Thursday, 1st week of November

Christian Cage is in Eric Bischoff's office demanding that his World title be returned to him after AJ stole it last week. AJ joins the pair and says that he'll return the title when the champion isn't a coward who is afraid to defend the title. After fuming for a few moments Christian agrees to fight Styles who then hands him the title.

In a surprising turn of events it appears that Ring Of Honor has offered Kevin Steen a written contract. I thought it was only a pay per appearance but as a result he will be gone.

Also Umbrella is quickly hiring a lot of talent. According to a tour of their company their biggest stars are Carlito, Paul Burchill, Melina, Beth Phoenix and Shane Helms.

The biggest news however is that following negotiations with Spike TV we have been given a second A show on Monday nights opposite Raw. This of course leaves it open to a brand split which I believe will give more talent a chance to shine. Drafting will take place shortly.

Cody Rhodes, Samoa Joe, D'Angelo Dinero and James Storm are all talking backstage as each of them claims that they'll be walking out of Final Resolution with the title. Rhodes claims that he has the speed, the skills and the fans are firmly behind him, Samoa Joe says that he has the brute strength and he'll tear through his opponents like a force of nature. Pope claims that reguardless of what his opponents have to say that its his time and James Storm says that he'd already be the World champion if The Fifth Column hadn't been making his life a living hell for the last year. All four agree to settle this in the ring come the Pay Per View.

After the match Winter walks over to Velvet, offering her hand. Sky hesitates but eventually reaches for it, Winter grabs her hand and using the opening to spit a green mist into Velvet's face. Sky falls to the ground and blindly tries to find her way out of the ring as Winter watches and laughs.
