This month we’re discussing the events that transpired at eXist 2 inspire. Ron Killings defeating Fit Finlay- Killings was able to show that he’s far from the joke that many people have perceived him to be over the years. This match was one of the better matches of the night and delivered a nice crisp finish even though Finlay and Killings didn’t click in the ring. Their lack of chemistry was made almost null and void by both men’s work rate d talent. I give this match a 77/100 Jerry Lynn defeating Ultimo Dragon- Lynn is one of the most talented men to ever set foot into the ring. The same can also be said about Ultimo Dragon. This one was an exciting back and forth contest. Jerry Lynn pulled out the victory and retained his Light Heavyweight Championship I give this match a 56/100 Jay Lethal defeating Krimson- I don’t feel like that’s worded properly because Lethal didn’t really win anything. Unless you count being covered in your own blood a prize. Krimson dominated Lethal, using a steel chair to bash Lethal’s skull in. I give this match a 54/100 Carlito Colon defeating Christopher Daniels- The Fallen Angel wasn’t able to pull out a victory against Carlito in this one, but nearly did on numerous occasions. Like one of our announcers said during the pay per view, Daniels could easily slot into the main event picture if he’s able to pick up some momentum. I give this match a 74/100 The Dude Busters defeating The Irish Airborne, The Whole Shebang, and York & Matthews- A somewhat disappointing bout, but a decent match altogether. I give this match a 45/100 The Long Island Express defeating The Young Bucks- This match was able to deliver the kind of tag team action we’re looking for. Zack Ryder picked up the win with the Zack Attack and retaining the tag team titles. I give this match a 66/100 Color commentator Adam Copeland is showing serious interest the team of Gregory Trent and Kris Croft as well as the tag team champions themselves, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. The history between Long Island Express and Adam Copeland is known by most and Hawkins has a history with the Dude Busters. Next month at Halloween Hell the four men square off for the tag titles. This one should be good. Jeff Hardy defeating Elijah Burke- This match was a good one and its awesome seeing Jeff have passion in the ring again. Jeff was able to win and move onto the finals in the OMEGA Heavyweight Championship Tournament. I give this match a 73/100 Nick Nemeth defeating Matt Hardy- The finish of this match shocked quite a few people. It’s common knowledge that Matt Hardy is the owner of the company, so when Nemeth nailed the Natural Selection (formerly known as the Zig Zag in that other company) and got the pinfall, the crowd went nuts. VERY good match and definitely stole the show. I give this match a 78/100 As noted before, a women’s division called the Vixens division will be debuting in a few short months. We’ll have more information on whose being brought in. In other news, we’ve just found out OMEGA will have a television show on the channel Versus debuting in December. OMEGA is almost on the National stage, so this could be the last step into making it. The show has been named XtremeTV. After eXist 2 inspire, there was an oversight that allowed Nick Jackson’s contract to have run out. This was very unfortunate because the Young Bucks were meant to be a central part of the tag team division. With any lucky he’ll be brought back into the company as soon as possible. Next up on the docket is the match listing for next month’s Halloween Hell show. To restate the different prizes the winner can choose from: -Select a wrestler for me to hire, and I'll sign them -Select a tag team for me to hire -Select a female wrestler for me to hire Obviously, you might want to have a few back ups just in case you're first person is signed to a written elsewhere. Diary wise, the person(s) you select will be a few shows in before they debut considering I've booked past Rapture and the first episode of XtremeTV and may book Clash of the Titans and Episode 2 of XtremeTV tonight to keep my mind off of real life stuff. After Halloween Hell, the real storylines begin to develop and I feel really good about the non OMEGA Championship story line that's going to go on.
