Smackdown begins with “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry already standing in the ring.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=MarkHenry06.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/MarkHenry06.jpg" border="0" alt="Mark Henry"></a>

“ I’m out here, because I want the world to know that just because I don’t have the World Heavyweight Title does not mean that I am not the dominant force here on Smackdown. Just look at what Big Show and Daniel Bryan had to do to keep me down for 3 seconds, Big Show had to near crush my ankle, and do things to me that would’ve crippled lesser men. Big Show, I can tell you what TLC proved, it proved who the bigger and better man was, Me. I reigned dominant here for months, unbeatable, you Show your reign lasted seconds. Teddy Long clearly agrees with me, because earlier today, I told him that I would be invoking a rematch clause, but since Big Show is incapable of keeping a title, it’ll be against Daniel Bryan at the Royal Rumble and I’m gonna crush him, and I can guarantee I’ll hold the title longer than that washed up loser, Big Show”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=BigShow095.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/BigShow095.jpg" border="0" alt="Big Show"></a>

Before too much time has passed, a furious Big Show charges like a rhino from the back and attacks Henry. The two men trade fists as literally tens of officials try to get in between the two men to separate them, eventually they are both calmed down and forced backstage.

Yoshi Tatsu versus Heath Slater

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=YOSHI.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/YOSHI.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=HeathMiller2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/HeathMiller2.jpg" border="0" alt="Heath Slater"></a>

This match is a fast paced and enjoyable way to kick off Friday night Smackdown. Slater and Yoshi both get ample time to showcase their abilities and the fans even seem to get behind both men, ultimately though it would be the One Man Southern Rock Band’s chance to shine as he hit Yoshi with an E-Minor for the win.

Winner: Heath Slater

Backstage Matt Striker is standing by with Wade Barrett

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=WADEBARRETT2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/WADEBARRETT2.jpg" border="0" alt="Wade Barrett"></a>

Striker: Wade tonight you will clash with your long time rival, Randy Orton and the match won’t end until one of you can physically no longer compete. How do you prepare for a match like this?

Wade: Prepare? When you are a ring general such as myself, preparation is almost unnecessary, see I know Orton’s every move, I know when he’ll hit, when he’ll kick, when he’ll do his DDT, even when he’ll try to get me with that little RKO of his. Orton makes out that he’s a loose cannon, but really he’s the most predictable man in the WWE and it’s his weakness. I’m a man who exploits weakness and tonight I’m finally going to put Orton down for good.

Alicia Fox versus Kaitlyn

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=AliciaFox3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/AliciaFox3.jpg" border="0" alt="Alicia Fox"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=Kaitlyn2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/Kaitlyn2.jpg" border="0" alt="Kaitlyn"></a>

It’s the first match for Kaitlyn since she joint forces with the Divas of Doom and she’s taking on their common foe, Alicia Fox. Kaitlyn does initially dominate the match, showing a newfound vicious streak as she uses her power game to keep Alicia down. Fox does manage to get back into the match and comes within a whisper of victory before Beth Phoenix tries to interfere, but Beth is cut off by AJ! Kaitlyn screams at her former friend and is rolled up by Fox for the win.

Winner: Alicia Fox

Backstage, Josh Matthews enters Randy Orton’s locker Room.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=RandyOrton3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/RandyOrton3.jpg" border="0" alt="Randy Orton"></a>

Josh: Randy, tonight you’ll face Wade Barrett is a Last Man Standing Match, it’s brutal and surely only one man can walk away. My question to you, is how wise is it to take part in such a gruelling match just weeks before the Royal Rumble?

Orton slowly turns to stare at Matthews.

“Josh, Maybe it’s not the wisest decision, but Wade Barrett has driven me to these great lengths and tonight I will finish what Wade started, I will put him through great pain and leave him crumpled in a heap and then I’ll go to the Royal Rumble and throw twenty nine other men over the top rope and go to headline Wrestlemania”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TheodoreLong.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TheodoreLong.jpg" border="0" alt="Theodore Long"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DavidOtunga.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DavidOtunga.jpg" border="0" alt="David Otunga"></a>

Teddy Long with David Otunga. Otunga is attempting to broker an agreement with Teddy Long for a closer working relationship between Raw and Smackdown. Teddy is non-committal to any agreement and Otunga rapidly gets frustrated, he questions whether Long takes him seriously. Long responds that he does take him seriously, so seriously that he’s going to give him a serious match, one on one against The Big Show!

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=SHEAMUS3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/SHEAMUS3.jpg" border="0" alt="Sheamus"></a>

Otunga looks stunned, but is ushered out when Sheamus comes in, Long then says he’s delighted to give Sheamus a spot in the Royal Rumble. Sheamus says he’ll win the Rumble, with the luck of the Irish.

Ted DiBiase versus Jinder Mahal

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" border="0" alt="Ted DiBiase"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JinderMahal.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JinderMahal.jpg" border="0" alt="Jinder Mahal"></a>

These two men have had a difficult rivalry in the past few weeks, with both looking to get the upper hand on each other. This encounter is no different as they both battle to take control. Jinder takes control after a series of cheap moves and this continues as the match goes on and DiBiase seems to be fading. Mahal makes a critical error however when he stops to pose to the crowd and Ted manages to get a quick cradle for the 3 count.

Winner: Ted DiBiase

We come back from a commercial break to already find the IC champion, Cody Rhodes in ring with a microphone.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=CodyRhodes16.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/CodyRhodes16.jpg" border="0" alt="Cody Rhodes"></a>

“We’ve arrived at a very special time , January marks the beginning of a new year but it also brings with it the Royal Rumble, an event at which anyone can win the opportunity at headlining Wrestlemania and fighting for the World Title. I come from a spectacular dynasty, my father, Dusty, my brother Dustin and then me, now despite the fact that I have a family of great wrestlers not one of them have been able to win the Royal Rumble, not one of them have been able to headline Wrestlemania and in fact not even one of them have held the WWE Championship. At the Royal Rumble, I prove that I am the greatest Rhodes to grace the wrestling world when I win the Royal Rumble, I go on to headline Wrestlemania and I win the World Heavyweight Title.”

Big Show versus David Otunga

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=BigShow095.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/BigShow095.jpg" border="0" alt="Big Show"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DavidOtunga.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DavidOtunga.jpg" border="0" alt="David Otunga"></a>

Otunga clearly does not want to face Big Show and he spends the early portion of the match trying to avoid Show’s clubbing blows. Otunga manages to land a few blows but this only serves to anger Big Show. From this moment on Show just destroys Otunga, he throws the Harvard educated superstar from pillar to post and hits him with massive chops, headbutts and any other impact move you can think of, Otunga is clearly beaten but Show continues the massive destruction, finally lifting Otunga up and standing him just long enough to knock him clean out with a WMD.

Winner: Big Show

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=MarkHenry06.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/MarkHenry06.jpg" border="0" alt="Mark Henry"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DanielBryan2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DanielBryan2.jpg" border="0" alt="Daniel Bryan"></a>

As Big Show remains in the ring, Mark Henry storms from the back, clearly not finished from earlier on. Show is taken by surprise and Henry destroys Show with a few big power moves, when it seems like Show is down for the count, Ride of the Valkyries hit and Daniel Bryan runs out from the back. Bryan uses his speed advantage and hits Henry’s ankle with some stiff kicks to take him down to his knees, he follows it up with a big dropkick and then amazingly forces Henry into a Lebelle Lock, Henry desperately tries to escape but to his shock cannot and screams until Bryan finally releases the hold.

Last Man Standing: Randy Orton versus Wade Barrett

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=RandyOrton3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/RandyOrton3.jpg" border="0" alt="Randy Orton"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=WADEBARRETT2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/WADEBARRETT2.jpg" border="0" alt="Wade Barrett"></a>

This match begins brutally as Orton is attacked on his way to the ring by Wade Barrett. Barrett hurls Orton into the ringside barriers and dominates the early section of the match, ultimately Orton battles back and the match briefly finds it’s way to the ring where Orton begins to take control, connecting with some of his signature moves such as his mid-rope DDT, Barrett though manages to realise Orton’s control, leaves the ring forcing Orton to follow him. The match continues as Wade and Randy brawl through the crowd, Wade goes to Wasteland Orton onto the concrete, but Orton sneaks out and hits an RKO! The referee counts but Wade manages to pull himself up at a 7 count, Orton follows by clotheslining Wade over the barricade! As Orton climbs over though, Barrett hits a stiff kick at Orton’s knee making Randy shriek in pain, Wade then continues to work the knee, and goes as far as to place Randy’s knee inside a chair and stomping down upon it, nearly shattering it in the process, again though Orton manages to pull himself up at an 8 count. Barrett screams that it’s over and throws Orton over the top rope, he then amazingly Wastelands Orton straight through the Announce Table leaving Randy broken amidst the wreckage, the referee counts what should surely be a ten count, but to the shock of everyone Randy gets up at a 9 count. Randy pulls himself into the ring against a relatively fresh Wade Barrett, but as he does Wade drops to the mat, flat on his back. Randy stands and watches confused as the referee counts 1-2-3-4-5, still no movement from Wade….6-7-8…Nothing still…9……10! Orton wins!

Winner: Randy Orton

The Referee no sooner counts the win as Wade leaps up from the mat and attacks Orton further. The referee is trying to stop Wade and the timekeeper repeatedly rings the bell but nothing is stopping Barrett, the assault is finally ended by Wade picking Orton from the mat and performing the Wasteland from inside the ring, dropping Orton to the concrete on the outside of the ring. Trainers and EMT’s are down and they carry Orton to the back as Wade stands grinning in the centre of the ring.

Wrestling News

-The Mystery attacker is FCW’s Dean Ambrose (Previously known as Jon Moxley). Ambrose has been in FCW only a short time but has earnt Rave reviews for both his promos and his in ring abilities. Apparently the creative time has taken this into account and it appears Ambrose will be aligned with Chris Jericho.

- Mason Ryan was scheduled to have a match on Raw, but it was dropped due to time constraints. There has internally been some complaints that Ryan isn’t ready for a big push, but also agreement that WWE has to make some new babyface stars.

- Backstage rumours are swirling that Goldust will be forced into retirement after requiring further surgery on a shoulder injury, however he may eventually be back in a limited capacity.

- In Independent wrestling news, Sami Callihan defeated Johnny Gargano to win the DGUSA Open The Freedom Gate Title.

liking it so far. Ambrose/Jericho make a lot of good sense.

I also like the idea of NXT being its own "brand" of sorts, and I think moving someone like Tyson Kidd over there and introducing a NXT title would be cool.

Thanks, that's pretty much where I envision NXT heading, a mixture of rookies and lower card talent, as for Kidd, he may well be a perfect candidate for champion if I do ever introduce an NXT title.

Also, I'm a big fan of Dean Ambrose and I figure he can only benefit from being put alongside Jericho, though I do want to avoid the whole "Lackey" type protege, like Alex Riley was to the Miz, I kind of want Ambrose and Jericho to be seen more as equals.

Raw

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=WWERaw1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/WWERaw1.jpg" border="0" alt="RAW"></a>

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=CHRISJERICHO2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/CHRISJERICHO2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

The show begins with Chris Jericho’s music playing and Jericho sauntering down to the ring along with the Mystery Man who assisted him in his attack on CM Punk last week. They enter the ring and Jericho is handed a microphone.

“ Last week, CM Punk did a foolish thing, he did something that should immediately discount him from ever using the title, Best In the World, Punk underestimated me, he believed that I was working alone in my effort to rid the WWE of this imposter. Instead I met a man who needed guidance, someone who truly could be the Best In The World, by learning from the greatest ever, Me. That man, is Dean Ambrose.”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DeanAmbrose.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DeanAmbrose.jpg" border="0" alt="Dean Ambrose"></a>

Jericho handed Ambrose the microphone.

“ Thank you very much Chris, not just for the introduction, but for opening my eyes. See once upon a time, I truly believed in CM Punk, he worked his way from wrestling in Bingo Halls to becoming the biggest name in Professional wrestling and he let me believe that I could do the same. Along the way, I lost everything, money, friends, family. I sacrificed everything because Punk allowed me to, but before I could reach rock bottom, I was found by Chris Jericho, he saw in me, what so many refused to see in him and he told me how dangerous I could become. I am Dean Ambrose, and CM Punk, you and the whole world will soon Fear my Name”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=KofiKingston10.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/KofiKingston10.jpg" border="0" alt="Kofi Kingston"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=EvanBourne2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/EvanBourne2.jpg" border="0" alt="Evan Bourne"></a>

As Jericho begins to speak once more, Air Boom’s music hits and the WWE Tag Team Champions come out to the ring. Kofi begins to speak

“ You know, you two are real brave, you attack CM Punk from behind, double team him and then come out here and brag when you know that Punk is at home with injured ribs. Well if you two are as dangerous as you say then you’ll step into the ring with us tonight in the Main Event”

Jericho & Ambrose stare at each other and Ambrose responds.

“I think I speak for both me and Chris when I say….

Quick as Lightning, Ambrose launches at Evan Bourne, smashing him in the mouth with the Microphone, at the same time Jericho clotheslines Kofi over the top rope. Jericho and Ambrose put the boots to Bourne, before leaving the ring together.

Mason Ryan versus Michael McGillicutty

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=MasonRyan2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/MasonRyan2.jpg" border="0" alt="Mason Ryan"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JoeHennig22.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JoeHennig22.jpg" border="0" alt="Michael McGillicutty"></a>

A few weeks ago Mason Ryan promised to make his mark on the WWE in 2012 and tonight it took his mere seconds to make his mark on his former Nexus stablemate. McGillicutty tried to get a few blows in, but to no avail and Ryan quickly hit a huge big boot, before finishing things off with a House Of Pain

Winner: Mason Ryan

We get shown a short video that hypes the fact that we are now on the Road to Wrestlemania and in just 3 short months we’ll be at the Greatest Show of All.

Kelly Kelly versus Beth Phoenix

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=KELLYKELLY2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/KELLYKELLY2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=BethPhoenix2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/BethPhoenix2.jpg" border="0" alt="Beth Phoenix"></a>

Alicia Fox came out for commentary on this match, as it was announced that she would get a title shot against Beth at the Royal Rumble. Watching the encounter probably did nothing to calm any fear about the match as Phoenix dominated Kelly, she quickly finished things off with a Glam Slam and continued to beat Kelly down after the match.

Winner: Beth Phoenix

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JohnLaurinatisi.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JohnLaurinatisi.jpg" border="0" alt="John Laurinaitis"></a>

Backstage, John Laurinaitis is in his office, when yet again The Miz charges through the door.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TheMiz6.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TheMiz6.jpg" border="0" alt="The Miz"></a>

“John, I need to talk to you. This is getting ridiculous, Chris Jericho returns, Alberto Del Rio gets some fluke victory and it seems like I’ve been forgotten. I will not be an afterthought, I demand that you place me into the WWE Championship match at the Royal Rumble”

Laurinaitis somewhat bluntly responds

“Miz, I’ve told you before you lost the number one contenders match, the board will not allow you to be placed into any title match at the Royal Rumble, but Miz believe me when I say you have not been forgotten. In fact to show you how highly I regard you, I am placing you in next week’s Main Event, a six man over the top rope elimination match, with the winner getting the #30 spot in the Royal Rumble”

Miz snarls

“It’ll do…..this time, but I am the most watched WWE champion in recent history and I will not be overlooked”

Ted DiBiase & Justin Gabriel versus Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" border="0" alt="Ted DiBiase"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JustinGabriel4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JustinGabriel4.jpg" border="0" alt="Justin Gabriel"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DolphZiggler2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DolphZiggler2.jpg" border="0" alt="Dolph Ziggler"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=jackswagger3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/jackswagger3.jpg" border="0" alt="Jack Swagger"></a>

Two stars of Smackdown come together to face two of Raw’s best, as DiBiase and Gabriel take on Vickie Guerrero’s team of Ziggler & Swagger. The match is fairly even despite Ziggler and Swagger’s experience advantage. DiBiase gets a lot of offense in and a period of poor communication between Dolph and Jack leads to Ted very nearly getting a victory after a schoolboy. The match went on, but ultimately Ziggler managed to pin Justin Gabriel following a Zig-Zag

Winners: Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger

<a href="

http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JOHNCENA2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JOHNCENA2.jpg" border="0" alt="John Cena"></a>

As we come back from the break, John Cena’s music hits and he makes his way out onto the ramp, to as usual a Mixed reaction. Cena takes it in his stride and makes it to the ring, to speak out about his rivalry with Kane.

“ So, another mixed reaction, but once again I won’t complain. I will let you boo, cheer, whatever the hell you want to do. Tonight, is not about wheter you like me or you hate me, it’s about one man and that’s you Kane. Apparantly you want me to embrace the hatred, well that might be easy if you used to be a dentist or a walking Christmas Tree, but it’s just not in my nature. So, tonight let’s finish this, I am officially challenging you right now to a match right now”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=kane22.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/kane22.jpg" border="0" alt="Kane"></a>

Seconds later Kane’s pyro goes off and the Big Red Machine stalks his way to the ring. Cena runs to meet him and two begin to brawl, but to Cena’s surprise Kane absolutely dominates him, like no one before. In a shocking turn of events Kane drills Cena onto the steel stage with a massive chokeslam. As Cena lays near unconscious on the ramp, Kane repeatedly chants to him “Embrace The Hate”

Zack Ryder versus David Otunga

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=ZackRyder2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/ZackRyder2.jpg" border="0" alt="Zack Ryder"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DavidOtunga.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DavidOtunga.jpg" border="0" alt="David Otunga"></a>

This non-title match gives Otunga the perfect opportunity to truly get his singles career underway here on Raw and in all fairness, he does give a pretty good account of himself, especially considering he has been mainly focusing on working with John Laurinaitis behind the scenes recently. That said, Ryder never really looks like losing the match and after seven or so minutes, Ryder hits the Broski Boot, and then follows it up with a Rough Ryder for the victory, picking up some big momentum just two weeks away from the Rumble.

Winner: Zack Ryder

<a href="

Backstage Chris Jericho seems to be giving Dean Ambrose some last minutes pointers just moments before his WWE debut when out of nowhere Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez appear in shot.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=ALBERTODELRIO2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/ALBERTODELRIO2.jpg" border="0" alt="Alberto Del Rio"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=RicardoRodriguez2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/RicardoRodriguez2.jpg" border="0" alt="Ricardo Rodriguez"></a>

“Chris Jericho, my name is Alberto Del Rio….but you already knew that, because even if you ran away like a cowardly Chihuahua for two years, you would know of the amazing rise of Alberto Del Rio, Royal Rumble Winner, Money In The Bank Winner, 2 Time WWE Champion and come Royal Rumble, will I not only be WWE Champion once again, it’ll be me who is the Best in The World”

Jericho does not show a hint of emotion

“ If you win the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble, then it’ll be all the easier for me to not only become champion again, but to prove that I am and will always be the Best In the World”

Jericho leaves as Ambrose stares a hole into Ricardo Rodriguez, as Ambrose begins to walk away, he feigns striking Rodriguez, making him jump behind Del Rio for protection. Dean smirks and follows Jericho.

Non-Title: Air Boom versus Chris Jericho & Dean Ambrose

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=KofiKingston10.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/KofiKingston10.jpg" border="0" alt="Kofi Kingston"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=EvanBourne2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/EvanBourne2.jpg" border="0" alt="Evan Bourne"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=CHRISJERICHO2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/CHRISJERICHO2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DeanAmbrose.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DeanAmbrose.jpg" border="0" alt="Dean Ambrose"></a>

This match not only marks Dean Ambrose’s debut match in WWE, but also Chris Jericho’s long awaited return to WWE action. In the opening moments of the encounter, Jericho completely owns Evan Bourne and quick tags with Dean Ambrose seem to overwhelm the experience edge that Air Boom should have. The match goes on and Bourne and Kofi begin to rally up, especially getting some great double team moves in against the inexperienced Ambrose to the point that Bourne goes to the top to try and nail the Air Bourne, but Jericho quickly strikes shoving Bourne off the top rope to the mat, Ambrose nails a quick DDT and tags in Jericho, Jericho whips Bourne to the corner, where Kofi gets a blind tag, he leaps to the top rope and flies, only for Jericho to immediately turn around and connect with a Code Breaker! Ambrose throws Bourne through the middle rope to the floor and Jericho makes the cover….1….2…..3. Jericho and Ambrose win

Winners: Chris Jericho & Dean Ambrose

Jericho & Ambrose are left in the ring, but a hooded figure jumps the barricade and attacks Jericho. Ambrose quickly comes to his rescue and Jericho rolls to the outside. Ambrose is beaten back and the figure reveals himself as CM Punk!

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=CMPunk42.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/CMPunk42.jpg" border="0" alt="CM Punk"></a>

Punk gets Ambrose into a G2S position, only for Alberto Del Rio to run out and attack him from behind.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=ALBERTODELRIO2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/ALBERTODELRIO2.jpg" border="0" alt="Alberto Del Rio"></a>

Del Rio throws Punk into the ringpost and locks in the Cross Armbar. Punk screams as Del Rio synchs it in, he finally releases it as Jericho and Ambrose stand in the ring approving. Jericho and Del Rio go face to face for a split second….before Del Rio smacks him in the mouth! Del Rio, Jericho and Ambrose brawl as Raw goes off the air!

Tonight’s edition of NXT begins with two familiar faces in the form of Tyler Reks & Curt Hawkins. Hawkins gets on the microphone and says that right now they are two Diamonds In the Rough on a brand full of has beens and never will be’s, Hawkins then challenges somebody to notice them.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TrentBeretta9.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TrentBeretta9.jpg" border="0" alt="Trent Barretta"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=YOSHI.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/YOSHI.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Trent Barreta & Yoshi Tatsu come out, Trent says that he and Yoshi have noticed them, well they noticed that they were the only guys in the back who don’t shower. Reks grabs the mic and tells Trent and Yoshi that they’ve both at least made it to PPV unlike those two, Yoshi challenges them to a tag match tonight, which Reks and Hawkins accept.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=tamina2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/tamina2.jpg" border="0" alt="Tamina"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JTG3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JTG3.jpg" border="0" alt="JTG"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JimmyUso3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JimmyUso3.jpg" border="0" alt="Jimmy Uso"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JeyFatu.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JeyFatu.jpg" border="0" alt="Jey Uso"></a>

We come back from a commercial break, The Uso’s and JTG are engaged in a shouting match as Tamina stands between the two. The Uso’s say they don’t understand how Tamina can’t see what a loser she’s shacked up with, JTG says he can’t believe that there’s two Samoans as soft as the Usos. Jimmy steps up and tells JTG to find a tag partner, cos’ next week in the Main Event, they finish this once and for all.

<a href="

http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DarrenYoung4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DarrenYoung4.jpg" border="0" alt="Darren Young"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=PercyWatson3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/PercyWatson3.jpg" border="0" alt="Percy Watson"></a>

In an exiciting back and forth match Darren Young beat Percy Watson. Young was very close to being beaten, but managed to position himself out of the referees eyeline and hit a low-blow on Watson, who crumpled to the mat giving Young the opportunity to get the tainted win.

Young is not finished and after the match, grabs a chair and begins to attack Watson with it, but luckily Titus O’Neil storms out and rescues his tag partner as Mr No Days Off flees.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=Maxine2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/Maxine2.jpg" border="0" alt="Maxine"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=BradMaddox2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/BradMaddox2.jpg" border="0" alt="Brad Maddox"></a>

Maxine and her new beau Brad Maddox come out to the ring. Maxine says that she messed around with people like Johnny Curtis & Derrick Bateman, guys who will never amount to anything, but now she’s with a man who is destined to be a champion. Maddox then gets the microphone, he announces himself as a true total package, he can wrestle, he’s charismatic and he’s the most beautiful man on the roster. They declare themselves the ultimate power couple and announce that they will use NXT as their stepping stone to the very top of the WWE.

Trent Barretta & Yoshi Tatsu beat Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks in the main event of this week’s NXT. Reks and Hawkins were firmly in control for most of the match and were really brutalising Trenty, but ultimately he and Yoshi managed to rally back and in the end, Yoshi connected with a Roundhouse Kick to Curt Hawkins skull and capitilized to win the match.

Winners: Trent Barreta & Yoshi Tatsu

In action from the Raw brand, Alex Riley beat JTG in a good back and forth encounter that saw A-Ry pin JTG following a Lifting DDT.

We get treated to a short video package hyping Zack Ryder and his internet antics.

Jinder Mahal makes his way to the ring. He cut a promo exclaiming that his New Year’s Resolution was to reach the top of the mountain here in WWE and he would start by winning the Royal Rumble and go on to headline Wrestlemania.

In a short but fun match, Yoshi Tatsu beat NXT’s Darren Young following a Round House Kick.

We then see a re-cap from all the drama between Chris Jericho, CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio from Raw.

Our Main Event came from the Raw brand where Drew McIntyre very soundly beat Santino Marella. McIntyre showed a ruthless aggression that left Santino unable to get into the match.

Arogue, do you mind giving me a link to the January 2012 data you're using?

I would, but it's really just updated data from Forlan's T-Zone from whenever the last release of that was, i've just been updating it as I go along really. Although, I do know that there's a few January 2012 datas in the Mod section if that's any help.

Smackdown

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=WWESmackdown1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/WWESmackdown1.jpg" border="0" alt="Smackdown"></a>

The Show began with Booker T, Josh Matthews and Michael Cole welcoming us to Smackdown and reminding us that the Royal Rumble is just over a week away. Before too long Ride Of The Valkyries began to play and our World Heavyweight champion Daniel Bryan headed down to the Ring.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=DanielBryan2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/DanielBryan2.jpg" border="0" alt="Daniel Bryan"></a>

“ I battled my way to the WWE, believe me when I tell you I faced the biggest challenges in the world and I overcame them. I also knew that the battles that I would face on the road to the WWE would be nothing compared to what waited for me. At the Royal Rumble I will have to take on the World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry and he is one man who I have never ever beaten. Henry is the most destructive force in the WWE and I know what a challenge I have ahead of me……

“Well….Well It’s the Big Show”

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=BigShow095.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/BigShow095.jpg" border="0" alt="Big Show"></a>

Big Show stomps out and down to Bryan, clearly furious.

“ Mark Henry is the most destructive force in the WWE? Clearly you weren’t watching when I pinned him to win the World Heavyweight Title at TLC”

Bryan retorts

“ Well Show, with all due respect, I had to pin you to win this title. I’ve never beaten Mark Henry, to me that makes him the most dominant”

Show looks furious and yells at Bryan, but he is soon interrupted, this time by the music of Mark Henry who came out to the ramp, microphone in hand.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=MarkHenry06.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/MarkHenry06.jpg" border="0" alt="Mark Henry"></a>

“ Now, I may have got this boy all wrong. See I thought Daniel Bryan must be slow to want to pick a fight with the World’s Strongest Man, but clearly if he recognizes that I am the most dominant force to ever compete in the WWE, he must have some knowledge. Big Show you seem to forget that in order to keep me down for just 3 seconds you had to near destroy my ankle and then physically assault me at every given opportunity. Big Show, you are nothing more than a coward”

Big Show now threatens to come down to Henry and knock him out, but we are once again interrupted! Cody Rhodes steps out, next to Henry.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=CodyRhodes16.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/CodyRhodes16.jpg" border="0" alt="Cody Rhodes"></a>

“ You three can moan and complain all you want, because it is irrelevant which one of you goes into Wrestlemania as World Heavyweight Champion and it’s irrelevant because when I win the Royal Rumble and challenge for that Heavyweight Title there will be no force on earth strong enough to stop me from claiming my destiny of becoming the first Rhodes to win a WWE World Title”

Henry then gets up in Rhodes face and the two argue until Teddy Long comes out and separates them.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TheodoreLong.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TheodoreLong.jpg" border="0" alt="Theodore Long"></a>

“ Woah, Playas, settle down here. Now it seems to me that you four all have legitimate grievances with each other and I’ve been General Manager long enough to know that these things have a habit of working themselves out, normally inside that very ring. Well tonight, I’ll help them along, because our Main Event will be World Heavyweight champion, Daniel Bryan teaming with the World’s Largest Athlete, The Big Show to take on the IC Champ, Cody Rhodes and the World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry!”

As Long makes his announcement, the fans celebrate and neither four superstars look particularly happy about what lays ahead tonight.

Justin Gabriel versus Hunico

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JustinGabriel4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JustinGabriel4.jpg" border="0" alt="Justin Gabriel"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=Hunico2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/Hunico2.jpg" border="0" alt="Hunico"></a>

Our opening encounter here on Smackdown was an exciting way to kick off, as two of the best high flyers in the WWE collided in singles competition. The match itself was even enough, with both men coming close to victory on several occasions. Comacho at ringside tried to get himself involved, but was caught by the referee and sent to the back, Hunico tried to take advantage by rolling Gabriel up, but only got a two count. As Gabriel kicked out, he delivered a big spinning kick to Hunico’s skull, he quickly leapt to the top rope and connected with a 450 splash for the win.

Winner: Justin Gabriel

We head backstage where Matt Striker is standing by.

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TedDiBiaseJr2.jpg" border="0" alt="Ted DiBiase"></a>

Matt: Hey, I’m Matt Striker and I’m here with Ted DiBiase. Ted, we are just weeks away from the Royal Rumble Match, what do you feel your chances are of winning and going on to Wrestlemania?

DiBiase: Well Matt, it’s been a year of real highs and real lows for me. I’ve beaten some top guys and I’ve lost to some guys who I shouldn’t have, but in 2012, I pledge to the DiBiase Posse that I’m going straight to the top and that starts by winning the Royal Rumble.

Alicia Fox & AJ versus Natalya & Kaitlyn

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=AliciaFox3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/AliciaFox3.jpg" border="0" alt="Alicia Fox"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=AJLee2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/AJLee2.jpg" border="0" alt="AJ"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=NATALYA3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/NATALYA3.jpg" border="0" alt="Natalya"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=Kaitlyn2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/Kaitlyn2.jpg" border="0" alt="Kaitlyn"></a>

As the team of Alicia & AJ took on the Divas of Doom pairing of Natalya and Kaitlyn there was some real personal issues underlying the encounter as Kaitlyn had betrayed AJ just weeks before. The match showed this as Kaitlyn refused to get in the ring with AJ and ran whenever her former friend got tagged in. Ultimately AJ had to take Natalya on instead and she even got the upper hand, but the trecharous Kaitlyn instead took the opportunity to attack AJ from behind, allowing Natalya to connect with a big DDT which was good enough for the 3 count.

Winners: Natalya & Kaitlyn

Even though the match had finished, Natalya and Kaitlyn continued to attack Fox and AJ and were soon joint by Beth Phoenix in this attack. Phoenix taunted Fox ahead of their upcoming title match at the Royal Rumble

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=JustinGabriel4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/JustinGabriel4.jpg" border="0" alt="Justin Gabriel"></a><a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=HeathMiller2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/HeathMiller2.jpg" border="0" alt="Heath Slater"></a>

Backstage Justin Gabriel was walking after a big win over Hunico when he was approached by Heath Slater. Slater told Gabriel that he saw his old friend out there and not he was proud of him, Gabriel gave him a long stare before walking away.

Ezekiel Jackson versus Kane

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=EzekielJackson3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/EzekielJackson3.jpg" border="0" alt="Ezekiel Jackson"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=kane22.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/kane22.jpg" border="0" alt="Kane"></a>

Despite big Zeke’s huge frame, he was dwarfed by Kane, both in stature and offense. Kane dominated the Guyana superstar from the second the bell rang. Zeke tried valiantly to get back into the fight, but found he was completely overpowered, when Kane put him away with a Choke Slam it seemed a mercy kill from the Big Red Monster.

Backstage Teddy Long Is in his office with Smackdown’s newest superstar, Derrick Bateman. Long welcomes Derrick to Smackdown full time and says he’s glad to have him. Bateman says he just wishes Maxine were here with him, Johnny Curtis then comes in and said he can’t believe he let Maxine get between them. Bateman replies that’s what crazy women do and the two briefly share a moment, before returning to slight frostiness and walking away.

Sheamus versus Tyson Kidd

<a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=SHEAMUS3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/SHEAMUS3.jpg" border="0" alt="Sheamus"></a> Vs <a href="http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/?action=view&current=TysonKidd2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s202/alixstarr/TysonKidd2.jpg" border="0" alt="Tyson Kidd"></a>

Kidd proved in this match that he shouldn’t be underestimated as he very nearly got a win seconds after the bell rang with a quick roll-up, however Sheamus managed to kick out at two and the match got properly underway. Kidd tried desperately to use his speed to his advantage and keep away from Sheamus and he did a pretty good job, forcing Sheamus into a game of cat and mouse, Kidd was left bitterly disappointed however, when Sheamus hit a massive clothesline and derailed all Tyson’s momentum. From this moment on, Kidd was left sluggish and it was no major surprise when Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick and quickly got the pin.

Winner: Sheamus

As we come back from a short break, the 9-time World champion, Randy Orton made his way down to the ring. Orton was limping quite noticeably due to his brutal match with Wade Barrett last week that ended in controversial circumstances. Orton soon grabs a microphone.

“ Last week, I battled a brutal battle, I threw my body into harms way in an effort to dominate Wade Barrett. I was trying to finish Barrett once and for all, but he managed to take control, he damaged me ankle….Wade injured me. Then he lay down and wait for a ten count, he purposely lost the match and then brutally jumped me to the point that the doctors have still not medically cleared me to wrestle, to the point that I had to repeatedly prove to Teddy Long that I will be fit to compete at the Royal Rumble. Wade, you showed some real cowardice when you lost a match on purpose.”

Randy looks up expectedly and sure enough, Wade Barrett makes his way out to the entrance ramp.

“ Randy, let me tell you something. When I step into that ring, I am like a general on the battlefield, I have a mind like no other man in the WWE. Last week, you saw our match as an opportunity for revenge, I saw it as an opportunity to cripple you before the Royal Rumble. I am an intelligent man, I know that you are quite possibly my biggest competition to winning the Rumble and I took you out, you will be a shell of a man in that match and I will enjoy throwing your useless body over that top rope. Randy, last week I said you are a predictable man and I was right, you let your anger get the better of you, whilst I lay down, completely unharmed and preserved myself before physically dissecting you, good luck on winning the Rumble, Randy.”

Wade smirks as he walks to the back, leaving a furious Orton, who possibly recognizes that Wade made a fair point.

Daniel Bryan & Big Show versus Cody Rhodes & Mark Henry

Our Main event highlights the three men battling for possession of the World Heavyweight Title, as well as Cody Rhodes, looking to gain some momentum heading into the Royal Rumble. The match in the early going features some great action from Bryan & Cody before switching to some big brawling between Big Show & Mark Henry. The match gets really interesting as Bryan tags himself in to face off with the World’s Strongest Man. Henry lunges at him in an attempt to get some real damage done, but Bryan ducks and dives around him using some sound strategy, Bryan’s quickness also allows him to get several stiff kicks to Henry’s injured ankle, in fact hitting them so much that he brings Henry to one knee, however when he looks to follow it up with a low dropkick, he is instead met with a big clothesline from the World’s Strongest Man. Henry then begins to hit a series of big moves and beats Bryan down, but he makes a critical error when he goes to mouth off to Big Show, Show wastes no time and straight away connects with a WMD, knocking Henry down to the mat, Bryan as the legal man quickly makes the cover…1….2….3!

Winners: Daniel Bryan & Big Show

After the match, Bryan celebrates with his title, while Big Show berates him for “stealing” his pins, as Bryan argues back that they were a team, Show snaps and shoves Bryan to the mat, before leaving the ring as Smackdown finishes up for the week.

News & Notes

-Several Smackdown superstars are said to be in contention for big pushes toward Wrestlemania. The main stars in question are Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett, but officials are also apparently impressed with Ted DiBiase also.

-It seems that a couple of Superstars may be on their way back to FCW. Brodus Clay, whose debut was initially scheduled to take place nearly 3 months ago has been sent back down indefinitely for further work, whilst Aksana may soon suffer similar treatment. However, there has also been talk of instead placing Aksana on NXT to gain experience.

-Mick Foley appeared on the radio last night, when asked who he personally believed could be a big star somewhere down the line, he responded with Trent Barreta. Foley went on to explain he has been personally mentoring Barreta for several weeks.

-Two title changes came from TNA this week as James Storm surprisingly won the TV title, beating Robbie E, whilst Alex Shelley captured his second X-Division title by beating Austin Aries.

-Ring Of Honor has begun a new angle involving several “Invading” Wrestlers from TNA including Alex Shelley, Eric Young and Brian Kendrick. The Angle shockingly saw Eric Young answer an open challenge from ROH World Champion, Davey Richards. Shelley & Kendrick then re-debuted costing Davey the ROH title.

-Former WWE & TNA Wrestler and Current ROH star Low-Ki (Kaval) suffered a torn pectoral muscle and could be out for up to six months.
