why Crusher should go over your main champ even if it´s non-title match.

Match #1: The Grappler & Ricky Vaughn vs Buddy Rose & Colonel DeBeers

Heels look slighly stronger but Grappler is likely getting a feel good win after losing the title so soon.

Match #2: Bam Bam Bigelow vs John Nord (Television Title)

Though opponent, but it´s too early for a title change unless there is some other reasons like promised title run or Bam Bam leaving for some reason.

Match #3: The Fantastics vs Mike Miller & Abbuba Dein

Seems like Fantastics are going to feud with Sheephearders and that means that they will win here as they need to stay strong.

Dark Match #1: Lightning vs Chris Colt

Lightning is more important right now.

Dark Match #2: Burning Fury vs Bruise Brothers

Bruise Brothers are still collecting experience so I give this one Burning Fury

Main Event: Jimmy Snuka vs Crusher (Non-Title Match)

Blackwell couldn't even beat ArchAngel, so what chance does he have against the champ? However, he should give Snuka an excellent match to headline the show. Could see him against Bigelow at some point

Match #1: The Grappler & Ricky Vaughn vs Buddy Rose & Colonel DeBeers

Grappler just turned in one of the best main event matches, so need to keep him going strong. Ricky hasn't done anything of note yet. Maybe both need to step down a notch in competition so they can rack up some wins and get some momentum going. Family has all the tag team experience in this one and should find a way to win

Match #2: Bam Bam Bigelow vs John Nord (Television Title)

Nord is the "weak link" of the family. expect some interference and maybe gets him DQ'ed

Match #3: The Fantastics vs Mike Miller & Abbuba Dein

Dark Match #1: Lightning vs Chris Colt

Dark Match #2: Burning Fury vs Bruise Brothers

Fury has been doing their job of teaching the young teams the ropes - Bruiser Brothers get a much needed win here.

Overall (53)

Show Notes:

A really nice show. Things are a set for the next big show at the end of August.

Kayfabe Information:

Billy Jack is Billy Jack Haynes. You might remember him from the WWF but he got his start from the PNW before making it semi-big in the WWF. Billy Jack and Roddy Piper had there contract expire from the WWF. I tried to get both but the NJPW got Piper and there touring schedule only allowed him to come over every couple months, so it would not work very well. Billy Jack is a very nice addition to the roster, if he can stay clean for a good period of time.

Please let me know what you think about the shows.

Thank you for reading.

Main Event: Billy Jack vs Buddy Rose

Debut win

Match #1: The Grappler vs Rip Oliver

Oliver has been more important and he has more going on

Match #2: Natural Disasters vs Latin Connection

Could go either way but I think that Disasters are better singles guys so Connection´s best change to get the win seems to be tag match like this one.

Match #3: Archangel & Lightning vs The Juggernauts

Borne and friends have mostly lost their matches in this feud so it would be time for them to pick a win, still I have a sneaking suspection that it won´t come here but I go against my instinct here and pick The Juggernauts anyway.

Dark Match #1: Thunder vs Mike Miller

Archangel is clearly getting a push and Lighning needs to have one because of owner goal but will Thunder get a push as well? This will tell a lot but right now I go with Miller

Dark Match #2: Matt Borne vs Rex King

Squash

Match #2: Natural Disasters vs Latin Connection

I must say I am a bit shocked that it took you this long to get Billy Jack. I do not know much about Portland wrestling other than Billy Jack being one of its biggest stars. And it was the place where Raven first came on the radar. Now that Billy Jack has shown up, I fully expect to see Scotty Anthony/Johnny Polo/Scotty the Body/Raven showing up when he debuts in your game.

will go with Billy to get the early momentum pop, then Rose can always feed off that down the road

Grappler has been the odd man out, but I'll keep hoping for him to catch a break and impress management,

Match #2: Natural Disasters vs Latin Connection

agree with earlier comment that LC needs the tag team win

Match #3: Archangel & Lightning vs The Juggernauts

just to keep them alive and in the hunt, the young up and comers can pick up some wins later and benefit

guess I'll have turmoil to look forward to - if I can't right the ship. Out of curiosity, who were the 10 AWA rejects? Always curious how they are doing in other dynasties of the same era
