TLCJR4LIFE
Never had this problem before until a computer crash recently. Any ideas?
Arlie Rahn
I'm working with Elicense on this right now.
TLCJR4LIFE
Yeah on second glance it was because of an Avast database update 14 minutes ago.
Arlie Rahn
Is it working now?
TLCJR4LIFE
No. And since it's requiring full re-installs I'm being fairly liberal with the amount of times I actually try it. I've turned File Shield off temporarily to play the games.
TLCJR4LIFE
It's moving Adam's games to the chest, it's outright deleting the EXEs for Brian's games.
Arlie Rahn
Marios and I just ran a test and it seemed to work OK. But he did recommend using this link if you are having troubles: http://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21
TLCJR4LIFE
Yeah it's working properly now. Thanks guys.
ecw413
How do I re-install WMMA3 without buying it again? Avast seems to have wiped out the file <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/frown.png.e6b571745a30fe6a6f2e918994141a47.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Unregistered
Adding the exe file as an exception is a quick and easy way of fixing the problem. Worked for me anyways.

shawn michaels
I got it working. I had to turn the internet shield off to download the file and than I turned it back on. The game is working, but avast still considers the site from where we download the patches a threath. So, I just wanted to let Arlie know that. michgcs
Nice to see that I wasn't alone on this <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> I turned off Avast just so I can open the game, then turned Avast back on and so far it's been okay. DeadCeleb
Avast did the same to me, I just restored the file from my virus chest, and added the whole GDS folder to scan exclusion list.
RatedRKO16
Avast did the same to me, I just restored the file from my virus chest, and added the whole GDS folder to scan exclusion list. Where is this exclusion list? I cannot find it for the life of me. Please someone help.
RatedRKO16
Nevermind. I finally figured it out. For those who havent: 1 - Open Avast 2 - On the upper right should be a "settings". Click. 3 - Click on "Global Exlcusions" 4 - Select "browse" 5 - Find the GDS folder and select it. 6 - Hit enter so it actually adds it to the exclusions list.
