Prediction Key:

#1 Contenders Match, Womens Title: Cherry Bomb vs. Belle Bryden vs. Alicia Strong vs. ???

Comment: I really think Strong should win it, since she's the number one female in the world currently (Fuyuko Higa might edge her out). However, Raven's a face, meaning we need a heel.

So why Bomb over Bryden? Bomb had a promo last week. I assume, then, that she wins over Belle winning.

Who's the question mark? I don't think it matters. If it's a face, it definitely changes nothing. If she's a heel, it would be odd for her to get pushed immediately. Also, who's better than Bryden, then? Joanne Rodriguez? She's going to be a face if she debuts. Miss Mexico? Interesting...

I'm picking Joanne Rodriguez for the mystery spot.

USPW Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. The Force

Comment: I am the Force. FOOOORRRRRCCCCEEEE

The Titans vs. The Hillbillys

Comment: Fire the Hillbillys.

Darryl Devine and Peter Valentine vs. James Justice and Captain USAComment: Valentine makes me a bit hesitant, but Justice is one of your top stars.

USPW World Title Match: Enygma defends vs. Jumbo Jackson

Comment: And Enygma is your top star. Well, face, I guess.

Signs:

Joan Jett = Next Women's Champ (during #1 contender match. Get the joke? HAHAHAHA)

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 2 January 2010

Location: Centerpiece Bridge (Mid Atlantic)

Attendance: 4,874

Overall Rating: C+

TV Rating: 1.39

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ShaneSneer.jpg

[Our show this week takes place from Centerpiece Bridge Arena where the nearly sell-out crowd is ready for some USPW action! Danny Jillefski and Micky Starr welcome everyone to USPW American Wrestling and the cheers turn to boos when Shane Sneer walks out from the back and heads to the ring. Danny can't figure out why the people are booing Sneer, of course. Sneer enters the ring and talks about how tonight the Sneer Corporation is going to walk away with the USPW World title. As a matter of fact, he wants to call out Enygma this evening to come in the ring and shake his hand. He wants to tell Enygma to his face that this is going to be a clean match with no outside interference. As Sneer continues to talk, the attention turns behind him as a figure can be seen rappelling down from the rafters.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/Enygma_alt1jt.jpg

[The crowd cheers as that figure can be seen to be the USPW World Champion Enygma! Shane Sneer continues on about how the Sneer Corporation is the most powerful entity in the world. That there is no group more powerful than the Sneer Corporation. Enygma lands in the ring behind Sneer as the crowd cheers, going wild, believing they are going to see Shane Sneer get his just desserts! But another figure has leaped the guardrail with a metal folding chair in hand.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JumboJackson_alt4.jpg

[Jumbo Jackson, Enygma's opponent tonight, slides into the ring behind Enygma. Enygma releases himself from the rappelling line and taps Shane Sneer on the shoulder. Jackson brings the chair back and WHAM! He nails Enygma in the back with the chair! Enygma stumbles forward, bumping into Shane Sneer. Sneer falls over and grabs his ankle suddenly, wincing in pain. Jackson ignores his manager for a moment and brings the chair across the back and ribs of Enygma three more times. Enygma covers up, trying to prevent more damage at this moment. Jackson looks down sternly at him and then drops the chair. He walks over to Sneer and picks up his manager, exiting the ring with him and leaving Enygma down on the mat. The camera focuses in on a sign reading: 'Is that a shrimp in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?' What a way to start off American Wrestling!]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/CherryBomb_jhd1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/BelleBryden_jsilver.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/AliceStrum1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JoanneRodriguez_JSilver.jpg

#1 Contenders Match

Cherry Bomb vs. Belle Bryden vs. Alicia Strong vs. Joanne Rodriguez

[Our opening contest is a four way contest to determint the top contender to the USPW Women's title. We have a mystery wrestler, who is revealed to be 'J-Ro' Joanne Rodriguez, much to the chagrin of Belle Bryden. Danny Jillefski and Micky Starr go over the history between J-Ro and Belle Bryden. The match itself is a fast-paced contest, including such high spots as J-Ro coming off the top rope with a cross body to the outside of the ring onto all three of the other wrestlers! When they are outside there, the camera focuses in on a sign reading: 'Joan Jett = Next Women's Champ!' All four wrestlers manage to get some offense in. In the end, it's a four way battle inside the ring. Bryden and J-Ro spill to the outside, leaving Cherry Bomb and Alicia Strong inside the ring. Bomb hits Strong with the Gutwrench Sitdown Powerbomb that is self-titled Cherry Bomb. Bomb hooks her legs over the shoulders of Strong: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Cherry Bomb (Via Pinfall @ 7:56)

Match Rating: C-

[Cherry Bomb raises up, getting her arms raised in victory this evening. Now, she will be going one on one with Raven Robinson for the USPW Women's title at Stars, Stripes And Slams! Outside the ring, Belle Bryden and Joanne Rodriguez don't even seem to know the bell has sounded as they are still battling it out until officials come down to break that up. The crowd goes into cheers, though, as a figure comes out from the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/RavenNightfall_sockpuppet.jpg

[Raven Robinson is here! She looks up toward the ring and her new challenger. Cherry Bomb makes a 'belt' motion. Robinson just points to the belt around her waist to show that she plans to keep it there. The crowd looks for a confrontation between the two but we are left with just a staredown for now.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/USPW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/SamStrong.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/NickyChampion_jhd2-1.jpg

[We head backstage at this point to find that we are in Sam Strong's office with the USPW Owner sitting behind his desk. Also in the room is Nicky Champion. Champion looks disappointed over the more feminine Strong losing tonight. Strong begins talking with Champion, asking how he thought the date went. The two have a brief conversation about it, with Champion not offering any more than we had already seen last week. Strong gives Champion a fair warning about not doing anything with his daughter. Champion says he will be a perfect gentleman.]

Match #2

USPW Television Title Match

Andre Jones defends vs. The Force

[Our second match of the evening is a rematch from USPW Made In America where Andre Jones won the USPW Television title belt from The Force. The Force is intent on proving that the win was a fluke and that he should be the rightful USPW Television Champion. Like anyone would expect, this match was a brawl from the get-go. A lot of high powered moves used by both men with The Force drawing a near fall following a backbreaker. Jones shows his mettle in this match, though he gets distracted by fans shouting 'Wilson' after the volleyball in Castaway. But he wasn't distracted enough to let the fans deter him from victory. He lands the Blast From The Past and makes a cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Andre Jones (Via Pinfall @ 7:09; Andre Jones retains the USPW Television title)

Match Rating: D

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/USPW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

[The crowd was unhappy about the Andre Jones win to say the least. But that is understandable as Jones is not the most popular wrestler. However, things change within the crowd when the next man walks out from the back. This is a man who will be fighting for the #1 contendership at USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams. This is a Hardcore American. This is Chris Caulfield! Caulfield took a tough tumble outside the ring last week because of a sneak attack but he looks ready to come out here and address the fans. He gives high fives to the fans who are standing at ringside and then climbs inside the ring. But before he can address anyone, another figure comes from the back with a beeline right to the ring.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/BruceTheGiant_sockpuppet.jpg

[it's an angry Bruce The Giant! Bruce steps in over the top rope and Caulfield comes to meet him! Bruce and Caulfield exchange punches and forearm shots until Bruce shoves Caulfield back. Caulfield bounces off the ropes and then gets caught in a body slam by Bruce The Giant! The crowd boos as Bruce roars! The 7'4" giant looks down at Caulfield and then picks him up, wrapping that large hand around the throat of the Hardcore American! He is ready to hit the Giant Choke Slam when a third figure slides in the ring with a chair in hand!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JohnnyMartin_jhd1.jpg

[Who is this man? He is identified by Micky Starr as being one of the main players during the East Coast Wars: Johnny Martin! But he's not signed to a USPW contract, is he? Whether he is or he isn't, he lays into Bruce with chair shot after chair shot! Bruce drops Chris Caulfield and Martin doubles over Bruce with a chair shot to the ribs! He looks to Caulfield and the two of them hit Bruce with a double clothesline with the chair, sending Bruce up and over the top rope to the floor below! Caulfield drops to a knee in the ring and Martin checks on his friend. What a debut for Johnny Martin!]

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/TysonBaine_alt4.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/T-Rex_alt1.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/SheikMustafa_alt1jt.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/AlTheHillybilly_ewanite.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/PeteTheHillbilly.jpg

The Titans vs. The Hillbillys

[This matchup is complete and total domination. It should and doesn't come as a surprise to any of the fans, right? Tyson Baine and T-Rex, with the help of their manager Sheik Mustafa, manage to keep The Hillbillys from giving any offensive moves during the match. Baine and T-Rex use a lot of high impact tactics and show that they can work together pretty well during the match. In the end, T-Rex locks on the Jurassic Crush swinging full nelson on Pete The Hillbilly and Tyson Baine drops Al with a Hades Bomb. As the referee makes the count on the legal man, Al, Pete is also tapping out: 1 -- 2 -- 3! What a dominating victory for The Titans.]

Winners: The Titans (Via Pinfall @ 4:02)

Match Rating: D+

[We are taken to a video of an occurance from earlier tonight. We are shown Freddie Datsun and Des Davids, The People's Team, arriving at the building tonight with their bags in hand as they walk across the parking lot. Before they can get in the building, though, they are confronted by Danny Rushmore and Mick Muscles, The Towers of Power! A brawl erupts in the parking lot between all four men with neither side gaining a full advantage for the first minute, until Rushmore hits Datsun with a low blow. When that happens, he moves over to help Mick Muscles double team Des Davids! Davids is given a Bulldozer Powerbomb on the hood of a car! The former stand-out football star is out on that hood. Rushmore and Muscles give each other a high five and then put a few boots to Datsun, who's lying on the ground. Muscles lifts Datsun up slightly -- Atomic Boot! Datsun and Davids are left laying out in the parking garage as The Towers of Power head toward the building. What a dastardly assault!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/SamStrong.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/EricTyler.jpg

[We are taken backstage once again. Once again, we are in the office of the USPW Owner Sam Strong. Strong is not alone in his office this evening. Instead, some of the fans might recognize the man who is with him. This man is a retired wrestler and also a traditionalist. This man is Eric Tyler. Strong and Tyler are seen shaking hands in the office with Tyler looking Strong in the eyes and telling him that he has not made a mistake. He tells Strong that the man that Tyler is bringing in will prove himself inside the ring. Strong tells Tyler to make him proud and not to make this a mistake. Tyler just nods and we head back to the ring.]

Peter Valentine and Darryl Devine vs. James Justice and Captain USA

[Our semi main event and it's not a great match. In fact it is definitely below average for what these four men are capable of bringing to the plate. Justice and USA have no chemistry as a team whatsoever and that hurt the match severely. It should come as no surprise, though, that this match is mostly a brawl from the beginning as three out of the four men have top brawling skills. Devine tries to speed up the pace when he is in control and even catches Justice with a springboard clothesline that results in a two count as Seduction looks on from outside the ring. While the camera focuses in on Seduction, a sign can be read in the front row saying: 'USA Justice!' Captain USA served as the face-in-peril during the match but when he got a hot tag to James Justice things really did start to heat up. Justice takes out Valentine and Devine with clotheslines and a powerslam for Valentine! Valentine rolls out of the ring and Justice catches Devine with a powerslam! Valentine grabs his USPW National title belt and begins walking up the aisle as Justice bounces off the ropes -- SSSTTTAAALLLLLLSSS -- DUDE KNEE DROP! Valentine is gone by the time Devine stands and Justice hooks him -- Liberation Slam! Justice makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winners: James Justice and Captain USA (Via Pinfall @ 6:51)

Match Rating: D

USPW World Title Match

Enygma defends vs. Jumbo Jackson

[Our main event contest is for the USPW World title! Enygma has his ribs taped, showing that when he walks down to the ring to take on Jumbo Jackson. In the opening few minutes of the bout, Shane Sneer is nowhere to be seen and Enygma takes advantage of that, going for several pinfalls early on where he almost scores a victory. Around the six minute mark, Jackson manages to get some shots in on the hurt ribs of Enygma and that gives him an advantage, which he takes and focuses on the ribs of Enygma. He rips off the tape and does things like ramming Enygma ribs-first into the steel ring post and into the ring apron. Around the ten minute mark, Shane Sneer arrives at ringside on crutches with his ankle taped up from where he fell earlier. Jackson hooks a bearhug on Enygma in the center of the ring, squeezing those ribs. Enygma shakes his head as he doesn't want to give up. Eventually the referee has to begin raising the arms of Enygma. He only dropped twice as the third time, Enygma begins fighting back, throwing punches and headbutts to Jackson! Jackson runs forward and rams Enygma back-first into the turnbuckle. As Jackson yells at the crowd, the camera picks up on a sign reading: 'Who's under the mask?']

[The momentum shifts when Jackson goes for the Jumbo Avalanche in the corner and Enygma manages to dodge the move! As Jackson bounces off the turnbuckles, staggering backward, Enygma clips the leg of Jackson. Enygma gets his power from the crowd, garnering a strong second wind! Enygma focuses right in on the ankle of Jackson with Sneer wincing at ringside with every blow because of his own ankle injury. Jackson's ankle is rammed on the side of the apron and then he is brought to the center of the ring -- Enygma Variation! Enygma locks in the grapevined ankle lock! Jackson's eyes go wide! He struggles, fighting, trying to reach the ropes! Shane Sneer tries reaching inside the ring with his crutch! But Jackson has to tap out! What a win by Enygma!]

Winner: Enygma (Via Submission @ 16:41; Enygma retains the USPW World title)

Match Rating: B-

[Shane Sneer looks frustrated outside the ring, as Enygma breaks the hold and Jumbo Jackson rolls outside. Enygma holds his ribs, while still laying on the mat. Sneer is yelling at Jackson, who just stands there and takes it. Finally, those two men begin walking to the back as the crowd celebrates the successful title defense and the victory by Enygma. As Sneer and Jackson walk backstage, they pass two more figures who are on their way toward the ring.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/TysonBaine_alt4.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/SheikMustafa_alt1jt.jpg

[Tyson Baine is led to the ring by Sheik Mustafa, who is yelling something to Baine that can't quite be picked up by the microphones. The two men enter the ring and Baine levels Enygma with a boot to the head as Enygma tries to stand. Enygma crumples back to the mat and the number one contender walks over and picks him up -- Hades Bomb! Enygma looks like he was just in a car wreck! His body is mangled! Tyson Baine roars in the middle of the ring with his arms raised in victory. Sheik Mustafa puts a couple of boots to the ribs of Enygma and the show comes to a close with Tyson Baine standing tall.]

[The Ministry

Queens New York]

[On Saturday evening, Sam Strong, Alicia Strong and myself donned disguises and decided to go and check on some of the competition. This competition happened to be Pittsburgh Steel Wrestling in The Ministry in Queens New York. We had been given a personal invitation to come and see the show by Johnny Martin, who of course has a contract with USPW. Johnny was in the semi main event and the best match of the night when he faced off with Alex Braun.

But we were mostly there to scout some of the younger talent that PSW has to offer. We focused our attention on men like Grandmaster Phunk, Teddy Powell, Matthew Keith and Steven Parker. Any of these four men look like they might be able to make the transition from working in places like the Ministry to coming to the Huntsville Fairgrounds. Of course Sam knows Matthew's father and that definitely helps his case for possibly coming to USPW.

Following the ending of the show, we headed to a local coffeeshop where we could lose the disguises and speak a little more freely. We had a pretty short conversation about the future of several of these wrestlers when it comes to USPW. Of course right now we are simply scouting and not looking to add anyone to the company. But knowledge is power, right?]

OOC NOTE: I have a question for all my readers and an honest answer is always good. How long does everyone prefer between shows? Do you prefer a longer wait, a shorter wait? A few days? A week? A couple of weeks? A month? I would love to know what the preference is for the readers, keeping the prediction contest in mind.

A week between shows works for me. You always seem to have a snippet or two in hand between your cards to certainly keep it interesting. I like Taker's approach to the CGC diary. You know you're getting the card for predictions on a certain day and the card is up that next weekend with his after show commentary a couple of days later. IMO :)

I find that if there are shows going up every few days, I have a great tendency to fall behind. If they are more sporadic, I tend to overlook. I agree with Emark that right around a week works nicely. Not necessarily exactly a week, right on a schedule, but in that area.

Prediction Key:

Darryl Devine vs. Johnny Martin

Eric Tyler's New Signing vs. Nicky Champion

Danny Rushmore vs. Freddie Datsun

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

Non Title: Bruce The Giant vs. Enygma

To answer the question, I like shows as often as possible in my head, but in practice I think one every few days or a week is good.

Thank you to everyone for your comments on my question. With those comments in mind, I have decided to do a weekend focus on this diary. So you can expect the next card up generally on Saturdays. Though sometimes it may have to be pushed back to Sunday. But soon after the card is up will come the next week's prediction listing.

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 3 January 2010

Location: McGaw Arena (Tri State)

Attendance: 4,864

Overall Rating: C

TV Rating: 1.39

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/BruceTheGiant_sockpuppet.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/Enygma_alt1jt.jpg

[Our show this week does not begin inside the McGaw Arena as most people believed that it would. Instead, we begin out in the parking garage where Danny Jillefski and Micky Starr are yelling about a fight taking place. The fight is between the two men in our main event this evening Bruce The Giant and Enygma! When we come to the parking garage, Bruce has Enygma on the ropes. Bruce gives a Giant Headbutt to Enygma and tosses him on top of a car, whose car alarm goes off. Enygma manages to fight back for a moment or two but Bruce gains control again and shoves the masked USPW World Champion up against the wall, choking him with those massive hands. He is trying to push Enygma over the wall but officials finally come out and break things up. Enygma falls to his knees as Bruce roars over top of him. These two men will meet in the ring later tonight!]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/DarrylDevine_jsilver.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/Seduction_jsilver.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JohnnyMartin_jhd1.jpg

Darryl Devine vs. Johnny Martin

[The match was a decent back and forth encounter to open things up here on USPW American Wrestling. One of the issues with this match, though, is the lack of chemistry between Devine and Martin. Unfortunately with a live show, several botches are shown by both Devine and Martin. Devine does hit Martin with a twisting suicide dive outside the ring that gets the crowd excited. Back inside the ring, Martin takes control and hits Devine with a running knee lift. He sends Devine to the ropes and drops him with a twisting spinebuster! A little after the eight minute mark, Martin picks up Devine with a slingshot suplex known as a Twist On The Rocks! Martin makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Johnny Martin (Via Pinfall @ 8:28)

Match Rating: D+

[Darryl Devine rolls outside, angry at the ending of the match and heading to the back with Seduction. Johnny Martin remains in the ring and takes up a microphone. He talks about the fact that he came out last week to rescue a good friend in Chris Caulfield from a brutal assault by a giant. This is a giant that he is placing a challenge to for next week. As we head toward Stars, Stripes And Slams, he wants Bruce The Giant inside the ring to make up for the attack on Chris Caulfield.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ShaneSneer.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JumboJackson_alt4.jpg

[We head backstage, this time to find Shane Sneer and Jumbo Jackson within a locker room. Sneer now has a cast on his leg and is walking with crutches. He complains about his foot hurting and says it hurts even more since Jumbo disappointed him last week in the match against Enygma. He threatens Jackson not to disappoint him again in his match tonight against James Justice. He turns his attention to Justice himself and says that the 'Dude' has been a thorn in his side for a very long time. Tonight Jumbo Jackson is going to pluck that thorn. Jackson just growls and cracks his knuckles in the background, beginning to pace like a wild animal.]

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/LarryWood_alt.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/EricTyler.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/NickyChampion_jhd2-1.jpg

Larry Wood vs. Nicky Champion

[Another pretty open match but one that the fans got moreso into than our opening encounter. This is the debut of Larry Wood in to USPW and he is called by name by our announcers. Wood shows a lot of his brawling skill throughout the match, including multiple clotheslines and a tossing body slam. Champion comes back with several suplex variations that draw the crowd to their feet. The camera focuses around the arena for a moment, picking up on a sign reading: 'Tradition? I didn't know Tyler was Jewish!' From outside the ring, Eric Tyler slides a chair in to Wood. Champion charges and Wood connects with the steel chair right in front of the referee! The referee immediately calls for the bell.]

Winner: Nicky Champion (Via Disqualification @ 5:12)

Match Rating: C+

[The absolutely crazy Larry Wood begins smashing Nicky Champion with the chair over and over again! Eric Tyler smiles from ringside as he watches the goings-on. Wood grabs Champion and sets him up in the corner. He sets the chair in front of Champion's face and backs up a few paces. He charges -- Running Big Foot! The big foot right into the chair and into the face of Nicky Champion! Champion is knocked out cold! Eric Tyler enters the ring and steps beside the masked and psychotic Larry Wood. Tyler pats him on the back and shoulder and they leave, finally allowing medical assistants to come and check on Champion. As those medical assistants focus on Champion, a sign is shown in the background: 'Should have smacked her butt!']

[Next we head backstage where a confrontation is being held between USPW Womens Champion Raven Robinson and Cherry Bomb. The two women are arguing over which of them is going to win their match at Stars, Stripes And Slams with Cherry Bomb going on a psychotic rant. Bomb is the first to throw punches between the two. Robinson fires back with punches. Bomb hits Robinson with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex with Robinson screaming out in pain when she lands on the ground. Bomb yanks at her hair and screams wildly before officials step in to break things up between the two top females.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/USPW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JohnnyMartin_jhd1.jpg

[We head elsewhere backstage, to a locker room, in fact, where Chris Caulfield approaches Johnny Martin. The first thing Caulfield does is shake hands with his friend. The two talk with each other briefly and Caulfield wishes Martin good luck in his match next with Bruce The Giant. He also thanks Martin for saving him last week. Martin says it was the right thing to do and next week he is going to do the right thing and soften up the big giant for the Hardcore American.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/USPW.jpg

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/DannyRushmore.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ShaneSneer.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/MickMuscles.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/FreddieDatsun_alt3.jpg

Danny Rushmore vs. Freddie Datsun

[Our next match is a preview of the USPW World Tag Team titles match at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Just like anyone would expect, this match was a focused high power brawl. Both men use power moves against one another. Datsun catches Rushmore with several punches and a discus clothesline that draws the fans to their feet. Rushmore ducks a short-arm clothesline and drops Datsun with a neckbreaker. He sends Datsun outside the ring and distracts the official while Sneer and Muscles work over the American Everyman. Back inside the ring, Rushmore scores a couple of near falls before Datsun begins fighting back. The crowd holds a 'Datsun, Datsun' chant. Datsun drops Rushmore with a snap suplex before he gets taken down by a Mick Muscles clothesline, causing a DQ.]

Winner: Freddie Datsun (Via Disqualification @ 7:58)

Match Rating: C

[The Towers of Power immediately go to work on Freddie Datsun. Danny Rushmore catches Datsun with an Atomic Boot, while the crowd boos but one holds up a sign reading: 'Freddie Datloser!' Mick Muscles sets up Datsun for the Bulldozer Powerbomb until a figure comes sprinting from the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/DesDavids_jhd1.jpg

[Freddie Datsun's partner Des Davids slides into the ring in full football pads! Davids takes down Rushmore with a clothesline! Down goes Muscles with a Quarterback Sack! The crowd goes absolutely wild! Davids goes down in a three point stance but the Towers of Power roll out of the ring quickly, joining their injured manager Shane Sneer. Sneer stumbles backward, caught by Rushmore and Muscles and helped toward the back while Davids checks on Datsun inside the ring.]

[We are taken backstage once again. This time, we see a Mystery Woman standing in the back with Captain USA. This Mystery Woman grabs USA's hat and places it on her head, while obviously flirting with him. Captain USA seems to be eating it up, though the woman is obviously very much younger than he is. As the Woman flirts with him, a figure can be seen moving in behind USA. This mysterious figure strikes USA in the back of the head as the Mystery Woman jumps back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/PeterValentine_alt.jpg

[Peter Valentine is shown as the mystery figure. Valentine puts the boots to USA as USA lies on the ground. The USPW National Champion mounts USA and begins throwing a flurry of punches to the skull while the mystery woman watches, obviously pleased with what is going on. Valentine throws in a few elbows to the skull, leaving USA down and out. Valentine stands up and offers his arm to this Mystery Woman. She takes it and the two of them walk off as Captain USA lies unconcious.]

Match #4

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/JumboJackson_alt4.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/ShaneSneer.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/Liberty_dse81.jpg

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

[Our semi main event and this is a good one between Jumbo Jackson and James Justice. Both of these men are skilled at brawling so it comes as no surprise that this match is a hard hitting one. Both sides get in some good offense throughout the match. Jackson takes control a few minutes into the match and scores several near falls on Justice. Jackson chokes Justice in the corner with a boot choke. He catches Justice with a Big Legdrop and scores another near fall. An elbowdrop misses, though, and Justice starts to take control. He fires a series of right hand punches to Jackson, followed by a Liberty Big Left Hand to floor Jackson! Justice catches Jackson with an Implant DDT and then bounces off the ropes -- SSSTTTAAALLLLLLSSS -- DUDE KNEE DROP! Jackson is down and hurt and Justice gets in position. Jackson slowly pulls himself up -- Liberation Slam! Justice makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: James Justice (Via Pinfall @ 11:18)

Match Rating: C+

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/BruceTheGiant_sockpuppet.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/Enygma_alt1jt.jpg

Non Title

Bruce The Giant vs. Enygma

[Our main event contest has definitely been ramped up since earlier tonight and the attack by Bruce The Giant on Enygma in the parking garage. Unfortunuately, these two do show a lack of chemistry. Inside the ring, the USPW World Champion Enygma tries to use a hit and run strategy in the early goings. The hit and run strategy only works for the first two minutes before Bruce The Giant manages to grab him. Bruce uses his superior size to bring Enygma down again and again. He uses moves like the Giant Headbutt and a short arm knee lift to get several near falls. During this time, Sheik Mustafa and Tyson Baine come down and stand at the ringside area. Bruce goes for a Giant Elbow Drop but Enygma manages to roll out of the way! Enygma throws some kicks to the head of Bruce while he is down. He bounces off the ropes -- Enygmagiri Kick! An enzuigiri kick by Enygma! The crowd goes absolutely wild! Enygma starts to get control in the match but he doesn't see the fact that Tyson Baine has entered the ring! He goes in to wrap the Enygma Variation on Bruce but he takes a clothesline to the back of the head instead, resulting in another DQ this evening.]

Winner: Enygma (Via Disqualification @ 12:18)

Match Rating: C+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/SheikMustafa_alt1jt.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW3/TysonBaine_alt4.jpg

[Sheik Mustafa yells from outside the ring as Tyson Baine grabs Enygma by the throat -- Hades Bomb! Enygma's body crumples to the mat as the Demon From The Deep stands over top of him. Bruce The Giant slowly pulls himself toward his feet and comes face to face with Tyson Baine! Bruce is upset that Baine interfered in the match. The two large athletes get into a shoving match as officials come in and do their best to seperate the two. The show comes to a close with Enygma on the mat between Bruce The Giant and Tyson Baine, who are in a staredown.]
