Smackdown opens with a shot of returning General Manager Booker T’s office, where Booker is arguing with Dolph Ziggler. Apparently the former World Champion is demanding a match against Alberto Del Rio at Money In The Bank.

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Booker_T_Staff.jpg?t=1371917604

“Sorry, dawg, I jus’ can’t let you do that. As much of a money match as that is, you’d be putting your health on the line and therefore putting WWE’s shareholders at liability.”

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Dolph_Ziggler.jpg?t=1371874581

“You know what, Booker? I didn’t become The Show-Off by sitting on my couch worrying about my health. A concussion kept me from defending my world title, and a concussion damn sure won’t stop me from earning it back. If I sign a deal that you won’t be held liable for anything that happens to me, will you allow me a match at Money In The Bank?”

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Booker_T_Staff.jpg?t=1371917604

“I’ll do ya one better. I’ll put you in a tag team match tonight with Sheamus against Alberto Del Rio and Ryback.”

Ziggler doesn’t even have to think before handing over the contract he’d brought in with him, clearing him for active competition.

A standard opener, The Miz struggled to get the crowd behind him too much with his babyface schtick, but he was able to still pull off the victory over Heath Slater with a Skull-Crushing Finale in about ten minutes.

Post-match, Curtis Axel shows up and hits Miz with the intercontinental championship before leaving him down and out with a Perfect Plex, as the announcers inform us the two men will meet for the title at Money In The Bank.

A RAW Rebound welcomes us back from commercial and recaps what happened at the end of RAW on Monday, informing the viewers that Vince McMahon will be indefinitely out of action and wondering what Triple H will do now that he apparently has full control of RAW.

The Usos continue their string of tag team wins as they put away The Primetime Players with a superfly splash. The announcers question when the twin duo will get a tag team championship shot after this basic victory.

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Summer_Rae.jpg?t=1371874362http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Christian5.jpg?t=1371874492

Christian finds Summer Rae practicing her dance moves backstage and watches for a few seconds before approaching her. He tells her he has a match with Fandango later in the show and after he shows him some moves, he’d be more than willing to show her a few more moves, if she decides she wants a real man and not ‘that dancing dweeb.’ He leaves as she appears to be considering it.

These two superstars fought back and forth, with Gabriel’s athleticism and speed countering Cesaro’s power. Gabriel faired much better in this match than in his last one with Brock Lesnar, even seeming poised to hit a 450 on the former US champion before Zeb Colter distracted him and allowed his man to pull Gabriel off into a Very European Uppercut for the win.

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Antonio_Cesaro3.jpg?t=1371874521 with http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Zeb_Colter.jpg?t=1371874357

Zeb grabs a microphone and announces that Cesaro will roll over every foreigner that gets into his way on the way to Money In The Bank so that he can capture the World Heavyweight Championship and show the world what it means to be a “true American.”

Christian and Fandango put on a pretty good match with the time they were given. Captain Charisma picked up the win with a Killswitch after Fandango had the veteran down but seemed more interested in showing off his dance moves for Summer Rae at ringside rather than go for the pin, allowing Christian to get up and hit his finisher. As he left, Christian gave Summer Rae a wink and blew her a kiss.

Randy Orton and Kane have had better matches before, as this one failed to connect with the fans. The two moved at a slow pace until Orton was able to counter a chokeslam into an RKO for the victory.

Orton then seemed to be setting up in the corner for a punt kick, only for Daniel Bryan to come out.

http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Daniel_Bryan.jpg?t=1371874456

The bearded superstar came flying down the ramp to chase Orton out of the ring, but was unable to connect with any offense on The Apex Predator before he left to the back, a cocky smirk on his face.

The story of this match was Dolph Ziggler trying to get his hands on the former world champion, who avoided his challenger at every opportunity. Ziggler took the fight to Ryback until a clothesline rocked him, forcing the tag to Sheamus. The two powerhouses fought it out with bombs as Ziggler appeared to be concussed on the outside. The heels took advantage of the numbers game and worked Sheamus over until he was able to get a tag to a newly-recovered Ziggler, who hit Alberto with a Superkick and pinned him for the victory.

The commentary team wonders if Alberto may be the victim of a concussion after that kick as Smackdown goes off the air with Ziggler and Sheamus celebrating their victory.

RAW goes up later tonight, so anyone that still wants to get in the prediction contest has a few more hours. I've booked all the way up to MITB, since I can't book any further due to a match's victor being the result of the month's prediction contest, and am very excited for the direction of this dynasty and hope you all are too!

<p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>BEHOLD THE KING</p><p>

THE KING OF KINGS.</p><p>

<span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Triple_H5.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p>

Triple H walks slowly out on the stage to a chorus of boos, the crowd obviously upset with the COO after his actions at the end of last week’s RAW. As he makes his way to the ring, the members of The Shield come through the crowd to join him.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Seth_Rollins4.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Roman_Reigns.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Deam_Ambrose_US.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p>

As the COO takes a microphone, he waits for the booing to die down before raising it to his lips. He says that all week, people have asked him why he did what he did. Why he gave The Shield his support after they attacked his father-in-law. “I didn’t give them my support, I sent them. That was my plan, my devices, my doing. Vince wants to step between me and this ring, me and this business? It’s not gonna happen! Nothing will ever take me out of this business. If Vince wants me to retire, he’ll have to force me. You said it yourself, old man. You will pass the company on to me when you’re gone, and that time is now.” He points to himself and the three members of The Shield. “What you see in this ring is a Revolution. The Shield and myself, we are going to revolutionize this business. Now that Vince is gone, I am the one and only boss around here, and I am going to run things how I see fit.”</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Sheamus_OShaunessy2.jpg</span></p><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Sheamus’ music hits, and the fighting Irishman comes out on the stage with a microphone of his own. “You fellas want a fight?” he asks. “Well, lucky for you, I love to fight! You pick one of you, hell, you can send all four of ya, and I’ll take ya on! I’ll show you boys the way real men settle their problems!”</p><p> </p><p>

</p><p><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Deam_Ambrose_US.jpg</span></p><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Dean Ambrose grabs the microphone from Triple H’s hand and stares Sheamus down. “You’re on!” Triple H stares angrily at the younger man as the show goes to commercial. </p><p>

<span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Cody_Rhodes.jpg</span> vs <span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Dolph_Ziggler.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Dolph took the fight to Rhodes early on, showing a lot of babyface fire as he still seems angry over his loss to Alberto Del Rio at Payback. Rhodes got in a lot of offense after some liberal interpretations of the rules, and Ziggler looked to be in trouble until Rhodes missed a Disaster Kick to be hit with the Zig-Zag for the victory.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Alberto_Del_Rio9.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The world champion runs down to the ring as Ziggler celebrates on the middle rope, hitting the victor with a step-up enziguiri. As the #1 contender falls into the ring, he rises to his knees, only to be kicked in the head hard. Ziggler falls lifelessly to the mat as officials force Del Rio to the back.</p><p> </p><p>

Backstage, Triple H is in his office when his wife Stephanie barges in. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Triple_H5.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Stephanie_McMahon.jpg?t=1372119847</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

“I can’t believe you!” she yells at him. “Our children were watching last week! They want to know why you did that, what am I supposed to tell them!?”</p><p> </p><p>

“Tell them the truth,” Triple H says coldly. “Grandpa wouldn’t do what was right, so Daddy had to punish him and take over.”</p><p> </p><p>

“As long as I’m around, you’ll never have control of this company, Paul. Mark my words, I will not let that happen,” she says before storming out of the office.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_AJ_Lee22.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/matt_striker.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Backstage, Matt Striker interviews AJ who says that she doesn’t care what it takes, or what she has to do to Kaitlyn, she’s going to retain her diva’s championship and “there’s nothing crazy about that.”</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Daniel_Bryan.jpg</span> vs <span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Wade_Barrett3.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Daniel Bryan and Wade Barrett will meet in the Money In The Bank ladder match for a shot at the WWE title, but tonight they met one-on-one in the ring. Bryan fought back from Barrett’s physical offense with technical wrestling until he was able to catch Barrett’s bull hammer elbow and counter it into a No Lock for the submission victory.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Randy_Orton.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Randy Orton comes down to the ring and starts to attack Bryan from behind. He puts Bryan down in the middle of the ring and starts to taunt him, calling him ‘the weak link’ and pushing him down every time Bryan tries to get up. Bryan snaps after the verbal abuse, tackling Orton to the ground and starting to punch at his face until Orton rolls out of the ring and runs away.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Ryback.jpg</span> vs <span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Chris_Jericho.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Two more Money In The Bank competitors fought for momentum in this match that was dominated by Ryback’s power game, while Jericho fought back valiantly. Eventually, though, Jericho attempted a codebreaker, only to be caught by Ryback, who countered it into a shell shocked for the pin, still looking angry as he leaves the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/AJ_Lee22.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Tamina.jpg?t=1372120753</span> vs <span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Layla4.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Kaitlyn3.jpg?t=1372120753</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Kaitlyn couldn’t quite get her hands on AJ in this diva’s tag matchup, but she seemed content to deliver a spear to Tamina and stare AJ down as she got the pin. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/The_Miz.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The Miz comes out for Miz TV, and introduces his guest Paul Heyman.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Paul_Heyman_WWE.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

“Paul,” Miz starts the show quickly. “The whole world just wants to know one thing,” he says before being interrupted by Heyman.</p><p> </p><p>

“Yes, the whole world wants to hear about Brock Lesnar!”</p><p> </p><p>

“No, no, the world could care less about your buddy Brock. They want to know what it’s going to feel like next week at Money In The Bank when I defeat Curtis Axel for the Intercontinental Championship.” </p><p> </p><p>

Paul seems to laugh at the very idea of The Miz beating Curtis Axel. “Miz, let’s face it. You’re far from perfect. You know who is perfect, though? Actually, better than Perfect. That man is a third generation superstar, and the newest Paul Heyman guy, the intercontinental champion, Curtis Axel!”</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Michael_McGillicutty.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

As if on cue, the champion’s music hits and he comes down the ramp, saying nothing before starting a brawl with The Miz. Right as Miz looks to be getting the upper hand, Brock Lesnar’s music hits. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Brock_Lesnar.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Brock storms the ring and starts attacking The Miz, brutally destroying the host until CM Punk makes his way out to make the save. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/CM_Punk_GTS.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

As Punk makes his way into the ring, Heyman advises Brock and Axel to leave, and the three of them retreat up the ramp, with Punk encouraging them to come back and fight him.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Deam_Ambrose_US.jpg</span> vs <span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Sheamus_OShaunessy2.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Sheamus set out to punish The Shield’s Dean Ambrose, and that was exactly what he did, throwing the younger superstar around and beating him from pillar to post. Ambrose fought back with cheap tactics, showing that he could hold his own until Sheamus started to power back, dominating Ambrose until the distraction caused by the rest of The Shield coming to ringside allowed Ambrose to wiggle out of White Noise into a crucifix pin to get the victory. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p> </p><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Seth_Rollins4.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Deam_Ambrose_US.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/th_Roman_Reigns.jpg</span><span>http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/frootloop18/WWE/Sheamus_OShaunessy2.jpg</span> </div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The Shield starts to attack Sheamus, obviously looking to take out the man that challenged them at the beginning of the night. </p><p> </p><p>

This tag match had limited interaction between Cena and Henry. In fact, most of the almost twenty minutes of action focused on Christian and Fandango. The end came when Henry pinned Christian after a World’s Strongest Slam as Fandango cheap-shotted Cena and threw him out of the ring. </p><p> </p><p>

After the match, Cena tried to assert his dominance by hitting an AA on Mark Henry, though his back had been worn down to the point he couldn’t lift the big man, allowing Henry to end the show with a World’s Strongest Slam to John Cena.</p><p> </p><p>
