WRESTLING MATTERS HERE

Diary Overview

Using Fleisch's Real World Chronicles: December 2013 mod, I have been playing as Paul Heyman, the new owner and head booker of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. To set up this diary, I have been experimenting with several workers and storylines as well as matches and angles in order to develop a completely overhauled TNA, that is constantly changing and renewing itself. The focus is much, much, much more on actual wrestling. So many of the previous talents are gone, and many new talents have joined, including a few steals I managed to get from the WWE.

The basis of the game is that TNA was bought out by Paul Heyman, after his sudden departure from the WWE. In order for Paul E to avoid the troubles he had in ECW, he has received a HUGE donation from an 'anonymous' investor. This investor has guaranteed Heyman and his company sufficient funds in order to help them expand, and in turn, make a profit.

I have now advanced to mid-April 2014. I will post important points and all the signings/firings, as well titles changes/histories and pay per view results. After everything is caught up on here, I shall start the official diary from post-Lockdown 2014, May 2014.

I hope this diary interests at least somebody. :)

I'm very interested in this my friend. Always nice to see one of my former regular readers return to writing... and I love it when people try to take on the challenge of WWE, TNA or ROH :) Interested to see where the Kane/Abyss feud goes... a natural and awesome idea. And also Black Reign is a good name for Golddust... Interesting to know where you got that name from... :)

TNA for me lately has an incredible group of wrestlers... your likes of AJ, Joe, Roode, Angle, Aries, Sabin, TJP, Magnus, Kenny King, Daniels and Kaz, and a few others, that you're always going to get good matches out of... but they seem to lack recognizable jobbers and interesting feuds. and their One Night Only events are bad!! and out of sinc!!

Two things I'm not so sure on from what I've seen so far... Releasing Aries?? That boy is talented!! And releasing Angle!! Easily TNA's biggest star, besides Sting I suppose, but I get why you released him... If Angle was going to leave, it could have been with a BANG. putting someone like Aries over on the way out, or Magnus, or Joe... It's a shame, but I must say, I do love the variety in your roster!!! And you've got The Pope back!!!!! So I'm happy :D Looking forward to the first show... :D

He slammed Dinero head-first into the side of the cage, and ducked a clothesline from Roode, followed by landing a chopblock to take him down. Matt Morgan and Anderson traded blows, with Anderson ducking a punch from Morgan and kicking him in the gut. Morgan responded with his own kick, and then a powerful short-arm clothesline to turn the self-proclaimed A**hole inside out. The tag team champions, however, managed to land a double suplex on the big man to take him down. Carlito followed up with a nice body splash whilst jumping down from the side of the cage. The numbers game caught up with Team Roode until the first surprise entrant made his appearance.

http://imageshack.com/a/img35/1038/v9ml.jpg

Entrant #4 from Team Roode: Darren Rosser

The fans are unsure what to think as the former WWE competitor makes his way down to the cage. Roode has a huge smile on his face as his new partner makes his way inside. Rosser takes down Hennigan with a clothesline, and then Carlito with a side Belly-to-Belly suplex. Rosser signals for Anderson to get to his feet before grabbing Anderson and taking him down with the Rosserator (Full Nelson lift dropped into a flapjack). Darren Rosser and the rest of Team Roode kept Rising Force, Carlito, and Anderson down as AJ Styles' appearance was made.

http://imageshack.com/a/img42/561/mh99.jpg

Final Entrant from Team Styles: AJ Styles

The fans went crazy for the appearance of AJ Styles as he sprinted down to the ring, and climbed all the way to the top of the cage from the outside. Roode's entire team looked up as the Phenomenal One leaped down from the top of the open cage and landed on all of them in a heap of human rubble. After AJ recovered, Team Styles regained control of the match for the remainder of the last five minute interval. Styles and his team looked to the entrance ramp as the clock hit zero, anxiously awaiting the final entrant.

http://imageshack.com/a/img198/9207/cww8.jpg

Final Entrant from Team Roode: "The War Machine" Rhino

Mike Tenay: "RHINO! "The War Machine" makes a b-line for the cage, and hops inside through the door. He takes down Joe with a clothesline, Styles with a clothesline, Carlito with a clothesline, and tosses Hennigan right into the cage wall with an overhead Belly-to-Belly suplex. With all ten men inside the ring, pinfalls and submissions are now legal for victory. Carlito and Anderson are taking it to Dinero and Rosser on the left side of the ring, while Roode and Styles trade blows on the right side. Matt Morgan is working away at Hennigan just outside of the cage door as Joe and Rhino meet in the center of the ring. An intense stare breaks out between the two, followed by a bit of trash talk. Joe lands a flurry of knife edge chops to Rhino's chest, and whips him into the ropes. Rhino is slammed against the cage, and Joe lands a back suplex to take him down.

Matt Morgan lands a vicious Chokeslam to Hennigan on the hard floor outside. Three different referees surround the ring, each looking to count a potential pinfall or submission. Carlito lands the Backstabber on Dinero, only for Rosser to break up the pinfall. Better watch that Vince Kage kid.
