The match is a six man tag team brawling war between these two sides of what has been called World War III. The members of the Sneer Corporation gain control in the early-goings, tossing out Enygma and The Force and focusing their attention on James Justice. Muscles drops Justice with a fall away slam and then makes the cover but Enygma comes in and interrupts the three count before it can be made. Justice makes a slow recovery and a tag and The Force comes in like a house on fire against all three members of the Sneer Corporation. Ten minutes into the match and all three members of each team get into the ring for a pier six brawl. Four of the wrestlers spill outside the ring, leaving T-Rex and James Justice inside the ring. Justice sets up T-Rex for the Liberation Slam but gets assaulted from behind by Atlas! The referee is with the brawl outside the ring! The contest is definitely back and forth early on with Melody showing her abilities and what has made her the USPW Women's Champion. It is Raven Robinson that gets caught in the wrong corner, though. With her in the heel corner, Cherry Bomb and Belle Bryden make frequent tags in and out, each using some signature moves on Robinson and some actual tag team wrestling as they strike Robinson with a double suplex. Some miscommunication occurs when Cherry Bomb tries to whip Bryden into a corner splash and Robinson avoids the splash and brings Bomb down with a clothesline. Robinson crawls to her corner and tags in Melody. Melody comes in with quick strikes on both Bomb and Bryden. She puts Bryden in a corner and climbs up, throwing punches as the crowd counts along. After ten she drops down and turns. Cherry Bomb charges her but she gets taken out by a Raven Robinson spear! This leaves Melody and Belle Bryden alone in the ring. Caulfield plays to the crowd as a sign is thrown up in the crowd: 'HAWK THE WOLF, WOLF THE HAWK!' Caulfield yanks Hawkins up and slams him head-first into the ring post and then tosses him back in the ring. Hawkins is quick on the attack when Caulfield slides back in the ring, striking him with a double sledge to the back. Hawkins remains in control for the next few minutes against Caulfield, drawing some boos from the crowd as he uses those pure brawling moves. Hawkins hits a Superplex on Caulfield and makes a cover: One, Two, Kickout! A fan sign is thrown up in the air in the background: 'Purple Kitties!' Tommy Cornell comes down to ringside and stands at ringside, cheering on his protégé. Hawkins sets up for the Full Moon Rising but Caulfield drops to the mat! Hawkins falls to the mat and both men are slow to get to their feet. Caulfield is first to his feet and grabs Hawkins, tossing him out of the ring. He climbs to the apron and runs -- Philly Flop! What a match we have lined up for you. Tommy Cornell is already in the ring and Wolf Hawkins stands at ringside as the USPW World Champion Nicky Champion walks down to the ring while his music plays in the background. Champion enters the ring and hands the belt to senior official Robbie Sanchez. The referee raises the belt up high, showing it to Cornell and then to Champion before setting it at ringside. Sanchez calls for the bell and a crowd chant begins: '*to the tune of Hava Nagila* Hawkeye to Cornell, Hawkeye to Cornell, Hawkeye to Cornell, Cause Cornell's got no nuts. *repeats*' The chant has Cornell yelling at the crowd, drawing more boos and more chants.</p><p> </p><p> The two men meet in the center of the ring, jawing with each other. Champion shoves Cornell first, sending him to the mat in a corner. Cornell pops back up to his feet and stares at Champion. Cornell shakes his head and then moves back in toward Champion. The two men lock up and Cornell catches Champion with a knee to the gut. A second one. A third one! He sends Champion into a corner and lights up Champion's chest with three straight chops. Champion grabs Cornell and turns things around in the corner, hitting Cornell with tomahawk chops! Cornell staggers out of the corner and Champion maintains the control for the next few minutes, keeping the action around the center of the ring. Champion brings Cornell to the mat and locks in a surfboard, draping Cornell horizontally across his knees. The referee asks for the submission but it's far too early. Champion releases the hold, then gets to his feet. He waits for Cornell to get to his feet and then strikes him with more tomahawk chops. Champion throws a punch -- ducked by Cornell -- Cornell hooks Champion around the waist -- German Suplex! Cornell holds a bridge with the hold as the referee drops down to count: One, Two, Kickout!</p><p> </p><p> Both men get to their feet and Cornell catches Champion with a kick to the gut and then pulls him in -- snap suplex! He bounces off the ropes -- fistdrop! Cornell yells at the crowd and then moves in behind Champion. He's going for the Guilt Trip! He gets his arm around Champion but Champion quickly gets to the ropes to break the hold. Cornell releases after a four count and whips Champion to the ropes, dropping his head. Champion with a kick to the head of Cornell and then pulls him in. He's going for the Hawkeye Hammer! Cornell manages to wriggle free and slides out of the ring to take a breather. He paces outside the ring, talking with Wolf Hawkins. As the two huddle together, Champion bounces off the ropes and then takes both of them down with a suicide dive! The crowd here in The Dust Bowl goes crazy! A sign is raised in the crowd: 'Tommy Cornell, YOU AIN'T WELCOME HERE, BROTHER!'</p><p> </p><p> As time continues to move forward in this contest, the match goes back and forth between these two fine athletes. Around the ten minute mark, Cornell is solidly in control of the bout. He has used the presence of his protégé at ringside to keep the control and to attack Champion behind the referee's back. The crowd definitely booed this but Cornell really doesn't seem to care what the fans have to say. Cornell lands a beautiful butterfly suplex on Champion. He rolls over without breaking motion, flips Champion over, and locks in an STF! Champion struggles in the hold as referee Robbie Sanchez asks him if he gives up. But Champion has no intention of submitting. Cornell breaks the hold and pulls Champion to his feet -- kick to the gut. He hooks a vertical suplex position on Champion, lifting him high in the air and then slingshotting him off the top rope into a face crusher! That is the move that Tommy Cornell calls the Rough Ride! It's a move that has won him many matches and titles! Could it win him the USPW World Title tonight? He makes the cover: </p><p> </p><p> One....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> Two....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> Thre--Kickout!</p><p> </p><p> The crowd absolutely shot on their feet and cheered when Nicky Champion kicked out right before the three count! Tommy Cornell argues with the referee. A shoving match ensues between Cornell and Robbie Sanchez but Sanchez is NOT backing down and not calling for a DQ. Nicky Champion slowly gets to his feet behind Tommy Cornell. Champion charges Cornell and Cornell seems to have eyes in the back of his head as he ducks a clothesline attempt and the clothesline catches Robbie Sanchez! Sanchez goes to the mat and falls outside the ring to the floor. Champion is shocked at what happened and looks to help the referee back up but gets caught from behind by Tommy Cornell. Cornell hooks in the Guilt Trip from behind! The move known in Judo as the Katahajime is another move that has won many matches for Tommy Cornell. Champion struggles, though, and Cornell does not have it perfectly cinched in. Champion rams Cornell back into a corner, breaking the hold. Champion turns and climbs up, slamming fists into the skull of Cornell again and again. The crowd loves this part! Champion drops down and grabs Cornell, hooking him in position for the Hawkeye Hammer in the center of the ring. He calls for it but gets struck from behind by an entering Tyson Baine! The Demon From The Deep strikes Champion with the Devil's Hammer! Wolf Hawkins is now nowhere to be seen from ringside. Baine turns Champion around and drops him with the Hades Bomb before exiting the ring! Tommy Cornell looks around and picks up the fallen Champion -- Rough Ride! Wolf Hawkins comes out from the back carrying referee Baby Jamie to the ring as Tommy Cornell makes the cover. Hawkins tosses referee Baby Jamie in the ring and reluctantly Jamie begins making the count:</p><p> </p><p> One....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> Two....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> ....</p><p> </p><p> Three!</p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Tommy Cornell p. The announcers are absolutely shocked. What are they going to do here in USPW? Referee </span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"><strong>Baby Jamie</strong></span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> shakes his head, having not wanted to count the three count tonight. From ringside, someone climbs into the ring and stands behind Tommy Cornell. This someone reaches up and brings the arm of Cornell down from being raised! This someone is referee </span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"><strong>Robbie Sanchez</strong></span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;">, who was assigned as the official to the match. Sanchez grabs the belt and exits the ring, talking to the announcer and to Baby Jamie. The three men seem to come to an agreement on something. It is announced that due to the interference of Tyson Baine, Tommy Cornell has been disqualified! </span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"><em><strong>Your winner and STILL the USPW World Champion: Nicky Champion</strong></em></span><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;">! </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> The crowd goes wild! The Syndicate members are very angry inside the ring! Tyson Baine exits the ring, going after the two referees, who escape through the crowd with the title belt! Baine pauses at ringside and looks inside the ring. He walks back to the ring and then looks underneath it. He yanks a table out of the ring and then slides back inside with the table in hand. He sets it up inside the ring and then looks to the still-fallen body of Nicky Champion. He picks up Champion with two hands by the throat. The crowd claps, trying to breathe some life into Champion and it works! Champion struggles in the hold and hooks Baine, dropping with a DDT through the table! Tommy Cornell and Wolf Hawkins look shocked! Champion begins pulling himself from the remnants of the table and The Syndicate quickly exit the ring. On this night, less than a week from Stars, Stripes And Slams, it is Nicky Champion that stands tall! And as we go off the air, two signs are seen in the background: 'We want Happy Elwood!' and 'CORNELL--GET THE F*** OUT!!']</span></p>

An Update On This Diary:

It has been around a month since I have given a decent update on this diary. I feel like I should let everyone know where my head-space is at right now. This was, in my mind, my one last chance at creating an entertaining USPW diary. With now having a job and my focus taken elsewhere with other games and family responsibilities and some other more private, personal things, I have decided to bring this diary to a close. I can say, though, that a lot of the sharp criticism that I took at the beginning of this diary really helped make this decision an easy one.

With this diary, I had been working on re-creating my past and using that voice or the voice and writing styles of others. However, I feel like I need to find my own voice and a new federation with which to work. Is there still a story left in my mind that needs to be told? I think that there is. However, I am going to be taking the advice of some trusted writers here and working on finding my own voice, my own writings. I am going to sit back and work on a promotion for at least 2 months before I even think about turning it into a diary. So this might be awhile before you hear from me. Then again it might be shorter than I think. We will all have to sit back and see how things pan out. But I can guarantee that it won't be another USPW diary. I have decided that I am done with that specific promotion. Thankfully, there are plenty of writers out there that can carry the torch for USPW. Those specifically including:

USPW: Valentine's Massacre (December 2013-) by 20LEgend

USPW BLK || No More Mr Nice Guy by SeanMcFly

USPW: Civil War by Asaemon

United States Pro Wrestling - The Future of Tradition by The Doctor

<p>I believe this choice is best for you, Angel. USPW is a wonderful company; however, at this point, as you said, you can't really book it without resorting to prior storylines, characters, general ideas, etc. Sometimes, what we love the most can become rather predictable as we've invested so much time and effort into it. It's really, really, hard to bring a 'new eye' to something like that.</p><p> </p><p>

USPW "brought you to the dance". That's what PSW did for me. I tried to book it again after the original Greed project and it felt like I was rehashing more than anything else. It's much like a big time hollywood writer/producer. The Dark Knight series was great. Eventually though, by the end, it kind of fell flat versus what we had seen in prior movies. For you, going back to USPW is much like the Christopher Nolan taking a break, re-writing the series, and then trying to release it to the masses once again. It's, again, extremely hard to do and do well.</p><p> </p><p>

Take some time; however long you need. Poke and prod new companies. Hell, create one if you can't find one that fits perfectly. That's what I did with DOA. I wanted a fast-paced company; however, wasn't enamored with CZCW. So, I created something in the vision I was looking for & it was a lot of fun; same goes for WAR.</p><p> </p><p>

If you ever want/need to chat then you know where to find me, bud. </p><p> </p><p>

Best of luck with your journey. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p>I must admit I started hanging around here by the time you had already started having a problem when it came to writing up USPW stuff. Each idea had my interest, but I fully understand when an idea falls flat. I am starting to feel like I am going to be that guy with CGC so I am intentionally avoiding that these days since I already had two attempts that ended before they ever fully got off the ground.</p><p> </p><p>

Take time to think things over and think what you want to try out. I will be interested in seeing what you come up with and even if I don't comment or predict, I will be a reader for sure.</p>
