Personal Goals

Grow as a Promotion, eventually becoming the biggest promotion in the Tri-State, then the US, then North America, then the World!
Rival WWF/E and WCW. I want to eventually put them out of business and buy up their assets.
Build a NWA style Alliance, with TCW being the crown jewel of the Alliance (like JCP was to the NWA).
Create Multiple Developmental Promotions. Each varying on what their product is, so that I can send my "rookies" to different promotions to develop their skills.
Create Multiple Dojos. I want to have Dojos in every major area in the world.

Now being the fact that I am starting as a Local Promotion, I can only bring in so many workers into the Promotion at the beginning. As it grows I will continue to bring in more. Below will be an application for anyone who wants to add a worker to the promotion (the first 12 I receive will immediately be signed by TCW). I will also looking for and accepting applications of Workers to just float in the world (they will also be workers I will try to sign as the promotion grows); they can obviously be signed by other promotions (even my starting roster will be able to be signed away, since everyone will be on PPA Contracts). I will keep ALL submitted workers on my short list and whether they work for me or not, I will post their growth in skills and popularity, match results, etc for them. I will be avoiding signing any Real World Workers, unless I run out of Organic Workers and then at that point I will then sign whoever (I'm hoping that doesn't happen as I would rather push and book a purely Organic Promotion).

I also want to make this Diary as Interactive as possible. Meaning IF a person wants to submit a promo for a show, for a worker they submitted and are signed by TCW. I will try my best to book the promo in the show and include the actual promo on the Diary Results. Same if people want to work angles and/or storylines together. Think of it as you all have some Creative Control with the Worker(s) you submit. Submitting Promos, Angles, and Storylines won't have an effect on how I book shows and my results and is 100% OPTIONAL!

Thank you so much for the submissions so far and I am hoping for many more in the future as well. All the wrestlers submitted so far I have added to the database.

Because I write these workers in a separate save file then the actually mod, I am considering using these Workers in an actual mod I am slowly building/revamping as well (which I should be announcing in the next week "hopefully" in the mod forums).

The post I have marked with "/reserved" will eventually have ALL of TCW's Information (Shows, PPVs, Titles, Roster (Wrestlers and Staff) AS WELL AS any submissions I receive of Future Workers and Workers not signed by TCW. I will use that spot to show progress of workers, title histories, and more.

One more thing, although I DO NOT want people using Real World Workers as their Picture Reference, feel free to use anyone that is already in the C-Verse. It would be a first come, first serve basis for that though.
