What exactly are the benefits? (other than putting them out of business)

(other than putting them out of business)</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> If you can actually buy out the company you can either</p><p> A) turn them into a child company and use them as your developmental league</p><p> B) Buy out individual contracts keeping the guys you want for whatever contract length they had with the previous company and buy their title belts and shows (if they have an prestigious events you want.</p><p> </p><p> I think there is a third option and I'm not sure what it is.</p>

The third is just disbanding, which just removes them from the game, but you can still buy their titles

You get a prestige bump, the level of bump seems to depend on the size of the company.
