Thanks for the predictions everyone! I'm hoping to post the show on Thurs/Friday. Work is going to leave me no time before then...

A skate park at night time.

Not a cool, big one. This one is a bit small and rubbish. It’s clearly been built as a concession by a local council with some budget left to spend at the end of a fiscal year.

The park is outside and it’s pitch black with just the light of streetlamps illuminating the scene. On the top of a ramp an old-fashioned ghetto blaster pumps out what sounds like “House Under The Ground” by A.

A brightly lit, private gym. There’s not a huge amount of equipment here –but what there is is gleaming, modern and sleek. It’s the sort of gym you expect the Governator had when he was in office.

Jeff Nova is the centre of attention in the room and he’s on a reclining bench lifting amazing weights. Not only are there huge slabs of metal but the big man is pumping them with the speed and control of an Olympic athlete.

“I’ll be back her tonight for my match but before that we’ve got an amazing night. Wrestling the way it used to be with the best fighters in Britian showing each other who is the best.

“Later on Steve Stoat is going to become a world champion when he pins that disgusting turncoat Joss Thompson but firstly Leo Price is going to show how serious we are as a group by doing something few man can claim they’ve done. Beating a Cornell clean in the centre of the ring.”

* Both men are really closely matched here and every strike and hold is returned and matched.
* Cornell seems perhaps the more aggressive but Leo uses every drop of his experience to stay level.
* However – contrary to all warnings Kathleen Lee is the catalyst of this match when she interferes in the match slapping Eddie when Leo is down.
* The ref of course is under special instructions and immediately abandons the match.

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Eddie Cornell drew with Leo Price in 17:46 when the referee abandoned the match after interference.

Rolling Johnny Stones makes what’s perhaps the most spectacular entrance ever seen in 21CW. Fireworks explode, lights flash, LOUD music booms and Stones himself leaps out from a cloud of violet smoke. He’s dressed tonight in full Axl Rose gear – torn denim and bandana.

After dancing his way to the ring the UK champ grabs a microphone:

“Ladies and gentlemen – it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for. The very finest wrestler in England is again putting his belt on the line. It doesn’t matter that I’m fighting a second-rate old has-been who doesn’t even take wrestling seriously. It doesn’t even matter that I’m not main-eventing like I should be.

“The only thing that matters is that I’m going to dominate this match again and after the match I’ll be waiting in my dressing room for any young ladies that know how to party…”

* DJ Reason is a smooth old vet and desperate to do well tonight but to be honest seems a little overmatched as Stones appears very strong.
* Of course, for a man like Stones that can be a disaster and as he gets overconfident his posturing and posing veer into the foolhardy. Johnny takes a moment to celebrate particularly hard after a DDT and DJ Reason leaps up to lock in a sleeper hold.
* When Luke Cool sprints into the ring. Stones ally/partner goes to hit Reason causing him to break the hold and front up
* And Rolling Johnny Stones takes the opportunity to hit his trademark Brainbuster before taking the win to retain his UK title.
In a match that had some good action and average heat, Rolling Johnny Stones defeated DJ Reason in 13:29 by pinfall with a Brainbuster. During the match we also had Luke Cool distract Reason.

Danny Francis appears next. The big young Brixtonian/Jamaican heads to the ring alone. Again Danny’s cousin Dwayne Dark is conspicuously absent.

“The events of the last couple of weeks have been embarrassing for me. Where I come from life is tough. And so are men. If you can’t look after yourself you won’t last get as far as Stockwell let alone the bright lights of success.

“My cousin Dwayne Dark has his heart in the right place but he’s young and he needs to understand that what happens in Brixton isn’t what happens in 21CW. He’s my blood and I love him, but he needs to get his head right.

“But in the meantime I’ll take this match any way I can get it. Business Jones did beat me in our first match. That’s fine. I can lose to a better man. But he disrespected me and cheated and that’s not ok with me.

“So I’m going to teach him a lesson. You can join up with that corporate bulls#*t-spouting Startup but in this ring it’s just you and me. And I won’t be losing this time.”

* Business is strong again and starts off manhandling the smaller and younger Danny Francis.
* But as the match continues Business looks increasingly lost. Danny even tries to re-engage the big man but Jones’ mind is clearly on other things tonight.
* And in fact somewhere very far away as Jones simply gets out of the ring and wanders off.
* The ref duly counts him out and awards Danny the match but it’s clear not all is OK with Business Jones.

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Danny Francis defeated Business Jones in 12:55 by count out.

Dunton Hall heads to the ring accompanying just one of the other Startup members – Johansson. Hall is as always dressed in a bespoke suit and black shirt whilst the huge and muscled Johansson is in just a pair of trunks allowing the crowd to get a good luck at his AWESOME build.

“Good evening fans, spectators and investors. Tonight you’ve seen some impressive specimens and some good competitors. In particular Danny Francis performed amazingly to beat one of my employees Business Jones. No doubt our shareholders will have something to say about that.

“But next you will see a real game-changer. The sort of black-swan event that can turn my Startup into a phenomenon.

“I am of course referring to Mr Johansson here. Tonight he faces his greatest match in 21CW. Tonight Johansson will really establish himself as a contender when he beats Pitbull Brown.”

* A great contrast of styles here as Johansson’s pure power comes up against the gritty old-school style of The Man Who Never Gives Up.
* Johansson is of course super-aggressive but again and again is warded off Pitbull’s clever and subtle reversals, holds and transitions.
* Of course Johansson does tend to tire quickly and as he runs out of puff Pitbull steps up – And a fearsome-looking Doghouse Piledriver on the enormous Scandinavian ends this match conclusively.

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Pit Bull Brown defeated Johansson in 13:09 by pinfall following a Doghouse Piledriver.

Joss Thompson himself heads to the ring on his motorbike. It’s a big, loud machine even if it is stripped back to the bare frame and it’s quite hard to imagine a cooler way of entering the arena.

“Y’all better get ready for an ass-whupping tonight. I’m angry. Angrier than I’ve ever been in this country.

“Jeff Nova is the man who brought me here across the ocean and he’s a man I respect. And people like Jonathan Faust and Dunton Hall think they can do whatever they want with his company. It makes me sick.

“And The Takeover too. At least Leo Price is open about what he is. Steve Stoat isn’t even that. He’s a dirty fighter. The fans might not see it but in pro wrestling he’s got a reputation for being a nasty sonovabitch.

“Well I’m here to stand against tat sort of thing. I’m here to represent Jeff Nova’s vision of what a company should be as champion. I’m here to beat the likes of Steve Stoat like he’s never been beat before.”

* As advertised Stoat is super-stiff here. One kick to Joss’ face in particular has the crowd cringing as they hear the heavy smack.
* Joss on the other hand is animated and angry as he uses his great variety of moves to keep Stoat off-balance.
* The match settles into a cat-and-mouse affair and Stoat seems to get more confident whilst Joss gets more desperate.
* But it’s all undone in a moment when Kathleen Lee shouts something specific at Joss. Something appears to snap and the champ gets red-hot against Stoat hitting his Clean Cutter and getting the 3-count.

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Joss Thompson defeated Steve Stoat in 28:13 by pinfall with a Clean Cutter. Joss Thompson makes defence number 3 of his 21st Century World title.

Jonathan Faust makes his way to the ring. Tonight instead of his usual jacket/trunks combo Faust is wearing a full-length dressing made of what appears to be black silk. He’s accompanied by Dunton Hall.

“I’ve noticed that there’s been a lot of talk about this match this week. And a lot of you so-called fans have been saying nasty things about me.

“Good. The more chatter there is the more cash it makes for our company – The Startup. And the more people cheer against me the more money I’ll make.

“You see I’m going to win this match. Jeff Nova was once the World’s Strongest Man. But now he’s just a broken down old man. I’m the biggest name in UK wrestling and I’m the next World Champion. After I beat Nova tonight no one will be able to deny it any more.”

Jeff Nova comes to the ring in his fighting gear. The boss looks his 37 years but what a 37 years it is. He still has the barrel-chest and huge shoulders of a world-class strength athlete and the scars of growing up in Glasgow.

“The ring clearly isn’t the place I prefer to be. I’m a powerlifter. I’m not a grappler. But I’m not the kind of bloke who doesn’t give his all either. Jonathan Faust has got too big for his boots and it’s down to me to sort him out.

“Tonight’s match isn’t about making a point. It’s about showing all the men backstage what 21CW really is. It’s about showing everyone that there is one way around here and it’s my way.

“I was once the World’s Strongest Man and I don’t think anyone quite understands what that means. I trained harder than anyone. I worked harder than anyone. I made sacrifices and I smashed the pain barrier again and again.

“Faust may think he’s a big man but I’ve been here before. And I can eat people like him for breakfast.”

Jeff Nova vs. Jonathan Faust

* As expected the match sees Nova defending against the younger and faster Faust whilst he waits for the chance to use his awesome strength.
* Faust covers the whole ring and even takes to the air to try and outflank Nova’s defensive stance but is frustrated as the boss locks up again and again and slows the match right down.
* Faust gets visibly annoyed and starts to gesture that Nova is scared to the crowd and it has the desired effect: Nova comes out all guns blazing.
* This of course is a terrifying sight and Faust is swept up into an inverted position as Nova parades the younger man around like a trophy.
* But Faust was playacting all along and slips behind Nova. The big man is astonished but helpless as Faust uses Novas own weight against him and executes a perfect Devil’s Drop to take the match 1-2-3!

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Jonathan Faust defeated Jeff Nova in 23:10 by pinfall with a Devil's Drop.

B

After the match there’s a moment of stillness. The crowd can’t quite believe that Jeff Nova – THE Jeff Nova – has been beaten.

The strange moment of stillness is broken though as Faust’s allies head to the ring – Johansson, Business Jones and Dunton Hall all climb in join Faust in attacking Nova as he lies beaten in the ring.

At that bedlam ensues and Joss and Eddie are beaten down by Pitbull, Faust, Johansson and Business Jones as the show ends.

That show took quite a long time to get out. Actually having to work hard sucks.

Hope the Pitbull turn makes sense. I know it was a big surprise but I didnt want it to seem wrong. Of course all will become clear...

I think this was my record for predictions so thanks everyone for taking the time. Its great to know people are reading.

Cornell and Thompson are your top top two faces espesially now that Pitbull turned to heel so they should go over here tag experience or not.

Adam Matravers vs. Pitbull Brown

Your roster seems to be slighly heel heavy on the top so some new faces are needed on the top and Matravers looks like the guy who can fill that spot so I go with him over Pitbull. That said I could see this one going on the other way too.

Danny Francis vs. Johansson

Could go either way and what I said about needing new faces works here too but for some reason I just feel that Johansson should get this one so I go with gut feeling this time.

Dragon vs. Luke Cool

Dragon is yet another guy who could rise up on the ranks and I see him going over Cool who haven´t been that strong so far.

I´m slighly temped to go with Menace considering what happened in H2H and because Menace´s size but openers just don´t beat main eventers no matter what so I pick the safer option here.

Some information on the tag tournament:

Here's the initial bracket. Clearly there are some well-known and familar teams and some new ones...

The 8 1st-round matches will take place over the next 3 weeks.

The QFs, SFs and final will alll be held on one night under some special rules at April's PPV Wicked. More detail to be unveiled soon...
