Really enjoying following both you guys and your progression using these rules .. thanks for posting it! My only request would be whether you can list your Finances as well as your Popularity, even if it's only annually? <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

ALPHA-1 was named Promotion of the Year, Jakuchu Abe (10-0) was named fighter of the year, going 4-0 with all wins via Submission in 2000, including winning the ALPHA-1 Middleweight Title then defending it twice. Todd D'Abruzzo vs. Linfield Ballard won fight of the year and deserved so. They just started swinging for the fences multiple times with Ballard coming out ahead every time but not able to put D'Abruzzo away before D'Abruzzo finally came out ahead in a wild punch fest late in the 3rd round and was able to put Ballard away to score the come from behind victory. Also ALPHA-1 signed away Welterweight David Allen (17-5, 1-0 MSFC).</p><p> </p><p>

Former MSFC fighter Norman Pike (22-5) is still the TOP Heavyweight Champion and is the #5 ranked Heavyweight in the world and Joshua Hope (8-1) is the #14 ranked Light Heavyweight fighting in ALPHA-1.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Finances:</strong> </p><p>

We're down to $1,530,776 and lost $129,909 in the last 6 months. We're trying to retain more of our fighters by signing some of the higher ranked guys to standard contracts but it's also costing us more to do so. </p></div><p></p><p></p>

<p>Thank you both very much for humoring my request regarding Finances, I've just been rather curious as to how that side was going for you guys. Seems it's the toughest part of the challenge huh? I see that you both started with a $2.5M bankroll. Do you think that's about right for this so far?</p><p> </p><p>

Itching to start my own attempt soon as it looks like a ton of fun. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

DRAGON 9 - SUNDAY, WEEK 4, DECEMBER 1999

Location: China

Attendance: 118

Main Event: LW - Rayver Anzures(13-10) beat Indriyanto Setyo Nugroho(24-20-5) by TKO(Strikes) in 4:12 of Round 2(Average)

WW - Tadashi Kimura(7-2) beat Marihito Katsumata(3-1) by TKO(Strikes) in 5:19 of Round 1(Great)

LW - Kazuya Chano(12-6) beat Hisanobu Hirase(0-1) by TKO(Strikes) in 5:57 of Round 1(Great)

FOTN: Tadashi Kimura vs. Marihito Katsumata

KOTN: Tadashi Kimura

SOTN: Datuk Ong Ka Ting

Our popularity increased from 9% to 9.8%.

NOTABLES

1. Teeratep Nutnum, Kazuya Chano and Indriyanto Setyo Nugroho were all signed after their KDM FC contracts expired. But Indriyanto screwed us up by retiring after his loss here.

2. 3 of the top 4 Welterweights of our division have all suffered a loss to each other. Datuk Ong Ka Ting lost to Shinali Shomen, Shinali Shomen lost to Bussho Maruyama and Maruyama lost to Masuko. Only Masuko is the person to still have an unbeaten streak. So, the next big fight in WW will be Datuk vs. Masuko to see whether the craziness continues or Masuko can reign on top.

3. Our lightweight division only feature 6 wrestlers. Part of that is due to pillaging by KDM FC who had signed away most of the lightweights around Asia to Exclusive contracts. So, we have to wait a bit to develop our LW division.
