Ours is a little bit of a different concept here so we wanted to come to you and let you know a little bit at the beginning. To begin the new year of 2011, a full and complete draft was held on WWE.com to re-set the rosters on both Raw and Smackdown. Theodore Long made the selections for WWE Smackdown, while the Anonymous Raw General Manager made the selections for WWE Raw. Our rosters definitely vary from what you would see on Raw and Smackdown at the beginning of the year. In this diary, jhd1 will be handling Smackdown and I will be handling Raw. The decision has been made to keep these two distinct brands so that there is very little, if any, cross-over between the two, making this a true brand split. The only difference is that both shows will have matches on the pay-per-views. Though there will not be too many cross-over matches as those will only happen on special occassions. The war is true and strong and each week there will be a survey to you, the WWE Universe, where you get to decide which show did better that week: Raw or Smackdown?
