Grand Title Match: Dread Nocturne vs Sky Panther vs WMD

Too early for a title change.

Sidekicks Title Match: Discotheque vs The Secret Service

Could go either way but personally I think that Secret Service isn´t established enough to get the titles yet.

Grudge Match: El Scorcho vs Meido Machine

Could likely go either way too but I just can´t take Meido seriously.

Singles Challenge: Alexia Dynamite vs DISCO Fox

You said Fox isn´t ready yet to be main eventer so I think Alexia will win this one.

Singles Match: Agent X vs the Highwayman

Debut win.

Mystery Singles Match: El Hot Dog vs ???

Mystery man over jobber.

Mystery Tag Team Match: Dreamscape vs ??? and ???

Mystery team is always good bet but I go with Dreamscape this time.

Hombre Arana and Layla Fyre are announced as the mystery opponents of Dreamscape to a smattering of applause from the handful of audience members who know them from their work in Mexico and the independent scene respectively. Dreamscape look less than impressed by the super heroes entrance and attack the newcomers while the two are still playing to the crowd.

The sneak attack lets Dreamscape control the early portion of the match, but the heroes fight back with some innovative offense and the match goes back and forth between the two teams without either team able to establish a clear advantage.

Dreamscape eventually manages to isolate Hombre Arana and wear him down with some doubleteaming in their corner. The duo looks to finish the Mexican luchador off with the Black Out (STO/Springboard Dropkick Combo), but Hombre Arana manages to escape the STO from Frightening and knock Scaremare from the apron with a dropkick. Frightening tries to take the luchador down, but Hombre Arana revereses it and sends him to the floor with an arm drag.

With both members of Dreamscape on the floor Hombre Arana signals his intention to go high risk to the crowd before running off the ropes to build speed. The Dreamscape duo dive out the way as they see Hombre Arana coming, but the Mexican Luchadore fakes them out by bouncing back off the rope into a pose into the middle of the ring.

The Luchadore invites the menacing masked duo to get back into the ring, but Dreamscape look like they've had enough of the Heroes and walk away letting themselves be counted out.

Hombre Arana and Layla Fyre defeat Frightening and Scaremare in 9:21 via Count Out.

The Highwayman is no small man at 6'3" and is used to being able to use his size to bully his opponents around, but for once he's up against an opponent bigger than he is in Agent X. The two big wrestlers face off in a test of strength and it looks like Agent X is winning, but the tricky highwayman gets a cheap kick in and takes control.

The Match is mostly a brawl with Agent X using her size and power to her advantage, but the crafty veteran the Highwayman using cheap shots and tricks to keep himself in the match.

The End comes when Agent X ducks a Stand and Deliver (Lariat) from the Highwayman and with his back exposed takes her opponent down with the X-Bomb (Full Nelson Slam) in an impressive display of strength. Agent X covers the prone Highwayman for the three count.

Agent X defeats The Highwayman in 8:32 via Pinfall.

Discotheque (Donny Chic and KC "Superfly" Summers) ©

vs

The Secret Service (Oliver Owens the 7th and The Master of Disguise)

The match between these two experienced teams was a fast paced back and forth affair with both teams showing respect to the others abilities. About five minutes into the match there was a dance break when the lights dimmed and the disco music hit. Discotheque did their usual disco number as the fans clapped, but the Secret Service showed they had some moves themselves with some break dancing.

The match continued where it had been left off after the dancing with plenty of dives and high flying action. After the ten minute mark The Master of Disguise took a risk by going for the Unidentified Flying Object (Corkscrew Shooting Star Press) on KC Summers, but "Superfly" managed to roll out of the way causing The Master of Disguise to crash and burn.

Discotheque were back on their feet and saw their opportunity to put away their opponents as they set up for The Parties Over (Double Superkick), but Oliver Owens the 7th took down KC Summers from behind with a License to Kill (Dragon Suplex). Owens released the hold, but he was met by a Superkick from Donny Chic as he got to his feet.

Donny Chic went for the cover on Owens. The referee counted one, two, thr- but the Master of Disguise broke up the pin. The Master of Disguise and Donny Chic are left alone in the ring. The two fliers go back and forth with neither able to secure an advantage. Their duel is interrupted when Frightening and Scaremare run into the ring and begin attacking both men. The referee has no choice but to throw out the match due to the interference.

Discotheque drew with The Secret Service in 13:39 when Dreamscape attacked both teams.

After the match Dreamscape continued their assault, but the tides began to turn when Oliver Owens the 7th and KC Summers got back in to help their partners. Dreamscape realized they were outnumbered and retreated from the ring as both Discotheque and the Secret Service looked upset at the no contest. KC Summers got a microphone from ringside and re-entered the ring.

KC "Superfly" Summers

"Dreamscape, I hope you don't think you can come down here and ruin a fine party like that without consequences. Now the way I see it we have two problems in that we need to finish what we started with the Secret Service and we need to show Dreamscape what happens to cats who don't know how to groove. Are you thinking what I'm thinking Donny?"

Donny Chic

"I think I am brother. I think next month at Heroes and Villains we're going to have ourselves a three way match for the tag team titles. Now can you dig that?"

The crowd cheered at the suggestion and the Secret Service seemed to agree with it as the shook hands with Discotheque before leaving the ring.

El Hot Dog warms up in the ring before his mystery opponent is announced, but is surprised when his opponent is none other than Xero. Xero gets a good reaction from the crowd; many of whom are familiar with the young luchadore as a result of his work in DRAGON.

El Hot Dog tries to stand up to the High Flying Xero, but the talented young luchadore is springing around the ring and completely dominating El Hot Dog. The match itself is mostly a chance for Xero to show off his moves before he finishes off El Hot Dog with a beautiful Xero Hour (Double Rotation Moonsault.)

Xero defeats El Hot Dog in 5:12 via Pinfall.

"Last Month at the Chaos Tournament I shocked the world when I crushed Sky Panther and took the Grand Championship. Maybe you still think this is all a bad dream, but I assure you this nightmare is very real. Tonight I will show my superiority by defeating two challengers for the belt and next week I have confidence that my associated will become the new Tag Team Champions. I assure you, your nightmares have just begun.

The former grand champion Alexia Dynamite used her experience to her advantage as she took control of the match early on, but she spent too much time taunting her opponent and playing to the crowd and the young DISCO Fox fought his way back into the match.

The match went back and forth with the young DISCO Fox nearly upsetting the former grand champion several times. After more than ten minutes it looked like Alexia Dynamite was going to finish off DISCO Fox as she locked in the Dynamite Lock (Twisting Armbar), but DISCO Fox shows a lot of heart by refusing to tap out and manages to wriggle to the ropes.

Alexia Dynamite argues with the referee after the referee breaks the hold at the five count, but this distraction proves costly as it gives DISCO Fox a chance to recover and the young wrestler take control with some flying punches and dropkicks. DISCO Fox had Alexia Dynamite reeling from his fast paced offense, capped off with a flying DDT that planted Alexia Dynamite on the mat. DISCO Fox went for a pin on Dynamite, but the former grand champion got a foot on the rope to break up the pin.

DISCO Fox was frustrated by having been so close to victory, but didn't wait before climbing to the top rope. DISCO Fox leapt off the turnbuckle with the DISCO Drop (450 Splash), but Alexia Dynamite got her knees up in time. Seeing her opportunity Alexia Dynamite rolled up the injured DISCO Fox and got the three count; ensuring her victory by grabbing the ropes for leverage.

Alexia Dynamite defeats DISCO Fox is 13:22 via Pinfall.

A pretaped segment recaping the feud between El Scorcho and Meido Machine is played along with interviews with both of the wrestlers.

El Scorcho

"I don't know why Meido Machine is obsessed with me. A few months ago we had a match one on one; it was a good match, but I came out on top. Now as far as I was concerned that was the end of that, but Meido has taken it upon himself to interfere in my matches. Last month he cost me the Chaos Tournament Final and as far as I'm concerned it's personal now."

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=MeidoMachine.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/MeidoMachine.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Meido Machine

"A few months ago I had a chance to prove that I was worthy to be El Scorcho-San's partner...and I couldn't do it. El Scorcho-san may still not think I'm worthy, but tonight I'll show him and everyone else that I am good enough. You'll see, you'll all see!"

There were no theatrics from either Meido or El Scorcho when the match began. This time the match was personal and the two went at it right away with both competitors fired up.

The match was a mix of high flying action and fast paced chain wrestling with Meido showing he could keep up with the Luchadore's high flying offense and El Scorcho showing off some underrated technical skills to keep up with Meido.

Meido Machine finally locked in the Nyan-Lock (Keylock) on El Scorcho after failing to lock it in several times earlier in the match. El Scorcho was in obvious pain as his arm and shoulder was twisted, but refused to give up and started to fight out of it using his free hand to punch Meido in the side of the head. Meido however refused to release his hold and it looked like it would be a battle of wills between the two to see who could endure the punishment longer.

Finally after several hard shots to the head from El Scorcho, Meido Released the hold and backed away to regroup. Both men needed a few seconds to recover. Meido Machine was the first to recover, but as he apporached El Scorcho he was nailed out of nowhere by the Sorcho Kick! (Superkick). El Scorcho rolled Meido up for the cover as the referee counted, but both El Scorcho and the fans were surprised when Meido got a shoulder up at the three count to break the pin.

El Scorcho looked frustrated at Meido's resilience, but signaled to the crowd that he was going to put Meido away as he climbed to the top of the turnbuckle. El Scorcho waited for Meido to get to his feet as he prepared to deliver the Kung Fu Kick (Diving Thrust Kick), but Meido had scouted the move and rammed the ropes knocking El Scorcho off balance causing himself to crotch himself on the apron. Meido saw his opportunity and climbed to the top rope to deliver a powerful Superplex to El Scorcho.

The superplex had taken a lot out of both men, but Meido recovered first and crawled over to make the cover on El Scorcho. The referee counted one, two, thr- Suddenly El Scorcho reversed the pin into a Crucifix Pin on Meido. The referee counted one, two, three before Meido could kick out of the pin.

El Scorcho defeats Meido Machine in 14:23 via Pinfall.

Rating: 45 (D)

Meido looked devestated by the loss as El Scorcho celebrated his win. El Scorcho started to exit the ring before pausing as he looked at Meido. El Scorcho hesitated for a moment, but re-entered the ring and extended his hand to Meido. The crowd cheered as Meido accepted the handshake and it looked like the two rivals had put aside their differances.

Suddenly Meido cheap shot El Scorcho and knocked him to the ground! Meido quickly pounced on his fallen rival and locked in the Nyan-Lock (Keylock). Meido screamed as his opponent as he viciously twisted El Scorcho's arm and shoulder.

"Am I still not good enough for you Scorcho-San!? Am I still not worthy to be your partner?! Answer me!"

The crowd cheered when Sky Panther ran down from the backstage causing Meido to retreat from the ring. Sky Panther tended to his injured partner as El Scorcho clutched his possibly dislocated shoulder.

The main event started with both Sky Panther and WMD eager to get their hands on the champion, Dread Nocturne, but the odd alliance didn't last long as after dumping Dread Nocturne from the ring the two went right after one another.

The three way match was a fast paced back and forth match with each of the competitors looking like they were going to get the win only for the third man to break up the pinfall at the last possible second.

Eventually Sky Panther managed to removed WMD from the equation with a plancha to the outside, but got back into the ring and was immediately met by Dread Nocturne's boot before the masked menace locked in The Grip of Nightmare (The Koji Clutch). Sky Panther tried to fight out of the hold, but the clutch was locked in and soon Sky Panther began fading. The referee raised Sky Panther's arm once only for it to fall limp to the ground. He tried a second time with the same result. However before the referee could check a third time WMD was back in the ring and broke up the pin with a boot to Dread Nocturne's head.

WMD began unloading on the champion with a flurry of hard kicks and forearms. The Champion looked out on his feet and WMD took advantage by lifting the champion up and hitting a huge Powerbomb. WMD looked to cap off her victory by going to the top rope, but Dreamscape ran out from the back and cut her off.

Referee Tiny Jackson wasn't going to stand for that and ejected Dreamscape from ringside, but WMD looked furious at the interference and exited the ring to chase Dreamscape from ringside. Sky Panther saw his opportunity with Dread Nocturne prone in the ring and climbed the turnbuckle, but suddenly Xero jumped out from the crowd and nailed Sky Panther with an enzuigiri kick to the head. As Sky Panther was dazed on the top rope Xero followed up with a devastating Xero Chance (Cyclorama) that planted Sky Panther on the mat.

Xero quickly rolled out of the ring while the referee was still dealing with Dreamscape and WMD. Dread Nocturne crawled over to make the cover on Sky Panther and got the referee's attention for the cheap one, two, three.

Dread Nocturne defeats [L]Sky Panther and WMD in 15:11 via Pinfall.

The tag title match being a draw meant that no one got a perfect score this round of predictions, but congratulations to Occasional Z and Jingo for getting all the other match predictions correct.

Predictions:

Midnightnick: 4/7

Occasional Z: 6/7

Jingo: 6/7

Zergon: 5/7

Xero

Affiliations: Terror Rising

Accomplishments: 1x Triple Dragon Champion

Age: 21 Size: Lightweight.

Bio: Xero is an extremely talented young high flyer from Mexico who has found success both in Mexico as part of ILL and in the United States as part of DRAGON. The young high flyer made a surprising debut on POW and quickly aligned himself with Terror Rising.

My Take: Xero is an incredible young talent with a potential to be a huge star. He's a spot monkey, but he can do moves that I've never seen before and at 21 he's got time to work on his psychology and consistency. Unfortunately he's well aware just how good he is and asked for quite a bit of money to work in POW. I think he's worth the investment, but Tiny Jackson may not be happy that I signed such an expensive contract.

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=HombreArana.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/HombreArana.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

"The Amazing" Hombre Arana

Affiliations: Heroes United

Accomplishments: Ranked #78 in TEW.com's 2011 top 100 wrestlers list.

Age: 23 Size: Lightweight.

Bio: Hombre Arana is a young luchador who graduated from CLLM's training academy in 2008. His comic book hero gimmick stood out in the more traditional CLLM, but his outstanding in ring skills have many predicting him to be a huge star in Mexico. Hombre Arana recently made a surprise debut in POW as part of Heroes United alongside Layla Fyre. This is the wrestlers first time working in the USA, but based on his performance it looks like he has a bright future in both countries.

My Take: I don't think anyone can argue that Hombre Arana is a great signing for POW. He's not quite as flash as Xero, but he's an incredibly solid and consistent in ring performer. I got in contact with Hombre Arana after reading an interview of his in which he stated he would like to get a chance to work in the US. I was surprised at how reasonable his payment demands were considering how big of a star he is in Mexico. We got him for quite a steal if you consider he's making just as much money per appearance as Earl Ray.

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=LaylaFyre.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/LaylaFyre.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

"Super" Layla Fyre

Affiliations: Heroes United

Accomplishments: None

Age: 26 Size: Small

Bio: Layla Fyre is a very talented young wrestler who was almost signed onto the original POW roster before an ankle injury made them look elsewhere. She has since recovered and has been working independant shows until she was brought in by POW as a part of Heroes United with Hombre Arana.

My Take: Layla Fyre is a very solid in ring worker. She's not quite as impressive in ring as her partner Hombre Arana, but she makes up for that with good charisma and promo ability. If she can stay healthy I see no reason for her not to succeed in POW.

Tag Team Match: The Slo-Mo Dojo vs The Night Terrors

Could go either way but I give this one to faces for two reasons 1) They are more experienced tag team and 2) This way Sky Panther can get a win over Dread Nocturne since he´s little unlikely to do it in singles match unless it´s non-title.

Sidekicks Title Match: Discotheque © vs Dreamscape vs the Secret Service

Normally Dreamscape wouldn´t be my choice, espesially since they have bad chemistry but right now I feel that the tag division is rather face heavy so heel team holding the titles would make sense to me.

Tag Team Match: Heroes United vs Alexia Dynamite and Meido Machine

Heroes are real team and that would usually give them the edge but they are still new team and Alexia is one of your top wrestlers so I give this one to heels.

Singles Match: DISCO Fox vs WMD

I give Fox the win this time around.

Tag Team Match: The Frat Pack vs Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster II and ???

Mystery guy should beat jobber squad guys like Frat Pack

Fancy some tag miscommunication here.

Sidekicks Title Match: Discotheque © vs Dreamscape vs the Secret Service

Was gonna go with the champs, but Zergon's right, there is an imbalance of faces and heels in the tag division. A heel win here gives your top face teams someone to chase.

Tag Team Match: Heroes United vs Alexia Dynamite and Meido Machine

Too big a step for the newcomers.

Singles Match: DISCO Fox vs. WMD

Sticking with WMD here.

I'll bow down to pair pressure and say the mystery man (or woman) is the key.

I dont comment often enough but want to point out that i've been really enjoying this, the awesome characters and good writing have made me download the mod as well and start up a game with POW.

Thanks, I really appreciate your comments; though I doubt I'll be able to match the wackiness of your saw dairy.

I'm glad you're giving this mod a try, but I have to hand it to jhd1, Shmoe and everyone else who worked on the jhdVerse for creating a great world with such interesting characters. I'll also give credit to Tigerkinney since it was his Diaspora diary that got me interested in the jhdVerse (and I also stole his match write-up style.)

I will say that I think the best is yet to come, assuming I don't bankrupt the company. It's probably not a good business move to hold a three day trios tournament when I lost money running my two day chaos tournament; especially since the trios tournament will have 36 wrestlers in it; three times as many as the Chaos Tournament, but what kind of POW diary would I be running if I made sensible business decisions?

The Frat Pack (Darius King and Freshman Patel)

vs

The Throwbacks (Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster II and Sir Scott Seal)

Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster introduces his mystery partner as "Knight of the Realm," Sir Scott Seal.

Early in the match the Frat Pack use their team experience to their advantage, but through a combination of skill and some dirty tactics the throwbacks quickly take control of the match. The villains isolate the smaller Freshman Patel in their corner of the ring and Sir Scott Seal looks to put an early end to the match with the The Heroes Journey (Triple Rolling Germans), but Darius King gets in to break up the pin.

Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster II tags into the match and plays to the crowd a bit before signaling he's going to put away Patel, but the showboating costs him as Freshman Patel takes him down with a dropkick and gets the hot tag in on Darius King.

Darius King gets in and the football star immediately takes down Westminster with a series of running shoulder blocks. The tricky Westminster slows him down with a low kick, but Darius fights out of the Bombing Run (Tornado DDT) and counters with a big Blitz (Spear) that knocks Westminster all the way out of the ring.

However POW matches use Lucha style tag rules meaning that exiting the ring counts as a tag. Sir Scott Seal takes full advantage of this and catches the big Darius King off guard with an impressive Dragon Slayer (Exploder Suplex). Sir Scott Seal then covers for the one, two, three.

Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster and [W]Sir Scott Seal defeat [L]Darius King and Freshman Patel in 7:13 via Pinfall.

"That was a jolly good match if I do say so myself. With Sir Scott Seal on our side the throwbacks are the greatest trio in all of POW, oh forget it, we're the best in the whole bloody colonies!"

Geoffrey hands the mic over to Sir Scott Seal as the crowd boos their country being referred to as a colony.

"Special Agent" Oliver Owens the 7th

"Last month at the Dusty Road we had a match with Discotheque for the tag team championships, but Dreamscape interfered in the match and cost us the chance at the championship. Tonight we're in a three way for the champion, but it's our mission to end the night as the new Sidekicks Champions.

WMD seemed to be taking her opponent more seriously this time then their last meeting where the monstrous woman's arrogance had nearly let the youngster score a big upset. This time WMD was all business and was straight on the attack, but DISCO Fox was fired up and more determined than ever to bring the fight to the big woman.

WMD tried as is her fashion to use her power to take control of the match, but DISCO Fox had learned from their last matchup and used his quickness to frustrate the big woman at every turn and keep her off balance with some fast paced dropkicks and flying forearms. DISCO Fox had WMD reeling and eventually brought her down with a big springboard crossbody. WMD managed to kick out at two, but both WMD and the crowd seemed shocked by how the match had been going. WMD's formula was to control the pace of the match and use her power to wear her opponent down, but this time it was the young DISCO Fox was taking the fight to her like no one had before.

WMD rolled to the outside in an attempt to get a chance to recover herself, but DISCO Fox wasn't about to let that happen and took to the air with a beautiful Plancha to the outside onto WMD. It looked like DISCO Fox had victory within his grasp, but lifting the big woman proved a tough challenge. Eventually DISCO Fox struggled and pulled WMD onto her feet, but the delay had given her time to recover and she rammed DISCO Fox back first into the apron.

WMD rolled DISCO Fox into the ring and for the next few minutes wore the young high flyer with a variety of painful submission holds. DISCO Fox refused to give up, but things looked dire for the young wrestler as WMD locked in a Bear Hug in the center of the ring.

WMD looked determine to break her opponent in half as she squeezed on the hold, but DISCO Fox wouldn't give up and out of desperation began headbutting WMD as hard as he could. After three or four headbutts DISCO Fox was bleeding from the forehead, but it was WMD who looked worse for the wear as she released the bear hug and staggered back from the force of the headbutt.

DISCO Fox was feeling it with the crowd firmly behind him and seeing WMD staggered took his chance to spring off the ropes and take the big woman down with a Flying Headbutt. Blood was trickling from DISCO Fox's forehead as he slowly got to his feet and looked around. Seeing WMD prone on the ground DISCO Fox saw his opportunity and climbed to the top rope. DISCO Fox leaped off the top onto WMD with the DISCO Drop (450 Splash), but WMD rolled out of the way leaving DISCO Fox to crash and burn.

DISCO Fox's mask was stained with his own blood as he staggered to his feet. DISCO Fox tried to throw a punch at WMD, but he seemed disoriented and missed the big woman completely. WMD responded with a kick to the gut that doubled DISCo Fox over before planting her semi-conscious opponent on the mat with a huge Powerbomb. DISCO Fox had given a good effort, but the three count was elementary after that.

WMD defeats DISCO Fox in 13:54 via Pinfall.

The referee raised WMD's arm in victory and she went to leave the ring, but she stopped before turning back to the prone DISCO Fox. WMD walked over to her bloody and battered opponent and stared at him angrily; as if she was furious that the young wrestler had nearly beat her.

WMD grabbed DISCO Fox by the hair and pulled him to his knees before knocking him back to the ground with a hard slap. WMD pulled him up to his knees again, but before she could do anything more Donny Chic and KC Summers came running down to make the save!

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=DonnyChic.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/DonnyChic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=KCSummer.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/KCSummer.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

WMD bailed out of the ring and stared down the Tag Champions Angrily before slowly making her way to the back. Discotheque helped DISCO Fox up and out of the ring, but stayed ringside as their match was up next.

This match was fast paced and chaotic, as one might expect of a three way tag match under lucha rules where exiting the ring counts as a tag.

In the beginning of the match Discotheque and the Secret Service teamed up to take down Dreamscape; both unhappy with the menacing masked duo's interference in their title match last month. However it didn't take long before it was a free for all with plenty of high flying action and dives to the outside.

After over ten minutes of back and forth action the end came after Scaremare hit a flying cross body to KC Summers on the outside, Oliver Owens hit both of them with a suicide dive, and finally Donny Chic took out all of them with a somersault plancha to the outside.

Frightening and The Master of Disguise found themselves the lone men in the ring with everyone else down on the outside. Both men quickly went after each other trying to score a pin while their wasn't anyone around to break the pin.

Frightening and The Master of the Disguise exchanged some near falls with pinning reversals, but eventually Frightening took control with a series of stiff kicks to his opponent. Frightening tried to capitalize and went for the running Yakuza Kick, but The Master of Disguise ducked the kick and sent his opponent head over heels with the C4.

The Master of Disguise saw his opportunity and climbed to the top turnbuckle. The Master of Disguise leaped from the ropes and delivered a beautiful Unidentified Flying Object (Corkscrew Shooting Star Press) to the prone Frightening. The Master of Disguise covered and the referee began counting. One, Two, Thre- KC Summers pulled The Master of Disguise off and dumped him from the ring before making a cover of his own. Donny Chic protected his partner as KC Summers got the three count on Frightening.

Donny Chic and [W]KC Summers defeat [L]Frightening, Scaremare, Oliver Owens the 7th, and The Master of Disguise in 14:12 via Pinfall to retain the Sidekicks Championships.

Discotheque are celebrating their successful title defense when all of a sudden WMD walks out of the entryway with a mean look on her face as she approached the ring.

Donny Chic and KC Summers face WMD and prepare themselves in case she attacks, but WMD stops just outside the ring and simply stares the two men down. Suddenly a woman jumps the rail to the crowd and slides into the ring behind Discotheque. The woman jumps Discotheque from behind catching them off guard and is joined by WMD in beating down the unsuspecting sidekicks champions.

The duo pick up the Sidekicks title belts from the ground and hold them in the air to signify they intend to be the next tag team champions as the crowd boos. Followers of women's wrestling recognize WMD's ally as Mio Nawabe; Joshi star and long time tag team partner of WMD collectively known as the Women of Destruction.

WMD and Mio Nawabe drop the belts onto the prone champions before exiting the ring; their point having been made very clear.

Heroes United ("The Amazing" Hombre Arana and "Super" Layla Fyre)

Alexia Dynamite and Meido Machine are the more established team in this matchup and both seek to wear down their opponents with their great technical abilities, but Heroes United fight their way back into the match through heart and superior teamwork.

Despite being newcomers, the crowd is firmly on the side of the super heroes as the two rally back against their opponents. However each time the heroes seem to be getting the advantage the Villains cut them off with dirty tactics and continue to work over their arms in preparation for the Dynamite Lock and Nyan-Lock.

The match goes back and forth, but Alexia Dynamite looks to finish off the match with the Dynamite Lock (Twisting Armbar) on Hombre Arana. However the talented luchador wasn't finished yet, and used his feet to roll himself over and roll Alexia Dynamite up forcing her to break the hold.

Alexia Dynamite tried to slow down the luchador, but Hombre Arana was fired up and took down the former grand champion with a series of lucha style arm drags. Hombre Arana then ran off the ropes and took Alexia Dynamite down with the Spider Strike (Sling Blade). Hombre Arana goes for a cover, but Meido comes in to break up the pin.

Meido takes down the luchador with a suplex, but Layla Fyre comes in with a jumping rolling sole kick to Meido's Midsection that doubles him over. Layla Fyre lifted Meido into the air to go for the Fyre-Bomb (Electric Chair Driver), but Meido wriggled free and rolled through with a sunset flip. Layla Fyre kicked out of the pin at two, but Meido transitioned smoothly into the Nyan Lock! (Keylock)

Meido held onto the painful hold and looked like he would force Fyre to tap out, but Hombre Arana made the save by leaping off the top rope onto Meido with the Super Splash (Frogsplash). However as soon as Hombre Arana got to his feet he was met with the Fist Full of Dynamite (Rolling Punch) which knocked Hombre Arana out of the ring.

Alexia Dynamite locked in the Dynamite Lock (Twisting Armbar) on the already weakened arm of Layla Fyre and gave her no choice but to tap out.

[W]Alexia Dynamite and Meido Machine defeat Hombre Arana and [L]Layla Fyre in 13:31 via Submission.

El Scorcho

"That's right! We're back and ready to kick some ass. Dread Nocturne and Xero might be able to cheat their way to victory some of the time, but the Slo-Mo Dojo is the best team in POW and as far as I'm concerned there's no one I'd rather have my back, so Xero and Dread Nocturne. I hope you're ready."

"Exactly. Terror Rising might have stolen my Grand Title, but tonight we're going to show them what real teamwork is.

"I hope you're ready Terror Rising, because after tonight I'm going to have a black belt in kicking your ass."

The crowd was hot for the main event as the ever popular El Scorcho and former Grand Champion Sky Panther reunited to take on Grand Champion Dread Nocturne and the high flying Xero. The match was a hotly contested back and forth match with Slo-Mo Dojo having the edge in team experience, but Dread Nocturne and Xero being dangerous opponents in any circumstances.

After quite a bit of back and forth action all four men were in the ring El Scorcho and Sky Panther looked to finish things by clasping their arms together and shouting Bullet Time! Suddenly the action slowed down as Xero and Dread Nocturne tried to attack the duo, but the Slo-Mo Dojo's mastery of martial arts films let them easily dodge and counter the attacks. El Scorcho and Sky Panther finished the bullet time with a simultaneous Blinding Kung Fu Rush (Normal Speed kicks and punches to slow motion opponent) by El Scorcho onto Dread Nocturne and a Slo-Mo Stunner by Sky Panther onto Xero. The duo went for simaltaneous covers, but both Nocturne and Xero got shoulders up at the last second.

Sky Panther and El Scorcho exchange nods and both men climb to opposite turnbuckle corners. The duo wait for Xero and Dread Nocturne to get to their feet in the center of the ring before jumping off with the Kung Fu Kick Combo (Dual Diving Thrust Kicks). Dread Notcurne manages to dive out of the way, but Xero ends up getting sandwiched by both kicks.

With Xero temporarily out of it the duo take control and send Dread Nocturne into the corner. Sky Panther slingshots his partner into the corner after him, but Dread Nocturne counters with a kick to the oncoming El Scorcho. Sky Panther charges in after him, but Dread Nocturne catches him with a Release Exploder Suplex that sends him rolling out of the ring.

With Dread Nocturne and El Scorcho alone in the ring order is temporarily restored as the heels work over El Scorcho in the corner; targeting his right arm which hasn't quite recovered from the previous months post-match assault by Meido.

The villains work over El Scorcho and Xero gets a two count after hitting a nice Tilt-A-Whirl DDT, but El Scorcho won't give up and manages to kick out at the last minute.

Sky Panther is hot for a tag as he wills his partner to fight back and make it to his corner, but suddenly a masked man pulls Sky Panther from the apron and sprays Chemical Mist into Sky Panther's eyes!

Xero climbs the turnbuckle to go for the Xero Hour (Double Rotation Moonsault) on El Scorcho, but El Scorcho cuts him off and crotches him on the apron. Seeing his opportunity El Scorcho crawls over to his corner, but looks confused when he gets there and sees his partner on the ground in no position to make the tag.

Dread Nocturne meanwhile gets a blind tag on Xero and takes advantage of the distracted El Scorcho to hit him with a sick Light's Out (Brainbuster). Not satisfied with simply pinning his opponent Dread Nocturne locks in the Grip of Nightmare (Koji Clutch) on the limp El Scorcho. EL Scorcho looks to be unconscious and Referee Tiny Jackson has no choice but to call for the bell.

[W]Dread Nocturne and Xero defeat [L]El Scorcho and Sky Panther in 14:23 via Referee Stoppage.

After the match Dread Nocturne rabs a microphone and walks up the ram p with Xero and the Masked Man who sprayed mist into Sky Panther's eyes.

"I warned you all that the Nightmare was only beginning and now you all see I speak the truth as the ranks of Terror Rising grow. We are an unstoppable force, and believe me, the Nightmare has only just begun."

Occasional Z: 4/5

Sir Scott Seal

Affiliations: The Throwbacks

Accomplishments: None

Age: 26 Size: Middleweight

Bio: Scott Seal is a young worker from San Antonio who has been working the independent scene for a number of years and seems ready to break into a name promotion. Known for his good technical game and stiff suplexes, Seal often used the nickname "Real" Scott Seal in his independent days.

He recently debuted for POW with a medieval knight gimmick that seems to be a 180 from his previous much more realistic and serious character, but that's POW for you.

My Take: Scott Seal is a good wrestler. He's not really exceptional at any one area, but he's a good all rounder with no real flaws and is young enough to develop into a great worker.

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=MioNawabe.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/MioNawabe.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Mio Nawabe

Affiliations: The Women of Doom

Accomplishments: 1x Guerreras Del Ring Tag Team Champion, Ranked #55 in TEW.COM's 2011 Power 100.

Age: 36 Size: Very Small

Bio: Mio Nawabe is a graduate from the prestigious House of Joshi in Japan. Nawabe was signed by the Japan Women's Wrestling Federation (the JWWF) soon after her debut. Nawabe's skill developed over the years until she was one of the finest in ring performers in the world; male or female. She eventually earned the world title at JWWF, but a serious of bad business decisions and incompetant management drove what had been at one time the time the biggest women's wrestling company into bankruptcy in 2008.

Nawabe now spends most of her time in the AWW, but has recently reunited with fellow House of Joshi graduate and longtime Tag Team Partner WMD in POW.

My Take: Mio Nawabe is a fantastic talent. In terms of in ring knowledge and expertise she's one of the best in the world. The state of women's wrestling these days is rather unfortunate; especially for someone with the talent of Nawabe, but in some ways it's good for POW since it means we can afford some great talent that otherwise wouldn't be available to us.

Biohazard (Adam Manchester)

Affiliations: Terror Rising

Accomplishments: None

Age: 24 Size: Lightweight

Bio: Adam Manchester is a solid young cruiser weight from New Hampshire who's made several appearances with several companies including POW previously.

He recently debuted under a mask in POW as "The Chemical Weapon" Biohazard. He's aligned himself with Terror Rising by attacking Sky Panther during a match between the Slo-Mo Dojo and The Night Terrors.

My Take: Adam Manchester is a solid young wrestler. His main drawback is that he just looks rather bland, but I'm hoping that putting him under a mask as Biohazard will help with that.

Can't believe I missed the predictions again! Awesome show again Tiberious, and the debuts worked really well. You're really starting to get the main event results you deserve too, and Agent X must be really pushing up those Secret Service angles!

Thanks!

Agent X has been regularly getting voted as the most entertaining wrestler in the world (alongside Drake Richards and Timothy Hawk). Not bad for a random gen; even if she is competing with Earl Ray for worst in ring skills in the company. I do admit that for that Secret Service promo I had Agent X as the only one who was actually rated; I still got "The angles didn't match the in ring quality" anyway.

Will team DRAGON claim a victory at POW's first ever Trios Tournament?

The Frat Pack (Darius King, Freshman Patel, and Scott Bingington)

The Frat Pack haven't had the best year so far, but the 2011 trios champions work well as a unit and will no doubt want to repeat their 2011 success. Not an easy task given the much stiffer competition this year.

Heroes United ("The Amazing" Hombre Arana, "Super" Layla Fyre, and the Flying Vergomov)

Heroes United have looked impressive so far in Paragons of Wrestling and they'll look to capitalize on their success by becoming the first ever Trios Tournament champions. The team will be joined by the Russian Trapeze Artist known as The Flying Vergomov who will lend his amazing acrobatics to the team in their quest for victory. Will the international group of heroes find victory in the first ever Trios Tournament?

Hollywood Heroes ("Krash Test Dummy" Kris Bryant, "Double Action" Martin McClane, and ???)

Straight out of Hollywood we have the team of Stuntman turned wrestler Kris Bryant and Action Star turned wrestler Martin McClane. The duo have surely recorded their share of exploits on the big screen, but they'll have a chance to achieve even more in the ring at the first ever Trios Tournament. They have yet to reveal their third and final member, but their certainly a team to keep your eye on.

Lucha International (El Scorcho, Sky Panther, and El Estandar)

The Slo-Mo Dojo is teaming up with Pro Wrestling Integrity's "Luchador Standard" El Estandar. This is a team who's impressive in ring talent is matched by their entertaining crowd pleasing style. Will Lucha International become the first ever Trios Tournament Champions?

The Secret Service (Agent X, Oliver Owens the 7th, the Master of Disguise)

The Secret Service have been impressive as a team and came close to winning the sidekicks titles on several occasions. The giant Agent X has looked unstoppable so far and they've made it their mission to become the first ever Trios Tournament Champions.

The Submission Machines (Meido Machine, Daniel James, and ???)

Daniel James is a talented young English wrestler with a traditional no frills English Style of wrestling. Traditional is a word that certainly can't be applied to the bizarre Meido Machine. This oddball pairing do have one thing in common in being expert technical wrestlers. Time will tell if the team will find unity and they have yet to announce their final team member.

Terror Rising I

The original members of Terror Rising are teaming up with the goal of becoming the first ever Trios Champion. Grand Champion Dread Nocturne hasn't been happy with Dreamscape's failure to win the Sidekicks titles, but they'll have a chance to more than make up for that by becoming the first ever Trios Tournament Champions.

Terror Rising II

Terror Rising certainly have an edge in the tournament as the incredible high flying Xero is leading a second team consisting of himself, "The Chemical Weapon" Biohazard, and a final as of yet unknown member. Time will tell if this mystery 6th member of Terror Rising will be the edge they need to become the first ever trios tournament Champions.

The Throwbacks (Lt. Geoffrey C. Westminster II, Sir Scott Seal, The Highwayman)

The throwbacks recently revealed Sir Scott Seal as the third member of their group and will look to prove their talent as a trio by becoming the first ever Trios Tournament Champions.

The Women of Destruction (Alexia Dynamite, Mio Nawabe, and WMD)

The final team in the Trios Tournament has to be considered one of the favorites as it consists of former Grand Champion Alexia Dynamite, Joshi Legend Mio Nawabe, and the powerful WMD. Will this trio of talented and destructive women become the first ever Trios Tournament Champions?

<a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=DonnyChic.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/DonnyChic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> vs <a href="http://s1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/?action=view&current=WMD.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh584/Tiberious4/WMD.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Singles Match:

Donny Chic vs WMD

Last month WMD and Mio Nawabe assaulted Donny Chic and his partner after their match. A tag team title match between the teams had been announced, but it has been delayed to day one of the Trios Tournament as a result of KC Summers being not medically cleared to wrestler tonight. Donny Chic will be out for revenge tonight as he takes on the powerful WMD.

Who will win? Find out at The Oncoming Storm!

Stipulation Match:

El Scorcho vs Meido Machine

It looked like the feud between El Scorcho and Meido Machine might have been over two months ago when El Scorcho offered a handshake after his victory, but Meido instead viciously attacked him after the match and injured his arm.

After the Slo-Mo Dojos loss last week Meido has been vocal in his claims that he would be a better tag team partner to El Scorcho than Sky Panther. El Scorcho is still angry about the assault and has challenged Meido Machine on one condition:

If Meido Machine wins the match El Scorcho will agree to become his tag team partner and become the third member of Meido's Trios Team. If El Scorcho wins the match however Meido will be barred from interfering in any more of El Scorcho's matches or otherwise interacting with him outside of pre -scheduled matches.

Who will come out victorious? Find out at the Oncoming Storm!

Singles Match: Donny Chic vs WMD

WMD has so looked like better singels wrestler from these two.

Stipulation Match: El Scorcho vs Meido Machine

Meido lost twice now so it would be time for him to win if this feud will continue and that stipulation would help explain why two of the trios team doesn´t win the tournament (since I don´t see Scorcho and Meido co-existing and I doubt Lucha International could find quality guy to replace Scorcho).

Tag Team Match: Heroes United vs The Night Terrors

Night Terrors are simply bigger names right now.

Singles Match: DISCO Fox vs Mio Nawabe

Not sure about this one since Mio is still rather unknown for me but I doubt she has much overness in USA.

Tag Team Match: The Secret Service vs the Throwbacks

Service has looked like better team so far and I assume that they are higher on the pecking order too.

Battle Royale for a First Round Bye in the Trios Tournament: (Pick Two Winners)

Agent X vs Biohazard vs Daniel James vs Freshman Patel vs Frightening vs Krash Test Dummy vs Sir Scott Seal vs Sky Panther vs The Flying Vergomov vs Toson Soseki

Sky Panther looks like the biggest name here so I go with him as one of the two. I think that the second spot is between Agent X, Frightening and Biohazard (last two simply because they part of the Terror Rising). I go with Biohazard as I have a feel that his trio might be the better Terror Rising team in the tournament (I´m not having much faith on Dreamscape for some reason).

The Journal of POW Head Booker, Bill Allison

- June 25th, 2012

In a surprising result Ebi Kadivar (The Master of Disguise) won the Diaspora Super Junior Tag Team Titles alongside Soh Terajima. The duo had formed a tag team only about a month ago being known as The Syndicate, members of some sort of shady mafia-like organization. The Duo has worked well as a team and scored a huge upset when they defeated Shintaro Hideki and Kotei Yamato for the Super Junior Tag Team Titles.

Kadivar is the first American to hold a title in Diaspora, and this victory seems to be a sign that Diaspora sees him as a key member of their roster. This is of course great for Kadivar and I'm happy that he's found success, but I am concerned that he may eventually decide to focus solely on his career Japan.

- July 1st, 2012

KC Summers suffered a broken tail bone during the Way of the Dragon III, their end of month pay per view. The doctors say he'll need at least four weeks recovery time which means he won't be able to compete at The Oncoming Storm, but should be back in time for the Trios Tournament.

I had planned to have the Tag Team Title match between Discotheque and The Women of Destruction headline the show, but I'll have to scrap that. A few of the teams would need first round byes in the trios tournament anyway, so I can move the match back to Day One of the tournament without too many problems. I had always thought that Donny Chic could do well as a singles wrestler, so this gives me an opportunity to test that theory.

- July 7th, 2012

Dread Nocturne (Zachary Quinn) has signed a deal with DRAGON. We have a close working relationship with DRAGON sharing talent such as the Slo-Mo Dojo, Discotheque, and Xero. Dread Nocturne has impressed a lot of people with his performance as our Grand champion, so it's no huge surprised that DRAGON are interested in him.

The national exposure of DRAGON should be great for Dread Nocturne, so I see the signing as a win-win for us and DRAGON. The only worry is that if DRAGON does at any point break their ties with us we would lose much of our top talent, but I don't see that happening in the near future.

- July 10th, 2012

I had another talk with Tiny Jackson about the trios tournament. He pointed out that a three day tournament is going to cost us a lot of money and suggested that we scale it down to two days with eight teams. From a financial standpoint he's absolutely correct as we're going to be bleeding money to pay the talent for the three day event, but I argued that we're doing something no other company has done and that it would get everyone talking about POW.

I don't think Tiny Jackson was sold on the plan, but he said he'd go along with my decision. From a wrestling standpoint our last event was the best we've ever put out and the talent all seem happy with the direction we're headed, so I think Jackson didn't want to risk alienating them by going against my plans.

Jackson's right about the finances, but I'm tired of just being adequete. I've spent fifteen years as a mediocre wrestler with a mediocre career. I'm sick of it, I don't want to be a mediocre booker. I'm going to either make POW the hottest company in wrestling or I'm going to go up in flames.

All ten of the participants made their way to the ring, and as soon as the bell rung the ring became a chaotic sea of action.

For the most part the battle was a wild free for all, but Sky Panther went straight after Biohazard in revenge for the attack the previous month. Biohazard wanted no part of the angry Luchador and spent most of the early minutes of the match trying to stay as far away from Sky Panther as he could. Eventually Sky Panther saw his chance when Sky Panther was distracted fighting Freshman Patel. Biohazard tried to dump Sky Panther over the top rope, but Sky Panther reversed it and sent Biohazard over the top rope.

Sky Panther though he had eliminated his opponent, but Biohazard hung on to the rope and got himself on the apron. He waited for Sky Panther to turn before spitting out the Chemical Mist, but Sky Panther ducked and the unfortunate Freshman Patel ended up getting blasted by the mist. Sky Panther reacted by drop kicking Biohazard off the apron while at the same time DRAGON representative Toson Soseki saw his opportunity eliminated the blinded Patel.

Biohazard and Freshman Patel Have been Eliminated.

In another corner of the ring The Flying Vergomov was going after Frightmare in the corner. After Taking Frightmare to the ground the Flying Vergomov leaped fluidly to the top of the turnbuckle, but paid for it when Daniel James took advantage by pushing Vergomov from the top rope onto the floor.

Daniel James took a moment to taunt Vergomov for the foolishness of going to the top rope in a match like this, but this distraction cost him as Frightmare had recovered and dumped the Englishman over the rope from behind.

The Flying Vergomov and Daniel James have been eliminated.

Meanwhile Sir Scott Seal found himself facing off against Agent X in the center of the ring. Sir Scott Seal flexed his muscles in an attempt to intimidate the giant woman, but Agent X was unimpressed. Sir Scott Seal then demanded to lock up Agent X in a test of strength, but the "Knight of the Realm" quickly found himself overpowered by the giant woman and was thrown over the rope by Agent X.

Sir Scott Seal has been eliminated.

With only five competitors remaining it dawns on them that the giant Agent X will be next to impossible to eliminated on their own, so the other four remaining wrestlers all move to elminate the big woman at once. The four struggle, but can't seem to get Agent X up over the rope. In an impressive display of strength Agent X overpowers all four of her opponents and sends the flying back. Krash Test Dummy tries for a flying crossbody, but this proves a mistake as the giant woman catches him and dumps him over the rope.

Krash Test Dummy has been eliminated

However suddenly the already eliminated Sir Scott Seal grabs onto Agent X from the outside trying to pull her out. Agent X looks furious, but Frightening and Tosen Soseki team up to dump Agent X over the top rope. Sir Scott Seal takes a moment to gloat, but is sent running to the back when the furious Agent X stands up and chases after him.

Agent X has been eliminated

Frightening, Sky Panther, and Toson Soseki are the final three competitors left in the match and the trio face off all realizing that they just need to eliminate one of their opponents to get a first round spot.

Sky Panther starts going after both of his opponents with some fast paced dropkicks and leg kicks, but eventually gets cut off as both his opponents team up to wear him down. Soseki and Frightening pummel Sky Panther in the corner. Frightening whips Toson Soseki into Sky Panther in a double team move that sees Soseki nail Panther with a corner dropkick. Tosen looks to do it once more with Frightening, but suddenly the masked man reverses and tries to throw Soseki over the ropes!

Soseki is caught off guard, but manages to hang onto the ropes and leaps back into the ring taking out Frightening with a springboard spinning heel kick. Tosen Soseki looks to eliminate Frightening, but suddenly Scaremare jumps into the ring and attacks him from behind.

Scaremare goes for an Enzuigiri on Soseki, but the DRAGON representative sees it coming and ducks the kick and counters by delivering a stiff Buzzsaw Kick to the interfering Scaremare. The distraction however proves it's worth as Sky Panther hits Soseki with a flying dropkick sending him up and over the ring leaving just Frightening and Sky Panther in the ring.

Tosen Soseki has been eliminated

Sky Panther and Frightening survive and earn first round byes for their teams.

Westminster was in to break the pin and tried to finish off The Master of Disguise with the Bombing Run (Tornado DDT), but Oliver Owens the 7th was in to break it up.

Owens nailed Westminster with the License to Kill (Dragon Suplex) which was followed up with an Unidentified Flying Object (Corkscrew Shooting Star Press) from the Master of Disguise which put down Westminster for the three count.

The story of the match was the savvy veteran Mio Nawabe using all of her experience and technique to try to put away the young DISCO Fox, but the rookie showing a lot of heart and using his speed and agility to keep himself in the match

Still Nawabe's experience lets her get the better of her opponent and she looks to put away DISCO Fox with the Fisherwoman's Suplex. The referee counts the pin, but much to Nawabe's dismay DISCO Fox gets a shoulder up at the two and a half count.

Mio Nawabe doesn't give DISCO Fox any time to recover as she immediately locks in a Cloverleaf submission hold. DISCO However won't tap out and manages to slowly drag himself over to the ropes. The Referee forces Nawabe to break the hold and the Joshi Star takes offense to this as she gets in the referees face.

However as the referee is distracted WMD makes her way from the back. DISCO Fox manages to get to get to his feet, but sees WMD on the outside and stares her down ready for her to interfere. The veteran Nawabe quickly rolls up the distracted DISCO Fox from behind and holds onto the tights to get the win.

"Come have a little faith in me, I know I can win tonight."

"I know, but I mean we're a team and we shouldn't make big decisions like that without talking to one another you know?"

"Look I'm just sick and tired of Meido costing me matches and I want to put a stop to it. Maybe if you had my back this match wouldn't need to happen."

"What do you mean I don't have your back? We're partners."

"And where were you when Meido interfered in my match against WMD at the Chaos Tournament, or the time before that when he interfered against Alexia Dynamite? Were you too busy preparing for your title match to help out your friend?"

"Look you know it's not like that. If I had known he was going to interfere I would have stopped him."

"Look I have a match to get ready for."

The grudge match starts off fast and furious. El Scorcho wants revenge for Meido's interference and post match attack at the Dusty Road, but Meido Machine is determined to prove himself and become El Scorcho's new partner by defeating him. The match goes back and forth for a good ten minutes with both men trading near falls and back and forth exchanges it what proves to be a very even match.

Eventually the match spilled to the outside and the two rivals began brawling at ringside with Meido taking control after whipping El Scorcho shoulder first into the ring post. Meido continued his assault by wrapping El Scorcho's arm around the ring post and pulling on it violently until referee Tiny Jackson forced Meido to break the hold.

Meido continued working over El Scorcho's arm and shoulder once they were back inside the ring. Using a variety of painful submission holds mixed with quick kicks to the arm to wear down the Luchador. El Scorcho however wasn't going to be defeated so easily and he fought back with a combination of kicks and punches that sent Meido reeling into the corner before sending him to the mat with a spinning neckbreaker. El Scorcho capitalized on his momentum by going to the top rope and nailing the Kung Fu Kick (Diving Thrust Kick) on the rising Meido, but only got a two count.

El Scorcho lifted Meido up off the ground, but the talented Meido responded with a quick punch to the injured arm followed by an arm breaker that had El Scorcho reeling in pain. Meido took El Scorcho to the mat with a ussian legsweep and wasted no time before trying to lock in the Nyan-Lock (Keylock).

El Scorcho struggled, but eventually Meido had the hold cinched in right in the center of the ring. El Scorcho was in pain and out of desperation he raked his free hand across Meido's face. This earned a warning from the referee, but it allowed El Scorcho to push Meido off and escape the hold.

The two opponents both got to their feet and began exchanging kicks in the center of the ring. Meido eventually got the better of the exchange after a series of kicks to the injured arm. Meido tried to follow it up with a running corner dropkick, but El Scorcho moved out of the way and Meido ended up crashing into the corner.

Meido got up groggily from the corner just as El Scorcho went for the Scorch Kick (Superkick), but Meido ducked under and grabbed El Scorcho from behind. Meido went for a release suplex, but El Scorcho landed on his feet and as soon as Meido turned around he got nailed with the Scorcho Kick. El Scorcho fell into the cover on top of Meido and the referee counted to one, two, three.

Layla Fyre

"Our opponents may call themselves Heroes United, but if they knew what was in store for them then they would not be so eager to challenge the power of Terror Rising. We are the shadows that lurk in the deepest darkness of your mind just waiting to be let out. Many will hide their fear, but I promise you that the nightmare is only beginning."

Dread Nocturne and Xero seem to be toying with their opponents in the opening of the match and not taking them seriously, but their arrogance backfires and Hombre Arana nearly gets the win a few minutes into the match with a surprise rollup.

The Night Terrors eventually realize they need to take their opponents seriously, but Heroes United work well as a team and are more than up to the task of keeping up with their opponents.

The match is a fast paced back and forth match with plenty of action. A nice sequence between the two luchadors, Xero and Hombre Arana, ends with Xero getting dumped onto the floor into Dread Nocturne followed by Layla Fyre giving Hombre Arana a boost as he leaps into the air and takes out both members of the night terrors with a cross body to the floor.

Eventually the finish of the match sees Layla Fyre beating down Dread Nocturne in the corner when Xero enters illegally to drop her with a kick to the head. Xero follows it up with a Xero Hour (Double Rotation Moonsault) off the top onto the prone Layla Fyre.

Hombre Arana breaks the pin and then plants Xero head first into the mat with a devastating Spider's Web (

) however Dread Nocturne has had time to recover and nails Hombre Arana with a Light's Out (Brainbuster) and covers him for the three count.

Donny Chic

WMD, last week you and your partner jumped me and my friend KC Summers from behind. Now my boy "Superfly" Summers may not be here tonight, but I'm going to bring twice the noise when we face of one on one. Tonight WMD, your going to feel the funk."

Rating: 46 (D)

The main event of the evening starts off slow, but builds up quickly. Donny Chic is looking for revenge for the attack and injury of his tag team partner, but WMD is bigger and stronger and uses her strength to take control of the matchup.

WMD is in control for most of the match and after punishing her opponent with her strength and power she eventually looks to finish the match with a Powerbomb, but as she lifts up Donny Chic the young disco stud reverses the move into a Discorana (Dragonrana) that nearly gets the three count, but WMD manages to kick out at two and a half.

WMD gets to her feet and tries to continue where she left off, but Donny Chic is feeling it now and dodges a forearm by WMD and takes her down with a springboard crossbody. It's all Donny Chic now as he nails a series of dropkicks onto WMD.

WMD is sent to her knees from the force of the dropkicks and is finally sent to the mat after one final dropkick to the face. Donny Chic climbs to the top and as the fans cheer him leaps off with the Listen to the Music Somersault Leg Drop. Donny Chic covers and the referee counts to three. Donny Chic thinks hes won, but is dismayed when he finds out WMD got her foot on the rope at the last second.

Donny Chic looks to go high risk as he climbs up to the top of the turnbuckle and waits for WMD to get to her feet, but suddenly Mio Nawabe runs out and up onto the apron. She tries to grab onto Donny Chic, however Chic kicks her off the apron. Chic leaps into the air at WMD, but WMD catches him and delivers a huge Spinebuster that plants him on the map. WMD finishes off the match with style as she climbs to the top rope herself to deliver a devastating Moonsault. There is no kicking out of that as WMD covers Donny Chic for the three count.

WMD defeats Donny Chic in 14:29 via Pinfall.

Battle Royale for a First Round Bye in the Trios Tournament: (Pick Two Winners)

Agent X vs Biohazard vs Daniel James vs Freshman Patel vs Frightening vs Krash Test Dummy vs Sir Scott Seal vs Sky Panther vs The Flying Vergomov vs Toson Soseki

Congratulations to Midnightnick and MJStark for tying for the best scores. The two matches that gave people the most trouble were Frightening winning the battle Royale and El Scorcho defeating Meido in the stipulation match.

The Battle Royale was obviously a difficult one to predict with two winners. Sky Panther was an easy choice because he was the most over guy in the match and Frightning was the second winner mainly because I wanted to have Dread Nocturne free for a singles match on Day One of the tournament.

Zergon's logic about Meido needing to win for the feud between him and El Scorcho to continue was correct, but El Scorcho is one of the top faces in the company and it's likely he's going to be challenging Dread Nocturne for the Grand Title in the near future so I wanted some resolution to the feud. I think Meido still got a lot out of the feud; even though he lost it was a pretty high profile feud/storyline for him and the fans are really starting to take to him.

Predictions:

Midnightnick: 5/7

smurphy1014: 3/7

Zergon: 4/7

Jingo: 4/7

MJStark: 5/7

The Frat Pack (Darius King, Freshman Patel, and Scott Bingington) vs Terror Rising II (Xero, Biohazard, and ???)

The Frat Pack haven't had a great 2012 so far, but they have a lot of experience working together as a trio and they shouldn't be taken lightly. Xero and Biohazard are the newest members of Terror Rising and have promised to reveal yet another member as the final member of their team, but the Trio can't look past their opponents if they want to move on in the tournament.

Who will win and advance in the tournament? Find out at Chaos Tournament Night One.

Heroes United (Hombre Arana, Layla Fyre, and The Flying Vergomov) vs The Submission Machines (Meido Machine, Daniel James, and ???)

Grand Title Match: Dread Nocturne© vs El Estandar

No build-up on this match so Nocturne retains.

Tag Team Title Match: Discotheque© vs the Women of Destruction

This could go either way but I still think that there´s more good faces than heel teams at the moment so I go with challengers.

Trios Tournament Round One Matches:

Team DRAGON vs The Hollywood Heroes

Coin flip, I go with Hollywood Heroes simply because one of them is unknown so I gamble on the assumption that he/she is unknown because he/she is big enough name to cause some reaction.

The Frat Pack vs Terror Rising II

This tournament is a spot where Pack might be able to do something with them being trios champions and all but I don´t see Xero losing to them.

Heroes United vs The Submission Machines

Not sure about this one so I just go with personal preference.

The Secret Service vs The Throwbacks

Secret Service guys (and girl) just seems to be higher on the ladders.
